I need a King's Rock

No one knew what that giant building was on the sky, it was just there one day and slowly headed towards the south. It passed many cities, and many grew both curious and wary. They've never sent many people there because of lack of transportation. It roamed but did not interfere with anything. It traveled but did not stop for anything. It wandered but did not notice anything. It was a quiet and humble building in the sky.

One day, the most well known of mechanics and engineers of this magical era were hired to make a transport so that we can finally learn of what's inside of the harmless castle. It took a year but after they were finished with the ship, a group of people were called to be the volunteers in exploring the castle. Not guaranteeing that you'll survive, they send you many rations and a telepathic communication was linked to each other for quick calling through your party, as your group was called. You are now ready and set, weapons and/or magic at the ready, to start the expedition. What waits inside the castle?

Gloria IV. Yes, Mark 4. You can't make an airship on the first try and expect it to work. That'd ruin the common thing called hypothesis. Anyway, this is the rowboat-zeppelin hybrid you and your party are riding towards the very well known building dubbed the "Mysterious Flying Castle". Very original. The pilot of the airship expects to reach it within approximately fifteen minutes or so. The ship wasn't moving slowly but a few people felt like it was not fast either. The Gloria IV had a few rocky beginnings before it flew off successfully from its port. Some say this was magic. Those hipsters. They couldn't just appreciate that pre-modern technology has been made in front of them.
Anyway, the trip didn't take a while. The speed of the airship gaining altitude was so fast that not even ten minutes reached and the airship is within level with the castle. Speaking of the castle, it still slowly moved south. Its pace never really noticeably changed over the years. It was so gigantic but was thought small when one was on the ground. The intricate design of the castle was very unique for today's architects. It was huge and burly and was suspected to be mostly metal. They also wonder how it was able to fly for so long without the need to stop. Where was it getting its energy source? If it was an indefinite one, then their suspicions would lead them to immense riches. Also, how was it able to maneuver? How was it made? How was it so big? There was so many questions unanswered and the number increased every single day starting from the day the first few people saw the building. Magic or technology, powerful or weak, passive or aggressive, no one ever knew. But hopefully, the volunteers would finally return with answers they always sought for. Speaking of volunteers...

Interior_Airship_web.jpg

They sit inside a lounge like room inside the rowboat-designed zeppelin. Not much has happened yet, except the occasional person to bring requested snacks and water. Outside of the room was a long hallway with many doors in each wall but volunteers were forbidden inside in any of them. Volunteers have also put their names on a list, for information purposes. Other than that, they were allowed to go outside of the lounge room. Other available places in the Gloria IV were the rooftop-like area on the of the airship, some few bathrooms, the kitchen, another lounge, and the room where the pilot is. It was uneventful, to say the least

At the rooftop: It was a very gentle breeze but the sun was a bit too warm but also nevertheless not too bothersome. The clouds... they looked so beautiful when the airship got near them or when the wind makes them pass through. The rooftop was like a terrace with bars in the sides to keep you safe, but just in case, you are harnessed in the waist with a cord that is similar to a mountain climbing gear to make sure that no one accidentally falls to their dooms since the ship is a hundred of meters away from the ground. The flooring was metal with some cloth covering on top of it to keep it from overheating too long and rendering the place too hot to be in. It was a really wide area. Peaceful too. Here one could see the Mysterious Flying Castle nearer than ever before.

Silas, Party thief

"...there she is... the big ol' MFC." the man stated as he stared at the big... thing, flying in the distance. not to long from now he'd be in there, picking every lock, disabling every trap... his hands were just twitching with excitement over it. Just thinking of all the things that could be worth ten times their weight in gold in there was enough to make him want to grow a pair of wings and fly their himself! Course, that wasn't possible.... then again... maybe something inside can get him wings? Damn that'd be nice...

"...be good to figure out where the sucker is going to... might be walking into a end of the world type of bullshit here, though... do i really want to deal with that shit... hrmmph... let the muscle heads deal with slaying the evil wizards if their in there... not here to die, thats for certain.." he thought out loud as he shook his head. Ruminating was going to get him nowhere, for now, he had to play nice and helpful... lots of hot heads in this place and gods help him if he has to deal with more then one a minute.

Atleast he got a place that was more quiet and less awkward then the other places on the ship, with two foxes here to, was it Fera? Either way, the cheery one was alright, the other one was abit off putting, a thousand yard stare no matter what happened... both were cute, as feras usually were... even the guys at times... though sometimes those looked like the girls to... wait... maybe... one of them was a... he hasn't actually heard the quiet one speak... or atleast loudly, so he can't judge by voice... the cheery one definitely was a female... but...

