Kasai looks likes the pic, but he has no wings. He has scales all over his body in patches(however, not all of him is protected by scales.). Kasai's hair is a brown-grey and his eyes are a yellow-grey color. His skin is a very light reddish-brown color.

Occupation: student (and possibly traitor)

Quirk Function: Kasai can raise the temperature around him by two hundred degrees, but if he raises the temperature by more than that, he may combust and burn to death if he doesn't extinguish the fire. He will also die if he's too cold because he is mostly cold-blooded, so he moves around a lot. On top of that, the quirk has a range of half a block, meaning anything outside that range will not be sweltering in the heat.

personality: Kasai is more of a neutral guy and can be described as selfish, thus it is easy for him to become a villain. He is prone to betraying people and will not hesitate to do so, but only if it is in his interest. Kasai will break off an alliance if the leader is being too oppressive or if it doesn't suit his interest. Kasai in other words, will not follow orders blindly and likes his freedom. Kasai can be extremely ambitious and will do pretty much anything to reach his goals. Kasai, surprisingly, also knows when his ambition will get him into trouble and will not act on it if it gets him in trouble. Kasai has an empathetic side and knows when someone is cutting off their emotions. Kasai is a very oblivious person and will often miss details. When he feels like it, he can be friendly and chatty.

bio: Kasai would often get in trouble as a child because he would shop lift. He got his quirk at the age of 6, growing a tail and then scales. Since then, he has combusted a couple times, but has managed to put it out in time by stealing someone's water bottle and dumping it on his head. In middle school, he became a loner because everyone thought that he was too selfish and that he was a jerk. For a while, he tried to become more selfless, but he felt stressed trying to be anyone other than himself and he would often cry in private, because of this, he felt like garbage. If you make him feel like garbage, he'll either be prone to lash out or be closed off. He didn't like last years class because they made him an outsider, he doesn't make friends quickly. He wants to not only reach his goals, he also doesn't want to be criticized.

non-quirk skills: managing not to set his dorm on fire, gambling(he can win a bet 65% of the time), being able to use his tail to his advantage, determining someone's emotional state(kind of).

Quirk Function: generates mixture of dark energy and gravity that can be used in a multitude of ways.

Quirk Abilities:

Pull: Using his Quirk he yanks the target off the ground and toward him ignoring gravity.

Shockwave: uses pulsing blasts of his power to cause force eruptions in a line knocking all hit with it off their feet.

Full Charge: Enveloping himself in his power tempararly he is thrust forward into his opponent physically (limited range, has to be visible) but multiplied. Most have compared it to being hit by a semi truck.

Stasis: Locks the opponent in a stasis field preventing movement. The target while in this state is invunerable for a set amount of time. (max 3 at a time.)

Barrier: cloaking himself in his power creates a powerful shield against damage however he can still move.

Warp: using the power it can bend metal or cause dents. (useful for removing dents from cars tested throughly.)

Biotic Slam: Lifts the opponent off the ground and slams them back down with insane amount of force.

Singularity: compounds his power into a small area creating a type of gravitational pull to the area sucking things into the center. After about 10 seconds the dense gravity rebounds causing what ever was pulled in to be forced outward violently.

Personality: Alex or Gravi-Cat is as plesant as they come. He's much like how a cat is though. He's solitary more or less. Tends to work on his own, due to this he doesn't have any one in his agency other than himself. His own power got him to number 7 and one day he might be enough to be number one.

Bio: Alex was a spectacular student of U.A. In his years there he outshined quite a number of pro-heroes in ability and power. That was due to his power being with him since birth. He was brought into U.A. By recommendation of Ingenium and was recommended again upon reaching 10th in the rankings he was recommended again by Ingenium to be a teacher at U.A. He's been teaching at U.A. as well as doing hero work when not teaching clawing his way up the ranks slowly.

