Quirk Name: Haunting

Quirk Description: Haunting is a spooky quirk that gives Setsuna ghost-like abilities. Setsuna can summon an overwhelming presence from within herself, granting her an intangible, ethereal appearance and the ability to petrify foes, striking them with deep fear, anxiety, increased heart rate and a cold sweat. The petrify effect can hit a foe in two ways: Looking into her eyes at any distance, or being in what she calls her terror radius, a 20 foot range around her body when active. If done effectively, the enemy is not able to move and has trouble focusing. When a foe has been successfully petrified, they can hallucinate all manner of horrors all around them and the effect can last for approximately 15-20 minutes at her current strength level. The greatest drawback of this quirk that it is heavily dependent on Setsuna's focus, resolution, and above all her own belief in her presence. Allowing a single doubt or flicker of fear to creep into her mind while trying to use this quirk can be devastating. Not only this, but the resolution of her enemy plays a role as well. The more powerful and self sure the foe, the greater their chance of lessening the effects of being petrified. Secondly, Setsuna's intangible form can be difficult to strike. Setsuna is able to phase herself right through objects for very small blinks of time, allowing her to strategically dodge attacks and even perform surprise moves on an unsuspecting challenger. She can do this in quick succession, but not for long periods of time.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Setsuna is truly a workhorse, she has been diligently training for years under the careful supervision of her grandfather, former pro hero Bushido. This training has made her body strong, fast, and resilient. She is a novice in terms of hand to hand fighting, but is practicing, and has light skills in sword fighting as is tradition for her family. She knows how to take a beating, and is a disciplined student that follows commands. Setsuna is steel willed and fearless with a ferocious spirit, and is used to be praised for her skills so far. However, her greatest weakness is her complete lack of experience with the outside world and working with others. She has led an isolated life, and though she would like to be a good teammate she is awkward and hasn't used her quirk in a support setting at all. To her, it's all about being in the spotlight when in battle, she can lose track of teammates easily and is prone to panic and lose focus when there are too many people around.

Personality: Setsuna is a bit of an oddball. She hasn't spent very much time around other people her age, has only a light grasp of what life is like in the real world, and has absolutely no friends. One might think that this must mean that she a cold, heartless person, but it's more complicated than that. Setsuna's life has been built around the fact that even if she didn't want it, she must become a hero, and she must be the best she can be to continue the legacy of her line. Her quirk demands her to be an incredibly charismatic, inflated, absolutely overwhelming presence on the battlefield. She has to become someone who sees no one greater than herself, who laughs in the faces of her enemies and treats them like dirt. This personality has become a character for Setsuna, she steps into it and sometimes has difficulty taking it off. People often view her a very tall, brooding, scary, serious girl that has no sense of humor or friendliness- none of which is helped by the fact that she can be very defensive due to childhood bullying.

Even when she doesn't mean to come off this way, she often bumbles it all up, gets embarrassed, and returns back to her icy personality. Her true self sees this character as very distasteful, and she badly wishes she could connect with someone, anyone to show them that she actually a very sweet, soft, thoughtful person. She dreams of having friends and going out to arcades and cafes, buying cute clothes, giggling about boys- but as soon as she pictures it, she takes a look in the mirror and dismisses it, feeling foolish. She often panics when it comes to talking to people, her mind races and she tends to overthink most situations. Setsuna is very insecure at her core, always fretting about what other people think about her, worrying about the expectations of her family, her training and performance, and much much more.

History: The Ryuga family is one of strength, nobility, and above all else, prestige. Well, perhaps it was, at one time. The male dominated empire of the Ryuga family was once a very well known power throughout Japan that was comprised of fierce heroes with powerful quirks for many years, and before quirks, legendary heroes that held high rank in the Japanese military. This legacy was forged with an ironclad tradition of arranged quirk marriages with other esteemed families with the intent of breeding strong abilities as well as, more importantly, sons. And so, this was the case for generations with male children that were born with potential forced into vicious training as well as strict removal from normal society. Every aspect of life was controlled by the eldest men of the family: whom they could socialize with, where they could go, appropriate attire, appropriate hobbies, and much more. The strongest son of each generation would take the family hero name of Bushido, and carry on the family's legacy.

Time has a habit of changing things, either slowly or by wild force, and so it did with the emergence of Hisato. Hisato would be named the most powerful and successful of any son before him, his parents had but one child but he would grow to overshadow any before him. With his quirk, Petrify, he could freeze an entire room of enemies solid with fear or send them running to the hills screaming in terror. He was also incredibly charismatic and well loved by the public, he was everything a hero could hope to be with legions of fans, countless successful villain take downs and a commercial enterprise that was only growing. This shocked his family, when Hisato was young his quirk frightened people and other families had whispered that he would become a villain, he seemed far more suited for it. But the young man's endless confidence and drive brought him to the height of his family's empire, and they regarded him nearly a god for it. Indeed, the most golden of all Bushido heroes seemed destined to make everything his own. He refused an arranged marriage and for the first time in decades, found his own love and married his soulmate. Much to his family's disapproval, he married a fellow hero of lower stature with no relatives to speak of. Soon his wife was pregnant, and they looked forward to their first child despite the clawing and seething of the Ryuga family.

Being a notable hero, especially one as cocky as Hisato, garnered enemies. Once it became known that he would be settling down and would be less active during the birth of his first child, Hisato and his estate became a target. Hisato had promised that unlike his childhood, he would shower his children with attention and love, he would break the cycle of abuse and he would do it with his beloved wife. He would be the father he wished he had. It was a cold, bitter winter when Setsuna was born, and all of these wishes drifted away with the freshly fallen snow. It is unclear exactly what happened that night, but at end of it all Setsuna's mother was dead, murdered by an unknown hand and her father was critically wounded. Setsuna went into the care of Hisato's parents, and would soon learn the cold, steely inner workings of her new family.

When her father was able to return to the estate, he was a changed man. He had lost most of his vision and his entire right arm. He had become quiet, a shell of his former grandiose self. He was still, however, enamored with Setsuna, his only daughter, and with the begrudged help of his parents he cared for Setsuna and raised her with love and care. Setsuna was a bright eyed, intense girl who idolized her father and tried to emulate him in every way. She devoured his tales of heroic bravery, hung posters of him on her walls, and clung to him like glue. She began to train with him at a young age with the help of her grandfather, she wanted to be a hero just like him. Her quirk began developing, and Hisato was delighted to see she had carried on his strong ability, Petrify, and seemed to have a bit of her mothers- she could phase through objects, albeit only for short bursts. He was also afraid, worried that his daughter would suffer the same prejudice that he did with the quirk, vilified at a young age.

Setsuna entered public school, breaking the long tradition of private tutors on the estate as he wanted her to mix with other kids. He didn't want her to suffer the isolation he did at a young age, but he came to regret the choice as Setsuna was almost immediately bullied for her "villainous" powers. Despite the bullying, she wanted so badly to impress her father and cherished his quirk so much that she stuck it out and stayed. Setsuna, despite any outward appearance, was a strong and self sure child that would not be stepped on. As time passed, it was clear that Hisato's health was failing, he was not even a fraction of his former self as much as he tried to be strong for Setsuna. She lived in denial, she could see him struggling when he thought she wasn't looking, she knew he was having doctor visits more frequently, but she tucked it away at the back of her mind.

Her father was her everything. She had her grandparents and though they loved her, they were cold and couldn't express emotions and affection. They suffered through the weakening of their golden son, the estate became tired and sullen, exhausted by the push and pull of a man who was dying, trying to cling to what he had left and the people around him who couldn't begin to cope or help each other. Over time he would simply sleep almost all day, he shrank in size and could barely see. It was spring time and the trees had began to blossom when Hisato passed away. Setsuna was only ten years old, and the blow was incredible. She didn't have the tools to process his passing, and her emotions ran rampant in her home that soon became a prison. With no outlet and no friends to speak of, she threw herself into training with her grandfather, who began to see the girl's potential growing almost daily. Her grandfather, Hideo, was a silent and ornery man. Being Bushido before his son took the name, Hideo was an experienced hero and now was a teacher, if not a terribly tough one. He had and continued to train heroes for years after passing on the title, but Setsuna became his focus.

They are both processing their loss through hard work. Setsuna is pushing her limits to become like her father and dreams of being the next Bushido. Hideo is pushing her just as hard, she is not the grandson he wanted but his cold heart has let Setsuna in. However, he doesn't want her to become the next Bushido, he wants her to find her own identity, as her father intended. Losing a child had made him understand many things, but none so much as regret. Setsuna is his chance to change. Yet, if she becomes a pro hero, maybe they can keep Hisato's memory and the family's former glory alive, and the home will feel light and joy again. Hideo wishes for her to find some kind of joy and freedom in life, like her father found. Presently, Setsuna embarks on her journey with U.A. High. She is one of the select few students who were given recommendations to the school, and carries a very serious sense of responsibility to her family to be the very best. She struggles with demons though, and desperately wants to uncover the secrets behind the attack on her parents and bring those responsible to justice- and maybe make a friend for once.

    Personality:
    It is hard to pinpoint exactly what degree of maturity Kiki has. On one hand, she is undeniably patient, hard-working and more aware of consequences than she ever was in her life. On the other hand, she is less intelligent and more easily excitable and led by the current if she has her guard down, even if she keeps quite the analytical eye and really thinks through the applications of quirks. While she is typically serious and uptight, when it comes to her passions her energetic nature shines. She both takes an interest in and looks down upon most others, as her natural curiosity faces off against her pride instilled on her by her family, around her family, for her family. For this reason she is rather bossy, and a bit unruly if she believes the rules are attempting to step on her dignity, even mischievious. Still, she has grown to be too cautious to be so unruly as to break rules in a way she finds to be overly risky. Despite being goal-oriented enough to be able to ignore any shame for the sake of praticality, she also has low ambitions, mostly living as if a proxy to her sister's wishes, and the aforementioned dignity does give her a decent degree of shame and embarassment about her own uncontrollable tastes, young-looking body and how that body results in her being treated at times. Nonetheless, she won't hesitate to make use of it if needed, as she can be quite the ruthless person.
    This ruthlessness is rather visible with her unqualmed and fierce approach to confrontation, battle in particular.
    Kiki is generous and can content herself with little, and she is always refined and polite as much as she can muster but in many regards, she is also far less consistent, and she notices it. She sometimes has strange urges or finds herself discussing things with herself. She is both grateful and holds grudges, but her loyalty doesn't necessarily lie with anyone other than her family.

Quirk Description: A unique muscular structure is granted to the user when it activates, this causes the muscle fibers in the user's body to expand & multiply by a desire amount by the user. This grants an exponentially increase in physically capabilities whilst retain the overall same size aside from greater increase bodily veins across the body & muscle definition. It does grant minor bolstering effects to speed & stamina, it's main effect is the large strength increase to the user & durability that increases with every improved muscle. It grants roughly a 20 x one's own weight capacity similar to an insect, it allows the user to overpower & physically move with some difficulty whatever is 20 x times heavier than their own body weight. This takes some amount of time in order of reaching complete strength which can range up to 7 minutes which in certain situations is a weakness & against some opponents that can start off at maximum strength whilst he can't rapidly turn this quirk on or off as it saps his stamina at a tremendous rapid. A key-factor to acknowledge as his power grows at the strange marks on his body glow from a flesh pink to molten red.

