    Every morning was the same for Kumiko, least as of these last two years it was the same. Same routine every day, with very few variations, and the weekend being a different schedule entirely. So, here she was, starting her day. Squeezing her eyes shut tighter as the calm tone set on her phone started to go off, the chirping of birds beginning to echo outside her balcony window. The feline woman grumbled and nuzzled her nose into the soft fluff of hair that was her brother's, Kiyoshi spent nearly every night in his sister's bed for some reason or another, and she enabled him. He might have a nightmare or just want to sleep with her, maybe he wasn't sure about something being under his bed. It didn't matter, he was allowed to sleep with her, she let it happen. Golden eyes slowly opened and rolled about as she tried to shake the heavy blanket of sleep that was threatening to drown her in her exhaustion.

    Fighting it off the feline untangled herself from the five-year-old boy she had curled around, and stretched, open palms reaching above her head as she stretched and separated her toes, tail curling up as she did so. After a few pops were earned from her back she relaxed and sighed. But, there was no time to relax, she had things to do. Jumping up out of her bed she grabbed her phone and checked the time after turning the alarm off, 5:05 AM, she was making good time already. Shaking Kiyoshi she got him up and he popped up after a few seconds, staring through her a moment before realizing it was morning. Soon he was off to get dressed. Kumiko followed after Kiyoshi, across the upstairs sitting area and into the small hall where the children's rooms were. Well, initially they weren't that, but they became that after she had Hotaru move in. Knocking on the door she opened it soon after to peek in and make sure Hotaru was getting up. "Hey, puppers~ Time to get up! After all, what kind of mate would you be if you were late?" She cooed out and after the girl started to get up Kumiko headed back to her own room. The room Hotaru stayed in used to be that of her other brothers; Isamu and Jirou, but after some contemplation on where she'd sleep they gave their room up since they felt it would be rude to not give her her own room.

    Kumiko took a quick shower, brushed her teeth, hair, and dried her tail and hair, then changed into her hero outfit. She put an emergency civilian outfit in her duffle bag, her sword, extra ribbons, and soon she was carrying the bag down to the kitchen where she loaded it up with pre-made bento boxes, courtesy of the twins. After that was all packed up she had turned to the twins, who had gotten into the kitchen sometime before her and had made breakfast. Calling to the two children in the house they were served breakfast and ushered into the dining room to eat. Kumiko sped through her meal and helped Kiyoshi eat as quick as he could, thankfully he didn't eat much. The twins had left the house already, taking their food with them as they left the house dressed in a goofy graphic tee and some sweats... must be Isamu's day to control the bulk of their decisions. After all the food was eaten Kumiko put the dishes in the dishwasher while instructing the kids that she'd meet them in the car, which tasked Hotaru to get Kiyoshi in his car seat. Once Kumiko had the security system turned on she grabbed the duffle bag, locked the door and joined the two in her SUV, putting her bag on the floor of the second row of seats, and soon the trio was headed down the road. They had one last stop of course, Kumiko dropped Kiyohsi off at the boy's friend's house, about a mile or so down the road from their own house, and then they were headed to UA.

    Since her household was built to have privacy in mind she had it located outside of the city, in a valley between two mountains, this meant the drive on most days was two hours, on busy hours it could be as much as three. Thankfully Kumiko knew how to find the quickest route to the school that was less traveled. So, they arrived to the school at 8:00 sharp, and Kumiko climbed out of the car, grabbing her duffle bag and smiling happily. "Man, the first day of your last year. So weird, I remember stressing over my last year." Of course, she was going to be teaching Hotaru now, but Nezu said it was fine since Kumiko had a certain motherly instinct to keep things aligned in the classroom. Not locking the car she was getting ready to lead Hotaru inside so they could get situated in her classroom, and so that Kumiko could get heading to the teacher's morning conference. Of course, she still had a few minutes before she needed to be there. The conference only started at 8:10 and school was to start by 8:25. Kumiko was always proud on her time management skills, a busy day every day meant she was getting things done and didn't have time to dwell on the fact she was mateless at 27 and ultimately pathetic in the eyes of many other feline or canine-like heteromorph people, well, animal heteromorph people in general. Sometimes the instincts were too strong. But there was no time to dwell on that! Nope! She had a whole day of teaching ahead of her! Soon she waved goodbye to Hotaru before making her way to the conference room.

Toshiro Saito (Icarus)
Crush: None
Location: Ueno Hotel

6:10 AM...
Icarus's eyes scanned the room. A clock ticked next to his ear. He squinted in the darkness to see exactly what the room looked like. But he couldn't tell from here. He reached up and with a smooth twist of his fingers, the light clicked on. A sigh escaped his lips, and he moved to sit up.

Where was he? His eyes once again probed the room. The burns on his hands were starting to blister. Why couldn't he remember what he did last night? Why couldn't he think? He pushed the palm of his hand into his right temple.

"God, what the hell did I do last night?" A whisper, his voice was barely a whisper. He felt worn, completely worn. Icarus swung his legs over the edge of the bed, pushing himself onto his feet. Another sigh escaped his lips. There was no one else there. Just him, by himself, alone again.

Another swift move of his fingers locked the door. Proving that no one can reach him. Figuring he could probably shower here, and no one would care, that's where he went. To take a shower, to let the warm water pull out all the tension he felt in his body.

7:15 AM...
He was drying himself off. He had a towel wrapped around his waist. He must've been drinking last night because he had the faint taste of bourbon in his mouth. At least he made it here. Wherever here was. His eyes moved to his bag, where he kept a small number of clothes. He pulled on a navy-blue button-up, jeans, and a belt. He wore combat boots, instead of tennis-shoes. His eyes moved back to his reflection before he flashed himself a smile. He ran his fingers through his wet hair and continued to gather his things before going out onto the streets. He wore a beanie to shield his hair from the breeze. He hummed slightly to himself.

Sutomi Ito (Suto)
Crush: Shoto Todoroki
Location: League of Villains Hideout

7:25 AM...
Sutomi hastened awake. Her body sitting up on its own, and she could feel herself gulping for air. As if… she’d just had some sort of nightmare, yet she couldn’t remember. Her eyes were watering, and her chest felt heavy. The room she was in was much darker than the ones other teens lived in. It wasn’t technically a room. It was an abandoned warehouse, with a red sleeping bag in the corner. Her eyes moved to the wall and back again. Suto relaxed, taking in deep breaths, and trying to figure out what exactly made her so afraid.

An image appeared in her head. A dark shadowy figure, with some sort of pale gross looking hands… A shiver ran down her spine before she looked around again. She felt cold now, too cold. Her hands started shaking as the image in her mind became more detailed. Smoke drifted off her hands. Deep breaths... one, two... another pause. She pulled her sleeping bag off of her before she stood up. Slight dizziness took over her before she walked up the stairs to the bar.

Tomura Shigaraki
Crush: None
Location: League of Villains Hideout

7:30 AM...
Shigaraki was still sitting at the bar, his eyes were tired, and the hand that usually rested on his face was sitting on the bar. He was drinking something that Kurogiri made. Although he wasn’t quite sure what it was. Shigaraki felt tired, actually tired. Hah, no, who needed sleep right? His eyes searched the bar again before he slammed the glass back down on the counter. His mind travelled to things that didn’t matter, such as All Might or his boss. A way to destroy him… they needed to find it, and fast. If All Might was now a teacher it would be easy to get to him.

His eyes moved to the stairs. Seeing Suto walk up the stairs. “Just in time. Let’s discuss our plan.”

Aika Sato (Kai)
Crush: Amajiki
Location: Sato’s Residence

7:35 AM...
Another year! Aika stretched just before hopping into the shower. After finishing, she dressed and straightened out her short lavender hair. Her eyes moved to the window, before she pushed the curtain back slightly. The street below was full of people who walked to and fro. Aika had this ever growing headache, that only got worse the more she moved. It’s the last year, the last year before she started her career as a hero. A smile crept up onto her lips. Class 3-A, the top… of the ladder.

7:45 AM…
Aika started down the street, her house wasn’t too far from the school, but she wanted to get there early. She continued walking, her bag was hanging on her shoulder, and her shoes made soft scuffing noises on the concrete. Aika became lost in her thoughts. Thinking of all the things that she had done to get here.

Mina Ashido
Crush: None
Location: Coffee Shop

7:35 AM
Mina stepped into the small coffee shop, located just off of 6th street. It was near her house, which was nice. She was dragging this morning, and a cup of iced coffee would help tremendously. She ordered, looking up at the barista, of course, he gave her a look. Everybody always did… But she didn’t care. Mina flashed him a smile, before taking her coffee, and booking it to UA.