Best he stop thinking about that.

The other guy... no idea who he was, nor did he care really, was a human, maybe. Had some sun hanging around his neck so probably some religious nut... or he just liked the sun? heard some wizards use necklaces to do their spells, arcane focus? Maybe.... Bloody wizards...

Well, thoughts out of the way, he had best introduce himself if they are to be working together, atleast until one of them gets dismembered... Which he hopes is none of the ones in THIS lounge.

Well, or the others, he wasn't an asshole.

Maybe.

"So folks, whos excited to go where no man, woman or child has gone before?" he didn't need to ask, but he'll be damned if he gets stabbed in the back because he wasn't friendly enough to one idiot out of the bunch.

Dante, takes a nice glance at the giant flying castle at the distance. Knowing that this is the time, his life could change. He makes a grin as he grabs his chain, mumbling words in Celestial.

"Ol bolape a noco de elo lap par bolape a page de malpargi."

He feels excited and ready and excited for his quest, his journey, his adventure, he might even get to prove himself to his family that he isn't some bellboy. Clutching his symbol even harder he gives a chuckle. All he hopes is that he is going to make it out of this alive, alive and full of the mysteries this castle holds. Dante then feels the need to prepare more. Taking out his book to give some review on some spells of his. As he opens his book, he reviews his spells flipping page to page, giving each spell a arcane check and quick glances from each section. Then he hears a nearby stranger speak out. Dante looks up to the taller, hooded, masked figure.

"Ah, yes, I'm quite excited for this adventure. Who knows what mysteries this castle holds, and think of it, we'll be one of the first group of adventures to discover it!" he says with a smile. Then realizes that he hasn't properly introduced himself.

"Sorry, my name is Dante, Dante Von Bill. Who might you be?" he says while he closes his book, then extending his hand to the stranger as he takes a couple steps to him.

Markov Was standing tall as he lean against the wall in the room,he dint want to sit and/or speak, he just lean against the wall with his wings wrap around himself hiding most of his body from view. He had a expressionless face as he just stared down with his eyes closed and his massive tower of a blade was leaning beside him on the wall. He came here to return home with a trophy to show that the Solotov Bloodline was one of the strongest of red drakens in the eastern Volcanic mountains! he was not here for the riches or the power,he was here to show the world and the other drakens that the solotov bloodline was the purest of draken breeds out there! and the most mighty! Opening his eyes for a second he look around seeing a few people....one of them was suited like a red beast of war and he look he could stand a few hits...still it was just a pathetic human...there was a small human wearing a blue robe, well seems to special to be here...Then there was this odd looking female human...well Seem human as far he can tell but felt odd...and then there was the female with the Googles and the male human with the blue robe but this time he had crosses and other shiny stuff....seems the team that is gonna explore is full of odd individuals but no mater,he just stood there and closed his eyes once again and stayed leaning on the wall resting.

Maria on the other hand was sitting on one of the beds as she snap her fingers and made sparks appear, messing about, she look around and would wonder something before asking "zyak svanoa tira wux shio itrewic tenpiswo persvek wer irral goawy? svabol xurwka wux confn tenpiswo?"she said as no one would surely understand her, markov would be heard as he sigh and would say "She said: so how did you all get here in the first place? what made you come here?...she ask a lot of questions"he said as maria would give him a mean look before looking at the others wondering,as she did she would look out of the small wooden window frame wondering of the castle...what would be in there?

"There I am..." Raiko stands on the rooftop, a gentle breeze going through his hair as he looks at the big, Flying building that he's going to enter soon. His Dragonic eyes, which have Red Eyeballs and White Iris and Pupil where shining and a slight smile is visible on his face.

"I'm so excited to enter this thing..." He said and sighed. "I should have taken the Wings of the Dragon with me... But that doesn't matter now..."

Raiko looks around and sees another person. A Orc.
"Hello..." he said to the Male Orc and smiles. "Who are you?"

@The Holy Exodus

Denemir gazed reflectively at the floating city above with awe and amazement. He had to admit, it was one of the most beautiful things he'd ever seen in his travels. A celestial city sitting atop the clouds overlooking the ocean? How could it be anything but simply gorgeous? Denny's desire to explore every nook and cranny of the place was nearly overwhelming. Most importantly, he wondered how the city could even float at all. Such an accomplishment would require an almost unlimited amount of mana, more than what all of the mages across the world could produce combined. Denemir could hardly contain his excitement; this could be the biggest magical discovery made in ten thousand years!

