Personality: - Geo is a person who makes jokes and acts like an idiot to make situations better for everyone and lighten the mood. But if anything makes him upset he will get completely serious to where it’s creepy and scary all at once. Geo is pretty smart and likes to outsmart the enemy with his abilities. He likes to play pranks on friends and isn’t sure how to express himself to girls he likes so he would end up embarrassing them to try and get their attention. He is a very caring person and will risk his life no matter the means to protect the people he cares about and the people that can’t protect themselves.

History: - Geo was a late bloomer when it came to seeing what his quirks would be and never got to learn to use them until he was at the end of Middle School, luckily he got noticed by UA and was transferred immediately due to how good his skills were after only just getting his Quirk and having to use common Quirkless Combat. Figuring that he needed to get better and not able to wait to fight villains Geo does Vigilante missions on the side.

Quirk Explanation: - Geo is able to create weapons that come to mind from light such as Guns (He can create lethal or non-lethal rounds), Swords, Spears, Daggers, etc. He also is able to learn basic to a faster understanding of whatever weapon he uses at the time which he likes to call Quick learner.

Quirk Weaknesses: - If he decides to stick with one weapon at the time that weapon will be broadened depending on how much Geo has learned from it but if he creates and uses a new weapon it will go back to his basic knowledge and he will forget advanced techniques with that weapon. Can sometimes lead to memory loss if used for too long. Taking small breaks from using weapons will reduce the memory loss that happens.

As an accountant he is typically seen wearing a white shirt with a tie and khakis, unless it's the weekend then he is wearing some kind of hoodie with shorts.
Vigilante Outfit:- Armored Vest with Camouflage pants and Combat boots, The vest has a velcro patch for ease of use in interacting with his loading compartment, he wears a full head helmet with a removable jaw portion for his quirk. He carries a duffle bag with him that contains some supplies: His regular outfit, a first aid kit, some restraints, and supplies for his different payloads.

Personality: - Arthur is a generally nervous and kind man who loves to laugh and is typically shy with new people but is extremely loyal once he's warmed up to someone. He is usually nervous when using his quirk due to its destructive nature but after the adrenaline hits he tends to get swept up in the moment and lets loose with his quirk.

History: - Growing up in a military family Arthur saw most of the world by a very young age, seeing multiple cultures instilled within him and his brothers with a sense of Justice and the need to help and protect others. Eventually his mother and father retired from military service deciding to become pro-heroes instead, this decision gave Arthur his first permeant home: Japan. Arthur is the youngest of five sons who all took to their quirks in stride, no matter how out-there their quirks were they all found a way to make them work and went on to join great hero programs. . Arthur however, did not take to his quirk well. After every shot he would be flown back, after multiple shots his neck and back muscles would cramp like crazy and another drawback was that he was completely inaccurate. All of these drawbacks destroyed any chance he had of becoming a professional hero, so he became the next best thing: An Accountant, a creature of habit he still kept up training with his brothers which consisted of muscle exercises to ease the shock of his quirk, basic CQC defense, and every few days he would drive out to the countryside for target practice. He was content for a few years but the need to help people was too strong, so he went to multiple stores to piece together his outfit and hit the streets.
Although everyone in Arthurs family has followed the path of a hero only one person has truly become a pro-hero, his grandfather alias: Howitzer is a famous hero in America. He is literally built like a tank and has passed a diluted form of his quirk unto Arthur, who hopes to become a hero as great as him one day.

- Tongue Tank
Quirk Explanation: - Arthur's tongue morphs into an extendable tank cannon. It takes a few seconds for his cannon to reload and there is an audible Ka-Chunk when the new round is ready to fire. His jaw hinges open like a snakes' when his cannon extends making communication possible but muffled.
Expanded Payload- (Techniques). (Arthur has had many years to contemplate techniques I will leave them all here but not reveal info until I am ready for him to use them)
Above his stomach there is a compartment in which Arthur can place various materials for different payloads. Arthur has recently begun to experiment with the types of rounds his cannon can fire, Arthur continues to experiment.
Cannon Dash: Instead of firing a round, Arthur releases an explosion of gunpowder allowing him to blind foes, gain a quick burst of speed or to dash in the opposite direction of wherever he is aiming.
HE Rounds: If he loads something spicy into his compartment he can fire HE(High Explosive) rounds for a short time.