During his time from graduation to being number 15 was a rocky and rough 2 years. Even after school he had worked night and day to perfect his Quirk and maximize it uses. It was the following 2 years that made the difference. He worked on power and increasing his popularity as a hero. During this time many things happened but the most notable was his crowning achievement. He held up 5 collapsing buildings at least 8 stories tall a piece for a total of 2 hours while everyone was evacuated. His Quirk had never been pushed so hard in his life it was on that day his popularity rose to number 10. The next two years pushed him up as he continued to do hero work, sure he wasn't going to be as good as the heroes of the past. At least not yet, but that wasn't going to stop him from going Plus Ultra.

Hero/Villain Name (Pro Heroes and Villains Only): Silence, Spectator, Watcher

Age: Looks 19 but is actually 48

Occupation: Vigilante/Anti-Hero

Quirk Function: Able to freeze time to suit her needs. Does not use this to fight much unless needed. Her main purpose for doing so is to intervene only when absolutely needed.

Quirk Name : Timeless

Quirk Abilities:
Hana is not able to alter anything or anyone while time is frozen. This includes opening doors, moving people or animals, etc. Her Quirk allows her to take head of the entire situation and move around without resistance. She can bring only one other person with her to be able to move freely.

She is able to turn it on and off on a whim, although the more rapid she does it the more tired she becomes. When her quirk is active, any damage taken from anything like falling or near an explosion are null and void. The only objects she may interact with are the ones she brings on her person.

While her quirk is active, she has full reign of her movement. This includes flight, transportation, and speed. She never fights like this, as she tends to avoid violence to herself.

Hana has stopped ageing. Her quirk has stopped her body from ageing past the body of an 19 year old, though she has been able to gain and lose mass.

Personality: Hana sees herself as the sole overseer of the world of quirks. Being able to spectate the world but never interact with it when using her own ability, she has takenit upon herself to decide who is worthy and when to be Heroic and Villainous. She knows that Life must have Glory and pain. Without suffering there is no true happiness, without defeat there is no true victory.

She lives with the knowledge that she may live forever, spectating the never ending fight between Hero and Villain. She does not take a true side, only willing to intervene when it deems necessary for either side. That may be a new explosion or a weapon appearing from nowhere. She Intervenes with as much subtly as she can, though she has made her presence known to some. She does trust Gewher enough that she has let him know of her Quirk and abilities personally. Though before he could do anything, she disappeared.


Bio:
Hana was never abused as a kid. Her parents were loving and caring for her. The only issues at home were that her mother was a Hero and Her father was a Villain. Her parents knew they were on opposite sides of the coin, but neither could bring themselves to end it. Hana has seen both sides, leading to her never believing in good or bad. She has always travelled down her own road. Where the other kids were discovering their quirks, she kept hers to herself. She did not care for the fame of her mother or the infamy of her father.

She did take the exam to get into a hero school to try and please her mother, but her heart was not in it. Although she could have passed with flying colors, she decided not to. She did not want to travel the road crossed so many times through her life. She went her own way, protecting her own way. She would spectate the eternal fight and contact the police and Heroes about places Villains would be, and she would do the same for villains.

Where some fights will end with the villain getting away, or the villains path to freedom is blocked, a shiny jingly bell is hanging somewhere. It is the watchers mark, where the spectator has intervened. Her interventions are minor, but their impacts set the eternal plan in motion. There are times where she has chosen sides, but she will never intervene on a bias. She has and will continue to protect the innocents from the shadows of time, even if it goes against her code of time.

Quirk: Angel's Embrace.

Quirk Function: Healing so powerful that it is suggested that he is the Arch Angel Raphael sent down by God himself. There is no wound or illness he cannot heal. So long as they haven't died he can restore them to their fullest capabilities.

Drawback: This ability is only able to be used 4 times in a day. Any more than that and he must take on the injuries or sickness of the one healed.

Bio: Kyuu was born into a quiet household of a single mother. His father not ever present in his life. At the tender age of three his mother grew ill and no matter what they tried she wouldn't get better. This went on for 5 years until she was in the hospital on life support. Kyuu's Quirk awakened upon touching his mothers hand and within the course of an hour she was miraculously healed.

