My signature is being annoying and I need help

Okay so, I'm trying to create my signature and trying to make it look the same as my old one before the site updated. So I added the text and I was about to add the picture and all of the sudden, it said that it didn't fit the correct width and height. So I kept changing the pixels and IT STILL didn't accept it. So what I decided to do was refresh the page and that wasn't working. -.- So I tried deleting the picture all together and just have the text, and when I click on the save button (or whatever I don't remember the name) the page refreshes but STILL says I can't have my signature because the picture is still there. EVEN WHEN I DELETED IT. Please help, this is SO frustrating, I really miss being able to manipulate my signature with no problem but now everything's messed up. Like, the update is great but too much has changed where I'm getting upset at this point ):

There's a little trash can icon on the miniature picture. If you click it, the picture will be removed from the signature. At least, that's how I did it.