Point Blank- Because Arthur is firing tank shells, using his quirk in close proximity to himself can be dangerous.
STEADY- If Arthur is on uneven footing or some other factor is hindering him then hits shots can miss their mark completely, causing unintended destruction.
High Impact- Due to having years to adjust to his quirk Arthur has adapted to the shock of using his quirk but he can till overuse it causing extreme stress to his neck, back, and legs. Continued use past this point and his cannon will burst being rendered unusable for a day or two.

Place of Birth: - Washington, D.C. Harper was born on the eastern side of the capital of the United States around many other gifted quirk users. The neighborhood he was raised in was affluent and not fond of tattoos, so he does not frequently visit.
History: - Harper Quill’s environment growing up was one of competition and conformity. The suburbs he was raised in were affluent and secure, due to his father Quill’s success as a quirk using painter. Harper had wanted a life of quaint artistry, but the families and children around him quickly pushed each other to discover and hone their quirks. At a young age, Harper would often become distracted in class and draw on his hands and arms with pen and marker. He preferred to spend his time indoors instead of outdoors so that he could draw, but even the teachers and other students coaxed him into training physically which he did not enjoy. He was always teased and was given the name “Inky” before later changing it to his now used alias “Ink-Eye”. After graduating high school and learning of his quirk, Harper travelled to other countries in search of intricate tattoo design and style. He eventually made friends with a tattoo artist by the name of “Stencil”, who is now his personal artist and designer.

Quirk: - Tattoo/ (Run-Off)
Quirk Explanation: - Harper has the ability to manifest items that are tattooed upon his body into the physical realm. Tattoos seem to run off of the body until they simply fall onto the floor or into Harper’s hands. Items can be organic or not, but are the size of actual tattoos. He has eyeballs tattooed on the back of his neck that he uses to place around the classroom or area to increase surveillance. A singular sword on his left arm for close quarter combat as well as stiletto knives near his ankles. A grenade bandolier slung across his chest that is restocked with alternate utilities for different missions. On his back is a prolific shield designed by “Stencil”, Harper’s most powerful tool in his arsenal. All of the items are stark black when they are removed from his body, just as the ink is.
Quirk Weaknesses: - Harper’s skin must be exposed for the tattoos on that body part to be manifested. Harper usually wears a tank top and shorts for easier access to his weapons, but this also means simply covering him can conceal his tattoos from open air. Tattoos do not replenish. If Harper causes the sword on his arm to fall to the ground he will have to spend a period of time with “Stencil” to have it redesigned or reprinted back onto his arm. This means that his attacks are for the current fight and no further usually. Harper cannot tattoo an extra heart, liver, etc. to extend his life or be unaffected from physical damage, the most he can produce organically are small flowers or eyeballs.

Personality: Jay is a rather up-beat, happy guy. His number one priority is to have fun, causing him to be rather lacking in his studies. Although he has proven that he is able to learn the curriculum and even excel, he tends to slack off when ever something doesn't interest him. In battle, he is shown to be stubborn and brash, but also incredibly brave and willing to give everything and anything for the greater good.

History: Jay doesn't know a whole lot about his past. He remembers small flashes of a lab and men in white coats looking over him, but that's about it. From what his adoptive father tells him, Jay was the product of a government program to create, manufacture and manipulate quirks within quirkless children. Jay was deemed to be a failure, since his quirk was seen to be self harming. But before they could proceed to manipulate his quirk like countless others that had it done unto them, the program was found out by the United Nations, and was shut down post haste. Now, having moved to Japan with his scientist adopted father, Akira Kiske (pronounced "kee-skay"), he has enrolled in the hero program, with the dream of being a protector and advocate for orphan children like himself.

Quirk: Punching Bag (Power Reflection)
Quirk Explanation: Jay's quirk is to absorb power, and channel it through his body, and release it via a punch, kick, headbutt, etc. If someone punches him, Jay absorbs the power of the punch, and stores it in his body in order to use the force of that punch with his next blow. For example, if someone punches Jay ten times, Jay can punch back with the force of all ten punches.
Quirk Weaknesses: Although Jay has built up some tolerance to pain and damage, he still has to be hit or connect with what is hitting him in order to use his quirk.

