// Hello this is my first post here so I hope I'm not in violation of any rules. I am looking for a literate Naruto RP. Post Shippuden timeline. Can be one on one or group depending on responses.

A few simple rules:
No one liners.
No smut/romance. If it ends up becoming a group RP, romance is fine but I won't be engaging in it.
No god tiers(Ten Tails Madara,Hokage Naruto etc)
No god moding.

I'm including a bio because a lot of people like them, it's not a requirement however.//

Name: Katake Hirama Uchiha
Rank: Chunin
Age: 18
Nature release: Lightning, fire
Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan
Skills: A close combat specialist with great aptitude for both taijutsu and kenjutsu, his weapons of choice are modified kunai lengthened to increase their potential as a stabbing and slashing weapon, though these are his favourite weapon he has skill with many other bladed weapons. Carrying a short sword with him at all times in addition to his many kunai.
Jutsu: Chidori, fireball jutsu, shadow clone jutsu, lightning release: Shadow clone jutsu, Lightning Release: Purple Electricity
Biography: Born to the newly revived Uchiha clan, his childhood was rather normal for a child of a noble house. Raised alongside the children of the main branch, Katake was often considered a weakling and lacking in talent compared to his play mates. Having great difficulties with the clans signature shuriken techniques and fire release abilities. It was not until enrolling in the academy his true talents because more apparent. He excelled at the kenjutsu and taijutsu classes; quickly surpassing the more prodigious children of the Uchiha in these aspects. Having gained new found confidence within himself he soon proved himself a capable shinobi before advancing to Genin. As part of a 3 man squad under the tutelage of an elite Jonin, his skills grew with the experience gained from multiple missions and with rigorous training. His squad elected to wait a year before undergoing the Chunin exams. His skill was great enough to reach the finals but ultimately he was narrowly bested by a shinobi from The Hidden Sand. Despite his showing, he was not promoted to Chunin that year. The defeat hit him hard but after a short depression he redoubled his training and the next year was eventually successful in gaining the rank of Chunin.
Appearance: Standing at 5'6 with short cropped silver hair, streaked through with black, with pale skin, he looked unusual for an Uchiha. He normally keeps his face partially hidden with a half face mask allowing only the top half of his face to be seen, running across the visible skin is a long diagonal scar gained during the Chunin exams. Under the standard Konoha flack jacket, he wears a long sleeved black shirt emblasoned with purple flames along the arms; combined with green combat trousers in the same shade as the flack jacket and black combat boots and steel backed fingerless gloves for close combat.
Aspirations: To become the first uchiha to learn sage mode, to become a jonin squad leader.

//Now the starter.\l

So today, was the day. Finally. It had been a week since word had come from The Hokage that all squads composed of Chunin and Jonin level shinobi; were being restructured to promote inter village cooperation and team work. Katake wondered just why this was necessary, for years The Allied Shinobi Nations had been at peace, small border skirmishes were as volatile as it could get, the hard earned peace after the last great shinobi war and the defeat of the resurrected Madara Uchiha, was valued highly by the 5 Kage. So it seemed unlikely this was in preparation for any real conflict between The Nations, perhaps it was just as was said to encourage cooperation between Konoha's Shinobi. Either way it seemed strange to the young Chunin. These thoughts and more, the anxiety caused by worrying just who would compose his new squad, set his nerves on edge; it had taken long enough to find a healthy balance within the old squad, now it seemed to him all that work was for nothing. Sighing his reluctance, his breath warm under the half face mask he wore at all times, he walked along the pre dawn streets, devoid of life as the villagers slept contented in their sheets. His new squad were to meet at the training field for dawn, for their formal introduction, and he wanted to be the first to arrive, being early was just a little idiosyncrasy of his, he detested being late instead always opting to be early than risk any potential hold ups causing him to run late.

Surveying the red hue of the pre dawn sky, the moon still visible in the sky Katake sat down against the trunk of great tree and began his wait for everyone to show up; with little to do to pass the time he removed how modified kunai, customised to suit his close combat style rather than as a throwing weapon, and began to hone them on a whetstone he made sure to always keep in his pack. Getting lost in the motion, his mind wandered to his younger years. An Uchiha seemingly devoid of natural talent was something of an oddity; still with hard work and determination he had made himself the equal of any his cousins, his skill with close quarters combat and lightning release had earned him some measure of recognition within his illustrious family. Though he still stood out as an oddity with his silver hair, pale eyes and below average height, if not for the three tomoed sharingan, few would believe him an Uchiha. The bonds forged with his old squad had been instrumental in shaping the young shinobi and now he was to join a new squad. He still held a measure of distaste towards the idea, but he kept telling himself it would be for the best and he hoped that his wish, would prove true.
As the sky began to brighten from red to golden and the sun broke through the clouds, showering the training field in a hazy yellow glow. In the distance ahead a shadow against the horizon could be spotted, could this be one of his team mates? Or even the elite Jonin squad leader? He hoped so, rising from his seated position he strode into the centre of the field to wait, returning his weapons to their sheaths as he walked and the whetstone to his pack also. Whistling a simple tune, he waited arms crossed for whoever approached him.