8:10 AM...
Mina rushed into the class and found a seat towards the back. She took a sip of her coffee, and then set it on the floor next to her seat. Her eyes trailed over the other students as they came in.

Jazu Suzuki (Jazz)

Scarlett_Winnie Scarlett_Winnie

7:45 AM…
Jazu stretched still not out of bed. Thirty minutes. She was counting down the seconds until she had to get up… Too comfortable, she thought. Her blankets were so soft and warm. But she rolled out of bed anyways. Her alarm went off for the umpteenth time. She yawned, loudly, before brushing her dark hair behind her ears, and pulled it into a ponytail. She changed, pulling into the skirt that she despised. You could clearly see the two tattoos on her legs. The earth, and the water tattoos, both were exposed.

A week before school started she requested pants instead of a skirt. But Nezu, the school principal, had declined the request. She looked in the mirror and pouted, as she looked in the mirror. She stepped outside, silently waiting for Kirishima. Considering they lived just across the street from each other.

7:30 AM...
Amaterasu made her way out of her house, grabbing her bookbag, and throwing it on her shoulders. She was dressed in a tracksuit. A white and black one, perfect to go along with her ears and tail. She had headed for a slight run, and made it to the school around 7:50 AM. She found herself in the locker room, roaming the halls. Unsure of where exactly to go.

“1-B, 1-B, where is it?” She was talking to herself. Mumbling under her breath as she went. Her eyes found the huge door, and the lockers near it. “118…” Another mumble under her breath as she made her way to the lockers. Near a lavender haired boy. Probably in the same class, she supposed. Her eyes scanned the long hallway, a shiver went down her spine. Long hallways like this always seemed to creep her out. Her tail moved at her side, and her ears perked as she struggled to get her locker open.

“Let’s go Shoto you’re going to be late!” Enji yelled. His voice boomed, enough to wake up the neighbors, he couldn’t care less. His car was sitting just outside of the house. He leaned against it, staring up at the door. Then to his watch, then to the door, then to the watch. “Shoto!” Again yelling. “Let’s go!” He sighed. Starting to get angry now. "You're going to be late!" Another yell, his foot tapped on the concrete. "Disappointing me again Shoto!"

  • Quirk: Fierce Wings | Occupation: Pro Hero | Location: Hawks's apartment/Mustutafu | Interactions: N/A

    He stirred in his sleep to the sound of his phone buzzing atop the bedside table.

    Whether it served as a good indication or otherwise was debatable. There were masses of people who would happily trade their current posts in life for his disposition. Recognized as among the top caliber of Pro Heroes. Establishing a hero agency. Being the youngest to have flown to the Top 10 of the Popularity and Approval posts. It was a life paved out in gilded gold. So brilliant that it enticed the average individual. Despite its opulence, it was a thin sheen that Hawks saw the other side of in all its superficiality. Once, when he was younger and his wings weren’t reminiscent of a seraph, he was victim to the same false promises made by the glorification of prestige.

    The vibrations adjacent to him stopped and Hawks fooled himself in being lulled back to sleep. Noise around him drowned out as he sunk into the black abyss only available to him through shut eyelids. He slept on his side with one palm resting against his face, pressing his cheek. His other hand dangled off the side of the king sized mattress -- one of the many subtle luxuries he had the ‘fortune’ to indulge in. Two crimson wings protruded from his back, presenting themselves in small tufts as it gave his back complete relief. If just for a couple of hours. Hawks was more than willing to submit himself to the mindless bliss for a moment longer when his phone cut obtrusively into his voided subconscious. He winced, and that’s when Hawks knew it was another day of sun.

    “Mmm…”, the blond groaned, irate, and gave himself a still second. He winced, scrunching his nose, before opening his eyes -- wide enough so that they abandoned any hints of sleep still beckoning to him. Tempting, he thought to himself but knew his job better than to give himself to the enticing urge. Graceless, he lifted the hand that was already hanging from the sheets and slammed his hand over the table until he achieved his phone.

    He hoisted himself from the wrinkled nest of white fabric, sitting up with his back hunched over. One hand was curled into a fist, rubbing his eye while the other scrolled through the text messages left on his device. A few that were intentionally missed while others he’d completely been unconscious to. From behind, his little wings fluttered, bearing life once more.

    Whilst he scrolled, he read of the messages, mumbling to himself, “Don’t forget interview with radio station at noon … PR shoot at 1400 … Decide to accept or decline participating in video game voice-over?” Hawks ran his hand through his hair, grimacing at the trivial duties being stacked on to him by his secretary. He was fairly certain he’d kindly resigned himself from taking on opportunities that stroked his persona’s ego. The winged hero sighed, collecting the rest of his crimson plumes that had been scattered over his bed. He slipped on his house slippers, before trudging across his sterile bedroom. One by one, his feathers attached to his back, seemingly on their own accord, coming together until he was coerced into straightening his posture to accommodate the weight on his back. He didn’t see the point in having himself being pushed to doing fabricated appearances. It made him feel less of a hero and more of a celebrity. He chuckled humorlessly as he met his reflection in the connected bathroom mirror. “Some celebrity you’d make.” He smirked, nodding once before grabbing for his toothbrush. In spite of the morning drag, he knew better than to completely remove himself from the mold. It didn’t even occur to him anymore how long it took for him to get ready for the day. Spending 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM getting his hero ensemble together wasn’t a foreign concept to him. If anything, it was a timeframe that even offered him too little time in some cases.

    Teeth, eyes, hair, nails, the dull, detached sound of cereal being munched. Nobody knew that the winged hero that stepped out of his door took time to meticulously put his visage together. No one had to. He walked with a proud gait as if the wings on his back were truly as light as feathers. As soon as the sole of his boots crossed the threshold of his apartment complex and met concrete, numerous pairs of his eyes were drawn to him. For every ecstatic shout of his name he heard, he offered a casual smile coupled with a wave. Like moths being drawn to a beacon of light, he attracted civilians as he strode along the pavement.

    “Hawks! So can you tell us how you took down that villain last week?”
    “We saw what you did at Osaka! Just how did you evacuate that many people that fast in a largely populated area?”
    “Hawks! Over here--!”

    Another morning and another day of sun. Hawks walked amidst the crowd, laughing as he attracted a posse around him. The blond was a light that gleamed and reflected; It wasn’t a bright light.

  • Tamaki Amajiki | Alias: Suneater | Quirk: Manifest | Occupation: Student : 3-A| Location: Tamaki Residence | Crush: None | Interactions: Fatgum NeonRain NeonRain & Nejire Hadou CamAi CamAi
    7:00 A.M
    Tamaki felt his alarm wailing besides him and he turned it off lazily. Snuggled in his baby blue covers, he sat up. Checking the date, it dawned upon him. First day at U.A High and what’s worse, there will be more people crowding him. Feeling uncomfortable at the thought, he dragged himself to his bathroom. He carried on his bathroom duties, brushing his teeth all shiny and making sure his hair looked at least a bit presentable. He changed into his U.A Uniform, taking his tie in and making sure the lines are straight. He as always, felt nervous as hell and wanted to cower away in a corner. But he had to do this once again, as a stepping stone to become a hero. A hero just like Mirio. The thought of Mirio put a small smile upon his face. The sunshine boy can light up this whole world. Without him, Tamaki wouldn’t have attempted to attend U.A and rather some other high school.

    And not to mention Nejire, who was personally, the most attractive girl in the whole school topped off with a bubbly personality and someone Tamaki can lean on. Similarly to Mirio, they both outshine others. Going downstairs, he heated up some Takoyaki and Clams for the day. Believing that it was good for both offense and defense for him (one can never know when they’re being attacked) and so he ate happily at the dinner table.

    Once all finished, he put the dirty plates into the dishwasher, made sure to drink plenty of water, and put on the straps of his bag on his shoulders. He froze, he almost forgot about his phone! Walking upstairs and uncharging his phone, he checked the message from his mentor, Fatgum. He softly smiled at the message. He appreciates the older man for wishing him a great first day at school cause he’ll definitely need it. He skimmed the second part of the message regarding hero work. It was expected of him to attend obviously.

    [Thank you, Fat Gum. I’ll be there.]