History: - A young man born in the nation where Ninja originate from, Denji has Shinobi blood in him from both his father's side and his mother's side of his family respectively, the two sides of his family are to this day mortal enemies and Denji was born from a forbidden love affair that occurred between his parents, fearing for their son's life, Denji's father and mother had sent him to live with people with no connections to both sides of his family and that they knew who could keep him safe, Denji was sent to the rural town of Miroku where he grew up a relatively normal life in a world where Quirks are the norm, though he grew up kind and caring to others, he always feels, as though he is an outsider that doesn't belong with other people, it is then that certain events begin to occur that he gets swept up in that change his life for the better or for worse.

Quirk: -"Heart Diamond.".

Quirk Explanation: -Has the ability to encase himself in a kind of form of armor that serves, as his skin of which becomes, as hard, as diamond itself, it is also outfitted with heart motifs across parts of his body, thus earning the Quirk its name-"Heart Diamond.".

Quirk Weaknesses: -Although his skin can make for a tough shield defense, like any other shield, if it takes too much damage it is bound to crack, Denji's skin starts to crack like glass when he suffers too much damage from his opponent's attacks and this in turn causes him to spew up rainbow colored blood, a side effect both on and in him due to the nature of his Quirk.

Personality: - Taurus is a bag of mixed nuts, he has wants and desires from both parts of his brain, the bug half and the human half. In that sense he may attack someone for a piece of candy, his insect-like lack of morality mixed with his human sides' lust and greed taking control. Or he may build a well-designed sandcastle just because he wanted to play. One thing is for certain if you want Taurus to do anything you’ll have to motivate his bug brain. That could be accomplished with some good food or even a fruity bottle of perfume. As his name would suggest his is very bull like in his general attitude, if he sets himself on a path he plans to stick to it, if he sees you as a challenge he won’t hesitate to run you over.

History: - Not much is known about Taurus, hell even he doesn’t know much about himself all he knows is that he is from Rabat, his name was Nasim, but he hardly uses it anymore, and for some reason he doesn’t want to return home, He often dreams of the word CHIMERA but he can’t remember if that holds any significance. Traveling from Morocco to Japan was a blur, all Taurus knew was that he was drawn there, he NEEDED to be there. His time in Japan has gone mostly undisturbed, having set up a home in the sewer system and exploring nearly every inch of it essentially claiming the underground as his domain, throughout the sewer system he has left markings to claim his territory and has left multiple markings of the afore mentioned CHIMERA. After sampling the local “cuisine” down there and finding it lacking he has decided to start hunting above ground where everything smells of sweets and meats.

After hours of sifting through information you kind info on something called the Chimera Project, it seems that its' main goal was to kidnap and experiment on people with animal hybrid quirks attempting to weaponize them, apparently this program has a high mortality rate.

Physiological Report

Through multiple testing sessions we have compiled a list of the subjects’ physical strengths and weaknesses.

-Durable Exoskeleton:Subjecting Taurus to multiple forms of abuse we have found that his exoskeleton is extremely effective at absorbing or deflecting attacks, but we have found a vulnerability. The exoskeleton does not hold up well to weapons with a small impact area and plenty of force behind them (strong piercing attacks).

-Unparalleled Strength:Taurus by far is the strongest test subject we have acquired so far; his current lifting record is a little over 7,416,500tons. It’s rather terrifying to imagine what damage an attack of that strength could deal.

-Adept tunneling:Given that the insect his mutation is based on is a natural burrower, Taurus appears to be quite skilled in burrowing and navigating maze like tunnel systems. We have clocked his burrowing speed at nearly 80.5Kph.

-Impaired Agility:In our combat trials we have noticed that Taurus for the most part has trouble hitting smaller creature than him, most likely due to how massive he is. This also holds him back when he loses his footing, the weight he is holding up almost guarantees he will fall down if he is knocked off balance.