Strengths: Alexander's strengths come in the form of his combative practices & theory. Making usage of practical & no-nonsense style of violently professionally-inspired wrestling moves alongside popular Kick boxing techniques honed from years of vigorous training, research & personal experience for a powerhouse close-combat style around furious strikes, restricting holds, vice locks, overpowering tosses & slams. His understanding & instincts allow him to break down a situation quickly, understand what could be needed of him at the moment & tackle the situation head one without fear. Known for having a blunt, upfront & straight forward personality makes him an incredibly trust-worthy person who couldn't tell even the whitest of lies to his friends, superiors or enemies which can be a strength in certain cases. Also able of offering up advice for those in need of a boost in combat ability.

Weaknesses: This major effort in the form of combat comes at a cost of him lacking in the intellectual & social aspects of life. Terrible at reading people's emotions has lead to him being slapped across the face from girls, a hard punch from fellow boys & disciplinary action by adults for speaking what he desires to where he also isn't the brightest person around meaning that he can't outsmart people easily or very often in situations which muscle or combative strength can't be used in an way. This limited intellectual means that he generally speaking be lacking the academic side of life even whilst he tries very hard to correct it which ties into him not fitting into a great deal of groups in the form of friends leading to him being more focused on actions instead of words so he often times doesn't speak for great lengths of time given that he could say something stupid giving him the appearance of the silent but strong type of person.

Personality: At first appearance, Alexander appears this rather thug or gangsta given his long & unkempt hair, strange tattoo-like marks, a hulking physique & a very non-pleasant facial expression.... He actually an extremely honest & respectful with a grand sense of honor to anyone he doesn't considered an opponent however those traits can be shrewd whilst he chooses to be stubborn about something. Speaking to them freely without restraints, honest talking in manner which he speaks truthfully to whoever he is speaking with.

Generally, he doesn't talk much often so he says stuff when it matters in his eyes which can be awkward as he speaks sometimes out of turn or states a point despite how others think of him. not caring for things such as appearances but rather on one's character that often times allows people to basically talk to a brick wall for an long period of time which he then responds out of nowhere. His limited intelligence leads him being lose in conversations related to such thins which often times leads to him getting dizzy from some things which he wobbles his head slightly in response.

History: Alexander Saito happened to be born into a normal family despite his appearance. A simple male Japanese office worker & an female american transfer to the same branch as the man. Most would've compared their love to that of some dumb T.V. show given their interactions but the two made it work out which lead to them growing closer, marrying & having a family. Their first child was an average girl with black hair & blue eyes who was a bubbly little angel, their second was an adventurous tomboy who could never stay still and finally... then came Alexander. A quiet, stupid, small little boy who was obsessed with fighting. His eyes sparkled as he watched the T.V. for a action scene for morning cartoons or watching an adrenaline pumping moment that lead to him trying to copy these moves that lead to often scolds from his older siblings & parents for breaking so much stuff as a youth. The couple then moved their son in some form of martial arts which he was continuously pleased but his actions ever showed it aside from the sudden hugs & pats to his family.

As he grew older, his love of fighting became his sole passion which was further by his quirk being revealed to him at a later age than most. This entirely lead to him being thrown into known athletics gyms to work & hone his abilities instead of going to actual school. Working alongside many Kick Boxers, Martial Artist & Wrestlers made the child realize what he wanted to be.... A Professional Wrestler who embodied those traits in the realm of Mixed Martial Arts. Working tireless on his craft until his parents found out, they allowed their son to enjoy his passion but he should still at-least go to school with like other children.

The many times that he came home with dirt marks, scratches & small cuts as he often times go into fights with other children. Big kids who choose to pick a fight for those younger then them, Alexander did so to enjoy the thrill of fight but he was unknowingly acting as a hero. This slowly begun to build up a reputation of him being a youth who didn't tolerate bully & fought against those who've pushed around those weaker than themselves. As he grew older, his lack of social interaction came present in him no gaining a single friend over his years which he pushed those away from him unintentional by his facial expressions & speaking truthfully to everyone... No matter who they may be.

This lead to being alone through his years in later years in elementary-school followed by the time in middle-school. Often times, he left school to work on his techniques or dazing off in class thinking only about fighting. Normally, the family of such a person would be worried but Alexander's family knew him well and simply allowing him to do this was his way of life. If they suddenly took it away... Nothing, he would have absolutely nothing whatsoever which he enjoyed his life until the last months of middle-school. A career as a mixed martial artists in today's age... It wasn't nearly as popular as it was a long time ago.... & it wasn't as profitable even at the highest level... All of that effort... would be wasted in his later years until.

Hero's work was seen as highly respectable to the community... He did it before but never realized... So why not, he then choose the career path of a hero & has followed it to this very day.

Relationships: Katharine-Corula Zweihild Von Kleinerheld - ( Idea Idea ): During his time out of school, Alexander spent a major amount of training however he did meet someone. A young girl, this girl with white hair & golden eyes which didn't grab his attention until she willfully came up to him and asked for a spar. Alexander would take on his opponent and fight them evenly no matter who they are and he would treat them as such. That spar... He could say that it was one of his best which she hit him far more times than he has but he struck powerfully a few times in exchange of this.

In the end, they end with a draw but the two didn't like that. They both just hadn't been used to the concept of a draw and they didn't like it. So they meet.... and sparred.... drawing again... again....again. Over and over again, the two understood each other and began friends to an extent. Having this mutual respect for each other, they started to spar less & less but hang out & train together. Enjoying each other's company and having fun until Alexander's life slightly changed. His parents live's changed and so did his own.... Forced to say goodbye to the girl, he said that if they meet again.... Let's truly be friends.

Quirk Description: Akiko's quirk, Frigid Ire, allows her to manipulate the cold. With her powers, she is mentally immune to the cold (this does not prevent her from frostbite, she just can't feel the cold), physically resistant to the cold, and she can lower the temperatures around her, which causes plants to die, slows people down, and freezes liquids, and her powers spike when she is in the cold.

Personality: Much like the name of her quirk, first impressions of Akiko tend to be that she is frigid and aloof, never wanting to cause a scene or stand out much. She isn't 'mean' per se, but she is quieter and reserved than most. She is defensive towards outsiders and loyal to her classmates, even if she doesn't particularly like them. However, Akiko does warm up eventually, she's just cautious to begin with. When she is familiar with a person, Akiko is much more relaxed, and she is willing to joke around with her friends. Regardless, she still is awkward and she doesn't always get humor.

Biography: Born to two loving parents, Makoto and Iwao Fujiwara, Akiko was raised in a close-knit and large family. Growing up, she had a lot of competition. With 4 sisters, Akiko also had to do what she could to stand out. Of course, her parents loved them all, they just didn't want to all be grouped together. Luckily, Akiko is the only one pursuing a hero path.

When her parents found out about her plans of application for high school, they were furious. At first, she was grounded, but Akiko eventually was able to convince them with one thing: money. You see, the Fujiwara family had never been rich. There were not pro-heroes, nor were they in any high positions. With the promise and goal of bringing in a profit for their struggling family, Akiko was allowed to apply to Yuuei

Quirk Description:
Zombie is a curious mutation quirk that has given Jane many of the qualities and capabilities of a Zombie, with a altered psychological makeup and redundant physiology and wounds quickly healing with a muscle like fibre before being restored to normal.

Lacking many of the typical physical weakness or requirements has allowed her to constantly push her body beyond its limits in a self destructive if effective manner when combined with the raw willpower possesed. This changes have given her a host of immunities, even her mental state seems drastically altered giving her mind unique properties. Unlike a normal person she can keep function with what would otherwise be fatal wounds, and shrug off a great deal of damage, all while performing feats beyond the normal capacity of a human by taking advantage of their healing and breaking through the self imposed limits a body normally places on itself to prevent damage. Through the process of this continued breaking she has continued to elevate her physical state, the lack of rest required to function has also allowed her to devote significantly more time to her studies and conditioning.

Likened to a advanced form of super regeneration it has been theorized that the thread like healing she possesses may hold further applications if correctly trained though somewhat macabre or disturbing in nature.

Outside of the social implications of her abilities and the distress such injuries or feats may cause observers, the primary weakness of Janes quirk is it does not actually prevent feeling pain for actual damage and while possessing remarkable endurance, sufficient pain or damage will slowly degrade her mental faculties. Should sufficient damage or trauma be delivered to her brain, their tactical ability drops significantly becoming set on the single focus prior to the injury and operating more on instinct than logic, this can pose a extreme danger for those around her as all sense of morality or ethics are lost in favor of the purpose. This can potentially result in them becoming more of a liability in the collateral damage caused.

If pushed beyond her limit, a large amount of heat will be generated as her biomass restores itself, to the point of steam and then straight up combustion if she does not rest. This of course would require her to put herself out as the damage threatens to outpace her regeneration and will become fully incapacitated once enough damage is done while the damage is repaired, though due to the heat damage being on a cellular level it can take substantially longer than her normal healing rate.

Lesser issues though minor appear to be a distinct emotional numbness, or the fact her outfits are incapable of withstanding the same punishment she can, raising concerns with the lack of modesty she seems to possess.

Skills:
As a result of being trained from a early age, in combination with her own efforts Jane has become quite proficient in a array of martial arts, most notably Savate, Baiquan and Akido. This was initially at the behest of her mothers desire to ensure she would not be at risk or taken advantage of, yet the passion and natural talent has had them support and encourage such further. To further this, has been Janes natural athleticism and desire for adrenaline that lead her to a number of extreme sports, though a preference for self taught parkour stating a fondness for the sensation.

Achieving high grades academically much to the annoyance of her teachers, she seemed to place little interest in the topics covered yet did so out of necessity. The exception of this has appeared to be a deep interest in biology, most notably medical fields. Holding a good aptitude and understanding of the topics, with sufficient training and study it is very possible she could become a accomplished doctor, yet her current focus remains set on the path of a hero.

Base upon a initial sketch Jane has gone for unique design that allows for easy repair and is currently being manufactured by the Support Team. A wide array of bandages constructed from a durable fabric interwoven with a steel alloy to give increased protection along with steel soled boots and metal plates hidden beneath the wrappings. There is also two gauntlet like items she seems to carrie with her that were not created by the Support team and exact purpose is unknown.

Civilian Clothes:
Normally clad in dark colors that contrast with her skin, they are never the less well made with many custom designs often with some form of cross or skull involved, never seeming to wear the same outfit twice and a good number of them appearing as if brand new, though seemingly ever present are a series of worn blue boots that have seen numerous repairs to the point it is unclear if they remain the same.

Coming across as a delinquent to some, Janes words often carry a cold bluntness to them that can be jarring in their straightforward manner and lack of subtlety, some believing them as overly prideful or haughty with the amount of confidence they tend to display. While mostly passive and observant, they nevertheless show a almost inhuman determination for anything they put their mind to locked beanther there usual demeanor. This is most obvious in times of adrenaline, seeming to come alive such as when carrying out heroics, pushing herself or devoting themselves to a task they care deeply about.

Towards others they can be somewhat anti-social, mostly due to misunderstanding several emotional cues, though they do seem to want to help in their own way if somewhat haphazardly. It can also happen to come across as lacking respect as many of her prior teachers would often state, confronting them as a challenge and a refusal to back down when their mind was put to something. Though if time is taken to break through, she can be suprisingly astute and philosophical in breaking down issues.