    Pressing “Send,” he stuffed his phone in his pocket, walked outside of his home, and started to head towards the train station. He needed to catch the train early today, not wanting to embarrass himself and show up late to school. Once going through the dreadful ride by train and maneuvering himself between people, he finally was able to make it in front of U.A. He walked with his hands in his pockets, head down, and neck slouched, not wanting for others to see him. Yes, he is indeed part of the Big Three however it felt undeserving, like someone else is meant to be in his place. Unfortunately for him, not only is his quirk useful but he can use it well and so he was chosen. These thoughts clouded his head before he was attacked by something, actually more like someone. Realizing that voice like no one, he looked at Nejire and managed a small smile.

    "Hi, Nejire," he almost winced at how the girl was dragging him. He shrugs at the question "I just want to get this day done and over with," he mutters quietly. And that was the raw truth. Dealing with people was one of his major flaws that he can't seem to outgrow. It's only certain individuals like Nejire and Mirio that he can keep a good conversation with.

MINETA MINORU
Alias: Grape Juice | Quirks: Pop Off | Occupation: Student 1-A | Location: Mineta Residence - U.A High | Interactions: Nakahara Miojo NeonRain NeonRain
Mineta was a slacker in every sense of the word. He did not want to wake up so early to go to school but he spent a long time working to get into this school so he wasn't going to waste it. He ended up dragging himself out of bed around seven in the morning to start his day. He went through the typical routine any boy would his age, which was shower and brush his teeth followed by slapping his uniform on. He didn't do anything to his hair since that was not going to happen but he did make sure he looked proper for the first day.

As he went down to eat breakfast he started thinking about what kinds of people were going to be in his class. Boy did he hope there were going to be some hotties. Especially a girl with some big knockers, that would just bless his life. A boy could only dream for a woman like that. He finished up pretty quickly so he started off for school. He lived fairly close so it was only about two stops by subway, which wasn't more than about twenty minutes. Soon he was passing the gates to the front entrance before he realized. Everyone was bustling around lockers, as was he, but all he could think was thank the lord this school is filled with hot ass women. Mineta made his way through the hall trying his best not to get stepped on when he noticed a girl had fallen. The purple boy never moved so fast to attempt sneaking a peek under her flowing skirt when she tripped, but it didn't work out so well in his favor other than catching a glimpse of upper thigh. Bless. "Ahh, are you okay cutie-- I mean miss? Hope your lovely legs-- I mean I hope you're not hurt." He was not the greatest at conversing but he did care if she was hurt or not from the way she was rubbing her ankle. Despite being as small as he was the boy did attempt to help her to her feet, and not just because he wanted to feel her supple skin.

TODOROKI SHOTO
Alias: Shoto | Quirks: Half-Cold Half-Hot | Occupation: Student 1-A | Location: Todoroki Residence | Interactions: Todoroki Enji Panic Panic

Todoroki woke up at a crisp 6 am to get ready for school this morning. He enjoyed his sleep as much as the next guy but he wanted to be absolutely sure he was ready before leaving for school. His father would wring his neck if he forgot something. The old man already hated him enough and he didn't feel like giving him another reason. With a heavy groan, the half and half boy rolled out of bed and started getting his stuff ready to shower. Contrary to how most boys behaved Shoto took pristine care of himself with a full skincare routine, bathing regiment, and even what products he put in his hair. How else was his hair as silky as it was? After washing, exfoliating, toning, vitamin serum, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen his face was ready to go. Then he used nourishing conditioner and brushed his hair down so it wasn't sticking up as it usually was after a restless night. When he finished up in the bathroom he got changed into his uniform. It was pressed to perfection just as his father wanted for his first day. That man would never allow him to disgrace the family name with a disheveled uniform.

His sister had already made breakfast for everyone but Todoroki was quick to take it to his room to eat. He wanted to enjoy the last few moments of quiet his morning would hold before his father would inevitably-- start yelling. He didn't offer anything in response as he grabbed his bag while listening to the bellows of his father from outside. He didn't bat an eye as he slipped on his shoes while his father still continued yelling though he was standing right there. Disappointment, right, that's all Shoto was to the elder Todoroki. Nothing but a pure disappointment though all he's done was to make him proud. Right. Todoroki climbed into the front seat of the car without saying a word or so much as an acknowledgment of his father. "A queen is never late." Except for that brief statement as he strapped in and gazed out the window mumbling 'bitch' under his breath.

AIZAWA SHOTA
Alias: Eraserhead | Quirks: Erasure| Occupation: Pro-Hero/Teacher | Location: Aizawa Residence - U.A High | Interactions: N/A

The man would have given anything to stay in bed longer, but he had to become a teacher. A teacher for freshmen in a hero course no less. His alarm went off at six but Aizawa didn't get up until seven. Still groggy from slowly stirring, Aizawa got out of bed with a huff to get ready for another day of teaching brats. It was the start of the semester and the break seemed so fleeting. How he dreamed of days where he didn't have to watch over some kids again. Alas, that wasn't what life had set out for him anymore. He took a shower, combed through the wet tangled mess on his head, and got dressed in his typical hero outfit. He lived in a rather small apartment just for simplicity's sake that was not more than a fifteen-minute drive from the school with traffic. Aizawa made a toasted peanut butter sandwich for breakfast before leaving, munching on it as he drove to the school in his little old car.

He got there rather early, which he expected since he left the house at 7:50 and got there at about 8:05. The lanky male parked in the staff area before entering the school. Everyone was so lively this morning when all he wanted to do was go back to bed. He didn't understand it. Whatever, he thought as he weaved his way through the halls to the staff conference room. His hands shoved deep into his pockets as he absentmindedly sat waiting for everyone else to show up to this meeting. At least he wasn't the only person sitting in the quiet room and Nezu provided tea as always.

MURAKAMI HOTARU
Alias: Livewire | Quirks: Bio-Electric | Occupation: Student 3-A | Location: Okazaki Residence - U.A High | Interactions: Okazaki Kumiko NeonRain NeonRain

It had been some time since Hotaru moved in with her teacher. Given her prior circumstances this was far better than living alone in a student apartment and paying high rent. Kumiko was a mother figure to her now to the point of her accepting her as her adopted parent. She was both her mentor, teacher, and guardian now. By this time in the morning Hotaru was fast asleep curled up in a ball on her bed. She ended up being given the twins room to live in, which she was hesitant to accept at first but was glad she did. Their bed was both extremely comfy and still smelled like them, and for some reason that was comforting. Kumiko had knocked and entered saying it was time for school. "Mmm... a few more minutes mom..." Hotaru had snuggled in deeper with her tail wrapping tightly around herself ready to fall back asleep.

"After all, what kind of mate would you be if you were late?"

That was enough for the wolf to spring up. Her ears perked up and suddenly she was jumping out of bed and sprinting into the bathroom. There was no way Hotaru was jeopardizing her chances of getting a mate. That was her life goal after all, well he was her life goal. Taking a shower was difficult considering if she got soaked the house was having a power outage. She had to bathe slowly and make sure her hair was completely tied back. It was difficult to tame as well with the static that constantly kept it fluffy. A special brush was needed for both her hair and tail to get it in order and Hotaru could not be bothered to do that. So she rocked it as it naturally was. After getting herself together for school after a long morning routine she went down to grab breakfast a little late. She wolfed it down swiftly before Kumiko ushered them into the van. The wolf made sure Kiyoshi was properly strapped in so not a hair would be harmed on his little head.

The drive was long, boring and honestly, she fell asleep on the way there. Hotaru only woke up when the car halted. "I'm excited to graduate." Her hand pawed at her eyes as they were rolled into a balled fist. She got out the car and wrapped her tail around herself as she entered the school, not really paying too much attention to where she was going.

KUROSAWA AKUMA
Alias: Aku | Quirks: Hex | Occupation: Student 1-C | Location: Kurosawa Residence - U.A High | Interactions: Shinso Hitoshi NeonRain NeonRain

Akuma typically woke up very early to get herself together. Her day would start prompt sometime between four am and five with a light morning jog. She liked to get the blood pumping before a shower and breakfast. After her run it was typically closer to six meaning it was the perfect time to shower, put on some light makeup and brush through her unruly hair. That usually took about another hour so around seven was time for breakfast. Her family never ate together, meaning they ate with each other but not her. Akuma was almost never in the same room with her father and her mother did nothing to dilute the situation. She would make herself breakfast, eat in the living room by herself, and then take herself to school. At this point she was heavily considering the student apartments but she liked the comfort of not being around students all the time.