Experimentation Report

Taurus has been resilient for these past few years, but we have finally broken through his stubborn mind, the mix of psychological and physical torture with the addition of gene splicing have made astounding headway. The trauma made it quite easy to reprogram his mind and implant his trigger code “Raging Bull”, the other scientists find it amusing and quite apt. We put Taurus in a chamber we like to call “Darwin’s Crucible” with 5 other test subjects, after playing his trigger code, Taurus brutalized the other test subjects proceeding to pulverize them long after death. This level of aggression far exceeds our projected values.

After the reprogramming we’ve noticed several behavioral changes in Taurus. It seems his brain has devolved, allowing the insect portion of his mind to establish dominance. Since these changes it has been rather easy to encourage Taurus to perform various tasks. It looks like he is addicted to light fragranced sprays and incensed candles, being surrounded by these aromas seems to quell his increased aggression. Another vice of his is sugary foods and candies, he nearly destroyed level E-4 after smelling a chocolate bar through an observation window.

I am proud to say that Taurus is our crowning achievement, he is a marvel and the first subject to survive the program. We will be shipping him along with our other finished projects to our main facility in Moscow.

Update:Taurus has escaped, he managed to free himself during the transportation flight and force the plane to the ground. After sweeping the crash site we believe he survived the drop, we have multiple teams sweeping nearby countries… We must find him.

Quirk Explanation: - Taurus has the appearance and abilities of a beetle, specifically the Onthophagus Taurus.

Buff Bug-This breed of beetle gives him the ability to lift around 1,141 times his total mass, which is approximately 7,416,500 tons. He also sports a thick carapace that serves as an exoskeleton.

Bug Brain-His insect like brain gives him the ability to perform semi-complex tasks with great efficiency, assuming he is not distressed.

Tunnel Bug-Taurus is extremely adept at burrowing and navigating subterranean areas.


Quirk Weaknesses: -

Bug Brain- If he is under distress he will most likely resort to his base instincts which could cause harm to friend or foe depending on the situation. An additional drawback is that Taurus will sometimes forget or flat out ignore a mission objective if something triggers his Bug Brain, like food, sweet-smelling things, or a challenge of dominance. (This is a flat-out if I feel his presence interacting with or doing something is unfair or OP I will decide on whether or not to gimp his decision making in that scene)

Big Bug-Due to how massive he is, Taurus is not the most coordinated or agile of bugs which will result in a lot of missed attacks unless he tries to completely overpower his opponents. Taurus is especially weak to attacks that could knock him off balance. (Through agility-based requirements not through force)

Piercing Vulnerability- Taurus’ carapace is great against bludgeoning and slashing damage but is actually pretty vulnerable to piercing attacks which will usually crack his armor with only a few hits. Once his shell has been cracked it will take some time to recover. (This does not mean any schmuck with a screwdriver can take him down in a couple hits)

Personality: - Hiro is a very stoic person. He tries to not let his personal feelings get in the way of his current mission. He tries to socialize with others but is not very good at it due to lack of experience.

History: - Hiro’s parents were both well-respected hero’s at U.A. in their youth. His Father controlled a quirk that let him conjure bubbles and throw them at opponents and upon popping they would explode on the enemy. Hiro’s mother has a quirk that lets her increase or decrease the friction of anything she touched. For his whole life Hiro lived in his parents’ shadow, and while he was there he tried his hardest to meet their expectations. And he did, but in the process of studying like his life depended on it day in and day out he rarely got to experience the many things that other kids experienced when they were growing up, hanging out with friends, playing games, and making memories. Then when Hiro took to UA entrance exam and failed it his parents disowned him and claimed that no son of theirs would ever be a failure. So now he is a vigilante that is trying to make a name for himself so that maybe one day he will be good enough to meet his parents' exceedingly high standards.

Quirk: - Bubble Trouble
Quirk Explanation: - Hiro can conjure bubbles and fling them at opponents and when said bubbles pop they take away the objects friction. When thrown the bubbles carry the momentum of how they were thrown. For instance: if Hiro were to flick a bubble it would travel at the same speed as a tiny paper ball would.
Quirk Weaknesses: -The bubbles can be popped and do not retain their properties if destroyed by enemy quirk. They can be easily sidestepped. Range=contact.