Hurriedly, Denny doodled some sketches into his journal, and wrote down notes about any notable landmarks, the architecture, and his impression of the city. Suddenly, his mind was torn from his writings when he heard a statement from one of the other travellers. Turning around in his seat, he noticed two humans trying to break the long silence with conversation. Surely he could rest his hands a bit and chat with these fine fellows? It was always good to get familiar with future co-workers, after all.

"I am looking forward to this expedition as well." added Denny enthusiastically. "There is an immense magical power contained within that city. Whatever we find in there will change this world for the better, I'm sure of it."

The sun's light bathed the lounge in a brilliant golden glow, clusters of dust slowly shifting between the rays. Among the ship's passengers, a handful were freely minding their own business. The elf girl, Talia, shrank into a corner with a blanket wrapped tightly around her body despite the summer heat. She knew that the others had already seen - and can still see - the vile parasite leeching on her body, but she felt a sense of shame and anxiety in revealing it. Keeping it out of sight did little to make the growth's presence unknown, as it writhed and slithered under the cover regardless. It was feeling restless - it was hungry, as it always was, and it sensed flesh on the ship. Of course, even this disgusting beast knew that causing a scene on board was not the best idea so it kept to itself for the time being, waiting for the right time to feed. She avoided eye contact with everyone in the room and ignored the draken's question, holding her blanket even closer.

Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all. . . Everyone here looks scary. To some of them, I probably look scary, too.

Then, the door slammed open.

Eli made an incredibly unnecessary dive roll into the lounge, his coat dramatically wafting upwards as he held his landing pose - head down, on one knee, and both arms straightened out to his sides. There was a moment of silence before he made a small cough and rose to his feet, sweeping his coat to brush off dust that didn't exist. He jumped into an open seat and folded one leg over the other, adjusting his crooked glasses.

"I'm here," he announced, to the surprise of literally nobody. It had only been about two minutes since he'd left to use the bathroom, after all. His gaze moved to the female draken and grinned, adjusting his glasses again for no reason. "You want to know about me? Well! I-"

On the other side of the lounge, Yulan snapped his book closed and stood up from his bench with a wry smile. My, these people appear to be quite literally armed to the teeth. Two draken - a rare sight, and an even rarer sight to see one lose in battle. I'll learn of them in greater detail in due time - first, I'll see to the others on board and perhaps gauge what these so-called adventurers have in store.

"I haven't even started yet and you're leaving?" Eli asked, wounded by this clear act of cruelty.

"This stuffy room is giving me a headache, I need some fresh air," Yulan answered, dismissing the man's concerns with a wave of a hand before vanishing from the doorway. "And I'm here because I feel like it," his voice echoed faintly from the hallway in late response to the draken's question. From there, he made his way up toward the roof.

A bit miffed but undeterred, Eli turned around to face the others and cleared his throat to continue.

"I am ELI BRYNDAMERE!" he declared, his high-pitched voice probably ringing throughout the entire vessel as he leaped out of his chair to knock over a different chair so he could put his foot down on it. "A grand summoner hailing from a legendary ancestry of mages! I've traveled far! Wide! Maybe a little bit narrow, too!" He paused for a moment to think about what he was actually trying to say. "A castle of this nature is certainly shrouded in mystery and, more importantly, magic. What I want is to get my hands on a summoned entity that no one on the surface has ever seen before!" When he was satisfied with both his introduction and goal, he fixed the chair he pushed over and calmly took a seat again. "Okay, maybe I won't find anything, but at the very least, charting unknown and possibly hostile territory is a must for a man of opportunity (such as myself)."

This person is drawing so much attention to herself, Talia thought, observing Eli's actions with something like confusion. What a strange human. At least that means that she is drawing attention away from me. She looked away, suddenly beginning to feel intense secondhand embarrassment from this act of tomfoolery. Anyway, she seems nice. . . wait, did she just call herself a man? Talia squinted, looking over Eli's long hair and delicate frame, replaying the softer vocal tones in her mind. I'm not really seeing it, but if he insists.

Hyperclaw was silent, not that it was anything new for him. He looked around at the various people gathered in the longue. He calmly analysed who can be his support, who will hamper him and who will just get in the way. He didn't know anyone's name except for Eli Brydamere who was literally shouting it.

I can use him as a decoy.

He noticed a girl leave saying she had headache. It was clearly a lie.

She can act as stealth or attack from a range.

The two dragon-human siblings seemed powerful. He could easily tell they were fire mages.

They can support me and flank the target.