Jane has had a number of philosophies deeply ingrained in her by her childhood and parentage, many that shape the way she behaves and drive her. A example would be from a few simple word she has taken a great deal ““Don't be sorry, Be better”, seeing be how a Failure only seeks to drive her onwards and her belief that the only true goal to overcome should be herself. Though this has been taken to a extreme degree such as her habit to purposefully confront her many of her dislikes as perceived weaknesses to overcome.

Despite all this, deep down Jane is deeply conflicted about her purpose, struggling to put thoughts to feelings and often questioning why she carries out some actions or feels the way she does. The emotions are clearly there to her, yet she lacks a clear understanding at times. The two strongest connections she holds is to her parents but for differing reasons, looking up to her father most of all despite many seeing them as the weaker of the two.

Janes childhood was different to say the least, growing up a single if sickly child there would be grave concerns regarding her health by her parents. Born prematurely and anemic, she would often be treated like a porcelain doll, her parents worried she may break if they were not careful, more so her father than mother. This would come to the head with the emergence of her quirk being one of the scariest parts of her parents lives as they feared the worst until clarification was given by the hospital doctor. While changing her deeply, their quirk allowed them a new sense of freedom, but also new expectations as her mother's approach to them changed substantially, not wanting them to ever be as they were before now the option was available.

While some would assume her mother would drive them towards the path she took, Melissa was surprisingly firm on not given her daughter a direct answer or suggestion instead encouraging them to find their own way, yet the shadow of her parentage would linger with many faculty seeing her as a Villain in the making, the attitude seeping into the children from either them or parents. Though rather than submit to it, Jane would attempt to drown it out and focus on what was ahead of her….yet it was maybe the feeling this caused that sparked her desire to be a hero in the first place as well as shaped who they would become.

Fast forward several years and despite all beliefs, there application would be accepted and gain access to the academy, intent on forging the path forward onwards.

Melissa Delacroix, Janes mother is a fairly cold if successful chief executive at the ACN Network. While she shows pride in daughters accomplishments, it always quickly follows with constantly expecting more from Jane next time. This has had a large impact on her views on how to advance in her life. Prior to career in business she was however known by her villain alias "Madam Mono" who flourished for over a decade, though this eventually ended with her capture. However rather than face jail time the quick thinking and abilities of her Lawyer managed to have her avoid such much to the dismay of the arresting heroes in a landmark case setting precedence to this day as she has escaped without punishment to leave a dark mark on others concept of justice. Melissas quirk appears to allow her to create various prehensile threads from beneath her fingers which she has trained to terrifying effect.


John Delacroix, Janes Father is a fairly cheerful if meek lawyer at a large firm, haven made his mark as one of there most skilled given his work in many landmark cases. Mostly supportive of his daughter efforts wanting them to find what they enjoy though still wishes they could slow down to socialize more. Perhaps the most understanding of her parents and this combined with other reasons is perhaps why Jane relationship with them is what it is. He was also the Lawyer who happened to get Diane off on several technicalities. Unknown to most he also holds a power himself, capable of manipulating his own blood when outside his body, yet his low pain tolerance combined with fears of needles and sharp objects has lead to such rarely being used. Despite a somewhat fearful nature at times, he can always be relied upon to do what he needs to do but usually while shaking the entire time.

Appearance: Standing at a respectable 5'11, 170lbs. Cooper maintains a fit and well-muscled body. Well groomed facial-hair outlines his friendly face and blue eyes. His main defining feature is brought by his quirk, via several holes scattered throughout his body. The full list of the parts of his body his quirk has manifested: Back of his head, Both shoulder blades, Both shoulders, Just below both his elbows, Palms of his hands, Lower back, Bellybutton, Calves, Heels, Soles of feet.

Hero Costume: His costume is predominantly orange and black and mostly made of Kevlar. There are several small holes throughout the armor, to accommodate for his quirk. It comes with a helmet with a built in visor to keep his vision clear and the wind out of his eyes especially for when he is moving at high speeds. The helmet also comes with a air regulator to keep his breathing regular even at extreme heights. He also wears gloves designed to reduce the strain on his hands allowing him to put more force into bursts from his hand and weaponize the force itself.

Personality: While he was a kid, Cooper always wanted to be the cool guy that didn't talk. Growing up he realized he liked talking too much to ever secure that status. He is a rather out-going guy who tries to see the best in people. He has always been the guy to try and strike up a conversation with someone sitting alone. He is very personable and at one point was considering pursuing a councilor or therapist career path before he made his decision to take a shot at the life of a hero. He is a very sincere person who honestly cares about people and their physical and mental well-being. He isn't the most organized person but he loves to see growth in people. He almost always cheers for the underdog and has always liked the idea of an unlikely hero with everything stacked against them, beating all the odds. He wants to always be a shoulder anyone can lean on, but he doesn't want to put his problems onto others. Though he has never yearned for the spotlight, he has always worked to be an inspiring person and hopes he comes off that way to some people. It's very easy for him to get invested in people and he is always looking for ways they can grow or improve.

He often wonders if his approach to teaching the new generation of heroes is correct. He worries that he sometimes struggles between being too soft with his students and too hard on them. He still doesn't think he has found the perfect balance yet, but he can't let anyone see that. Cooper isn't a self-absorbed guy, he doesn't like too put too much attention on himself but he strives to be a role model. Even if it was just for one person, he would feel so honored knowing someone looked up to him like he did with his heroes. He doubts he will ever gain a whole lot of fame, but he often wonders if he will leave a legacy and what that would look like.

Backstory: Cooper had a rather unexciting but very loving upbringing. His quirk was evident even as a baby, small holes all throughout his body that occasionally pushed him rolled him over or pushed him slightly with a sneeze or a yawn. This came as quite the shock to his parents as both of them were actually quirk-less. Though the quirk had been passed through the family, his father was simply baffled as to why it skipped him. Craig's mother had the very same quirk and it skipped a generation just to bless Cooper. His parents were actually delighted to find out their child had a quirk. Something they both would have liked to have but were glad their child would get the opportunity. Cooper grew up in Ohio with his parents who gave him oodles of love and taught him valuable life lessons. He was honored when his little sister came into the world. He was excited to play the role of big brother. They got along really well, they had their occasional petty sibling squabbles but they loved each other. Lily's quirk never manifested but that didn't stop her from being happy for her brother. Though he always felt a little guilty that he got so lucky that he was the only on with a quirk in the family.

Years went by in the Willingham household and the family was still as happy as ever. Cooper found himself solving petty disputes between his friends and listening to them and helping them through various crushes and feelings. He communicated what he had been doing with his parents and they told him they thought he would make a great therapist. He really liked the idea of helping people through their emotional problems and whatnot but as he continued listening to his friends and what not he started to realize he felt a little helpless. He was listening to them and giving advice here and there but these problems kept happening and he felt like they would just keep happening. As some problems he heard from his friends became increasingly more serious he felt like he wasn't doing enough. Though it wasn't till one day at a summer camp when he realized what he wanted to do. Early in the morning on the far edge of camp, he was on his way to a station to help set up. When he finally got there, the adult that was supposed to be supervising him was face down in the dirt. Cooper immediately tried talking to him and lightly moving his shoulder. No reply. He was starting to panic, he didn't even know if he was alive or not. He didn't even check. He knew the only place with cell phone service was the other side of camp. His body moved before he could think and he did his best to carry the adult back to camp. It was incredibly physically taxing on the young boy but thanks to his quirk he actually made it. He was able to find other adults upon returning to camp and the called the appropriate people and took it from there. Cooper was later formally thanked by the man he carried, sharing the information that the paramedics shared with him. He told Cooper and his parents that he would have died if not for him. That was when Cooper knew what he wanted to do. That was a problem he didn't have to hear about. He was actually able to do something about it! Not to mention the incredible feeling of saving someones life. That was when he knew he wanted to be a hero.

His parents were concerned of course, but they still supported his decision. Lily supported him completely and couldn't wait to see her big brother become a hero. So after a good bit of research the Willingham family finally decided on trying a study abroad. Cooper was nervous about the whole experience of course. He didn't quite expect to get accepted to the best hero school in the world but his parents convinced him to give it a try. To Coopers utter surprise, he got accepted to U.A. Cooper went in with little to no expertise in controlling his quirk. The school really puts their students through the ringer. For good reason though. The people that made it through showed incredible improvements. Cooper was glad he stuck it out and he was glad he had also made many friends in the class as well. Many of which he was sure would make excellent heroes. He remembers his provincial license exam as one of the more stressful things he had to do. Though he actually passed on his first try, which he was overly thankful never to have to do again. Cooper had a quirk well made for combat which he never took for granted, but he made it clear his main goal is to rescue. Though thankfully the academy forged him into a very well-rounded pro-hero. Cooper was just a pro-hero for a few years before coming back to teach at the same school he graduated from. Brave Burst had never had any absolutely incredible moments that everyone would have heard about, but he was a pretty decently well-known hero. He has definitely started to make a name for himself. He is still very much a pro-hero but he is very excited to help the next generation of heroes grow and hopes he can be a proper role model for the incoming class.


Quirk: (Mutation) Jet Body: This allows Cooper to create bursts of force from the holes scattered throughout his body to propel himself through the air at incredibly high speeds. Thanks to rigorous training he can use multiple at once and build up pressure to release stronger bursts, even continuous bursts of force like the afterburner of a jet. Overuse leads to those areas getting very sore and more susceptible to damage. One of the focal points of his training was mastering a sense of balance with his quirk. His quirk sends him and high speeds and lots of incredibly quick turns and dives, he has worked up a stronger resistance to keep his lunch from coming up as well as minimizing dizziness. He can use the bursts to not only zoom around at incredible high speeds but also to add extra oomph to his attacks.
Super Moves:
Burst Tower: Cooper accelerates forward into the target and then straight upwards as fast as he can and as high as he can. Then at the pinnacle extremely high in the sky, he delivers a brutal ax kick sending them hurdling toward the earth. Sometimes followed with a full speed punch, diving straight down. The latter only in the most intense high stakes situations. Excellent as this move may be it is hard on his body. Going so high so quickly really burns up his exhaust, so it's a risky move with a high payoff.
Charge Dash: By building up power instead of a normal burst it allows the resulting release to showcase that much more force. Allowing him to move at absolute insane speeds. However these bursts of incomparable speed can't be performed back to back, they can also be rather reckless and end in pretty dangerous crash landings.
Reverse Burst: By focusing a charged blast in his gloved hands he can create a more dangerous and weaponized burst of force. Whereas all his bursts have moved him and him alone this move is a blast made to knock the wind out of someone and send them flying. The gloves are designed to respond to burst buildup in his hands and give his burst a greater range and greater power. The drawback is Cooper still hasn't completely mastered not getting blasted back as well, that being the nature of his quirk. So it's best used to create some distance.


Skills/talents:
Piano Adept: Cooper took his fair share of music lessons as a child and though he never really took off as a fantastic tickler of the ivories, he can diddle a tune with his practice fingers with relative ease.
Amateur Gardening: He would not call himself an expert by any stretch of the imagination. Though he does have a couple of venus flytraps in his office that he adores and have even given names. Sullivan and Vinchenzo are very healthy good boys.
Paperwork Speed-runner: Cooper has gotten very good at filling out paper work. It helps that he is a naturally fast reader, but papers he had already filled out before and he has to do again? Easy, he can have it done in no time. He is known by may of the other teachers for his remarkable paperwork speed.

