The National Intelligent Criminal Education academy was originally founded and opened in 2021 by the villainess Axis, also known as Eliza Banks. The school was built in the abandoned portions of the New York City subway system, making it easily accessible to students and providing plenty of opportunities for missions. It was funded by various under ground criminals universally, including several mafias, and corporate business owners in exchange for protection and future aid.
N.I.C.E is considered a non-profit organization and provides students with boarding, food, and health services. N.I.C.E’s overall goal is to achieve a perfect world, where criminals are in high ranking positions of the world and reforming the government to lean towards what they consider ‘perfection’.
N.I.C.E locates potential students by accessing federal websites that contain databases of criminal records, they often choose candidates in their late teens to early twenties. The youngest age they have hosted is 16.