Personality: - Wiseman is charismatic. A trait he uses to great extent due to his quirk's strict conditions to activate. He is also very secretive, refusing to release his real name and only going by his moniker. Aside from that Wiseman is very business savvy and when not studying or experimenting with his new contracts, he is helping run a legitimate business just behind the scenes. Wiseman's studious nature is what truly led him down the path to follow his ambition. He is constantly learning whatever he can, whenever he can, about quirks and how they operate.

History: - Founder, owner, and shadow CEO of Wisdom Technologies, the man known only as Wiseman is a mysterious shadow figure who has only been speculated to be seen a hand full of times. Thanks to his quirk, Contract, Wiseman was able to get a hold of someone to act as his figurehead within the company. Wisdom Technologies is the largest hero equipment manufacturing company in all of Japan. Aiding such heroes like the teachers of UA and the number one hero Pressure himself to name a few. Wisdom Technologies is also a major backer of hero activities within Japan, often sponsoring up and coming heroes and offhandedly stated that they support vigilantism, if only in spirit.

Working from the shadows and through a number of proxies, Wiseman has steadily amassed a coalition of villains under his quirk over the course of 15 years. His "League of Villains" as it has been colloquially called act on his behalf. Expanding his reach through his mark. Though he normally doesn't deal with potential talent directly, he has on occasion allowed them to meet him in person in order to strike a deal.

Wiseman created Wisdom Technologies and the League of Villains to pursue his real ambition: The collection and mastery of all quirks. Wisdom Technologies being the major company that heroes turn to for their gear, it is standard procedure for them to learn everything they can about any individuals quirk and how it works in order to create the best fit tools or modifications to their costumes. Of course they have to document every detail for reference in case of future modifications. This information is used by Wiseman to further his knowledge of how their quirks work. Using his League of Villains, he is able to come across quirks that he can experiment with at his leisure through his quirk Contract. He then records his experiments and files them away for future study. 15 years he has spent in the shadows. Learning through experimentation, dealing with villains, and secretly advancing technology to mimic quirks precisely. All of this in order to achieve his goal. He will become a a god of knowledge and power. He is Wiseman.

Quirk Explanation: - Wiseman forms a contract, be it verbal or written, with someone and marks them. Upon receiving his mark he can perform the following:
  • He knows the exact location of anyone with his mark and can summon them to his location or nearby location, regardless of how far they are.
  • If they have one, he can temporarily mimic their quirk for 5 minutes so long as they bear his mark. The mark will appear upon their body to notify them that he is doing this.
  • He can create a sphere of protection around anyone who possesses his mark and himself so long has he has line of sight of them.
  • He can form contracts using anyone with his mark as a proxy. Allowing him to spread his mark without being present. He may also speak directly through the mark.
  • He may revoke the contract at anytime, thus losing any of the benefits provided for both parties.
Those who form a contract with Wiseman also receive some benefits:
  • Those who have Wiseman's mark will be able to see others who bear his mark, thus preventing any confusion of allegiance.
  • Contracted will be able to communicate directly with Wiseman through his mark. Though it only works if Wiseman speaks to them first.
  • Contracted will be able to communicate with each other through the mark similar to short range radios.

Quirk Weaknesses: - Mutual Agreement: The contract must be mutually agreed upon, either verbally or written, between Wiseman and the second party. If either party does not come to an agreement then his quirk does not take effect.
Only One: Wiseman can only borrow a single quirk at any time and must exhaust the time limit before he is allowed to borrow another quirk.
Good w/ the Bad: He suffers all the downsides of the borrowed quirk and as such must have a complete understanding of it or risk putting his life in danger.
Glowing Mark: All of his contracts are sealed with a mark that appears on their arm or wrist. When he borrows the quirk of one of his contracts his right eye will glow red, his mark will appear on his right arm, and the mark of whoever's quirk he is borrowing will glow faintly.
Scapegoat: When Wiseman uses his quirk to protect himself he will suffer no damage. If he is defending someone else along with himself, his barrier will shatter before theirs and he will become prone to attack.

He does a fairly "cold logic" as only his mother would explain to others. He will whole heartedly sacrifice if needed, like the time he used his hamster to hurt a bully bad enough that the bully wouldn't be able perform in hero exams.

