Ninja Clan: Hyuuga, the possessors of the Byakugan–the ability to see chakra points and target them. The clan is a tight-knit group, with an honor-bound sensibility.

Appearance:

Hei has black hair like the rest of his clan members and the byakugan, of course. He is 5’6” and is of a slight build.


Hei wears a white scarf from his younger sister at all times. He also wears knee-length black shorts, a white tunic that falls to his mid-thighs, and a belt where he keeps weapons.


Inventory: 2 katana worn on his back.


Personality: He can come off as standoffish, though he really does care about his teammates. As he bears the responsibility of being the next clan head, he is often preoccupied with improving his strength as quickly as possible. He sometimes cracks jokes at the expense of his friends and often overestimates his own power. While he always tries to keep a cool head, he loses control when it looks like he’s on the losing end of anything be it a fight or something else.


Background: Hei was an only child until the age of 4 and a half, when his adorable younger sister was born. As his parents were often busy, Hei took care of his sister often. His career in the academy was simple; he studied hard, trained hard, and did his very best to be at the top of the class.


Hei generally prefers to rely on his swords instead of his hands, which has earned him many disapproving looks from the rest of his clan. He is considered “weak” for the next head.


Jutsus:


* Eight trigrams 64 palms – a technique that targets the 64 chakra points in an opponent in an effort to close the flow of chakra off. Hei only uses this jutsu in dire situations, usually sticking to lower numbers of palms. *


* Kaiten – rotation. Hei can only maintain this defensive technique for about three seconds, which annoys him greatly. *


* low mastery of targeting individual chakra points. While he can see them, he has about a 50% chance of missing it by a small bit, which means the attack loses its effectiveness. *

Tsuki no Kaze (wind of the moon) - causes his katana to glow white, which is usually a distraction, but the real heart of this jutsu is the increased reach. The blade is extended by sharp wind that is nearly, only nearly, invisible. Hei can sustain this for 3-5 attacks depending on exhaustion and mental state.


Likes: reading up on foreign countries and history, training, sunflowers. His favorite food is carrots.


Dislikes: people who are unjust or who hurt his friends or village in general, days that have too much sunlight.


Other: Hei’s byakugan has a range of about a quarter of a mile. He hopes to expand this, but is also scared of overtiring his eyes.

Name: Nagashi Ribasaido

Ninja Clan: The Ribasaido clan is a powerhouse in the politics of the Hidden Mist village. Having been around since it was first founded along with a group of other clans. Throughout the years after they were one of the main clans to skirmish with the Uchiha, After hearing about the Uchiha massacre the grunge-holding Ribasaido elders ordered a celebration for the destruction of their hated enemies. Those of the Rabasaido clan hold ancient techniques which have been passed down since their beginning. These being the jutsu known as 'Glue Release.' A combination jutsu typed achieved through the combination of the Earth element and the water elements. The Rabisaido are able to form the substances into many shapes, much like Deidara does with his clay. And it holds the ability to immobilize an opponent.


Members of the Ribasaido usually have either jet black, or shiny silver locks. The clan is mostly composed of water and earth users.


Appearance:

Inventory: Nagashi carries a katana, a pouch of kunai. And several paper bombs. Along with needles for throwing, and tipping with poison. And three large tubes of the Ribasaido's clan glue.


Personality: Nagashi is a level headed ANBU (Can I be ANBU?) member of the Hidden Mist. He believe the only way to victory is to destroy what stands in your way. And is not above doing just that to achieve his goals. While he may seem cold to others, those close to him have seen a softer side of him. That is willing to lay down his life for his friends, and those he is loyal too.


Background: Nagashi was born and raised during the periods of the Bloody Mist. Thus this has shaped his view on the world, believing to win, he must kill the opponent that stands in his way. After graduation through the death of his former team mates during the Chunin exams, he would later go on to be inducted into the ANBU for his performance as a ninja in the field.


Jutsus: Glue Release: Maw of the Crocodile- Nagashi creates a crocodile from the glue, and then controls it with his mind. Much like Hashi's wood dragon, except on a smaller scale.


Glue Release: Sticky Chain- He creates chains of glue, and is able to extend the length of them at will. This technique also allows him to immobilize opponents by 'gluing' to one spot with the extremely sticky substance.