Years passed and the boy took time learning how his power worked. Once old enough to take the exam at U.A. He turned it down when to a normal high school and determined that his power wouldn't be used for the benefit of heros or villains. It was something that should be used for the people or for the sick and helpless.

He graduated and started saving and healing people without a hero license or a medical degree ever since. He is one of the very well known Vigilante that more or less stays out of the way and makes sure to stay out of trouble. This is perhaps one of the reasons he hasn't been arrested even if he walks around in broad daylight without concern for the authorities.

Likes: small Animals, kids, and helping people.

Dislikes: selfish people and actions, unnecessary cause of suffering and pain, and being unable to help someone in need.

Quirk function: His quirk shape-shifts Irving into Zhang. Both beings, however, can communicate at all times with each other.

Quirk abilities: Vanheyn’s quirk drastically changes his appearance and innate physical abilities. Its usage happens either by his own will or when he is gravely wounded. His body shape-shifts into a taller, muscular and much older man. During this transformation, Irving physical capabilities are greatly enhanced, showing above human reflexes and strength, depicting proficient hand-to-hand skills, knowing almost a year’s worth of a couple of martial arts (kung fu, karate and aikido). His endurance is also enhanced, being able to take blows that would most likely knock him out cold otherwise. While transformed, Zhang can absorb knowledge about skills he observes, however this ability is still pretty crude and only Zhang clearly remembers about the skills he observes. Irving only has access to a small portion of all the knowledge Zhang absorbs.
This quirk is extremely taxing for Irving, as he can’t keep it using it for more than 2 hours and, whenever he uses it, he needs at least 14 hours of rest before attempting to use it again. If Zhang gets knocked out unconsciously, the quirk’s effect is cut short and his transformation ends.

Appearance: Irving is a somewhat thin young man. He wears glasses, has black hair and hazel eyes. Most of the time, he is wearing a pretty simple suit, tie included. Zhang, however, is very muscular, bald and has a mustache and somewhat long beard, both gray. As far as Irving remembers (and others tell him), Zhang’s appearance is always constant and never changed since the first time he transformed.

Personality: Both Irving and Zhang have contrasting personalities in some aspects, but identical in others. Irving is a bit shy and introverted, remaining silent most of the time while he contemplates or analyzes things. He prefers to plan things thoroughly, before acting. Zhang, on the other hand, is outgoing and gregarious, loving to talk and socialize. Both of them, however, are friendly and take camaraderie very seriously.

Bio: Irving was originally from Germany, immigrating with his parents to Japan when he was around 1 year old. The first time he activated his quirk is still “fondly” remembered by his parents, as it was a very chaotic and hilarious experience. The four-year-old Irving was playing in the living room, running, jumping and climbing on things, while his mother was preparing dinner in the kitchen. She suddenly heard a big thud, the sound of something dropping, followed by a loud, hysterical crying. She hurried as fast as she could to check on him, already imagining that some furniture had fallen on him. As soon as she got in the living room, imagine her despair, confusion and panic with the scene she witnessed: her son’s clothes ripped on the ground, both the TV and its stand smashed into opposing walls of the living room and an old, muscular man, nude in the center of her living room. It was simply insanity and it wasn’t easy for Zhang to calm her down and stop her from calling the police, as she only stopped her screaming when he went back to being her four-year-old boy. His father only believed that fantastical tale after he witnessed it by himself. Later on, it became clear to them who was that “imaginary friend” that Irving was always talking to.
During the years, Irving has misused his quirk to do things he wouldn’t be able to do otherwise: drinking and visiting adult clubs. Zhang has always indulged and even encouraged this behavior, which led to heated discussions and fights between him and Irving’s parents. The point was always the same: Zhang heavy critics against the Vanheyns overprotective behavior towards their son.
Irving's father managed to get a well respected, however not that famous hero to sponsor his son's application to UA. He and his wife got to the conclusion that it was better for their son, and his reckless partner, to be better prepared to be heroes, rather than turning to vigilantism on their own.