History: - Born into a very likely farm community. Open road but always someone going by as the whole place was an initiative to fix "broken minds". His father was an ex-hero and ex-villian that believed people just needed to keep their busy, so his father setup a community where ex-cons could take on a life of farming and "friendship". There have been "problems" but nothing that his father could never solve. D.W. really admired that, just not the name given to him-reason he likes to go by initials. His father told him he was named after the last person that was "truly saved". Which was, a little off putting for D. Nonetheless the glory and pride of father pushed D.W. to pursue the life of a hero.

Quirk: -Duck, Duck, Goose
Quirk Explanation: - The user can turn others or himself into a duck form by touching them. When he touches another person, they become a regular duck, but holds the same quirk they had before becoming a duck, also that person can still speak as a regular person. If he turns himself into a duck, he can decide what trait(s) to have, and his own physical capabilities are in general doubled. If he turns two people in a row (possibly including himself) into ducks, he can have his third transformation in a row be a goose. If another person becomes a goose, they cannot use their quirk or speak as a human-also they cannot fly. If he makes himself become a goose, he can choose what trait(s) he wants; he gains 4x of his general physical capabilities and a 10x strength in his jaw and teeth strength. Chain of transformation is reset when he undoes a transformation. Cannot transform anything after a goose, only undoes after a goose transformation. He cannot transform others if he is himself is transformed. Cannot transform a duck or goose, only can undo transformation. All transformations are undone after he undoes himself.

- - Known-Self Transformation: Aspire Style: He is able turn his arms into wings and reduce his bone density to allow him to fly. He is fairly brittle in this form despite physical bonus.
Quirk Weaknesses: -He has to think carefully about the chain of his transformation and whether it important to minus the enemy o give a bonus in strength to himself. Remember, he also must do this from hand contact. He also does not know all possible transformations yet. Groups are still fairly potent against him.

History: - Born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Kyosuke has two crazy rich parents. Both which he wasn't fond of, never really sees them as his actual parents. Money and fame is all his parents ever chase, ever since he was a baby. His parents were already making large digit salaries alone because if the companies they own. His mother owns 3 major hospitals while his father owns a smartphone enterprise company. Kyosuke despite being born crazy rich thanks to his parents successful businesses. He has hated the whole idea of being rich for it comes with a cost that cannot be payed wit money. That is called family bonding. Kyosuke was always being spoiled with money and gets offered anything he wants by his maids or butlers. He felt lonely despite the riches. His parents always payed little to no attention to him since they always work. Kyosuke always wanted to be a pro hero but his parents beg to differ. They said it was stupid and foolish to fight since there are enough heroes to go around.

Despite what his parents said, Kyosuke still pursued his dream to become a pro hero. Even though his parents wanted him to just run a business instead. Kyo suke was one of the most Down-to-the-earth kind of boys.

Quirk: - Laser vision and 1/4 high IQ
Quirk Explanation: - It is true that he has both quirks from both sides of his family. (His laser vision from his father and IQ from her mother) It is his fathers quirk is what he inherited the most and often uses. His optic laser quirk comes out from both of his crimson blood eyes. Two continuous red beams streaming out of both of his eyes. The classic laser vision seen in super heroes, especially in comics. He is able to shoot out red laser beams that are as hot as a small laser cutter used in today's technologies. Sometimes can set things on fire. He has two options when using this quirk. He can shoot once like a laser shot or continuously shoot. He can still see while shooting. Anger also plays a part on his quirk. If angry, he can charge up his eye lasers and shoot them twice as far, hotter and larger than his average beams. Like a super attack or something. He can also use one eye only. This won't help him in combat but it can help him in his day to day task as he focuses only in beam instead of two, that of ten causes destruction. For his IQ. It doesn't seem to be much since he just seems to be slightly smarter that the average mind. This also helps him with his brain chemical balance, so thank that.

Quirk Weaknesses: -

*As helpful it is to have a laser cutters for eyes. It also has it's down sides. Earlier it is mentioned that it can set things on fire, especially inflammable objects. Destructive to himself and those around him.

*There is a certain limit to how long he can continuously shoot lasers before going temporarily blind, which is 3 minutes of non stop beaming. As Kyosukes mentions after going blind. His eyes were bleeding after using his quirk for too long.