Hiding in the Mist Technique- You know what this is.


Water Release: Water Dragon Jutsu


Signature Tech: Eyes of the River Snake: A genjutsu which requires the user to stare directly in his opponent's eyes. By doing so the opponent will fall into the genjutsu. The opponent sees themselves sitting on the side of a peaceful river, with trees on each side. When suddenly a giant snake comes from the river, wraps around them (Immobilizing the opponent) and slowly begins to squeeze the life from them before eating them. This jutsu damages an opponent because the opponent perceives themselves as choking, thus literally begins to choke.

Name: Kurgetsu Hozuki

Village: Kirigakure


Gender: Male


Ninja Clan: The H?zuki clan is a group of ninja that settled in Kirigakure after the ending of the Warring States Period. Members of this clan have the ability to turn their bodies into liquefied form. The members of this clan possess the ability to turn their bodies into liquid form using the Hydrification Technique. This ability however seems to require that they stay hydrated at all times.

Inventory: He carries the sword Kubikirib?ch? and the standard Kirigakure kunai with the difference to the normal Kunai being that it has an edge of the blade curving inward, making the point sharper and more suited for stabbing or thrusting.


Personality:


Kuramore is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. He strongly believes in the concept of social Darwinism, where the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy throughout the series.


However, he is not completely heartless. In spite of his sinister nature, he seems genuinely to care for his students and anyone from the village which is shocking for anyone that has witnessed him in battle. He also possesses a dark and twisted sense of humor.


Kurgetsu displays an extraordinary level of intelligence and insight, leaving the impression of an evil mastermind. He is extremely crafty, being able to hide from nearly any authority with ease thanks to his Hydrification Technique. He is also quite manipulative and is skilled in exploiting a person's psychology to facilitate his own devices or that of the villages devices. He also learns from is past mistakes and doesn't make the same mistake twice.


Background: Kurgetsu is the grandson of the second Mizukage Gengetsu H?zuki who died many years before Kurgetsu birth who seemed to have inherited Gengetsu H?zuki jutsu's and make them into his own deadly arsenal of weapons. Kuramore was born at a bad time in the Mist when it looked like it was going back to the blood mist days. During his academy days at the very en of it he was forced to slaughter his whole class to show that he was good enough to be a mist ninja just as it happened may years ago when the forth was the Mizukage and only a few people passed each year most being killed by their classmates.


After the academy Kurgetsu was sent of mission after mission sometimes with no breaks in fact normally with no breaks but as it was she was just getting stronger and stronger. He became a jonin in what seemed like no time the fastest recorded for the hidden mist as he never complained he just did what he was ordered when he was order. So when he was order to sneak into the Hidden leaf and see there how there defense was. He nearly got caught and would of if it wasn't for his Hydrification Technique still he succeed in his mission if only just.


Kurgetsu has been hailed as one of the most reliably ninja the mist has to offer up to date so far with a 95% completion rate and with the 5% lost because he didn't want to kill a man who was already dying. He was offered some students and accepted them since it was the Mizukage who asked and he wanted them to be trained under a successful ninja so he was chosen.

Ninja Clan: Yami clan. A clan that lives in the shadows. They are all assassains due to their excellence in merciless killing, while stealthy. They are users of the dark release, the ability to abosrb, release, and control the chakra stolen from another person. He is the only one remaining.

Personality: Silent but deadly. He is usually quiet, but he will speak if he absolutely needs to. He loves to fight people, especially people he doesn't know because he doesn't know what they are capable of and he finds that fun. He doesn't open up to anyone about his life and his feelings.


Background: Shen was found near a temple in Kirigakure by a couple of mercenaries and they took him in. They trained him from the time they found him and saw an expert's skill level in him when he was just 13. The mercenaries quickly wanted to know where he came from, but the only clue they had was the shape of two diamonds overlapping each other on his hand. They consulted a specialist of clans and the specialist figured out where he came from almost immediately, the Yami clan. The rest of his clan had disappeared after the day Naruto became Hokage, his appearance was definitely not to be taken lightly. He was appointed for assassination jobs when he was 15 and he completed every single assassination he was assigned to. He was tired of his "parents" setting him up for jobs, so he poisoned them and killed them. He let his brutality take the best of him and started to become a greedy and cold killer. He found a team that was going to kill the Hokage and he thought that he could join, just for fun.

