The newly appointed Mizukage sat in his office, an exasperated look upon his face. "I never knew that being Mizukage required so much work." He said with a sigh, waving his hand to passing woman, "Fetch Muketsu for me, tell him that it's urgent."

Muketsu


Muketsu newly promoted to ANBU at round about the same time as a new Mizukage but to most it was no surprise. He was just outside his home training he hadn't had a mission just yet with the Mizukage just setting in so with nothing else to do he was training. He heard a slight rustling coming from the bush behind him the one he grew for no apparent reason. He spun around sword at the ready to see it was a messenger, quickly Muketsu put his sword away and looked at her. "The Mizukage has asked for you, he said it was urgent." The messenger said as Muketsu give a simple nodded and set off to the Mizukage palace he get there very fast, as he enter the Mizukage room he bowed to one knee as most ANBU do when talking with a Kage. "You called Lord Mizukage."

Rizuka Hadamichi


He nodded, "Aye, I just wanted to inform you of your rise to ANBU captain, you do know what this title entails, yes?" He asked, putting his large vocabulary to use. He took a seat behind his desk, one hand twirling a small orb of water as the other lie still.

Muketsu


Muketsu looked up at the Mizukage slightly in shock, he had only just become ANBU recently and now was being promoted to captain. "Are you sure that's wise, with me only becoming ANBU soon around about the same time as you Mizukage wouldn't my rapid succession cause either confusion or even worse suspicion on both of us." Muketsu said its not like they had anything to be worried about just that it would seem a timely departure of the last Mizukage and for the two of them to come into more power so quickly.

"There should be no need for suspicion, our previous Mizukage died honorably in battle. The only reason for this sudden promotion is the fact that I find you to be the most qualified as of right now, make nothing else of it and nothing else will come of it." He said, a stern expression resting upon his face, "You are dismissed."

Muketsu


Muketsu nodded, stood up and bowed. "If you need me call for me Lord 12th." Muketsu said before walking out of the Mizukage's office and sighing. "Great that means less jobs and more telling other people what to do which also means less killing for me... Dam." Muketsu said as he began to walk back the his house.

He sat about the training grounds, hood drawn over his head. A smile was spread across his face as a Stag Beetle crawled across his hand.