*Charging and firing his eye lasers at full anger charge will also cost the same result as mentioned earlier. This time he will feel a painful burning pain from both of his eyes

*The maximum range of his laser vision is approximately 15 meters and travels half of the speed of sound.

*The red hot laser is pure energy so it can be deflected by mirrors or be absorbed and be converted to energy.​

Quirk Explanation: - Jinx can use her quirk to artificially link her to another person when they have linked the person Jinx is linked to will have their quirk empowered as well as Jinx will be able to use the persons quirk temporarily at 1/10 the original power. While they are linked she can talk to them telepathically as well as transfer injuries for example if the person she is linked to gets punched in the face the pain and injury would transfer to Jinx and the person would be fine.
Quirk Weaknesses: - Jinx cannot use her quirk for long, the blowback on using her quirk is that Jinx will be lightheaded for a long period of time as well as having a memory imbalance temporarily forgetting most things about her past. Jinx can only use the quirk on people that allow the soul link to happen. the soul link can be seen by the naked eye if you look at it long enough and she has no control over it the link is a straight line between her and the person if the soul link is damaged it breaks. The soul link can only be maintained within a certain distance from Jinx if the person gets too far away the link will be severed prematurely and Jinx will experience a blowback this also happens in the event it is destroyed.

When he was just a child, his parent's died protecting civilians from the villain Muscular. Many believed that Kota's parents had died a heroic death, praising them as a result. On the other hand, Kota was left traumatized, believing that his parents valued their work over him, growing a hatred for heroes at a young age. 2 years later, he met the same villain that was responsible for the death of his parents. Just when he was about to get slaughtered by the villain, a student and hero in training saved him and managed to defeat the villain despite all difficulties. This inspired Kota to become a great hero like the one that had saved him that day. It is also why he had chosen a hero name similar to the hero that had saved him - Deku. Within 20 years, Kota had graduated from UA and had consistently been in the top 10 ranking hero charts ever since. However, his power grew too much and now he can no longer feel the thrill of any battle.

Water jet series:
Water jet propulsion: Kota rapidly expands the water from sweat on the body, allowing him to propel himself in the opposite direction of where the water is emitted from.
Water jet punch: Kota propels his fist forward with water for a strong punch. After numerous training, the water can propel his fist at insane speeds. A single Water jet punch is 100 times stronger than a detroit smash from all might.
Water jet kick: Kota propels his leg forward with water for a strong kick. This kick is strong enough to level an entire city.
Water jet rush: Kota launches a barrage of Water jet punches. This can instantly erase a mountain made from diamond, turning it all back into carbon, befote turning into hydrogen.(the energy is so much until it can break all the protons apart.)
Water jet gun: Kota can release extremely high pressure water from his fingertips, creating firepower on par with the strongest snipers.
Free water condensation: Kota can condense water vapour anywhere. This can be used to create water inside a person's lungs and drown him.
Water jet missile: By combining free water condensation and water jet gun, Kota can bombard his target with a million gun shots per second. This can erase an army of Nomus in a split second, without leaving any traces of bone or flesh.

Disaster series
Instantaneous tsunami: Kota can create a tsunami in the blink of an eye. The tsunami can be infinitely high.
Instantaneous dragon: By converging clouds in the sky, Kota can create a portal that spawns a massive water dragon.
Hurricane zero: Kota can instantly form a hurricane of water. The water spins at a speed so fast, anything touches the water will disintegrate into nothingness.
Frozen water: Kota can remove all kinetic energy from an enormous body of water with a single touch. This can be used to stop a tsunami by freezing it all in place, or freeze the entire ocean so no pirates can sail away.
Forcefield: Kota can form a forcefield of spinning water. The water spins at deadly speeds, destroying anything that it touches.

Mobility
Artificial limbs: Kota forms artificial limbs from water that can help him throw more punches. Even though they are made of water, a single punch from them can shatter the earth into two.
Demonic tendrils: Kota forms tendrils from water on his back. These tendrils can be used to help Kota walk around. In addition, they can pierce through the entire Earth and maybe even multiple galaxies by accident.
Levitating boots: By having a water compartment under his boots, he can levitate with his boots on. Without any friction to deal with, Kota can move faster than the speed of light.
Time warp: Kota can go back to whenever he want in time when travelling at the speed of light.