He wished he could get a better glimpse of their weapons, combat gear, supplies and an idea of their skills and abilities for further analysis. He sighed and prepared for the task tougher than combat - introduction.

"Hello everyone. I'm Hyperion Clawstron of Gielinor, a human protégé of Zamorak, The God of Chaos. You can just call me Hyperclaw. I'm pleased to meet you all. I'd like to know all your information relevant to combat. Be it weapon, gear, supplies, skills, spells, potions, buffer equipments and other such valuable data. Before we head out there, it's better if we make an initial battle tactics. I'm an experienced rune knight and I'm a tank. I'll mostly be on the defensive, so I'll have time to strategize mid battle. Hence, let's assign roles beforehand."

He looked around and anxiously waited for a reply. He was the top brass in Gielinor and his party was mostly his subordinates whom he could order around. But now, the situation was different. He wasn't sure how people would react to him. The point he raised was a fair one but he was worried that not everyone would tell about their combat information. He understood the risk. In wrong hands, it could mean a definite death. However, running into a battle blindly would be a stupid move too.

Amity couldn't help but letting a grin creep up onto her face, as she admired the castle from through the lounge's clouded windows. It was such a beautiful work of craftsmanship, and she was just filled to the brim with excitement to explore it. As expected, it wasn't long until one of the people within the lounge wanted to socialize, and get to know whom they'd be conversing on this trip with.

Amity turned around, pulling her black and white hair into a bun, and adjusting her goggles, and patiently waited for the younger seeming girl to finish her extravagant introduction. Once Eli mentioned he was... well a he, Amity was taken back, but managed to stifle a small laugh, and stand up from hiding in the corner, and listened intently to a man who dubbed himself Hyperclaw. But, whilst he explained, Amity scanned the room, studying each person, in the room carefully, deducting specifics about them she might be able to enhance, before her eyes finally landing once more on the man speaking, and she could quickly tell from gaze on the others, and what he was asking for, he was a tactical man, intent on knowing his possible ally's strengths and weaknesses.

Amity walked closer to the center of the room, and gave a small smirk, as she began to talk. "As we're clearly talking about intros, I suppose it's my turn. Amity Flint, of no where in particular. For your request, that should be ours to share." glancing at Hyperclaw, her smirk conformed into a smile. "But it's a pleasure to meet you, all of you. I'm sure this'll be fun, but more importantly, a revolutionary trip." Then, a classic habit kicked in, and Amity bit her lip, and receded to the edge of the room, hoping that someone would do their part almost immediately. But, to pass the time, Amity began tinkering around with the machinery on her hand, without glancing at it once.

Kuu and Nao

"Eh?" Kuu's voice snapped through the air, her previous sense of elation practically shattering at the new revelation that was thoughtlessly spoken. It was a mild change from her previous exuberance, seeing as instead of being incapable of sitting patiently, she was now on the ground presenting a little too much personality as even this appeared to be a passing joke. "I never thought about it! This is the end, the world is ending. It's going to plug up a volcano and-" Mid sentence the female Fera interrupted herself, erupting into a defensive hiss when a palm struck the back of her head. This elusive palm belonged to Nao, who by this point actually withdrew from her thoughts.

Her presence was peculiar, as she showed no signs of agitation. Instead, her head was tilted, as if to question whether or not she physically hit a reset button. As if full circle, Kuu quickly rose to her feet, adopting a novice fighting stance favoring the protection of her head. However, this only proved to bait Nao further, as she once more struck with an open palm, this time on the forehead. With Kuu's quick retreat, whilst caressing her forehead that wasn't even bruised due to the gentle nature of the strike, Nao made way back to her seat.

By this point, conversation struck on her left side, bringing Kuu to quickly twist around to face the others within the lounge. "There is none more excited than Kuu!" A confident smirk met her lips as she purposefully puffed out her chest, facing right as if to appear that much more confident if only within her own mind. However, with the glint of the chain, her display was short lived. Quickly approaching the three she seemingly broke the 'personal space' rule as she stared intently at the golden symbol hanging from the man's neck. "But for now I will settle for knowing what this thing is!" Her amber eyes were alight with burning curiosity, for too long was she keeping to her own devices within a room full of interesting individuals.

"Kuu", the Fera Nao finally spoke. Her mind taking a back seat as she watched the antics of her apprentice. Initially it was as if her chime was to calm the energetic girl, however all hope was lost as Nao pointed towards the initial speaker's mask. This was without a doubt, Nao showing the object of her own curiosity. Without missing a beat, Kuu bounded between them, "Oh I like the mask!"