Quirk Name: Explosive accuracy!

Quirk Description: miles has a quirk to produce a light blue energy in both his hands, this energy can be thrown to cause varying ranges of kinetic damage. If miles has a item to channel that energy into he is able to throw that item at incredible speed, hitting any target in his immediate view. He has been able to bounce thrown objects to go around corners and out of his vision.

Using this quirk draws energy out of Miles. While conjuring this blue energy is not so much a problem, actually fusing the energy to weapons takes more stamina and focus. A items homing ability is determined by how much energy miles uses and the location of the target. They can be dodged or blocked if nimble enough or smart enough to guess the trajectory.
super moves:
flash shot conjuring energy into his hands Miles flings small rapid shots towards his enemy. Purely a staggering or stalling tactic as to rapidly conjure and throw multiple shots in succession does not allow for powerful bursts which would deal more damage.

Bangarang forming a boomerang of blue energy that explodes on impact. while able to form the energy shape in both hands, the focus and stamina to use this in a repetitive nature (like his flash shot attack)
is downright uncomfortable.

homing shot when holding any sort of item miles can imbue it with his quirks energy, this gives it a accuracy boost (that basically looks like a homing effect.)
The items used effect how much energy is needed. Aerodynamic shapes work best. But he could potentially use anything easily thrown as a weapon.

Strengths: throwing things, wrestling, improvisation, blunt honesty.
Weaknesses: tear gas, bullets, knifes, physical trauma, acid, fire, extreme colds, allergic to penicillin.

Costume: a mixture of body armour and a special hoodie that goes over it that holds his tools/weapons for quick access.
His armour (specifically his boots and gloves but discharge holes are all about it.) can hold the kinetic energy miles produces from his hands,
This allows him to move at high speeds by using his energy on himself.

Personality: Miles is a easy going kid when it comes to most things, only ever putting effort and practice into activities he enjoys. While miles prefers to make jokes, share opinions and stories, he is downright paranoid when it comes to HIS belongings. Empathetic to those he can relate to miles has no problems trying to make friends or simply having to tolerate those he’d rather not associate with.

While miles doesn’t particularly look for confrontations he certainly finds himself unable to back away from them.

History: Miles was born in a small area of Australia, growing up throwing things at the wildlife and his siblings. At age ten and age thirteen Miles won the national axe throwing championship without using his quirk. Miles always had time to work on his accuracy. At age fifteen he received a scholarship for the prestigious U.A hero academy.

Quirk Description: Red Thunder is an extremely powerful and resourceful quirk. The quirk allows Aka's body to generate an extremely large amount of bio electricity, manifesting as red lightning bolts. Aka can use this electricity for a multitude of offensive and defensive purposes. His most basic use of the quirk is channelling the electrical energy into his muscles, amplifying his already impressive physical capabilities. When using this ability, Aka's skin glows a crimson red and his body discharges bolts of electricity. He can run extremely fast, jump long distances, and easily punch through solid granite. However, this can seriously damage his body if he isn't careful and his strength and speed are relative to his energy output. Another ability of the quirk is creating a bright defensive electrical aura that surrounds his body, shielding him from impacts and physical attacks. Aka can even shoot lightning from his hands and create electrical based projectiles, although these abilities require more time and focus. And last but not least, Aka can use his ability to discharge electricity onto other people, electrocuting them with the touch of his hand. However, as powerful as this quick may seem it does have limitations and drawbacks. Aka's body holds a limited amount of energy, and is essentially a walking battery. Right now his body contains enough energy to power a small neighbourhood, but that's far from his maximum potential. Different abilities take up different amounts of energy, with aura and projectile abilities costing more than physical amps. When Aka's body runs out of electricity, it begins to shut down. If this happens, three things can occur;
1. He simply falls asleep and doesn't wake up until his body has generated enough energy to move
2. He goes into a coma. Length can vary to a few days to a few months
3. Complete death, but can re revived with an adequate electrical charge

Super moves
Crimson Strike: Aka charges a large amount of electrical energy into one of his fists, allowing him to strike with tremendous force that is much more powerful than a regularly charged punch. At Aka's current level, this attack can level skyscrapers. However, he can only use this attack 2-3 times a day, costing him around 30-50% of his overall energy

Red Bolt: A large, concentrated beam of electrical energy that has the destructive power to decimate most foes. Aka can only use this attack 3-4 times a day, costing 15-30% of his energy.

Cardinal wave: A massive discharge of electrical energy that creates a shock wave, strong enough to send back dozens of people, immobilizing them. Aka can use this attack 3-10 times a day, Costing Aka 10-30% of his energy.

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths: Aka is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, a result from him being privately tutored since he was a small child. His ability to analyze a situation and quickly come up with the best course of action is extremely impressive. He also has superb knowledge of his quirk, its limitations and drawbacks. Aka is also in exceptional physical condition, having high levels of athletic ability. But all this is trumped with his immense willpower. After his father was killed, Aka pushed himself and continues to push himself to be the best and to succeed at everything he does. Nothing will stand in his way in his pursuit of justice.

Weaknesses: However, there is a bad side to him. Because of his superiority complex, Aka tends to be cocky and prideful, which can make him overlook important details in certain situations. Also, because of the death of his father, Aka can sometimes be rebellious if he thinks the situation doesn't contribute to his goal of justice. He has trouble forming relationships with people, mostly seeing them as obstacles that he must ignore or overcome.

Costume:
Designed after the late Storm Knight's armour, the NE-1 power armour channels Aka's electricity throughout his body more efficiently to allow better use of his quirk, allowing him to concentrate less when using abilities and amping its effects. The suit better enhances his electrical aura by focusing energy near his back, contains extra battery packs stored in the gauntlets with enough energy to power his body two times over, and offers superb defence. The BE-3 concussive gauntlets boost the power of his punches significantly and allow him to more efficiently create electrical projectiles.

However, there are a few things that Aka keeps under the surface. Things that he hasn't shown or told anyone. Ever since his father died in the villain attack, it was like there was an hole inside of him, an empty void. When Storm Knight died, a apart of Aka died too. He spent every day bonding and training with his father. He was the closest person in his life and someone that he went to whenever he had problems. Storm Knight's death made Aka tighten the grip on his life, holding on to anything else he held dear. The only problem was that it was hard for him to loosen that grip to let others in to fill the hole his father left behind. He wants to, but he will not allow himself to loose any more of his heart. He only hopes for the day that someone finds a way to loosen his grip fill the hole in his heart.

History:
Aka was born in luxury, being the prodigy son to the pro-heroes Crimson dawn and Storm Knight. Being the son of two esteemed pro-heroes, Aka's upbringing was viewed with deep interest by the pro-hero community. His father had an electric manipulation quirk and his mother had a light manipulation quick, which both combined to create his Red Thunder. As soon as the quirk had manifested, Aka's father began to train his son on how to use it properly, sparring with him, teaching him how to fight. Everyday they would push Aka's quirk to the limit, discovering more ways to use his abilities, making him stronger and faster. Outside of the training with his father, he was privately tutored in mathematics, English studies, and History, although Science was his favourite subject. With it he could better understand how his quirk worked by studying the properties of electricity and how it interacted with the world.

At fourteen, Aka was far above his peers in both academic and physical ability. He used his quirk with finesse and skill that surpassed his parents when they were his age. Many pro-heroes, including his parents, were almost sure that he would become the number one hero once he graduated from high school. Everything was set up for success, until it all collapsed. Out of nowhere came a terrifying new villain that threatened to destroy Tokyo, powerful enough to take on several pro-heroes at once without breaking a sweat. Crimson dawn and Storm Knight were on the team that fought the powerful unknown villain. He was stopped and put down, but at a terrible price. Upon the hero's that lost their lives that day, Storm knight was one of them. All his life Aka was told to help people because it was the right thing to do, to not seek revenge but seek justice. But now he didn't know how to feel. However, shortly after his capture the villain escaped from prison. Throughout his life, Aka had no real motivation to become a hero. Now he did. He would become the strongest hero he could and seek out this powerful villain and put an end to him. For justice. For his father. After completely acing the entrance exams to U.A, Aka was more determined than ever.

If she can directly touch somebody they would start to decay aswell, making her a potentially dangerous close combatant if the opponent has no way to deal with it.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Chloe is extremely good at destroying environmental structures as she could spread the decay through the structure. Chloe however is terrible against most types of quirks in direct confrontations, physical quirks overpower her, ranged quirks have nothing to worry about and any kind of powerhouse would easily defeat her.. She however excels at pure collateral damage.

Costume: Not one for costumes, chloe is usually seen wearing a red uniform with a mask.

History: Little is known about the early years of Chloe's life. She seems to have some sort of ties to a billionaire company under the same last name as hers. Saredrew Corporation. It is quite speculated that she is indeed the heir or owner of the company as she has been seen managing it and usually is the one who announces updates to the company. Quirk Description: A rather unusual case as Aijou herself is actually Quirkless. Meet Merkava, a man mutated into a parasite when his Quirk manifested. As a parasite, he needs to find a host in order to live long. If he doesn't find a host within three days, he'll die. Once he finds a host, he'll latch himself onto the said host, forming a symbiotic bond that will last depending on the lifespan of the host. Merkava can take the form of anything, be it a dismembered arm or a leg, but for the case of Aijou, its hair.

Once the bond is formed, Merkava can share the same normal functions as a human, such as digesting of food (because he lacks a digestive system), feeling pain, exhaustion, and pleasure (because he lacks a nervous, circulartory, and reproductive system), and letting out bodily wastes, all coming from his host. Because Merkava takes the form of hair, not only he still possesses the ability to morph into anything that can benefit himself and his host, but also can act as a second face to watch for back attacks.

As for the host, through the symbiotic bond, Aijou possesses superhuman levels of strength, speed, endurance, and senses. As for drawback, if Merkava is removed from his host, both him and Aijou will die. However, if the host dies first, then Merkava will continue to live for a limited time until he either dies or finds a new host.

Strengths/Weaknesses: As she was born Quirkless, you cannot expect anything special from her. She's only a normal girl made stronger thanks to Merkava. Her combat skills are poor at the moment and is not the brightest thinker of the bunch. However, her social ability can be considered a very good strength. She can cooperate well with her allies and knows how to cheer someone up when they are down. Her empathy towards others is her strongest point. She can tell how one is feeling through their eyes, as one say that "the eyes are the windows to your soul".

Personality: Aijou is just your average girl. Growing up without a Quirk, facing discrimination at a young age, and was born with a treatable but incurable disease, she was a sad loner who tries to make friends but is always rejected quickly. Aijou longs to be loved by many people, at least a little. But then everything changed when she met Merkava, her very first friend. Throughout their bond, Aijou changed from being a loner to a friendly, innocent, and naive girl-next-door driven by the motivation to gain the love of her people by training to become part of the next generation of heroes.

On the other hand, Merkava is the complete opposite. He is a rude and brash person completely devoted in protecting his host. However, he sometimes shows a lighter side of him. He acts as a guide and mentor for Aijou to lead her to the path of righteousness, even teaching her how to read someone's feelings by looking straight into the eye.