She took the train to school following the route she looked up the day before. It wasn't too long of a ride but it was still annoying having so many others bump into her. By the time she got to school after leisurely walking from the station to the entrance it was about eight, and she wasn't worried. Akuma went to her locker first and that's when she spotted a boy doubled over, heavily breathing likely from running with wild hair. It drew her to him, but not necessarily in a good way. "Hey there wild boy, you're not doing so hot huh~?" Her arm latched onto his for a moment as he looked down at his own wrist. "If you hyperventilate too much you might choke babe. Wouldn't want that..." She had a devious smirk that matched her horned look. "I'm Akuma by the way. If you collapse I'll be sure to resuscitate you~" She blew him a kiss before giving him a small wave, walking off with a slight grin, and heading into classroom 1-C.

MANGO
Alias: Rainbows | Quirks: Field | Occupation: Villain | Location: Train | Interactions: Dabi NeonRain NeonRain

The little bean had gotten used to the routine the group had fallen into. Rainbows and Rabies would go sit and wait while Dabi got them free things the only way he knew how. It made the little prince slightly upset that he didn't have Dabi's undivided attention but he did like the free stuff. Tonight's escapade was getting a ride out of town by train. They were instructed to go wait in the private room so that's what the kiddos did. They sat twiddling their thumbs waiting patiently for Dabi's return. Mango had his oversized puffy jacket sliding off his shoulders a bit as he leaned up against the wall while sitting on the floor. It was late and he was tired. Soon his king returned and was quick to fall asleep.

Some time during the dead of night, Dabi had woken the two boys telling them to sleep with him. Mango did not hesitate to get up, crawl on top of the older man, and snuggle in with his back against the wall. He curled up a bit allowing his leg to weave in around both males as soon as Rabies crawled ontop. His hand slipped down gliding under Dabi's clothes to really latch onto him. His eyes closed and he happily drifted back to sleep just enjoying being close. Morning came a little too quick with the sound of the loudspeaker going off and the energetic Rabies bounding out the room. Mango wasn't ready to get up but given everyone else was already up he figured why not. The small boy sat up straddling Dabi's sides with his legs, one hand pressed to the male's chest while his other hand still covered with the sleeve rubbed at his sleepy eyes. "Hungry... Master can I go to find food?" His question was innocent in nature but Mango easily got into trouble. Still, his stomach was growling and he wished to explore. He just needed permission from his caretaker.

    Shf shf shf…

    The sound of her blankets moving as she rolled over from her side onto her back in bed. One eye opening to look at the time from the digital alarm clock on her nightstand. 5:00 am. She had at least an hour before her parents would be waking up which was the perfect time to get in her morning routine. It started out with some stretching so that she wouldn’t injure herself when she went to the gym room of the house where she would run on the treadmill for fifteen minutes. After she would work on her martial arts in another room of the house, dedicated to training just martial arts.There was a much bigger facility in the basement of the house that her mother had sanctioned as a part of her homeschooling criteria. That room was practically a nightmare for Yuki. Shaking the thought process out of her mind for a moment she refocused. Putting on her workout playlist on her phone before placing it in the armband holder she got just for this occasion. She would work on her forms, or just mess around for about twenty minutes. Her morning exercise routine took a total of thirty five minutes when her mother wasn’t trying to plan some kind of a surprise attack to keep her senses sharp. Her heart rate up, adrenaline pumping and fully awake now, Yuki would leave for the bathroom to shower. It was during this time when it would finally hit her.

    Today was not only her first day of going to an official school...but it was going to be her first day of U.A. The same school her other went to...and the same school that a lot of the top pro heroes had gone to! Of course her mother was her number one in her personal opinion. But as she let the conditioner sit in her hair for a few minutes; since the shower was really her only moment of peace where she could not only cool down from her work out but actually have time to think and reflect upon what the day ahead may hold, she would think back to finally hearing back from the school and from the current number one hero All Might himself! He was apparently giving all of the students the news that made it. Yuki was excited of course, but her mother damn near threw a party over it. Her father didn’t really seem to care one way or the other...he was just busy...like usual.

    By the time she finished her shower it was 6:30 am. A bit longer than usual but her nerves were starting to kick in as she also realized that she had no idea what she was going to do...the only people she’s ever interacted with in her life were her parents. And if she did venture out, which didn’t really happen until she was in middle school and she begged her mother to go back to work, that she would continue her studies on her own. She might venture out to go to the market to buy some groceries for dinner that night so that her parents could come home to a nice hot home cooked meal. After all they both worked hard and here she was staying home all the time..it was the least she could do.

    Wrapped in her towel she stared at herself in the floor length mirror she had by her dresser. She knew she wouldn’t have to worry about what to wear since they had a school uniform, which she thought was cute. But what was she going to do with her hair? Normally she kept it in a side swept ponytail because she was training almost all hours of the day with her mother...but should she keep doing that? Or maybe down? “Tch...what a pain.” She would grumble softly as she opted to get dressed in her uniform, giving a slight twirl in the mirror to take a look at it. A bright smile forming on her lips as she really loved the way the uniform looked and the excitement for going to a ‘normal’ school was building again. Brushing her hair after throwing in some of her leave in conditioner she opted to just leave it down. Thinking that it looked fine enough as it was, and if it really started to annoy her then she would pull it up into her side swept pony instead. It was now 7:00 am and time for a quick breakfast so she could head out….

    Her thought process interrupted as her bedroom door came bursting open and arms wrapped around her tightly. “MY BABY IS GOING OFF TO BE A REAL HERO!!!!!!!” Her mother cried in pure delight and pride. “Come on my little firecracker. I made breakfast already. Your father had to leave early for work, but he says he loves you and wishes you well.” the woman would rapidly say before mussing up her daughter's hair and practically skipping out of her room, leaving Yuki standing there looking confused as to what the hell kind of a storm just waltzed into her room. A heavy sigh leaving her lips a moment before she fixed her appearance again, mostly just brushing her hair again...she could care less about putting makeup on...who was she trying to look for anyway? She was going to school to be a hero..not find a man. Heading into the dining room she would sit down to eat with her mother. The duo chatted about what her first day and how excited the both of them were. Her mother was even giving her some tips on what could possibly happen on their first day. Of course it in a way all depended on who their homeroom teacher was. Some of the teachers there could be brutal, but those ones typically ended up teaching the students that would go one to be well known heroes. “Just remember...being a hero is about saving lives...not being a show pony for the media to market.” Her mother would explain as they were cleaning up the dishes. “I’ll drop you off for the first day. It’s not too far of a detour to the agency so I don’t mind.” Akira would say with a hearty laugh. “Besides...What kind of mother would I be if I didn’t embarrass the hell out my daughter on her first day of high school!”

    Yuki grumbled audibly at this but grabbed her things and followed her mother out to the car. It was better than having to walk or take the bus or something in order to get there. Especially since time was starting to become a factor. The car ride was relatively calm until the car stopped in front of the school. Yuki stayed in the car a few moments longer, her fingers lightly fidgeting with the bottom hem of the blazer...her nerves popping back in for a moment as she wasn’t sure how she was going to deal with some people. Was she even going to make any friends or would they all think of her as some sheltered kitten? However her body reacted without her brain really telling her to as she opened the door to get out, her entire being froze in place as she heard the car horn.

    “MY BABY’S GONNA BE A HERO!!!!!!!! I love you! Do well in your classes today!” Was all that Yuki heard before she ended up taking off running for the front doors of the school. Inside...she had to get inside...away from that situation...and fast!

Himiko Toga

7:07
"Yaaawn...."

Toga woke up from her concrete slumber and stretched in the abandoned building she currently called home. Being practically homeless, she rarely gets a chance to shower or take care of herself, but she still manages to look like the petite girl she is. Tossing away her improvised blanket and pillow (a sandbag and a tarp), she fixed up her pale, ash-blonde hair and walked outside, making her way to a street.

7:15
As Toga looked up and down the road for victims, her stomach growled, reminding her that she needed some breakfast. Remembering the Ramen shop she stopped by last night for dinner, she considered going there. Walking by the road to the city, Toga tried to keep her cheerful smile despite her peckish state...

8:00
After a lengthy walk, Toga finally made her way into the streets. However, she's found herself lost, again. Motivated by knawing hunger pains and a growling stomach, Toga soon resorted to digging into a nearby trash bin for some leftovers. They weren't much, but some nights, it was food for her.

