Catalina always seems calm or even thinking in something else while chewing bubble gum. Chewing bubble gum in fact is a immutable habit. At this point its hard for her to get really energetic, she usually seems uninterested or high. Catalina is also moderately nihilistic and determinist, and very independent. For some time she was very tense about someone being sent to kill her, however, those time have passed and she now thinks she is completely safe in her new identity. She also developed a need for explosions as a sort of adrenaline rush, which can be seen as other kind of addiction. But passing that, she's exceptionally smart and retain massive amounts of knowledge.

Spoiler: Short Story

Born in Mexico, her mother was the lover of a rising drug lord in Tijuana. When he got some power, he threatened to kill the girl and her mother if they didn't left Tijuana, so that's what they did. Because of that, she grew in extreme poverty at the poorest and hottest part of the country, hunger was very frequent. Her mother serviced as a maid, barely making enough for keeping them alive. Because her mother never could keep the eye on her while working most of the day, she never noticed the kid's progress in school. It was just by chance that some kids used small explosives trying to scaring her, and succeeding at that. She was just 9 at the time. However, she got interested by that, and that interest grew rapidly.
When she was 12, the girl was determined to not spend the rest of her life cleaning bathrooms as her mother, so she fled from home. After a though journey, she reached her father and, to her surprise, he recognized her as his bastard daughter. After that she joined the cartel and, for some time, she really loved her dad, after all, he saved her from poverty, and her life quickly changed. It was also during this period that her abilities grew the most, as she was used by her father to commit lots of atrocities. With her help, he became the greatest drug warlord in the region.
All the girl did was explosives, and many people were killed by her bombs, however, some day, one of the cartel's drug manufacturer died by natural causes. Her dad, presuming her talent for chemistry, decided to "suggest" that she learned how to produce highly addictive drugs.
It wasn't really a question about right or wrong to her, but the girl realized that if she did what he asked, she would be forever used as his peasant, nothing more than a piece of the puzzle. If she accepted, she could never be free. Because of that, two years ago the girl fled for the U.S., changing her name to Catalina upon arrival. It was also when she arrived at the U.S. that she started to be interested on tattoos, also seeing it as a way to make an identity. "One for every great success"
She moved to live in a small but comfortable apartment in New York, where she made money by finding and selling good-quality marijuana to the many potheads in the building and nearby, but also taking small "contracts" for explosives on the deep web, before being approached by N.I.C.E with a proposal.

Zahil is overall a pretty understanding and caring person after initial meetings, but can be an extremely sarcastic and insulting person when first met. Despite his attire, he prefers settling arguments with words rather than lead. His sarcastic mannerisms and social attitude help him defuse, or create hostile, situations with nearly any group. He tends to speak off of feelings rather than thinking his words through, and enjoys speaking with those he encounters, be it good words or bad. Of course, there is an exception when it comes to his enemies, close friends, or when important business is at hand. Finally, there is no end to his terrible jokes.

Background:
Zahil had an unremarkable early life, being born in the heart of Palestine. He saw war, terror, and a constant struggle to maintain power. As years passed, he learned that he could typically talk his way out of most situations. He was unable to talk himself out of being sent out of the country by his family however, in hopes of a better, more peaceful life. As it played out, Zahil wouldn’t get to see peace for a while yet. He found himself in the hands of a local police force while traveling through Egypt, and landed himself a position with them. At first, he would just talk down drunks or the occasional thug. As his skills grew, and his recognition increased, he donned the beret that is still worn by him today, and took up the role of a negotiator for more large scale disputes. This continued for a while until he got a letter about “N.I.C.E.” With permission from his employer, he was allowed to attend. Then, Zahil replied with, “This experience should be pretty... Nice.”
Zahil also arrived at the airport the next day with a bruise on his arm.

Kari can turn invisible, meaning he cannot be seen with a naked eye. However, he is able to seem human, since he has matter. He will be able to be controlled via Matter Manipulation and will be able to bump into things and touch things, since he is not a ghost.

Shields
He is able to protect himself using a bubble-like, black, hard shield. This allows him to stay protected. Although shields can be used for defense, they can be used as offense, if he uses them against his opponent.

  Yes, you can say it: she's a dwarf. And don't worry about pissing her off; her short and stout stature's the least of her concerns. It's the scars that are her problem. In particular, the large scar that spans from the top of her head to the tail end of her spinal cord. That's become the point of insecurity with her body. Fortunately, it's the only insecurity, because other than that, she loves herself. She loves her curly black hair, her dark brown eyes, her chubbiness, her light-brown skin and the sprinkle of freckles on it, everything. And she absolutely loves prettying herself up on top of that. all in all, she's a woman who takes care of her appearance.
• As far as she’s concerned, she’s a princess, and no one can tell her otherwise. Granted, no one could even get the chance because they likely won’t find out about her perception on things, given that she isn’t likely to speak up about that. Or speak up at all. And it’s not that she’s a quiet person by nature because once she hears something relevant to herself, she’ll be a talkative mess; she’s just not used to people yet, but she’s getting there, and she is actively working on it. In fact, she’s working on a whole lot of things other than that, like her problem with people raising their hands near her and sharp objects directed at her.   ▸ she's not exactly sure how it works, but after searching it up, the thing that she likely has is something similar to a bird's hollow bones. apparently, her bones are pneumatised, which gives her a lot of air flow and stuff. so, theoretically speaking, she could probably hold a single note for hours upon hours on end if she tries.

  Naomi is a rather calm and collected person, even in the toughest situations and even if she is truly scared she refuses to show it or lose her cool. She keeps her mind clear and focused above all else...most of the time. Its actually quite easy to piss her off and make her lose this focus if you truly try to, usually done by insulting her height in any serious and demeaning manner that's not just a simple joke.
  