History: Aijou grew up in a middle-class household, raised only by her mother as her father, a pro hero, was killed during an assault against a villain faction. She was told many stories of her father's heroic deeds, inspiring her to become a hero like him. Her dream of becoming a hero, however, was shattered when she noticed that her Quirk did not manifested. Her mother took her to the hospital and learned two horrible truths; Aijou is Quirkless and she is born with a type of cancer which is now on the alarming stages. She quickly went under chemotherapy, losing her once beautiful black hair as a result.

Her situation got even worse. She gets discriminated by many people, becomes a victim of bullying, and worst, she receives messages telling her to kill herself. It was a very sad childhood for Aijou, no one loves her. When her cancer got into its final stage, she fell bedridden and waits for death. However, her time did not come. While she was asleep, Merkava enters the room, looking for a host that he can bond with. As soon as he notices her, he felt sorry of her condition and decided to have Aijou be his host.

The very next day, Aijou woke up, healthy and somehow cured of her cancer. However, when she notices her hair has returned. She immediately went to the bathroom and look into the mirror, only to freak out upon realizing that it is Merkava fully bonded himself with her. The parasite explained how it happened and his reason as to appoint Aijou as his host. She completely understands and the rest is all history. As time flies and their bond growing stronger, Aijou's dream of becoming a hero has been restored and is now working on it to achieve that wonderful dream along with Merkava.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION ] This Quirk gives the user the ability to generate blue flames from his body. He can spawn these flames at will from any area on his body with minimal movement, almost instantaneously. Aizen can combust anything he touches almost instantly, including hard materials such as rocks and cement. The flames are believed to be at a higher temperature than regular fire, which is signified from the blue color. The user is also able to manipulate the fire (ex. creating and launching fireballs). The user of this Quirk is also capable of making a wall or shield of blue flames.

STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES ] One of Aizen's biggest flaws is that he thinks too highly of himself. He is no snob, but always mentally puts himself above others no matter the circumstances. He believes that he is the only person with struggle, with true motive. He is stuck in a fantasy where he is the main character of some larger story when in fact he is like every other student at UA (for the most part). Another weakness that Aizen possesses is that aside from the unfortunate death of his older sister, the young man is pretty sheltered and unaware of the real challenges that come with living as a hero despite his confident attitude. The worst about all of this is that he doesn't even realize it. He thinks his wealth and potential of his Quirk directly result to how well he will perform as a hero. As Aizen is under extreme pressure from his parents to do well in school, he can sometimes become unhinged when something doesn't go as he planned. Mention of his elder sister may cause him to lose his composure.

While he has a powerful Quirk, Aizen considers himself more as a strategist. If he wanted to, he could jump into every encounter with large bursts of heat but he thinks it is important to understand your opponent or trial before facing it head-on. He makes it a habit to fully understand every Quirk he hears about and is always thinking how his Quirk could counter it. Coming from a family of heroes, he is familiar with how missions and teams work. He is able to work effectively in a team environment and has no problem thinking on his feet, assuming the role of a leader if the need arises. Being wealthy has its benefits, including having the money to buy trainers to help him develop his Quirk further. While not mastering it yet, Aizen can utilize his Quirk in an effective manner.

PERSONALITY ] At first, you would never be able to tell that Aizen wanted to become a hero. He is generally negative and tends to point out the bad in people and situations out of habit. If you were to question him about it, he would be confused. His behavior is a result of terrible parenting and Aizen sometimes doesn't realize how rude he can truly be. He has no problem speaking badly about heroes and has even made it clear on several occasions that he thinks there are some pro-heroes who should have never gotten their licenses. Aizen has no problem with people and can get along with others fine it is just that he looks down upon people (who hope to become heroes) that aren't as strong or stronger than him. He enjoys being in an environment where he is constantly being challenged, and having strong classmates helps with that.

Unlike most students who attend UA, Aizen has no real motivation for becoming a hero other than his family wants him to. He probably would have resisted more but he sees becoming a hero would respect his older sibling's wishes. When he becomes a real hero, Aizen plans to leave his family and their estate behind, disassociating himself from the Lanbert Family. After he graduates from the school, his parents want him to join the Lanbert Hero Agency but he has told himself that he refuses to do. Aizen is not certain whether he will join another agency, create his own, or do something else. He has problems creating long-lasting relationships and that is because he is completely socially aware. Speaking to people without a professional manner or about non-academic related topics comes hard to him.

Aizen 'moves' in a professional and strategic matter, always wanted everything to be planned to the dot. He hates improvising and recklessness and is not eager to befriend anyone who doesn't share his opinion on the matter. Even though he seems to respect authority, Aizen has no issue voicing his opinions about the Pro Hero Association. He tells himself that he only goes to UA out of necessity (hero license) and believes with a little bit of training he could surpass the greatest heroes in his generation. Despite not having a real motivation for becoming a hero, Aizen has an extreme want to be known. He likes attention, though you would never be able to tell.

On rare occasions, Aizen has justified the actions of some villains in the past. He seems to respect people who fight for a real reason which is ironic.

HISTORY ] Originally, Aizenwald had no interest in becoming a hero. In fact, it was probably the last thing he wanted to do.

Aizen is the son of Merellia and Damos Lanbert, heads of the Lanbert Hero Agency based in Musutafa. The agency didn’t really have any outstanding heroes; the only thing they had going for them was that they were one of the bigger agencies in the city. His sister might be the most well-known hero from the Lanbert Hero Agency for her participation in rescue missions. Despite his family being so invested in the world of heroism, Aizen preferred to stay inside and read books. His parents expected great things from him as when Aizen was born, he burned down the hospital room his mother was staying. If it weren’t for her ability to produce water from her fingers, the fire might have continued to spread throughout the whole building. From a young age, Aizen was aware of how much power he truly possessed and the responsibility he had as a Lanbert.

His family started out creating support-type accessories for Pro Heroes until his father went out of his way to get a hero license. Aizen’s parents realized that they would never reach top hero status so they had high hopes that when they would have children, they could put them on a pedestal for all to see. Aizenwald’s sister was born with the Quirk of Warping which had very little use in the front lines of battle. His sister, Evelyn Lanbert, never realized that her parents were disappointed with her until her brother was born. Aizenwald Julius Lanbert possessed true power… a power that his parents could have never imagined possible. Unlike his sister, the young boy was never aware of the favoritism that his parents displayed but his sister never hated him for it. They actually got along great and were a lot closer than the average pair of siblings. When Aizen turned 7, his parents began hiring professional trainers to help him develop his Quirk so he could apply for a prestigious hero academy in Japan. Around this time, his sister was applying to Ketsubutsu Academy as both U.A. and Shiketsu High School denied her application.

When Evelyn finally got accepted into a hero academy, Aizen's parents had more time to focus on their golden boy. Aizen was very proud of his sister and wished the best for her, but he had no interest in becoming a hero. He wasn't interested in living a life where he could possibly be killed but his parents did not want to hear it. Eventually, Aizen had to give up on resisting and ended up being homeschooled. His parents thought that he was too good to go a school with other children, plus with him being home, he would have more time to practice using his Quirk. His parents constantly filled his head with the idea that he was going to be the greatest hero alive and the problem with that was that he had no interest in being a hero. As much as he was good at using it, he didn't really care for the lessons and was only doing it because his parents were forcing him.

By the time Aizen's sister graduated from Ketsubutsu, Aizen almost seemed to be brainwashed. He still wasn't eager to be a hero but kept those thoughts hidden deep inside and he now seemed to share his parents' opinions about the weak and strong. Without his sister there daily to keep Aizen afloat, he changed into a more strict and rigid person. Even so, Evelyn and Aizen were still very close but his sister was too afraid to tell him directly about what she thought about his new personality. Even without his sister telling him, Aizen knew that his parents didn't really love him. They loved his Quirk and that was that. His knowledge of this started to affect him even more negatively and Aizen slowly distanced himself from his parents. He was conflicted because even though he hated the way they treated him (as a tool for power and fame) he still loved the strength that he possessed.

One day, his sister left the Lanbert Estate in a hurry, claiming that she was being called in for a specific mission by the Hero Association. His parents didn't really mind it as they thought she was probably being called to clean up some other heroes mess but Aizen didn't understand why they would call in someone like her when they were multiple heroes who would be more suitable to take down a high-class villain. Despite thinking this, Aizen kept it to himself because he didn't want to risk insulting her.

Three whole days had passed and Aizen hadn't heard a word from his sister. When he questioned his parents, they didn't seem to be worried at all so he made his way to the nearest police station and asked about Evelyn's whereabouts. A high-ranking officer at the station told Aizen that his sister was in the hospital and they made a visit to his home the previous day. It was then Aizen realized his parents had kept the news hidden from him and when he questioned them about it they told him that they thought the unfortunate news would distract him from his lessons. Not believing a word that came out of their mouths, Aizen went to the hospital where his sister was (against his parents' wishes). His sister had been paralyzed from the waist down and that meant her hero days were over. Aizen visited every day until his sister was allowed to be released while his parents didn't bother even going once. When Evelyn got out, she moved out of the Lanbert Estate and got a place of her own, revealing the address only to her brother.

Merellia and Damos seem unaffected by the move and continued to focus on their youngest child who hated them more than ever. When it was time for their son to apply to a hero academy, Aizen wanted to go to Shiketsu because it was farther away from the Lanbert Estate but his parents chose U.A. for him.

Quirk Description:
Vortex gives Einin the power to not only manipulate her own gravity, but that of those around her. Einin can create a miniature gravitational pull in the palm of her hand, forcibly pulling opponents towards her or to stop enemies attempting to evade capture. She can also throw this gravitational pull "ball" to create the opposite effect, forcing opponents away from her and keeping them there for as long as she can maintain it (5-10 seconds when she isn't touching it). This can also become an extremely destructive force when she increases the density of the gravity within her ball, tearing pieces of buildings apart and crushing them. She can increase the gravity of those around her, at the lowest degree to slow their movements and at the highest degree to force them to the ground. She can use lower, or turn off her own gravity at will.

She has a single super move, identical to her Hero Name. She can create an explosive sphere of gravity around her body, sucking in and then rapidly throwing everything away from herself. She can only use it once, and when she does, she will pass out immediately after. Neither can she control or use it on command.

The heavier someone is and the greater the distance between Einin and her opponent, the less affected they are by her "direct" gravitational pull. The closer someone is and the heavier they are, the more affected they are when she uses her increased gravity move. Her quirk has a varied, but short range. 10 feet for increased gravity, and 15 for her direct ball, which is why she developed the "indirect" ball to try and counter this weakness. While she doesn't need to focus energy to create a gravitational pull, it is significantly weaker if she produces it from her entire body instead of a focused point. She also needs a second or two to focus this energy in her palm (or other parts of her body) before she can use it. Einin rarely uses the more destructive side of her quirk, in fear of hurting people.

-Durable: No matter how many times she's beaten down, she'll keep getting back up because that's what a Hero does.
-Experienced: Einin has mastery over using her quirk.

Einin, because of her quirk, is an overconfident individual. She sees herself as being above others with quirks that she thinks are weaker than her own, and will often underestimate them in a fight or doubt their capability to be a Hero. Only those of equal or greater strength to her will she take seriously and won't talk down to. She was raised to be proud of her lineage and her quirk, which led to her becoming arrogant and disrespectful to others. She carries the pride of her family with her, and won't put up with with individuals who mock others or herself for coming for their background, social status, or anything that doesn't have to do with their ability to be a Hero. She doesn't believe she can lose a fight.