Odvrin was down below the main decks, in the cargo hold of the ship, which was quite small. Apparently intended more for use as a short range transport, there were few supplies beyond some basic preserved foodstuffs and materials to repair the ship if needed. Vasolev had brought a fair amount of equipment with him, but knew he would only be able to take the essentials during the explorations of the castle. The rest was just so he could set up a cache when they landed in case they ran into an issue he wasn't currently prepared for.

Upon hearing the commotion upstairs, he decided that this would be a good time to observe what sort of people he was getting roped up with. Making his way to the next deck, he looked around. There seemed to be a lot of boisterous interaction. That settled that. Most of these people were amateurs. Skilled amateurs maybe, but obviously not used to working with groups of strangers. Working for the Revolutionists, he knew how dangerous it was to trust others or make yourself a target. Still, that didn't mean everyone was a traitor, although they were all potential knives in the back. Odvrin resolved not to let himself get caught off guard. He could be a team player, but he wasn't about to tell this strange, arrogant seeming warrior everything about himself.

Odvrin decided he'd watch for a bit and then see what was happening in the other lounge.

"No need to repeat ourselves, we can discuss the length of our spears when everyone's in one place, eh?" Eli said in response to the armored knight, snickering to his own crass remark. Raising his hand to his chin, he mulled over three different figures in the room before nodding, as if understanding something. He pointed to the two drakens and the rune knight. "You're a trio, right? I mean, I feel like you've got that whole 'fiery dragon' theme going on, but that could just be me."

In the corner, Talia continued to keep to herself. She knew she would have to interact with (at least some of) these people at one point, but she couldn't bring herself to make an introduction. The knight and dragon folk were way too intimidating, the self-proclaimed grand summoner would bring her into the spotlight or rope her into an unwanted conversation, and she wasn't quite sure how to feel with the man covered head-to-toe in chemicals standing by the doorway. . .

The infected elf glanced over at the engineer girl. She seemed normal enough, or so she hoped. She felt it was strange for her to wish to interact with normal people when she was already so bizarre, but it wasn't something that could be helped. The lady's personality didn't feel very approachable, but maybe she was wrong. "What are you working on?" she asked cautiously and quietly to the tinkerer, though perhaps it was so soft that her words were inaudible. Either way, she wouldn't repeat them unless she asked.

On his way upstairs, Yulan spotted someone coming from below the deck. Oh, the alchemist? I didn't realize anybody was biding their time in the cargo hold. "Careful with those," he simply said in passing before disappearing up the steps. That much was obvious, especially for an alchemist, but the way it was intoned hinted at something that was less of a precautionary piece of advice and something closer to a warning or threat. Clearly he wasn't going to stick around to explain what he meant by that.

"coi ui vi petranaswin ekess tafiaf wux ulhar buala sthyr!" maria said back as the robe man left the room so...quickly...Yet she was glad to meet some one else in the ship!! Markov would look down the hall way as Eli left and would say "She said it was a pleasure to meet you blue dude"Markov translated as he would see the door closed and sight, soon his head would raise towards the clad red knight as he began to speak...Well here we go again with a long speech,Markov just looked as he declared himself as the tactic and the tank- HAAHAA! Tank....wow....a human? that is funny, humans are weak but still he will leave the man to his words, hearing the man he would kinda whant to reply this human and notice as well a female with googles walk in and introduce herself "d'nag sauriv inloil llewarin coita bensvelk ekess tafiaf wux!"Maria said and Markov would translate "She said you have nice goggles, and its good to meet you miss",well why not him then? and would answer "I am Markov Solotov,Draken Exedus....and as for skills just to get it out of the way is making sure my sword those the talking....that is all you got to know"he said with his expressionless face as Maria would stare at him and shake her head as if he was being mean and should be nicer! Markov would sigh and would add "Forgive me for my Rudeness....i had a bad trip"he added as maria would nod and would add "si mi Maria wer ixen conros petranaswin ekess tafiaf wux shio"She said as Markov would once again translate "She said: i am maria the fire witch pleasure to meet you all"She added.

Soon after the blue robe man! Makov would look at Eli and would raise a eyebrow.....related with this human?
"No i am not related to...Hyperclaw....Maria is my sister and nothing else....still i guess we look alike from the theme yes"she added as Markov would sigh and lean against the wall once again.Maria would actually give out a soft giggle as the Eli confused them to be related...Oh humans where interesting now where they!