-Dark Release: Judgement: The release of chakra in the appearance of a blue flame


-Body Flicker technique: Movement so fast that it is similar to teleportation.


-Sword Style: Assassination: Shen appears behind his target and stabs them with one or both of his ninja-tos.


Signature Jutsu: Dark Release: Inhaling Maw. He absorbs chakra from another person by being very close to them (He has to be within 6 inches of someone to absorb the chakra) and he is then able to release it to control the nature affinity that the person had.

Personality: Seto has a very melancholic personality and holds deep despair inside. But in reality he just wants a friend and wants to be loved by others he actually despite being the cold and distant person he is, is actually quiet and dark to the point of being unable to do normal conversation for long periods of time. He acts cold to try and make people scared to be next him at all. Despite that, he is proper and well mannered. His words are hollow but he does tell the truth and doesn't make a habit of lying to people. If one were to open him up he would most likely no matter which gender they are would hug them and cry on their shoulder. When fighting, he is aggressive, not caring who he hurts or kills in order to fulfill his mission. He can also go on the defensive very quickly, simply by changing which bones grow.


Background: His pregnant mother, who had run away with her husband the night before the Kaguya clan went to their final battle, eventually arriving in Kirigakure. She begged the Mizukage to let them stay, apologizing for what their clan did, and that she and her husband had no part of it. He took pity on her as she was pregnant, but had the Father secretly assassinated to make it look like an accident. A week later, she gave birth to Seto and died doing so, Seto being given away for adoption. He was 9 when he discovered he had inherited his clan's bloodline limit, Shikotsumyaku after he broke his arm climbing a tree, he fixed it inadvertently. He joined the side of the antagonists after the village had rejected him, terrified he would grow up to be a war-mongering tyrant.


Jutsus: Shadow Clone: Creates copies of himself.


Digital Shrapnel: By growing the bones in his fingers, he creates 10 bullets which are fired towards the opponent.


Dance of the Larch: From the body, several bones pop out all at once. The stronger the opponent's physical attack, the more powerful the counter attack is, dealing severe damage. The sudden defence, combined with the needle-like bones high killing ability, makes way for a technique which potential his high for battle. The bones can be used to block or trap an opponent's strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes him basically untouchable at close range. If an opponent would start to get close to him, he would start to spin rapidly slashing the foe in multiple areas of their body.


Dance of the Willow: Seto grows several long bone blades from his body for use as weapons. There isn't any set form for the Dance of the Willow. Just like a willow that is shaken by the wind, the opponents attacks are simply parried and countered. Uncharacteristic of a willow, the hardened bones puncture and damage the opponents body. Though he primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of his hands, he also uses several secondary bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents and their counter strikes. Seto can also extend his bones to attack his opponents without having to adjust his own movement.

He's loyal and obedient, if he was told to kill his mother he might actually do it but tell him to kill his Puppy Jass and he'll make sure you won't be able to walk for a few years. He's without mercy to his opponents and gives them no room to breath.


Background: Where he's from is unknown and whenever he is asked about his past he just shrugs it off like he didn't hear the question. All that is known about him is that he just showed up one day and just stayed in the village.

Shadow form: This Jutsu alters the body making it like shadows. For a brief period of time like a couple minutes the user negates any damage that was suppose to hurt him and anything involving physical contact just passes through the user. The user can still hurt his/her enemy but with a slight penalty to damage. In dark areas the user cannot be seen cause they blend with the darkness.


Sharingan


Black Hands: a Jutsu that utilizes the shadows and helps give the user and extra boost in hand to hand combat and is most deadly in shaded areas or at night time.

Darkness Desending: A Jutsu that only Arch knows is able to increase the destructive capabilities of the user by giving him/her a shadow cloak that protects the body and increases the power and chakra of that user for a long time effect or it can be used to creat a large ball of darkness that causes a major Dark explosion affecting everything caught in the blast.