Despite her flaws, Einin carries the ideals of a Hero. If there's even a slight chance someone could get hurt, she won't use her quirk to its full power. She is headstrong and stubborn, refusing to back down from a fight and striving to do what she thinks a Hero would. She's easy to talk to, if you can get past what she appears to be, and is generally easy-going.

History:
Elinin's father, Colum Hines, was born without a quirk, destined to a life relegated in the shadows of his powered peers. When he turned 18, he accepted a scholarship to study law at the University of Tokyo. There, he met Hanae Matsumoto, a fellow quirkless student studying art history. She was the daughter of Stardust, a famous pro-Hero known for his unusual gravity quirk, which allowed him to crush objects into a fine dust. When Hanae was a child, Stardust was hospitalized after he was attacked by the Villain Anarchy. He won the battle and the Villain was apprehended, but he was forced to retire as a Hero. He turned to Hanae to carry on his legacy for him, buying the best apprenticeships money could buy and teaching her how to defend herself. When she didn't manifest a quirk, it caused a rift in their relationship.

When Elinin was born, Hanae hadn't spoken to her father in six years. Colum eventually abandoned his law degree, but took on a job at a textile factory. Hanae worked as an art teacher at a middle school. It was a modest, quiet life. Elinin's quirk manifested when she was four-years-old, when she'd accidentally crushed a stuffed bear she was playing with. Hanae resisted seeking help on raising a child with a quirk, until she realized she couldn't help Elinin learn to control her power. She contacted Stardust and asked for his help. In hindsight, it would be the worst decision she ever made.

Stardust, upon learning that he had a granddaughter with a quirk similar to his own, insisted that it was up to Elinin to carry on the family legacy and pick up where he left off. Hanae refused. He demanded she let him give her the proper training, guide her on the path to being the Hero he used to be. Colum refused. After a year of giving Elinin the bare-minimum training on how to control her quirk, Stardust contacted a lawyer to put Elinin under his custody, citing that her parents were inadequate and underprepared for the job of raising her. A bitter custody battle raged between the three for many years, but eventually, with money, power and time on his side, Stardust won. Hanae and Colum took out several loans to keep paying for their lawyer, but in the end ran out of money to keep the battle going.

Stardust had Elinin move into his estate and start training under his apprentice, Keystone. Unable to pay back the money they owed, Hanae and Colum were forced to sell their home and all their belongings to make up the debt. Hanae was fired as a teacher, and after a wrist injury from overworking himself, Colum was too. Hanae was forced to appeal to her father for help again, and he allowed them to live in his home and use his savings to pay off the rest of what they owed, on the condition that they did not try to dissuade Elinin from becoming a Hero, or had any contact with her during her training. With little other choice, Hanae and Colum agreed and signed Stardust's legally binding contract.

Elinin was raised mainly by Stardust, with her parents only appearing to wake her up in the morning or put her to bed. Stardust told her stories of his own heroics, had her study articles about him, and filled her head with dreams of being the greatest pro-Hero of her generation. She was taught to master her quirk, and was encouraged to take on the Hero name Stardust in honor of her grandfather. Shortly before her twelfth birthday, Stardust had Keystone take her out on a field mission. His intent was to tamper her idealistic, naive thoughts about what Hero work was like by having her face the reality of it. He wanted Elinin to understand that there were rules about being a pro-Hero, laws that she would have to follow and abide by. He meant only for her to observe Keystone as he worked and stay out of his way.

Keystone was the first to arrive on the scene of a bank robbery, done by the Villain Metalhead. He was able to track the Villain using his quirk, and after learning that other pro-Heroes wouldn't arrive to assist in the capture until it was too late, decided to take on the Villain by himself. He instructed Elinin to stay out of sight and not to interfere, then attempted to apprehend Metalhead. He almost managed to defeat the Villain himself, but upon realizing he would lose and spotting Elinin peeking out from her hiding place, decided the best course of action was to take her hostage and use her as leverage until he could get safely away. Using a set of metal chains created from his arms, Metalhead did just that. He threatened to end her life if Keystone acted to save her, and kidnapped her to use as a meat shield against the police.

Elinin had a panic attack and, quite literally, exploded. It would later be known as her super move, Overcharge. When she came to, Metalhead was severely injured, but alive, and Keystone was being interviewed, credited for the capture of Metalhead and praised for his quick actions to save Elinin. No one ever knew the true reason she was there. That was Elinin's first, and last, field mission. In private, Keystone would call her by the Hero name he made up for her, which she later made her official Hero Name.

She was accepted into U.A on Stardust's recommendation.

Quirk Description: Shin possesses an emitter type quirk that allows him to control ink, though this substance must be manipulated through a medium in order for the power to work effectively. So far he is most comfortable moving ink around in solids, owing their tightly packed particles, whilst liquids and gases with their comparatively lower density cause him many issues, the primary ones of which being extremely limited reach, long delays in movement as well as a certain degree of unruliness. Considering that this quirk lacks any impressive amount of force, leading to having to compensate with strategy, the man relies on his every action being as finely-tuned as possible. Over the years Shin has discovered that his ability works best with biological mass, excluding blood, lymph and other bodily fluids. This has lead to him storing ink in his skin for easy access by forming it into tattoos (admittedly, this has more of a cosmetic purpose that anything else...). So far he can contain ink reliably only in cells filled with keratin (those of the epidermis, nails and hairs), including the ones making up the lining of his internal organs, yet accumulating ink there for more than half a minute causes him great pain and discomfort - if prolonged this could lead to his systems shutting down. Regardless of where on his body they are located, Shin can manage his "living tattoos" with superb accuracy, moving them at incredibly high speeds, condensing them into a singular area, freely changing their shapes, etc. Additionally, the man can at will "solidify" his ink, in turn enhancing his natural attributes, even transforming it into temporary armor or a weapon (primarily in the form of razor-sharp nails). Apart from his own anatomy Shin can make use of other people's. He is capable of transferring ink onto another individual, but must always remain connected to the portion he has given away, whether it be via direct touch or at a distance via some intermediary solid matter. He mostly uses this to the detriment of his opponents - restraining them, causing pain by moving ink into internal organs, blinding them, and so on. Other than this technique he has found it useful to plant "traps", which is why his combat style involves either ambush or distraction if in the heat of battle. Shin can make his ink go from his body and into the ground he is standing on (or just keep it at surface level by using his own and other convenient shadows), then emerge from another location, preferably right underneath his target, resulting in capturing and grounding them. The reason he needs a moment to execute this is that any transfer from one medium to another takes time.

So far into his training Shingen is finding it difficult to bring out the full fighting prowess of his quirk, seeing as it is not inherently strong, nor flashy. Currently he relies on his wits, but is hoping to be able to reach his full potential - manipulating ink through more mediums, increasing his capacity for storing it, as well as learning how to pack a more powerful punch.

Strengths:
❃ Dexterous - thanks to years of practice, Shin has developed ways to put his smaller and lighter than average physique to good use. He is very agile and quick, which comes in handy not only when having to reach an opponent, but also when evading and escaping. Despite not being able to achieve any extraordinary physical feats, when combined with his quirk his training in kenpou and capoeira makes him a troublesome, if not a formidable foe.
❃ Intelligent - Shin's greatest assets are his quick wit and perceptiveness. He knows how to analyze the situation, devise a plan and execute it flawlessly. After all, if not for his masterful technique and various ways of implementing his quirk at the level of development it is at now, the man would have no chance of becoming a pro-hero one day. Strategic thinking is a necessity in Shingen's case.
❃ Charismatic - considering the limitations of his quirk and the delays in its usage, Shin is often forced into sweet-talking or distracting the person he is up against. Fortunately, the man is rather good at talking his way into buying himself more time. This skill of his also helps him work together with others (or even take the leadership role on occasion), seeing as his ink manipulation can be executed best while in a team.

Weaknesses:
❃ Frail - no matter how much he may struggle to toughen himself up, Shin was born with a rather fragile frame. He was simply not meant to be at the receiving end of blows, which is why he spent so much time polishing his nimbleness. If he allows himself even a single mistake, however, he is laughably easy to take down by a fighter even a fraction tougher than him.
❃ Pedantic - despite possessing a logical mind, one of Shin's biggest downfalls is the fact that he is a perfectionist to an unhealthy extent when it comes down to battling. Once the man has settled on a precise scheme, even the slightest thing gone wrong can set him off balance. From then on Shingen begins to progressively lose his cool, which leads to more and more careless errors accumulating until he finds himself unable to use his quirk properly.
❃ Insecure - Shin is his own greatest critic and, in turn, his greatest obstacle on the path to bettering himself as an aspiring hero. Behind his charming facade, Shingen is in reality a very self-doubting human - whether it be because of his origins, or because of his quirk "not being good enough". His personal uncertainties keep him from getting more experimental with his abilities, and if someone were to find out about his anxious nature it would be very easy to overwhelm him.

Costume: Shin's never thought too much on the specifics of his hero costume, seeing as his quirk doesn't necessarily require one. If anything, the less clothed he is, the better his quirk works, since the middleman that is attire just prolongs the time it takes him to get the ink from his body into the surrounding environment. Still, for decency's sake, he has requested that his costume consist of modernized white hakama pants and a matching haori-esque top, both made of viscose fabric because it is perfect for soaking up dyes. Naturally, the main application for the man's outfit is as an ink reserve, since he always loses part of his tattoos' pigment in battle. Another eccentricity of his is that during combat he never wears shoes - the reasoning behind this is that his soles are the most convenient way to secretly (and more briskly) set up one of his "traps".

The essential part of his hero get-up are, of course, his many tattoos that serve as both his defense and offense. Even though Shin can freely alter the imagery of his body art, which he regularly employs in everyday life, when fighting he prefers keeping to a traditional (with a touch of modern), albeit stereotypical "yakuza" style, or something akin to it. This way not only are his vital points covered right off the bat, but unbeknownst to others Shingen is expressing nostalgia for his childhood.

Civilian Clothes:[❃] Some might call Shin stylish, but he never really sets out to follow any trends. He doesn't care enough for that. Still, parts of street fashion do appeal to him - mainly over-sized clothing and layered looks. Throughout almost all seasons he can be seen sporting long-sleeves, hoodies, turtlenecks and/or scarfs - he prefers keeping his tattoos cover up, seeing as he has gotten some uneasy looks in the past.

Personality: At a first glance, Shin comes off as a suspicious, maybe even unpleasant individual - his pale features, vague smirk and narrow, searching eyes make him appear to always be conspiring one thing or another. This image of his is perpetuated by his numerous tattoos, which to the older generation and some people from the current one are nothing short of intimidating. However, these are all superficial assessments of the man's character. In reality, the initial impression he leaves once given the chance to talk is of a soft-spoken, reliable, and amiable citizen. He has a way with words that can put people at easy and instantly make them have a friendly demeanor towards him. He is usually not opinionated or argumentative, which is why he gets along with even strangers - as a matter of fact, Shingen prefers agreeing with what others have to say and asking them questions about themselves rather than talking about his own worldviews. When he does speak up he is able to pull from his experiences stories that are at the same time engrossing, but not offensive. Due to this he has been said to be "interesting and very bright", though Shin counters this by claiming he is merely good at making himself look better than he actually is. Still, his aptitude for academics is difficult to ignore, as is his unwavering will to reach any goal he sets for himself, not matter how much blood, sweat and tears it may require. One other quality that draws others to him is that whatever he way accomplish Shingen always retains a great amount of humility and humbleness.