Dante's hand quickly moves away as he is surprised by the sudden appearance of the younger lady, giving a widen eye look at the girl, then shortly after realizing that it isn't just the masked man and himself in this area. Dante takes a moment and then chuckles at himself for acting so surprised for something that small. He looks at the humanoid to get a better clue on what she is, however, he never saw that type of clothing she wears, nor the race.

"You scared me for a moment there little one," Dante says as he gives another looks around the room, remembering that there are more people in the room. He looks back at the masked man with a grin and turns to a angle to face most of the people in this room.

"Sorry, forgot that it wasn't just us here." Dante said, feeling slightly embarrassed for admitting that out to the group. He then looks at each one and then says with a gentle tone.

"Might at well introduce each other to another." looking at each person, raising his eyebrows, hoping that someone would speak up and propose their introduction.

"Eh? my mask...?" he asked looking abit confused as his head cocked a little at the sudden introduction of the energetic fox standing between him and the priest fellah. Who then began to speak again... what else was new... Religious folks and speaking, they go hand in hand, and nary without one another. Like him and his tools, and the cleric's tools were words, stories and doctrine.

Both can be used for good, both can be used for ill.... both can be unsavory.

For good, bad, or just plain ugly.

Just how it is.

that thought out of the way he looked to the energetic Fera infront of him, girl looks about ready to bounce out of her own shoes.. was she even wearing any? Whatever, best he talk to her before she exploded out of excitement.

"My mask huh, glad you like it, made it myself." he stated with a nod, his features hidden behind said mask but... something about this kid made him smile, Ernest curiosity? Who knew, he sure as hell didn't... but the quiet one was still staring... the quiet ones are the ones you have to watch for, they wre the ones with the strange powers... Hiding and waiting for the right moment to strike.

Of course, she or he could also be just shy.

"I'm Silas, resident infiltrator. i'll be dealing with locks, traps, whatever a wizard or meat head can't deal with, I'm your man. Know some stuff about poisons an so as well but... well... Don't expect me to be an apothecary. So, who are you fluffy butt?" he asked as he smirked underneath his mask, pokeing the Fera woman on the nose for emphasis and looked towards the two others as well... wait... no.. there was a fourth now? When the hell did his bald ehad get in here!?

Hell he was slightly blinded by the sun reflecting of his dome now that he finally noticed the man, it was shocking how bright the shine was...

@Dutchmann @Lorkhan (Expect many a bald joke) @Kel Vas

Just as he expected, no one disclosed their combat information. It didn't bother him. They'll soon or later do it on their own. He decided to let the topic fade away for now.

He greeted Amity with a single nod as a gesture of approval. He looked at Maria, then he looked at Markov. He asked, "I'd presume English isn't a common language in your place. Looks like you travel a lot. That would explain your fluency in English. Are you a mercenary too?"

Mercenaries usually preferred to work solo, at least he did except on a few missions. He wondered if they could team up. However, what bothered him more was the two girls who kept silent all this while.

Can they work as a team? Is this party gonna fare well?

There were many thoughts going on in his head. He wasn't sure if his analytical nature was a pro or a con.

Kuu and Nao

A wide grin met the Fera, joyous that she successfully infiltrated the conversation. But more so, that she actually managed to surprise one of the individuals. However, when mention of the masked individual making the mask himself, her smile faded. Instead, her eyes widened once more, lit once again with a sense of fervent curiosity. A mild breathe burst through her lips, as if word was constrained with the utmost difficulty, but in truth she merely wanted to state her desire of obtaining one such mask. This difficulty only increased in strain as his introduction took place with the mention of an apothecary, her frame obviously bouncing in hopes to interject.

It was like a release button, as when the masked individual directly prodded her for response by physical touch, her arm shot into the air with her toes supporting her heightened stature, as if reaching for the ceiling. "Apothecary!" Kuu's voice rang loudly, holding very little restraint if at all. "Um... Apprentice." It was mildly defeating to admit after such a burst of energy, bringing the heels of her cloth boots to the ground as her energy seemingly faded. But, this mild peace can last only for so long, with renewed vigor her arm raised once more into the air. "Oh! But Nao is my teacher! She is a master amongst apothecaries!"

"Well practiced", Nao's voice intrudes from across the room. Finally bringing herself to approach the others, eyes never leaving the masked individual on her approach. "Naoruru Rukira, the Tuukuru tribe's head apothecary." She herself knew the title of 'master' was more of an exaggeration. Perhaps amongst a tribal sense, but even that was too much for her to agree upon. "And this youngling is Kuu Talikara, my apprentice." With the mention to the ball of energy, she placed her hand atop Kuu's head. Perhaps it was a humorous sight, seeing as she referred to an individual only a few inches shorter than herself as a 'youngling'.