Name: Shiruku Utsukush? (The Mighty Racoon Of The Leaf)

Village: Konoha

Ninja Clan: The Utsukushi clan is a nomad clan that wonder off and settle where they feel comfortable. They is at least a trace of clan members in almost every ninja village. Upon birth, children of the clan establish a spiritual connection to the after life and spirits of the dead. Upon age 3-5, they utilize their Tsuchigan to summon a spirit that will be their guardian animal. The Tsuchigan is a blood line technique that allows them to form a perfect connection to the spirit world and the undead. However, reanimation is a taboo among the clan.

Tsuchigan: The Tsuchigan is the clans dojutsu (much like the Byakugan and Sharingan). However, the circle does not appear in their eyes. It creates a third eye upon the users forehead.

Personality: Shiruku is a energetic powerful young woman who prefer to have a good time instead of be bored. Her favorite activities is drinking delicious sake and eating food; as well as a good nap. She is often told to take her position with respect and act her age but she prefers not to. However, she does have a serious attitude when she needs to show it.


Background: Born the only child of her parents, Shiruku was destined to be among the higher ranks of her clan. After summoning her spirit animal, she began her training to become a powerful ninja. However, many people of her clan believed that was was too much like Mugen; her great great grand father. He used the Tsuchigan to reanimate powerful ninja and attempt to destroy the clan, but never told her. She was given his mighty sword on account that he too summoned a racoon as his guardian.


As she passed her exams and began to make her way into the ANBU, she realized that the Tsuchigan was more powerful than her clan had expected. In secret, she practiced reanimation and after so many attempts, she had finally mastered it. Once the fellow ANBU's found out, she was forced to stop and become a sensei for the newly graduated teams. She never truly understood why she was kicked out, but she could careless.

If she hears or sees something she doesn't like she will confront it no matter what. She hates being a damsel in distress. Once she gets to know someone, she becomes sweet and playful. She also very protective of people close willing to face anything for them. She gets over excited about a lot of little things and can be very bipolar. She is Also VERY hotheaded, she hates showing feelings thinking that showing feeling is weak


Background: She always been the outcast of her clan, but they still respect her. She leaves randomly to adventure and clear her head. She was one of the most powerful in her clan. She never knew her parents. Something happen to them when she was little. She always looking for the answers, once she does she will bring pain to the people or person that took her parents away.


Jutsus: The Tenro clan ninja fighting style revolves mainly around the use of taijutsu and some use of ninja tools. Some members have been shown to use a combat based transformation technique, allowing them to take on a wolf-like creature that enhances their strength and speed, which emphasises their main focus of taijutsu and close combat.


Chakra Absorption Techniques are techniques that allow the user to absorb another individual's chakra. They are typically used to absorb chakra from an opponent and add it to the user's own chakra reserves, allowing them to utilise it as if it were their own, while simultaneously exhausting the opponent's physical energy and limiting the techniques that they can perform


Juinjutsu are a type of techniques used to bring someone under the control of the user. By applying a seal to the victim's body, the user brings the victim's abilities and actions under his/her control

Ninja Clan: Shane clan. The Shane clan were blessed with large chakra pools and a kekkei genkai because of a marriage with a minor yoki. The kekkei genkai when activated slows down movment in the sight of it's wielder. The Large chakra pool works where the genin woul have the reserves of a chunin and so on.


Clan Emblem: The clan emblem is the kanji for protect because the clan believes that true power and strength is found and usable only when protecting those that are precious to you.

Personality: Samuel is a kind person but usually plays the clown. He only gets angry and extremely serious if his precious people are being messed with.


Background: Samuel was born blind. He was told that he would be unable to become a ninja until the year before he would have been allowed to be entered into the academy. It was then that his grandfather, who is also blind, created a jutsu that allowed him to see in a set distance around himself based upon how much chakra was used in the jutsu.


Jutsus:


Blind Release: Imperfect Sight.


This Jutsu allows the user to see the world inside a set area based upon how much chakra is used as if they were a dog.


Blind Release: Shared Stolen Sight.


This Jutsu allows the user to temporally cause blindness in it's target but can only be used if the target is within the area of Blind Release: Imperfect Sight.