Naturally, an individual cannot be liked by all and Shin has previously found himself in rivalries, albeit reluctantly. He absolutely hates this - Shingen is the type of man that feels a need to be on good terms with all those around him, which is, unfortunately, impossible. Despite him realizing it, this fact always eats him up from the inside, making him over-analyze the situation and be harsh on himself, in turn diminishing his already pitiful confidence. The only defense mechanism he has against losing all belief in himself is nihilism - stopping to care, since nothing has a purpose anyway. It's much easier to face day to day life in this way, but it does sacrifice a part of his sensibility. Whenever he gets into such a mood Shingen becomes not apathetic, but unbearably pessimistic, not only bringing down himself but irritating everyone listening to his brooding. His negativity is almost always directed at himself, which showcases how truly insecure he is. Because of his personal self-doubt Shingen is able to form only temporary cordial bonds but not true friendships - he keeps to himself too much, not letting outsiders in, and refuses to ask for any help unless it comes down to his hero training. He may feign confidence and pride, but the vulnerability of his ego is too striking to be disguised by a cheekily smiling mask.

History: Shingen was born into rather strange circumstances, as the child of two very powerful villains at the time - his father, Takeda Mihiro (aka Poltergeist), was the leader of a fairly large (and established) crime syndicate, and the owner of an incredibly powerful quirk that allowed him to manipulate all matter in a fashion similar to telekinesis; his mother, Takeda Suzume (who had no documentation and technically "didn't exist"), was one of the organization's top villains with her power of ink mimicry, which made her a valuable asset when it came down to covert operations. Despite his parents' countless evil deeds, their first and only son was the product of genuine love. Their affection for each other also translated into the way they behaved towards Shin - from an early age he was cared for with great attentiveness and was provided everything he needed to grow up healthily. They never spoiled him, yet whenever praise was in order he was given it in plenty. The boy was his parents' treasure, and his father's subordinates were looking forward to him becoming the head of the business one day - hopefully he would inherit his old man's telekinesis, or maybe even something better. Unfortunately, once he reached the age of 4 and his ability manifested, everyone was disappointed - his ink manipulation was without question a downgrade from both his father's and mother's quirks. Despite it all Mihiro still wanted Shingen to be his heir, to the disdain of many - he immediately shut down any pleas to have a second child or to arrange a quirk marriage for himself. Rumors started going around that Poltergeist had softened ever since his son's birth. Soon after attempts at killing off the family started from within the organization, yet no one could overpower Shin's dad and those loyal to him, not only when it came down to pure force, but also honed skills. Still, one thing the man couldn't protect his loved ones from was an unexpected seizure of his home by pro-heroes, who had obviously been tipped off by someone with confidential information. Mihiro and Suzume were wanted for a frighteningly long list of terrible crimes, but were not willing to submit to the authorities - refusing capture, yet utterly overpowered, the two villains opted to take their own lives.

In the end, the raid was successful, though most pro-heroes were solemn with the tragic outcome. This included the rescue hero Thermo (possessing infrared vision), who had been called in to help locate any casualties or suspects hiding in the rubble. To his astonishment, the thing he came upon was a boy no older than 6 hiding away in a small, claustrophobic panic room, which had obviously been constructed recently and clashed with the traditional architecture of the estate. Without delay he gave over the child to the police authorities and it took them some questioning to find out that he was, in fact, the son of the deceased villains, who they had hid from the public, not wanting to turn him into a target and a weak link their competition could abuse. Whether due to his good heart or simply because of a sense of guilt, Thermo decided to adopt the child after some deliberation, and raise him as his own. Though he never lied to Shin about his origins (he couldn't if he wanted to; the boy's memory of his parents had been burned into his mind), he treated the youngling as his biological offspring. Shingen was originally fearful and unsure, but came to be comfortable with his new family, including his older siblings, since they did everything they could to make him feel at ease. He is very grateful for being adopted into this household, as average and unimpressive as it might be. Here he was taught modesty and the value of hard work. Here is where his dreams of becoming a hero himself were first incubated, partially because of seeking to save those in need, but primarily in order to prove to himself and others that no matter your background you can be a good, honest person. Secretly, he also craves to potentially find and confront the person that ratted his family out, but this wish of his he conceals without fail. After all, he has become an expert at keeping secrets.

Over the years the recollections of his biological parents started to fade away slightly, but even to this day he can never forget the images of his father's imposing, yet protective presence, and his mother with her many beautiful tattoos.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION ] This Quirk allows Kaede to solidify air to form a wall or platform through his breath. Over the years, Kaede has developed the ability to create specific objects out of air life swords or spears. Air walls do not fall to the ground once solidified and will stay afloat in midair even when another person hangs onto it. They're soundproof as well which are effective against Quirks that rely on sound. The size of the air barrier depends on Kaede's lung capacity. A large part of Kaede's training included breathing exercises to maximize the usefulness of his Quirk. Kaede uses Solid Air to create nearly invisible barriers for defense and can even create more durable air constructs like cubes to restrain his targets. To form anything other than a barrier, Kaede needs to use his hands to form the shape of the object.

STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES ] One of Kaede's biggest flaws come from his offensive capability on the field. While he is capable of protecting himself and fighting back, he was always suited to be a more defensive type hero. With the way he uses his Quirk, he proves less effective if he is fighting an opponent by himself. While Kaede is a generally nice human being, his hyperactive behavior can sometimes cause him to miss out on important information or just not pay attention at all. Some who know him better question if he just pretends to act in a certain way.

Kaede Kuzuka is one of the world's most renowned rescue heroes. He excels in environments where he needs to work in a team and is very good at thinking on his feet. Kaede has a need to save people which some would say makes him worthy of being called a hero. Kaede is also very experienced with hero work. Kaede is better with hand-to-hand combat than using a physical weapon.

PERSONALITY ] Usually you would expect a Pro Hero to act professionally and calmly but Kaede is the complete opposite. He is a hyperactive and loud man-child. He tends to be very jumpy and doesn't seem to understand the concept of personal space. He's very loud and can come off as obnoxious but he's actually oddly polite but speaks very casually most of the time. Most of the public and Pro Heroes think he is just some reckless immature man but those who know Kaede more personally would say that there is more to him than that. Without realizing it himself, Kaede is very aggressive and sees everything as a game. During his years as a Pro Hero, he has been interviewed many times because the higher-ups in the organization still question if he is mature enough to be a hero. Kaede is very flirtatious despite his lack of luck with woman. No matter how hard he tries, he cannot seem to hold on to a woman long enough for it to mean anything.

Kaede does not tolerate villainy in any way. He doesn't even care if there is a somewhat just reason, Kaede thinks that anyone that relies on evil actions to accomplish their goals deserves to be killed. Teaching is one of his favorite things to do, yet he sees it more as a fun hobby rather than a job. With his personality, students under his care would expect an easy pass but Kaede judges his students in a different way than most teachers. His obsession to help people can be described as unhealthy. Kaede will sometimes miss sleeping just so he can stop some petty criminal from robbing an elderly woman. If he had to, he would gladly give his life up for the Hero Association

Kaede is also very comfortable with nudity.

HISTORY ] Kaede Kuzuka was born in Musutafa and was raised by his mother as his father lost in a battle to lung cancer. Kaede's mother, Camilla worked at one of the many facilities that created the costumes made for heroes-in-training. When Kaede was a child, he always wanted to help people. At the time, he didn't know it would mean him being a hero but he knew he wanted to do something FOR the people. Despite his wanting to do good, Kaede was physically incapable of stopping any injustice. He went to an elementary school where bullies had all the power among the other students. The majority of the bullies were those with high caliber offensive quirks which made them feel like they were better than the others. Every day at recess, Kaede would step in and try to defend someone but he would go home with a bloody nose, black eye, or some bruises. His mother couldn't take it anymore, so she removed him from the school and put her son in another school; Aldera Junior High.

At this time, Kaede still didn't know that he wanted to be a hero but his mother always put the idea in his head since she saw with her own eyes how helpful he wanted to be. Despite his clumsy and sometimes reckless behavior, Kaede always went out of his way to help people. Sometimes he would even come home late from school because he would help people carry their groceries or hold every single door he could for people walking by.

His defining moment was on his birthday when he went to a mall with his mother. Unfortunately, amateur villains were fighting heroes nearby and ended up causing great damage to the mall while Kaede and his mother were still inside. Kaede had left his mother at the (eastern) food court to go to the washroom and while he was gone, the eastern and northern parts of the mall came crumbling down. Rather than trying to find a way out of the mall, Kaede ran to where the food court was so he could find his mother. His mother was hiding under a table as the rubble from the upper floors slowly came down. When Kaede found her, he grabbed her hand and ran as fast as he could, using his Quirk to create a barrier of air above their heads for protection. As they were running, Kaede turned his head to the left as he heard the cries of little boys. He didn't have much time to stop, but he instantly recognized them; they were the boys who used to bully kids in his old school. They were trapped behind some rubble and one of the kids had his leg stuck under a large block of cement but Kaede kept running. By the time he got to one of the mall's many exits, some heroes were already on the scene, trying to get as many people as possible. As his mother rushed passed the entrance, Kaede stopped moving and turned around. He knew the heroes had arrived but there weren't enough of them to get back to the kids he saw in the mall so, despite the loud warnings from the pros, Kaede sprinted back to where he saw the kids.

Kaede didn't know why he was doing it, but his feet kept moving. Turning a corner, Kaede saw the kids in the same spot as before, screaming for help as more stone, plastic, and metal fell from above. Quickly, Kaede creating a solid air cage to block incoming rubble and rushed over to the kids. It took a while but with the help of the other kids, Kaede was able to get the rock off the kid who was laying on the floor. Without speaking to them, Kaede kept the cage up and ran with the kids to the entrance of the mall.

It was three days after the incident at the mall. Kaede had been grounded by his mother for six months for putting himself in danger. He was asked to go to a police station so some heroes could speak to him. Two of the three heroes at the meeting were at the mall as it was crumbling down while the third was a Pro Hero who taught at U.A. After getting lectured for ten minutes straight, the hero who taught at U.A., Lash, told Kaede he had the heart of a hero. Kaede argued that he wasn't strong enough to become a hero so after the meeting ended, Lash offered to teach Kaede a few things so he could apply at an academy. During his internship, Kaede stayed with Lash.

After making it into U.A., Kaede was still insecure about his own capabilities. One of his first exercises involved rescuing "hostages" and Cooper Willingham aka Brave Burst came in first place while Kaede finished second. Cooper was the only kid Kaede really talked to during his time at U.A. and he ras a lot of respect for the man.

Quirk Description: Shion has the ability to transform into a powerful Dragonoid-creature. This form grants her abilities commonly associated with dragons, among which are flight, enhanced strength and durability, on top of strong jaws and claws, and of course- fiery breath.
When not activated Shion still retains some her draconic characteristics, such her claws, sharp teeth, and slitted pupils. From the neck down her skin is tough and dotted with scales.