"Infiltrator?" Her ears seemed to perk, repeating the title following her introductions to ensure the topic was revisited. "And where are your ears!? Did they fall off?" Kuu's voice bursted through the air, forcing Nao to jump lightly at the suddenness erupting from beside her. It would seem Kuu's question was directed at the shorter of the two males that were currently speaking. Apparently her question about the golden symbol never expired and she was adding more inquiries to the table. "Ahh!" Her voice released once more before an answer could be found, her eyes finally scanning the others within the room. Stopping on the third male as she came to point at her topic of interest, "And that person's hair fell off! At least his ears grew a little!"

In a limited amount of time, Amity had basically dismantled, then reconstructed the mechanic, her mind working and thinking about the parts her hands were subconsciously moving around. Suddenly, a small, delicate voice burst into Amity's train of fast-moving thought.

"Huh? Oh, just... uh, a decoration, in a way." she stuttered slightly, in a quiet tone, but not nearly as silent as the seemingly human girl had asked the question in. Carefully, examining that the girl clearly was a extreme introvert, and loathed interactions, Amity slowly made her way over to her. She crouched down, and in turn lowered her voice, "So, what's your name? I reckon you should try speaking up. We wouldn't want to leave you behind, on accident." Amity gave a small smile, as a long wisp of black hair fell over her face, slowly sliding down to her eye, in which is quick blew it away. Hair was never really useful when gears were around, honestly, she'd sometimes debate shaving it off, after all, it would make constructing a whole lot easier than it had previously been for her.

She spun her head around to the drake whom had translated... his sisters? comment on her goggles. "Ah, yes. Thank you, built and designed by me." she stated with pride evident in her voice, and almost as quickly as she had turned to face the rest of the group, she returned her gaze to the girl. After further examination as she waited quite impatiently for a reply, she seemed to be that of Elven nature, and quite young at that, possibly even too young to be on such a trip, in Amity's opinion. But you know, it's not like she chose who came, so whatever.

Syrenne walked around the ship, looking for something to do until they arrived. She needed to meet the others that she'd be adventuring into the flying castle with, but she wanted those people to be interesting, and preferably of the female variety.

Her ears twitched as she passed one particular door. "Lounge #2..?" She muttered, smiling to herself. "Better make a good impression~"

The feline woman unbuttoned her shirt slightly, just enough to show off her cleavage, but not so much that that intent was obvious. With a bit of magical ice, she created a necklace with an elegant little rose resting at her bosom. "Perfect~"

Syrenne opened the door and immediately set her sights on the two girls already there. "Oh! I had no idea we had such beautiful maidens aboard...my name is Syrenne Blindseer, it's a pleasure to meet you~" She made a small bow towards them.

Talia half-hoped that the young woman wouldn't answer, but she was a little relieved when she did.

She slightly blushed at the thought, shaking her head. She didn't feel comfortable enough to make self introductions to so many people at once.

"I'm. . . I'm Talia," she answered, trying to raise her voice a little. "Talia Moonflower." A small, hesitant pause. "And being left behind doesn't seem so bad, I wasn't really intending on sticking with the others anyway. I'd only cause trouble for everybody. . . " The elven girl averted her eyes, deciding that wasn't really the best choice of words. It was how she truly felt, so there wasn't much she could do about it without lying. "I don't want to put others in danger because of something I did."

...Ears? Does this girl think he had....

...oh...OH! Oh this is gona be fun. he used to play this joke on the kids back home when they wouldn't get ready in the morning... Even if they didn't have parents, still were bloody handfuls thats for certain.

"Aye, they did fall off didn't they?" Silas nudged the man with a elbow, a small chuckle coming from him as he continued. "Thats what happens if you don't brush your teeth and hair every morning." he chuckled slightly at his own joke, honestly the girl reminded him of a few of the kids, maybe she was younger then he thought?

"That aside, nice to meet yea both, lets all try to keep our heads in there and get out unharm- ah another one comes." he looked to the door as the other woman came in... a cat-ish person? Did they really have a name? Silas didn't know, nor did he care... though he had a feeling she was making abit of a... show... with her bodice, though not quite an uncommon practice should you know the streets, obviously she wants to be seen.

And a flatterer... great... Worthless idiots. though only to the women then? interesting... but not interesting enough to go out of his way to talk to her.