Other: Samuels grandfather is working with the Yakamana clan to creat a improved version of the jutsu Imperfect Sight. However if it is completed the chakra use would be rather high. Samuel mainly fights with his swords and is an expert in stealth and traps. His sword attacks are counted at technics rather then jutsu because they require a sword to be preformed. Samuels chakra nature is wind and fire.

Inventory: Puppets: Micropuppets - His own invention, they are tiny, bug-like puppets that can be loaded with poison, and fly. They can self-replicate to an extent, but have to be actively commanded while doing so.


Tokage (Lizard) – Capable of drawing in natural energy to camouflage itself, changing to blend in with the environment.


Hina no Haha (Brood Mother) – A large, fortress-esque puppet that can produce smaller, puppets over time.


A sealing scroll that contains sealing scrolls, some of which contain his puppets and some of which contain more scrolls, some of which contain some of his sealing arrays and some of which contain more scrolls… you get the idea.


Personality: Quiet and taciturn, Taro rarely speaks. He is actually rather friendly, though. However, he is loyal, and if attacked, he will return in kind with no qualms. He has a rather analytical mind, looking at every movement with no detail spared.


Background: Raised in Suna in a family that had run from Kiri during the Bloodline Purges, they returned after the fourth Shinobi war. Taro had gained an affinity for puppeteering, and his brother had the coveted Steam Release, having been adopted. They soon rose through the ranks, becoming the personal guard of the Mizukage within three years. Then the rebels attacked.


Despite fighting valiantly, Taro was incapacitated, and his brother was killed. He quit soon after. Having dedicated himself to hard, nigh-insane ‘training from hell’, he stopped upon hearing of the upcoming exams. Gathering his things, he set off to Konoha. “It’s time. I’ll avenge you, big bro.”

Personality: Kai usually enjoys being alone. He likes training and making himself stronger, he trains every day after school. Kai likes making friends, but isn't really good at talking to others. He holds a huge grudge for a specific clan ( will be explain why in background). The hatred within Kai forms into what you see is a Toka. Kai would literally put his life before anyone in danger, no matter the situation. He will never give up in a fight no matter how hard the fight is.


Background: Kai was born into a nice and friendly clan who loved to fight, but they where known as the most dangerous as well . The reason why they where known for most dangerous is because they would kill there opponent, when they had a chance. That's why the term "Hide yo Kids Hide yo Wives" was created, ( Lol jk). On Kai's 14th birthday his clan was attacked by a clan that goes by the hanabi clan. It was a serious battle between both of the clans. The battle had many men, women, and children killed or hurt in this battle. Kai's mother told Kai to escape as soon as possible before the Hanabi's reach there home. As a young lad he listened to his mom and ran off, when Kai was half away into the forest he looked back and saw his house in flames and his mother stabbed. In pure anger Kai dashed towards his mom as a strange man knocked out Kai and took Kai with him. Where the man took Kai was Konoha where Kai was raised and tought how to fight for the rest of his years there.


Jutsu: The Fullbring clan usually flow around genjutsu and ninjutsu. The passed down ninjutsu element is Lightning/Electricity, but it seems that Kai's been studying to controlling Fire stly. For that he brings much hope to his clan, weak or not. They also use similar skills to the Uchiha. Which is Ssuano'o (Toka), and Sharingan (Moka).


Likes: Fighting, Training, Food, And Friends


Dislikes: Cocky people, Ignorant fools, Evil people, Easy fights, and not very good meals.

Ninja Clan: The Raikinzoku clan is a secretive and civilized clan that consists of the most ominous and shadowy ninjas. They are known for their blacksmiths and their refined weapons of great sharpness and durability. They live in Kirigakure and are known very well. They have a special technique known as the "Lightning Strike" where the ninja gathers all of the metal from the surrounding area and shoots it at the enemy with an infusion of lightning chakra. They are very renowned fighters and can have high government positions.

Personality: Very quiet and reserved. He takes care of business but he is a merciless man with harsh punishments for wrong doings, wrong in his eyes. He prefers to be out in the field fighting with his village but is often forced to stay back, although he can handle himself. He is very wise and will give advice to people all the time. He wants people to do everything perfectly since he has major OCD about just about everything.


Background: Whenever anyone asks him about something in his past, he looks at them with lightning in his eyes (literally) and stays quiet.