Her wardrobe style is a cross between punk rock and hip hop, depending on how she's feeling that day. She also almost always wears a face mask, of which she has several in different colors and styles.

  • Big Sister - Once she gets to know somebody she tends to adopt a big sister role with them, watching out for them and pushing them to be their best, even if they are actually older than her. Tough love is her specialty
  • Bold - Shion is not the type to back down from any sort of challenge
  • Dominant - She is always ready to take charge of a situation if need be. While she is not entirely opposed to following orders, she prefers to be in the lead
  • Playful - She likes to tease people and play pranks. It can sometimes be hard to tell when she's joking because her sense of humor is a little rough.
  • Reckless - Shion will throw herself into any situation, regardless of how dangerous it is if it feels like something she needs to do

  • Aggressive - While not exactly quick to anger, once she is angry she can become pretty destructive, this often leads to breaking things and punching people
  • Reliable - Once somebody becomes a friend of hers, she's always got their back

History: Shion isn't what you might call a "good" kid. It wasn't that she had a bad life, in fact, her childhood was rather great, all things considered. Yes, her parents' union was actually a quirk marriage arranged with the hope that they would produce a child with a stronger quirk, capable of carrying on the family's legacy, but they seemed to care about each other- or at least they got along better than most people did when forced to marry someone they didn't know. On top of that her family was fairly wealthy, so she never wanted for anything. She was gifted with a strong and beautiful voice and a natural born sense of leadership, and once her quirk began to manifest she was treated even more like some kind of prodigy. She had an older brother, who, despite being born quirkless, was very kind and supportive of her, as well as two younger siblings who looked up to and admired her. Yet even with all this, Shion never really felt like she belonged. She hated all the fuss her family made over their status and privilege and did everything she could to try and distance herself from the smothering grasp of her lineage. She even went so far as to drop out of the prestigious private school her parents enrolled her in to attend public school instead- much to their chagrin. However, despite her efforts, Shion soon found that it was not quite so easy to escape one's own legacy. No matter how much she rebelled, no matter how hard she fought, she could not escape the curse of her family's name. It was whispered on the lips of her classmates, reflected in the eyes of her teachers, a shadow that followed her everywhere she went.

But then one day...everything changed. As she was walking home from school she suddenly found herself cornered in an alleyway by a gang of girls she'd never seen before. They wore long skirts and converse shoes, some wore face masks. A few of them carried weapons. They taunted her, pushed her around, even spat on her. They demanded she give them money, and when she refused, they beat her. By the time they finished she was bruised and bloodied, but she didn't care. Shion was completely enthralled. In her eyes, they were the most amazing people she'd ever met. Wild, free, and best of all, they didn't care who she was. As they began to leave, she called out to them, begging them to let her join them. At first, they rebuffed her, calling her crazy and weak, but she continued to plead with them until finally, they agreed to take her to meet their leader. That was where she met her, Red Star, the leader of the all-girl gang, the Shooting Stars. Red Star was a strong leader, with a strong quirk to match. She was tough, but fair, fearsome, but also kind. It took some convincing, but after telling her story and waiting until the leader finished howling with laughter, Red Star finally agreed to let her join the Shooting Stars. Shion's life was forever changed after that. She'd finally found a place where her family's name couldn't reach, a place where she was free to do as she pleased...a place where she belonged.

From then on, the gang became her life. Wherever they went, Shion followed. It was as if she'd been reborn. All the money and status in the world couldn't give her the freedom she had while on the streets. Without looking back Shion left her home behind. She learned to fight. She worked hard, and over time, it paid off. Steadily she rose through the ranks, growing stronger with each passing month. Red Star became like an elder sister to her, teaching her how to properly use her quirk, how to survive while living on the streets, and even how to play the guitar. Her family, her school work, they all fell by the wayside. Nothing mattered to her as much as her new family did. In only a couple of years, Shion managed to rise up to the top. She made a name for herself, becoming quite infamous among other local gangs. And when it came time for their leader to step down, it was she who was chosen to take up the mantle, and the title of Red Star. For Shion, there was no greater honor.

However, it would come to be a very shortlived celebration. Only a few days later, she was contacted by her older brother. The news he had to deliver was grim. Their parents were dead, their family fortune, gone. Apparently, it had come to light that some important historical documents concerning their family's lineage had actually been forged. As soon as the truth was discovered, all of the family's wealth and status disappeared. With the death of their parents, their mother's side of the family chose to cut all ties with them, leaving them with nothing. Her brother had been forced to leave college and take up a job in order to support himself and their two younger siblings. Hearing this, Shion felt her heart being torn in two. On one hand, she really didn't want to leave her gang. They had given her so much, had helped her to become the person she always wanted to be. They were her family. On the other hand, Shion knew she couldn't simply abandon her siblings after they'd already lost so much. She still loved them, regardless of what she thought of the rest of the family, and right then...they needed her.

It was a difficult decision, but in the end, Shion realized that she had to go home. The only problem was, she had no idea how she was going to help support her family. She was still only a junior high student after all. It was then that a few of her gang suggested becoming a professional hero. Her quirk was pretty strong after all, and heroes made lots of money. However in order to become a hero, she would need to get into a hero school and join the hero course. The obvious choice was UA. It would take a lot of work, and after falling so far behind in her studies, there was no guarantee she would even be able pass the entrance exams. Shion was determined though, and she really didn't have much of a choice. What she didn't expect was the support of her gang in her decision. Without hesitation they all agreed to band together to help Shion in her studies. Every day over the next several months Shion worked hard to train both her mind and body. When it finally came time to take the entrance exams, Shion was both surprised and relieved to find that she had made it, if only just barely.

When it finally came time to say goodbye to her gang, Shion could barely choke out the words. She owed them so much, and now she was leaving them behind, to become a hero. It was definitely not the future she had imagined for herself, but it was what she felt she had to do. In a tearful display, the girls gifted her with a beautiful katana that once belonged to the former Red Star. A gift to remember them by. After a few more tears had been shed, Shion finally departed from the Shooting Stars. Her life as a gangster had ended. Her life as a hero, was only just beginning.

Quirk Description: At will, Erza can turn her head into a cactus. Although this may seem useless at first, at full power she can fire her pricks off in several different directions all around her, doing serious damage to foes! However, she hasn’t learned how to aim properly yet, and she’s just now getting a grip on learning how to fire individual segments at once.

Another drawback is that in order to maintain this form, she must stay hydrated at all times, and maintaining it for a long period of time will cause her to get dehydrated and even fall out if she’s not careful enough.

Personality: Erza is quite the snarky individual, often having a comeback in her head the second an individual instigates with her. Despite this, she doesn’t really have a temper, and manages to maintain a calm and collective demeanor most of the time. She usually likes to spend her time hanging out with friends, gardening, or cooking. When she’s not doing any of that, she’s just watching TV and eating veggie straws, or even studying on the rarest occasions.

She’s very sensitive when it comes to animals, especially small ones like bunnies or squirrels. If it wasn’t obvious enough, she’s a vegetarian, and hates hunting and eating real food, though not really enough to go out and protest on the subject matter. She loves her friends and will do just about anything to protect them, and usually the rare times you’ll ever see her lose her cool is if someone puts them in danger.

History: Erza was born in a small apartment, one that just so happened to be connected to a greenhouse on the top. Her quirk awakened when she a mere infant after she sneezed for the first time. Her head just turned into a cactus and tiny pricks the size of thumbtacks filled the room and almost poked her mom’s eye out!

As she grew older, she learned how to control her quirk overtime, and ended up picking up on her rather snarky attitude thanks to both her parents, who were quite the mouthfuls as well. She eventually found herself enrolling at UA High, after deciding to become a pro hero once she realized there wasn’t much practical use for her quirk specifically.

Personality: Amy is an extremely childish person. Aloof and often times airheaded. She is also a bit of a hot head and can be easily goated into attacks. her childish nature makes her get bored of fights easily and often her opponents can win simply by stalling the fight out until she gets bored or distracted.

History: Amy was born with her quirk. she grew up wanting nothing more then to make friends with other kids, but their parents would not let themplay with "the girl who would grow up to be dracula" for this reason she developed a need to prove she could be a hero even with a villainus quirk.
in middle school she wasn't rediculed for her quirk but rather her size, being that her quirk slowed her aging, she appeared much younger then her class mates. this made parents less worried, but made her classmates the new problem, as they would mock her for being so small. now she has made it into UA and she is ready to prove herself to everyone, and show that not only can a villainus power be used for good, but that strong heroes can come from small people.

Quirk Name: Smoke Manipulation/Body Transmutation


Quirk Description: This quirk gives the user the ability to create and manipulate smoke they have either created themselves or smoke that they have absorbed through their environment, though natural smoke is much more unruly and hard to control. Also the user is able to transform completely into a cloud of smoke and move around at will, but this puts the user at an extremely vulnerable state against wind type quirks. The user creates smoke from the pores on their body, generally in place of sweat, so smoke can be created either at will or when doing physical labor. One of the quirks most major drawbacks is that the user is not immune to the effects of smoke inhalation, and will often suffer from coughing, shortness of breath, hoarse or rough breathing,irritated eyes, and soot covering parts of their body. Also, the user retains the ability to solidify the smoke they create, but not smoke that they absorb from their environment.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Jonas is very good at breaking line of sight and hand to hand combat, but because of past use of his quirk, he has become slightly below average in terms of endurance and toleration of physical activity. Due to this, Jonas has made his one and only hero gadget a respirator that he wears during use of his quirk in order to keep from further harming his lungs

Personality: Jonas is a mostly reserved individual who tends to stay away from social interaction. He is confident in his abilities as a person and hero so he sees team building as unnecessary, but will participate if it is required. He enjoys to pass time by reading and listening to music, his favorite genre of book being mysteries. Underneath the steely exterior however, Jonas is a very caring and passionate teenager who truly cares for the well-being of his family and friends. He absolutely despises those who choose to put others down to make themselves feel better, and will often pick fights with them whenever possible. While Jonas chooses not to have a large circle of friends, the ones he does make are extremely precious to him.

History: Jonas was born into a relatively well off family in Berlin, Germany. His mother, Hanna and his father Günter, were both professional heroes in the country. While they weren't exceptionally famous ones, they were famous enough to where they could provide for their son. His mother had a wind manipulation quirk while his father had a fire Manipulation quirk, giving reason to Jonas’ ability to wield smoke. This quirk didn't surface however until he was around 11 years old, when his body suddenly started smoking as he was playing with his friends at school. Having been teased for being “quirkless” up to this point, Jonas was overjoyed and wanted to use his newfound power as often as he could in order to be able to use it more effectively, also because it looked cool. This however, led to a harmful amount of lung damage to Jonas at the age of 13, getting to the point where a transplant was the only option if he didn't want to live off of an oxygen tank for the rest of his life. He went through with the surgery and now has a large scar down his chest, which reminds him everyday that he must use his quirk sparingly unless he has his respirator. When he was transitioning to high-school, Jonas was incredibly excited, as UA had always been a dream for him despite it being in another country. He left Germany for Japan shortly after graduating from his middle school, taking the entrance exam and passing with decent scores. He immediately called home after he found out he was accepted and told his parents, who were proud of him and happy he would become a hero.