  She's quite nice when you get to know her despite being an assassin of sorts. After all, she's not psychotic she just...has different world views that don't get along with the norm.
  
  Background
  
  Naomi had a rather hard life. Orphaned at a very young age she had to look after herself, living on the streets. No one would take her. She was cursed many would say. Don't let her look at you, lest you be cursed and die just as her parents had. There was truth to those statements, truly there were. Though she wasn't responsible for her parents deaths. Not directly, no. There had been an incident in school, a bunch of bullies were picking on her friends so she had decided to grab the leader of the bunch and stare deep into his eyes. Corrupting his mind, driving him insane.
  
  Rumors of course started spreading from then on however her friends stuck by her side. After all. Who would dare bully someone who had someone like her on their side? Unfortunately, rumors spread fast and not always to people you wanted them too. The Government had heard of her powers, there had been similar interests in the past so they were here to collect her. Which, really meant lots of experimentation and tests to see just what she could do. Her parents of course refused, causing a distraction for their daughter to flee. Which she did. All she heard as she ran was gunfire, alone on her own at only ten years old. Due to the present rumors no one would take her, if anything they wanted her gone. So when the men in suits started asking questions they readily answered to get rid of the 'demon child' they so hated.
  
  She was forced to flee town, stealing what she could where she could on a constant run from danger. As she grew older she started training herself, managing to steal a staff from a weapons dealer to defend herself with. As she grew more skilled both with her powers and her weapon while also learning her kinetic sight was stronger while blindfolded, she started striking back against people like the ones who had killed her parents. Greedy power hungry moguls that sought only to further themselves under the guise of aiding humanity. At the age of eighteen she started to make this a reality, scouting out targets, brutally murdering them, and moving on to the next. She never killed innocents, perhaps injured thoe that got in her way, but at the end of the day only her targets were slain.
  
  This continued on for two years until she found the N.I.C.E foundation. A group with similar interests to her own in a way. At the very least...criminals were earnest in what they wished. Most didn't portray themselves to help others whilst being two-faced and doing more harm than good. The lesser of the two evils as it were. She didn't fully agree with N.I.C.E, not currently, but they were still better than those she had thus far put into a grave.

  Strengths
  
  Contrary to her tiny size, Naomi is decently strong. Partly due to her training, mostly due to the fact she is a melee fighter and the staff she wields is not light.
  
  In a close quarters fight she has the advantage. Think a blind samurai sort of deal, only with more bashing your ass in the skull than slicing you in half. This isn't to say she's unstoppable, simply you'll be hard pressed against her.
  
  Due to the way her sight works she's actually a much more intelligent thinker than most. She can mentally map out an area pretty quickly and think of a plan to get things done. Every little breeze furthers her sight, every movement, every breath.
  
  Weaknesses
  
  Naomi is quite vulnerable to ranged combat, while she can actually dodge some shots with good timing she can't dodge surprise attacks like this or block them without extreme luck on her side.
  
  When it comes to using her powers, she has a decently hard time focusing. Due to several years of willing blindness when the blindfold comes off she's a bit disorientated as well, thus she tends to keep it on.
  
  Naomi is...quite short. Her height disadvantages her in many, many ways. However, her staff doubles as a way to assert her dominance over others. She is short, not weak, there is a very clear difference.
  
  
  Powers
  
  Naomi possess a range of different abilities all relating towards sight. Many she doesn't yet know how to fully control and thus why she has opted to rely pure on her kinetic vision to guide her. She can actually see to some extent, she just chooses to remain blinded for the good of herself and those around her, only taking the blindfold off when things get serious.
  
  Typically, Naomi sees in a 'kinetic vision' sort of sense. Everything around her is outlined to her in black and white, the girl able to see through hearing and feeling the slightest movement or vibration. Due to this she most often walks around barefoot to ensure she has maximum vision potential at all times. Further due to this since she does not rely on sight she is able to track beings more effeciently during and out of combat, allowing near pinpoint accuracy despite blindness. Due to this, she also has heightened hearing; if that wasn't obvious.
  
  Naomi possess an ability similar to that of the Ghost Rider's penance stare, wherein if she grabs you and stares directly into your eyes you're shown your worse fears kicked up to about a hundred, which over an extended period of time will cause the target to lose their mind entirely. Though this requires an immense amount of focus and she isn't that great at focusing.
  
  Naomi is able to conjure nearly anything(within reason) with enough time and focusing to where she's staring. This is the main reason she keeps the blindfold on. While she can't exactly make complex things like nuclear warheads or entire buildings or anything absurd like that, it would really suck if her imagination took hold and she dropped something heavy on a friend or lit a campfire in the middle of a wooden building. Most typically, and what she's primarily mastered doing it with, she uses it to make food. Everything else...is either hit or miss and hasn't turned out well so far.
  
  Naomi has a healing Eye Magic Variant, simply put it allows her to heal wounds that she sees. She cannot heal wounds that are too deep or otherwise fatal, though she can accelerate the healing and potentionally even stabalize until they can get real help. For healing more than basic cuts and such this ability is incredibly draining and strenous on her.
  
  Finally, Naomi is immune to permanent blindness. The only way to blind her for good is to severely maim(Read: Destroy or remove) her eyes. She can be blinded for a long time, and this does cripple her kinetic vision, however it will eventually heal over time. The length of time depends on the severity of the damage.
  
  Weapons
  Naomi wields a staff, similar to a priests staff. It's heavy, made out of a gold/iron alloy with pointy bits at the end, and very damn good for whacking things. Apply liberally to everywhere for maximum effect.