  • Alias: Nightmare Kitten | Quirks: Nightmare Augmentation/Selfless Healing | Occupation: Pro-Hero/Teacher/Baker | Location: U.A High, Staff Room | Interactions: Nezu, Toshinori Yagi & Tatakai Lanzer - shizuki nirokuma shizuki nirokuma

    Kumiko hummed along softly to a tune she loved to sing to soothe herself, it was something her Ex had so adored her singing, something she did just for him. It made her feel less alone now whenever she hummed it to herself. A sugar-sweet smile played on tender plump lips as golden eyes scanned the halls and met with faces of excited students. Raising a deceitfully dainty hand, tipped with half-inch claws she waved slightly to students who greeted her as she passed. She was always happy for those who would be returning, and those who are new would earn her sympathy.

    As a young girl with a stutter, her first year was a slippery ledge, one that was high above a jagged rocky demise that would lead to a drowning death. Of course, she had barely clung to the cliff long enough to make it to her second year. But the line had ultimately pushed off the cliff-face herself, accepting her fate into the everlasting binds of darkness that littered her mind and poisoned her heart. Twisting sweet dreams into haunting nightmares that lurked just beyond her peripheral even while she was awake. As she waved the silken sleeves of her kimono slipped down her arms, revealing the sticky purple ribbons that were coated in a thin white powder. The ribbons covered up to her elbows, this was to keep students from seeing her past self-harm scars.

    Most of the hero teachers wore their whole hero costume while working, but Kumiko kept her mask off. Simply because the lion skull might make the children scared when she is teaching them, so, for this reason, she wore it strapped to her hip, tucked slightly under the bright yellow sash that was covering her waist. Bare toes touching the smooth cool tile beneath them, pink painted claws making a gentle clicking noise as rounded hips sashayed behind the feline. The slit up either side of the main dress to her outfit helped accent her smooth legs, they were well taken care of, baring toned calves and thick thighs that her ex oh so praised almost every hour. After all, he was the reason she had designed this outfit.

    Silky black and purple hair fell around her shoulders and down her back in gentle waves. It reached her ankles and shimmering against the bright light as she passed under each fluorescent tube. Long furry ears perked high as they twitched to the noise that was beginning to fill the school. Her ears weren't big for nothing. They could pick up the most minute noises, and she was rather used to it, she could practically hear everything.

    Thump-thump, thump-thump, thump-thump.

    She could hear the heartbeats of the students as she passed them on their journey to their new homeroom. She could catch the hitch of a boy's breath and the flutter that came from the heart of the girl he was talking to, not a good one. A breakup perhaps? Best not to get too nosy, they were just students. If she focused hard enough she could hear their joints move.

    Most of the ambiance she collected through the day, she was told could drive someone crazy if they weren't used to it. She supposed that made sense. But she rather be driven crazy by her sensitive ears than her own quirk. As her legs slid past the soft dress under her kimono, her tail snaked behind her, trailing with upmost care. A companion missing from her side, he was usually with her every waking moment of the day, of course, this was her trusted Therapy Pet, Kenshin. She was grateful everyone assumed she could talk to him because she was a feline, it made things less... complicated.

    Gentle fingers soon caressed the door as she slid it open to the staff room, and stepped in, lifting her tail and moving it around her as she closed the door before stepping over the mass of fur, and heading over to her chair happily, her hum having ceased as she entered the door. The feline woman's tail was snaking behind her as she slid smooth fingers over the rough crinkled texture that belonged to the back of the chair as she pulled it out to take a seat. Soon she lifted her tail and curled the appendage around her abdomen, making three thick ringlets around her. As she nestled into the comfortably padded chair around the meeting table she pulled one leg up under her other and soon was holding onto the top of her foot as she leaned over the cup of tea that was being poured for her. Perked ears fanned open as golden eyes widened and dilated, her nose twitching as she sniffed it.

    "Thank you Nezu~" She purred out softly before lifting the porcelain cup and taking a slip. The sweet taste that washed over her tongue was gentle and smooth, she was always happy that Neu brewed teas for each person in the room so none of them would dislike what he made. For Kumiko, this meant a simple white tea with honey in it, she so did enjoy the sweet-tasting things in life, and it was to be expected of course from someone so sweet in her day-to-day. The woman was always so happy, least she certainly tried to be. With ears folding back as she relaxed, taking another sip of her tea, long lashes fanning soft cheeks whos only marks bore a resemblance to whiskers, she was so blissfully enjoying the relative silence of the room.

    A low voice, exhausted and tired with a hint of a worn-out tone soon breached the sensitive ears that belonged to the dark-colored feline; “Mornin’...” Golen eyes opened slightly, but her ears were quicker. Log ears perking up again they swiveled and found the source of the noise, and her eyes followed shortly after, and soon she gave a gentle smile.

    "Good morning Lanzer." Ever the soft voice Kumiko was in no way rude to anyone, even if a few teachers made her uncomfortable. Sure, she had snapped a few times, and she got incredibly hostile when she felt someone was undermining her abilities in any way shape or form, but she was never outright rude to someone... well... there was one person but she rarely saw him. But that guy's name was enough to evoke a scowl and a growl from the feline. The feline glanced around the room, wondering where everyone was, there were just a few faces missing but normally there were none. It was almost time to start the meeting too!

    Just as Kumiko had brought her teacup to her lips once more, the door slammed open and in came- "I AM HERE!" All Might. The loud noise alone had caused the feline quite the fright, she had almost spilled her tea all over her lap and grumbled in annoyance because of this, setting her teacup down she started to comb nervous fingers through her tail to soothe the puffing. It had poofed up considerably, likely from being startled, and her ears were now pinned down and almost hiding in her silky black and purple hair. A quick glare was shot to All Might but she didn't comment on the situation any, merely just started to skim the morning notes that were sat in front of every chair on the U shaped table. Every teacher got one sheet for morning notes, it was mandatory in Nezu's eyes.

    It wasn't that she dislikes the number one hero, no actually it was the opposite, she admired him much like everyone else. It was just his loud and boisterous attitude that scared the shit out of her half the time, and that he was so big and bulky, a muscle-bound man. That part also scared the shit out of her, she didn't like beefy guys, she could hardly stand to be near them. What few she could stand to be around was simply because she had to physically train herself to stand it. It took lots of time, and she always had to remind herself that her students and those here as staff were likely never going to hurt her. It was just her spicy memories talking.

