*This roleplay was inspired by the book Dead Beautiful by Yvonne Woon*
*Insert Male Name Here* is a Non Mortuus (undead). He died *Insert reason of death here* When he was 16 years old. He has risen from the dead but with no Soul. He must find his soul so he can become human again. He must find it before 21 years after his death have passed. If he does not, his body will start to decay at a rapid rate, and he will die for good. But there are ways to post pone the decaying process. He could take the soul from a plebeian (human) who does not have his soul. It will give him two extra years to "live". But *Insert male name here* has never done it because of his morals.
Its been 20 years since *insert male name here* died when he was 16. He is 36 years old now. He has a year left to live before he starts to decay. Two months into his last year, he meets a girl. Her name is Jessica. they fall in love, deeply in love. There's just one problem, Jessica has his soul. What will *instert male name here* do? He loves Jessica, he doesn't want to take her life away. But he doesn't want to die and leave Jessica all alone. He has to tell her that hes a Non Mortuus, but how will he tell the love of his life...well after life, that hes dead and that she has his soul. And if he doesn't get it back, he will die.
More Info on Non Mortuus:
Non Mortuus are gorgeous. They are extreamly attractive. They are very strong aswell. They are impervious to the cold. Their skin is ice cold, as is their breath. Ther limbs are very stiff. They are also fluent in Latin. (Latin is the language of the dead) Non Mortuus dont feel normal emotions. Their emotions are muted. They also dont eat or sleep. The way a Non Mortuus takes a soul is by touchingg lips with a person. (It looks like a kiss, bt in actuallity, the Non Mortuus is sucking its soul back into its body.) Non Mortuus can only be children. If someone under the age of 21 dies, they come back to life after 10 days. But if they are 21 or older, they die and dont come back to life. Children have 21 years after they die to find their soul. If they find it and take it, they become human again and live out a normal life. But if they dont, then once the 21 year mark hits, they start decaying rapidly, and they die for good. On that note, Non Mortuus can not be killed by normal means. They can only die after the decaying process.