"Naoruru was it? We might be doing business within this castle a good deal, pooling our resources can be beneficial to both of us." he proposed the idea of working together to the quiet... now that she spoke he wagers its a woman. "No sense going in there strangers."

Dante couldn't help but give a chuckle at this situation, he was remembered of a moment before, it reminds him of his friends he once knew as a child. His smile quickly faded as he took more time to dwell on his nostalgia, he put his hand over his face not wanting to think of that, rubbing his eyes and then sighing, after that thought was out of his head, he started to smile again. He moves over to the chair with his backpack leaning on it and takes a seat, giving one more glance and the others.

"Silas, that's a nice name." Dante said openly, yet, softly as he was opening his ragged, brown backpack he had laying near the chair.

"As well as you two, never saw your kind from any of the places I traveled, interesting to see something new." he looked around in his backpack for his book.

Dante took out his empty book, remembering that it's empty by it's blank pages. The black and brown leather book with the same symbol as Dante's symbol he wears. He flipped to the first page and started holding the book with one hand, and then he grabbed hold of his symbol with his other hand. Dante mumbled words in Celestial again.

"Michaloz olpirt ialpvrg bliors dso dobv sdiro iad ovoars." his words felt dark and deep as his symbol started to glow itself, he gave a grin for a moment, knowing Pelor is on his side. The symbol, the golden sun on his chain, glowed with a holy aura, a bright light. Dante clutched around the holy symbol, trying to stay away from drawing much attention, trying to cover the light with his book as well. Finally, a flash and then nothing... Dante looks at the left page of the book seeing the common language finely printed on the book.

As he finishes, he looks over to another female who has just entered the room and proposed a introduction.

"Ah, hello as well Syrenne, late to the party I see?" Dante says, keeping his smile.

(Need to get into this thing, it's called tagging.)

Denemir made note of the two Fera girls, who were easily discernible by their long, rabbit-like ears and vertical challenge. The younger one, the apprentice, had all of the qualities of an excited child, running and screeching with delight the way she pleased. Denny raised his eyebrows in surprise, unable to move from sheer shock at the cacophony she was raising. Finally, when some sort of sense was able to get over his initial bewilderment, the first thing he could hear was: "And that person's hair fell off! At least his ears grew a little!" followed by another jest from the masked man.

Gods above, what have I done to deserve this? Denemir thought as a vexed sigh escaped his lips. Slowly, he rose from his seat and looked down at Kuu with a half-confused, half-exasperated glare, letting it sink into the Fera's eyes for what Denny thought was a suitable length of time. Then he spoke, his voice strained as he tried his best to keep a calm and collected composure, as if he wasn't completely unsettled by that comment.

"Well, you seem quite . . . demonstrative. But I don't think such comments would be well appreciated by some people."

Denemir moved on to the next thing he was obliged to do, which was to introduce himself to everyone else. He wrenched a polite smile and bowed his head slightly, out of courtesy. "I am Denemir Linderion, druid of Al'Nathas. It's a . . . pleasure to meet you all." Suddenly, the door flung open and a surprisingly tall cat-woman strode inside, sporting gleaming jewelry and a not-so-subtly exposed cleavage. She seemed to bask in the stares she'd gotten since the first seconds of her arrival, and, directing her attention towards the Fera girls, she introduced herself.

At least she's more interested in the women than in me. thought Denny with some relief. Ever since Arissa died, he'd gone out of his way to have as little to do with romance and love-making as possible. Regardless, the elf gave the newcomer a polite nod of the head before returning to his seat.

As the many people socialize, group, converse, small talk, etc. people who could see the MFC is now much near enough to jump off towards it now, if the wind was with you that is. There is also no safe place to land on too however. The Gloria IV has now started to float around the Mysterious Flying Castle, trying to find a proper place to land safely. It was very big so it can take a while. Crew members now start to appear randomly out of doors to go somewhere else almost every few minutes, always in bunches but still just about three or in fives. If one listens closely, the Gloria IV was also starting to sound more... mechanical; clanking object here, rattling tool that, gears winding up there, metal clashing everywhere. Suddenly, a voice came from the outside of Lobby #1 and #2, and a person came to the rooftop for any volunteers there. They all said the following message exactly the same as if they were one:

"The time has come for us to enter the MFC. Every volunteer shall now head towards the departure area. Proceed to the bottom most floor to locate it since said entire floor
is the departure area. Please kindly head towards the area now."

The voice after that stopped and footsteps can be heard outside rooms Lobby #1 and #2. Meanwhile, the person on the rooftop went downstairs then went out of sight. Good luck to those volunteers who weren't in the following areas.