    ~~~
    Strands of short golden hair dipped into her vision as she moved pencil across paper, drawing soft curves onto the pad of yellowing lined paper. Eyes flickering from the page to the potted plant sat a foot or so in front of her, she had been working on her art. She had to have been... what? No older than eleven? For some, it was already time for her to exit the world, even at such a young age she had been subjected to violence and hate that no child should bear. For some the judgment of her time to leave had been passed much sooner than age eleven, but she had pushed through it.
    Shhhhk, shk, shh-sh-shhhk, ssshhk
    With a final stroke to her pencil her eyes lifted to the plant once more, they were her favorite flowers. The purple soft petals and the brown stem, they were absolutely beautiful. They symbolized everything she ever wanted in her life. Love, long-lasting love from another person. She just wanted... love. A family of her own, she didn't care about having parents no. She wanted to be one, she wanted a sweet romance, and these flowers represented the hope for that. Her dream for that.
    POP!
    Jumping at the sound soft gold eyed wandered to the ceiling, chubby fingers dropping the pencil so she could push them into her hair, making the silky gold strands find refuge behind the safety of her ear. Blinking slowly she noticed the room was considerably dimmer, and the lightbulb to her singular light had blew out. It happened often. It wasn't meant to be there after all. She had been given residence in the small room on the top floor of the orphanage, a small room that was initially meant for storage, but the other kids didn't like her coming near them. An irrational fear of catching the "quirkless" was the culprit for that, so, she had been moved to a room where no one had to deal with her.
    Looking back to the notepad in her lap she slid it off, the soft thin fabric of her cotton dress was well worn, and you could see the spots where holes were sure to follow with the days to come. She hadn't had new clothes since her seventh birthday, she had only been wearing the same two outfits. It wasn't a favorable life, but it was what she was given. Rising to her feet she started to move across the wooden floor barefooted, being mindful of the patches of the floor that weren't sanded enough. Those patches always gave her splinters. There was nothing they could do though, they being the people who took care of the building itself, so all the orphans and their guardian. Careful fingers found the rough wooden railing as she carefully climbed down the stairs, one step at a time.
    Thunk-thunk. . . Thunk-thunk. . . thunk-thunk
    She preferred to climb down this way, one foot on the top step, then the second, and then a pause, and soon one foot on the second step, then the second foot... and so on until she reached the bottom. Rounding the corner at the bottom of the stairs she looked around the living room, seeing a few of the other children there she turned around and headed the other direction, silently looking for the caretaker. Walking through the opening that lead to the kitchen she found the woman standing at the stove, working on making dinner. Pink and silver hair rolled up into a bun, the streaks of silver made the spiral bun look like a lollipop, it greatly amused the small girl quite often. She hoped to be as beautiful as the winged woman someday. The brownish-colored feathers on the large wings were tightly tucked against the older woman's frame, long gown dawned an apron, both well used. She herself hardly wore shoes, mainly because her legs were that of a bird's, and honestly was quite possibly the reason for the splinters on the floor.
    Approaching the woman she knocked on the fridge door to get her attention before signing; "Miss? The light in my room blew out again." The children had been taught to refer to her as Miss, they were forbidden from using her real name. This was meant to encourage not getting attached, as she did her very hardest to get the children's families. Most, however, were never able to get parents or families of any kind. But that never changed the rule.
    Wrinkled sweet face, aged with time and stress, soon had been turned with large brown eyes looking to the child. "Again?" The woman echoed and made a bird-ish noise, rolling her shoulders as her wings fluffed from mild irritation. "Darling, can you change it yourself this time? Im busy tending to dinner, we both know I can't leave you to watch it." She cooed out sweetly and turned fully, leaning down to take the chubby cheek between index knuckle and thumb, pinching it and grinning. "But I'm almost certain you can take care of one silly bulb. Just grab a spare and change it, don't hurt yourself, and put the broken one in the bin."
    With that she let go of Kumiko's cheek, the tinge of pain was enough to envoke a mild irritating reaction, but nothing of severe pain. Nothing Kumiko had grown used to over the years. Rubbing the cheek with one hand she made her way to the drawer in the kitchen where the spare bulbs were kept, and she pulled one from the box before heading out of the room. The girl signed once more; "Thank you, Miss." And with that, the young girl retraced her steps, messy blonde hair falling in her face the whole way.
    Entering her room she took the chair from her desk and slid it over to the center of the room, she was always a short girl, and even standing on the chair she could hardly reach the bulb. Being told she was capable of doing it alone had made her determined to find a way to get it done. Scanning the room with curious eyes her brain hatched the perfect plan. Sliding from the old wooden chair, she bounded over to her bookcase and pulled out a few thick hardcover storybooks before placing them on the chair, and soon she was climbing on top of them.
    Reaching up her fingers wrapped carefully around the bulb and she started to unscrew it. The smell of dust and the faint hum of the slightly pulled out electrical cord were present, and the bulb was still warm despite the time that had passed. She was pleasantly proud of herself for being capable of such a grown-up task when she was still quite young. This moment of pride and peace hasn't lasted long however, as soon she was plummeting to the floor.
    Screech, THUMP, smash!
    The chair beneath her had been kicked out from under her violently. It was kicked one way, and yet she fell another, and it fell with. Her legs were now hung over the side of the chair, both the bulb she had just removed, and the one in her hand has been shattered and the glass had made its new home in her arms and back. The books she had been standing on were awkwardly under her butt and a few next to her. The blistering pain flowering in the back of her head had caused her vision to blur, she was now staring up at a familiar and quite frightening face.
    Kikenkai was a broad older boy, about sixteen in age, the boy was physically active and had lots of muscles. For years the boy had targeted the girl, merely because she was small and weak, because she had a stutter. He easily imposed physical dominance over her, and warned she had to be absolutely silent with whatever he did, or he'd make it so much more severe for her. After all, who wanted their playtime to be cut short before he had to move out? He had promised many times that when he was old enough to be an adult, he'd adopt her, and she could stay with him forever. Of course, initially, the girl feared her no-no square would be invaded, but he made a devastating promise. That he would keep her pure enough until marriage, which was not a promise she looked forward to him keeping. Because of him she had lost what little voice she had possessed in the first place.
    The impact had caused quit the noise, especially coming from the girl alone. As soon as she had hit the floor her hands flew up to her mouth to cover it, suppressing the whines that were trying to come from her as a response to the pain she was now experiencing. But the expression that had twisted on the boy's face was enough to tell her that she was not going to get off easy for her failure to comply to one of the main rules he had given her. In one movement the boy had reached down and took the back of the chair in hand, looping his hand from the backside and under the back support to grasp it. Kikenkai then lifted the chair, making Kumiko's legs thump against the floor, but she knew better than to move.
    As hot tears rolled down the sides of her face she shivered in anticipation, knowing what was to come. In one swift movement the chair came down and connected with Kumiko's chest and stomach, a loud splintering crackle came from the old wood as it gave out from the impact. Biting into her hand Kumiko tried desperately to keep absolutely silent but the pressure against her lungs was very apparent. Every time she drew in the air she wheezed against the weight of cracked ribs pressed into her lungs and a searing pain started to rip at her airways. The boy wasn't finished however, he felt she required more punishment and the anger in his eyes was evidence enough.
    Kikenkai wanted her to understand why she was in trouble, after all, she needed to learn. He wanted an apology too, but despite the shaky bleeding hands that tried to sign her apology, he was not ready to receive her apology. Pulling back his foot he slammed a heavy kick into the girl's side. She could feel her ribs give way to his foot as she was lifted from her place from the force, and was flung a few feet. Hitting the floor once, then twice, and ending up on her stomach, with a thud her face slammed into the floor and a new pain flowed from her nose as a warmth trickled down her lips.
    Kumiko had made another wheeze of pain after holding in her breath the best of her ability but her lungs demanded air and unfortunately for her that made something similar to a broken squeaky toy. However, the boy was quick to react to her direct disobedience to stay silent, and a foot came crashing down on her spine in a swift stomp that cracked her upper back, the sound of snapping and popping that echoed through the room was accompanied by a painful cry that escaped the girl. Attempting to cover her mouth in hopes of sealing it before the sound left her, she had failed, and the boy was faster. He had reached down and grabbed hold of her left arm, rough fingers wrapped around her wrist as it gripped tightly, crushing the small thing and causing her hand to twitch and spasm.
    Relocating his foot it was positioned more strategically between Kumiko's shoulder blades, and before she could begin to beg for his mercy, plea for forgiveness, he yanked backwards and twisted. The snap of her shoulderblade was gut-wrenching and the scream that came out was fueled by the pain that shot through her body, and soon sobs were following suit. He wasn't satisfied, however, he further snapped it, twisting and yanking more, and soon he punched her elbow, breaking that too. The crunch and snap of her bones, it brought an angry growl from him. "Look what you make me do to you. You couldn't just behave?" He snarled out, baring his teeth at her like he might just bite her.
    He was looking for an answer, but she couldn't stop crying now, it was too late, she was beyond the point of coherency. Taking his foot off her the boy lifted the smaller girl into the air by her mangled appendage and took her face in between two fingers on his massive hands. "You did this to yourself Kumiko. You're the reason I'm doing this. If you'd just-" He paused and pivoted, his hand dropping from her face as she was thrown by her destroyed arm, straight into a mirror. The glass shattered against her force and she cried out in pain once more. "Stay fucking quiet-" After hitting the floor she rolled to her side some, her eyes lulling to the side as she tried to look up to him. "I wouldn't have to do this."
    Kneeling down he pushed his hands into her hair and picked her up, soon throwing her, yet again, but this time she hit her bookshelf. Kumiko collapsed soon after she hit it, and the shelf came crashing down on top of her, but he wasn't done yet. Grabbing her other arm he pulled her out by force and started to pull her into other things, she was thrown onto her nightstand and slid over it, then she was thrown into the wall. The back of her head was grabbed and soon it was being pulled back before her face was being slammed into the wall repeatedly. "Why do you make me do this to you?!" He shouted and her consciousness had cut out. She didn't remember anything after that for a long while.
    ~~~

    She only remembered waking up in the hospital a few days later, then being patronized by the medical staff who claimed that it was her fault the torment had gone on for so long. They made her out to enable her own suffering. That was the last day she ever trusted medical staff. Shaking those memories from her head she carded gentle fingers through her tail once more, idly trying to get her mind to go back to the sweeter side of things, back to the present, and ultimately back to being a teacher. She had things to do. A whole day planned out, and so did her co-workers and students. She needed to be here.

    Sure, the past stung, but she could get over it. With time, and exposure, and less... noise. She had plenty of spicy memories that made almost every aspect of her basic life hard, but she was a strong woman. She could fight through a lot of pain that most couldn't. She had been fighting pain for a long time, emotional pain more than physical, but physical pain whenever she refused to visit a doctor after a battle. She was very adamant on caring for her own well being and taking care of herself after a battle, even if it was gruesome. Even if she couldn't properly patch herself up, she hadn't seen any super negative drawbacks before, so she'd continue on with her self-destructive ways.