Quirk Weaknesses:
Kota has become too powerful and no enemies can stand in his way. Every battle ends with a single punch and even One for all has decided to become Kota's disciple. Kota can no longer feel any emotions as a result of this and lives his life forever searching for a battle worth fighting.

Though she doesn't seem like it, she is pretty reserved. And people find it hard to describe her. This is because she has copied so many people, she kind of looses herself. She is still there, but it's like she has gone through way more experiences than she actually has and therefore is a lot more maturer than most. This also makes her very emphatic and un-emphatic, she is sympathetic by default and so tries to harden herself to resist feeling bad for an opponent who has gone through a lot. She usually does petty crimes but once she stole all the cash from a bank. She has killed before.

History: Melanie was raised in Tokyo, since she was a young girl, she knew how dirty and disgusting people could be. When young, she had very little control over her quirk --- so she often copied people by accident. This led her to be quiet and very sympathetic. But, one day fed up of being treated like trash, she copied a very popular girl and made everyone think she was the real deal that way she could be treated nicely for her schools prom for once. On the prom night, the popular girl let everyone know what a creepy phony she was and she was publicly humiliated and hated. She decided then, that she could only rely on herself. This led her to a life of crime. She doesn't work for any organisations, though she turned the eye of the League of Villains in her direction. She is deciding whether or not she wants to join the League of Villains.

Quirk: CopyCat
Quirk Explanation: She can copy appearances and for the maximum of 5 minutes - someones quirk. She also gains the memories of the person she is copying.
Quirk Weaknesses: She can sometimes lose herself to the memories of the person she is copying, so if copying a hero’s quirk and appearance and the hero has a strong mind, she may find herself helping the hero side. She can't copy voices, objects or make clones or herself. She can copy people's appearance one at a time and needs to have seen the person she is to copy at the most 24 hours ago. Also, the tattoo on her left arm remains whenever she copies someone's appearance. she needs to spend five minutes watching someone use their quirk so she can "photocopy" the quirk and she needs to spend 2.5 minutes studying them to "photocopy" the appearance.

    Hayashi appears to be the calm, silent type around public, rarely speaks up and usually more observant to his surrounding. Though among his closed friends, he would be more comfortable and share his opinions more.

    Hayashi is known for his analyzing ability as he would avoid coming to any problem unprepared. He would never choose the head-to-head approach but instead staying calm and learning as much about his opponents or any advantages he could take to deal with them. Before facing any opponent, he always spend a lot of his time, sitting alone studying a mountain of data. The fact that he usually knows so much about others usually make him a formidable character to deal with.

    He is also known for being quite logical, and sometime practical in many situation. His goal wouldn't be victory all the time, especially when its a battle he couldn't win. Understanding his own limits, he would not aim to win a fight when the enemy is stronger but instead fighting dirty, buying time or even surrendering if he has to to prevent any damage to himself and his allies.

She always puts others infront of herself, she's caring, and she's pretty much fearless.

History: - Born to a family full of pro heros, she was able to decide on what she wanted to do practically from the moment she was born. Her parents weren't exactly around much due to them both being pro heros, but she loved them no matter what, even if it meant her and her brother were raised by their grandmother. Reagurdless, she always did well in school, despite some problems with her quirk that lead to some fires, melting of certain equipment, and the occasional accidental burn here or there, but she pushe through, and graduated near the top of her class, and she did the same when it came to the U.A. She has made a name for herself as a rather well rounded hero, with a great standing in both offensive and rescue roles. She's going to be helping out at the U.A, though she's very new to the teaching thing.

Quirk: - Red Hot
Quirk Explanation: - The angrier Asami gets, the more heat her body generates, making her skin glow red. She can melt and burn a variety of different objects, and even people. In certain circumstances, she can focus her bodies heat to one area, making for a devastating blow, or a great defensive barrier.
Quirk Weaknesses: - Asami has to be careful not to lose her temper, or she could suddenly set something ablaze or melt it because she cannot control what her quirk destroys. She has a handle on her temper, but her being a hot head doesnr really help her out. She also has a weakness when it comes to warmer environments because her natural body heat is increased from 98.6, to 110.5 normally. This however, gives her a slight advantage in colder weather.
