Well it's untainted by the pollution and radiation of outside the dome. So clearly, yes. And then this blood came from a ghost, there's no way it would have any taint or impurities in it at all. But Anna's blood will still taste the best because it's pure and has magic flowing through it, cause Anna has magic.

So most of the vampires that haven't had non-tainted blood, or haven't had it since the dome came up could logically become obsessed with it. It's like the ultimate food, the best tasting thing ever. It only makes sense from a logical stand point. It's like giving someone who is used to dirty water, some filtered spring water. They will likely only want to drink the clean, pure, spring water as opposed to the tainted, yucky tasting dirt water. They could quite possibly become obsessed with only drinking the clean stuff especially if it's always within arms reach of them.