    With a soft huff she prayed he did not take the seat near her, despite not disliking him, she really was uncomfortable, and often opted to avoid the man unless absolutely necessary. She would go as far as saying she would actively seek out Present Mic as a means of escape, any reason to not be near All Might was the best in her opinion, even if Mic was unnerving on a different level. That man has been... weird, ever since high school. Kumiko couldn't quite place it, but she knew something was a bit off with him. She'd hate to be right, that he's worse than what he puts out.

    But, that's just her assumption. Perhaps shes merely bias toward the bird-looking screamer who hosts a radio show every Friday at 1 am. Yeah, shes listened to it, why? Kiyoshi liked to listen to it and if he kept his grades up she recorded it for him so he could listen to it on Saturday mornings. The boy was only 5, she wasn't about to shatter his hopes and dreams because she held a stupid grudge over the man that did the same to her. The same person who brought such a sickening bile to bubble in her stomach every time he smiled ar her, she hid her distaste for him well, but it was clear the affection and niceties were one-sided.

    She kept things sticky business whenever he was involved, she had sat up thick barriers to ensure Present Mic would never return to the good people's list for her. He wasn't one in her eyes, and the thought alone made her fur start to bristle again, he made her so angry, and it was something that happened so long ago too. She might never get rid of that hate she carried for him, she couldn't forgive him. No matter how hard she tried, those moments, those words, they still haunted her to this day. They were what solidified the toxic foundation she had built her mind set on, and she might never be able to change that.

    99ed16de835cfa254cd9db4a31454b41.jpgIcarus proceeded to move through the streets. His eyes moved over the groups of people walking passed him. He was isolated... His red eyes gravitated to the ground, as he walked. He felt... exhausted. Drained because of all the crap in his life, and tired of just everyone in general. He gritted his teeth together, as he grabbed the flask in his pocket, and took a sip. A wave of relief filled him, and he put the flask back into his pocket. He was walking around the back of a building. This area had a weird musty aroma. The dirt underneath his shoes, made a satisfying crunch every time one of his feet hit the ground. The buildings back here weren't in the best shape. They were torn apart, but not as bad as someone would think. There were pieces of debris, scattered about the entire alley. Trash and things. Puddles that smelled, a bit disturbing. Icarus adjusted the beanie on his head, and tuck his hair out of his eyes.

    His phone buzzed, and he pulled his phone out, tilting his head off to the side... Who would be texting him now? The phone glowed with the name Kagami. Ah... Kagami? His memory was a little fuzzy of last-night but he could pick out her face somewhere among the blurriness of his thoughts.

    [To Kagami]
    {I found a hotel room, don't worry}

    He continued walking for several blocks not really sure where he was going, he was still on his phone, flicking through the photos and things. His ears picked up some commotion in the building ahead of him. Icarus continued walking until he was just behind the building and the door busted open, creating a loud bang, just next to his ear.

    "You can't be serious!" A man came out from behind the building colliding into Icarus. The man was a few years older than Icarus, at least that's what he suspected. Icarus tensed, the impact didn't move him an inch. His eyes shifted to meet the man. Icarus's eyes were crimson and remarkably intimidating. Anger pierced through Icarus at that moment. A lady was standing in the doorway. Her eyes were wet with tears, and her nose was bleeding. Her eyes were bruising as if the man had punched her. "Get out of my way!" Now if the man hadn't done that, Icarus would've left him to his own actions, instead of stepping in. He hated stepping in, but if someone pissed him off, he was glad to.

    "Are you okay miss?" Icarus said, pushing the man aside, his attention turned to look at the woman. "You look like you've taken a hit..." He raised his hand to touch her face. Drying her tears with a light stroke of his thumb. "Did he hurt you? Can I get your name?"

    "Ad-Adaline..." His head tilted off to the side, his eyes moving up to meet her perfectly blue ones. Her blonde hair stuck to her cheeks and her neck as if the tears that had once dripped from her eyes, stuck to what it touched. She had cat ears on the top of her head and a long scraggly tail. The woman didn't say more, she just whimpered like a hurt animal and leaned into his burned hands. Her hair was soft under his hand. He felt sympathetic at that moment. Something he rarely ever felt, and yet this stranger had gotten him to get that way. A growl sounded behind him. Two hands with an iron grip grabbed his shoulders and pushed him forward. He was standing in the building now, the door closing behind him.

    "Fucking hell," Icarus turned to him. Adaline started laughing behind him. "Now what? You have me in here, what're you going to do? Kill me? I'd like to see you try." His smile he had before, turned into a look... that look he'd get every time someone was about to get seriously hurt.

    "It worked! The poor bastard actually fell for it," Adaline hissed between her teeth. "You didn't have to hit me in the nose though... Call the cops we have him." Who were they? They weren't heroes. Her name probably wasn't even Adaline. The man reached for his phone, dialing the number. Perhaps they were vigilante types? Bounty hunters, Icarus didn't have a high enough price on his head for him to get two of these kinds of people on him, or did he? Icarus tried to turn, but before he could, he felt something wrap around his neck and tighten. It was that scraggly tail of hers. He yelled out, as his air was ripped from his lungs. He tried to grab at it, but he just pulled out tufts of blonde hair. His vision blurred slightly.

    Icarus grabbed at the woman's tail his fingers heating up before spilling out a bunch of boiling wax. The woman screamed, it was a scream that was almost inhuman. She let him loose, and he turned slamming her head into the wall. His attention turned to the man.

    "Shouldn't have even tried that..." Icarus spoke. "Tell me if this hurts." He grabbed the man's shoulder, making the man drop the phone. Wax trickled from his hand, faster as the seconds passed. Burning through the man's clothes, and the man screamed, pushing up on Icarus's hand. Burning himself more. "I wouldn't struggle..." He practically threw the man aside, running out the door, to the next alley before they could run after him.
    92b8c12cd932ba656a1cc4dd559c8f3c.jpg
    "Perfect..." Icarus growled through gritted teeth. "Perfect..." He felt his phone go off, as the crunching noise under his feet slowed to a soft patter on the concrete.

    No cops. Though he could hear the sirens blaring from where he was, he couldn't see them. Good... Heroes could be on him any minute now, but he was oddly calm. He continued his stride forward, moving like some oiled machine. His eyes moved around, checking to see if he could somehow get away from the area without using his quirk to draw attention. He slipped into a darker part of the alleyways, giving himself as much distance away from the police as he could. Distance... he continued walking at a brisk pace. His eyes moved up to the sky. Those ruby-colored eyes that glowed slightly when the light hit them, just right. His skin was smooth with little blemishes, except those on his hands, and the scars on his back. His hair kind of poked out from under his beanie at awkward angles as it was drying. His eyes moved to the subway entrance. One of them. This one was rarely used.

    "Hey!" it was the man. Shit, what kind of quirk did he have? His skin was burnt, his shoulder covered in wax, and Icarus froze in his tracks. "He's over here!"

    "Shit..."
    Icarus spoke. Pros would probably be just behind the man and then... police. Icarus ran down the subway steps and then continued running. Through the corridors and down another set of steps. He could hear steps running after him just as fast. He slipped in behind some people through another crowd... Lose them, he reminded himself.

    Slowing his pace, a chuckle slipped from his lips, and he snagged a hat off of some poor old man's bag. He threw his beanie somewhere on the floor, sticking the hat on, and then heading to the lost and found part of the subway station to grab a hoodie or some sort of shirt. Just to change his appearance enough. He grabbed a dark t-shirt from one of the boxes, taking off his button-up and threw it on. Without really caring what people thought. He never really cared what people thought. His phone rang again. Buzzing in his pocket. He took it out and looked down at the name. Kagami, of course. A smile pricked up at the corners of his lips before he started a slow stride through the crowd to the doors of the subway train.

    [To Kagami]
    {I kind of already stirred up trouble, and it isn't even nine yet, I'm up for more if you think you could join me? I'll come to you.}

    He scanned the crowds for any uniforms. None, no one was following him. He shrugged, telling himself that he wasn't out of the woods yet. His eyes moved to scan the crowd once more before he got onto the subway train. The train itself was something of a mundane place. He didn't have to worry about people here... all he had to do was focus on the stops. His eyes moved up to the bar above him, grabbing ahold of it, as the train jerked forward. His neck was bruised, he could feel it. His hands were burning, but he was used to this burning. It still... hurt. He cracked his neck then his knuckles. Focusing on something else rather than the pain of his hands and neck. A smile pulled on his lips.

Himiko Toga | Location: Alleys -> Apartment Building | Interactions: Twice Panic Panic

Finishing her dumpster meal, Toga wiped off her mouth and looked around, wondering where she was going to go. She was too lost in the city to really find her way back to the warehouse, and she couldn't find any worthwhile victims to disguise as at this time of day. Taking a deep breath and sighing, Toga wandered around the alleys, soon stumbling across an apartment building. A place to sleep for the night, perfect! Problem was, they weren't going to let a homeless schoolgirl in, and the back entrances were staff only. She couldn't reach the fire escapes, so it seemed her only way in was through a cheeky disguise.

Catching a glimpse of her victim, a janitor on his smoke break, Toga brandished her knife. She's done this before, she's done this plenty of times before. Ever since leaving her home, she's been doing this to dockworkers and forgettable people in order to pay for her next meal or rent a place to sleep. Sneaking her way up, Toga jumped the janitor, slitting his throat and drinking some blood from his bursting jugular. After consuming enough blood, she activated her quirk, transforming into the janitor she just murdered and left for dead.

Picking up the staff key and ID, Himiko checked in the man's place and got to work. Going from apartment to apartment, she surveyed her choices for a room using the peepholes. Eventually, she found a peculiar sight A man with a pillow over his head. Was he sleeping? Was he dead? Who knows? Either way, an apartment's an apartment. Maybe this dude can be her roommate? Maybe she's found a permanent place to live after all...

Knocking on the door, Toga wondered if she should turn off her disguise--that's melting away. "Well, this is going to be awkward." She thought to herself, standing in front of the man's door.

  • Quirk: Sweetmeat (Healing Type) | Occupation: UA High School Nurse | Location: Shinobu & Sorashi’s Apartment - UA | Interactions: thespectacularstorm thespectacularstorm (Sorashi Kumori)

    The sound of the television playing kept the apartment teeming with life. A man was speaking through the TV set, giving a forecast report of what was to be expected for the coming week’s weather. Monday morning sounded like the bustling of cars outside the window, occasionally honking at each other to move the pace of traffic. As if blaring a honk would actually cease the flow of the start of a new school year. It smelled like fried milkfish, scrambled eggs, and steamed rice. “Socchan! Eat the rest of your food! I’m not telling you again twice!” Shinobu called from his shared bedroom with his sister. Despite being in two separate locations under their roof, Shinobu knew his sister well enough to know that she occasionally forgot to eat. Whether it was due to the past experience with being under the horrific surveillance of their parents or the fact she was easily swayed by her own daydreams, Shinobu knew that every now and then it was difficult for his sister to adjust to decent living conditions.

    By no means was it easy taking on the role of -- what was essentially -- being a parent. Nobody, not even those who felt that they were properly equipped to raise children, was ever truly ready. Shinobu felt that the concept of a child completing someone’s life was just a fabricated lie. On one hand, there’d be a handful of people who would disagree with his sentiments. He stood by his opinions however and was more inclined to asserting that children were the foundation of an entirely new life. It was no longer a continuation of the life currently being led. Instead, it was new. Something special, yet all too confusing at the same time. Over the past handful of months, Shinobu had just moved into his new apartment along with his little sister. The transition hadn’t been on both of them. For Shinobu, it meant having to start his life anew without his girlfriend. It also meant that he had to live knowing he wouldn’t be able to return back to Ikebukuro for a while. Following a nasty lawsuit against his parents for child neglect and the mistreatment of his sister, while he was away in university, Shinobu’s prosecution attorney informed him that it was for the best that he stayed away. Even though Shinobu won the case and was able to file for a restraining order against his parents, there were rare cases where people have managed to bypass the restraints. Considering Shinobu and his sister’s parents came from decent money, it wouldn’t be all too difficult. They won the case by a thin strand of luck; It wasn’t every day that a child would actually challenge their parents by taking them to court. At the time, Shinobu was so caught up with the high of his parents receiving the guilty charge, he’d almost forgotten the reality that followed thereafter.

    Practically the next day after, Shinobu was reminded that he and his girlfriend were no longer together. Maybe -- just maybe -- there was hope for them. He clung onto it. He thought there was something salvageable there. There had to be something. After a whole winter and spring of fighting the lawsuit together, her support keeping him together, he’d hoped that maybe she’d come around. After all, she’d gotten accustomed to Sorashi. Kaori liked Sorashi. Or at least, that’s what Shinobu wanted to believe. Sorashi wasn’t the warmest of people when it came to meeting outsiders. Given how much trauma the child has been through, Shinobu couldn’t blame her. In addition, Shinobu was far from a perfect guardian. He did his best to accommodate his sister and provide her in the best way he was able to. However, he was still young and he could see that some of his mannerisms were reflected on her. Shinobu’s circle of friends was highly limited and simply put, Kaori was all he felt that he had. When she came into his bedroom in their former apartment in Ikebukuro, it dawned on Shinobu that up until his sister came, he never had to use “his” room. He and Kaori always shared a bed together; They shared a life together. Sorashi was in the living room and Shinobu had the scene burned into memory. It was a warm afternoon and the white walls were painted with saturated orange. As pretty as the room was, he remembered Kaori taking his hands into her own. That was the last time he held her hand before leaving to move to Musutafu. Originally, Shinobu was going to move with her instead of his sister, but he had an entirely new life now. His heart still needed mending, but he knew he’d survive.
    “Sorashi!” Shinobu called out once more. “I mean it. Eat. We can’t afford to be late on the first day. Once I get out, you better be ready, yeah? Or else you’re starting the first day of school in PJ’s. That’s on you, lil’ sis.” The pink eyed man stared at his own reflection from the full body mirror attached against the wall. He furrowed his brows at himself. Something seemed off with his appearance, but he wasn’t entirely sure what was offsetting him. He’d just given himself a hair trim so that wasn’t an issue. He wore the uniform he requested from UA High’s administration and it arrived in how he wanted it. Shinobu placed his hands over his hips, cocking to the side and gnawed at his bottom lip. He rolled his shoulders back, narrowing his eyes. The sharp edge of his fang punctured through his lip, but the man hardly gave it any attention. Instead, he only released his lip, letting the blood pool over his lip before promptly sticking his tongue and licking over. “Hmm…”, he hummed before blinking, eye dilating as it dawned on him what was bothering him so much. “No shit!” He hissed before leaning forward and undoing the top two buttons of his shirt. “No wonder I was feeling all stuffy. You can hardly breathe in this thing. Much better.” He heaved a sigh of relief, allowing himself to relish in the newfound breeze wafting over the exposed expanse of his chest.

    He turned, looking over at the digital clock seated over the table adjacent to his and Sorashi’s bunk beds. It was the first day of Shinobu’s residency at UA and he’d be damned if he was going to be running late. The job position was one of the -- if not the -- best opportunity Shinobu had available to him in his professional field. Even after the adversity he’d endured in the past months, nothing could deprive him of this job. When he applied as a secondary school nurse for UA, he came in with hardly any expectations. There’d been a plethora of candidates in attendance during his interview. Everyone around Shinobu was qualified and in addition, they were older than him. He knew that the current and sole school nurse of the campus was already an older woman. At the time, Shinobu was under the impression that the odds didn’t appear too high. Given all the other resumes he managed to take a glance over and from what muffled questions and responses he was able to barely gather through the Dean’s office. Not to mention, Shinobu didn’t have the best track record with his appearance. Given how much he embraced having a highly youthful aesthetic, he often ran into trouble with being taken seriously as a legitimate future medical professional. The thing that kept him glued to his seat though and pushed him into taking the interview was his own goals. He had drive and ambition. There was a vision he had for the coming future for contemporary medicines. Ranging from vaccinations to surgical practices. It was an ambitious goal, but he wanted to be able to see a future where healing medicines were developed that could help sustain the longevity of a Pro Hero’s health during battle. Something that could be compatible with all Quirk types and could eventually be available for public consumption -- so that those with healing Quirks had much more to look forward to in their lives rather than just be categorized as “support tools”. UA’s Dean, Nezu, and Recovery must’ve seen something in his eyes that shone just a little brighter in opposition to the other qualifiers. Despite his age and boisterous attitude, Shinobu had a reputable resume. When Shinobu received the phone call informing him of his acceptance, he was brought to tears. It was a long journey through the months following that event, but now it was 7:20 AM and Shinobu was rushing out of the room with his backpack in tow.

    He strolled over to the living room and snatched the television remote from the armrest of the futon. Shinobu stopped in front of the TV set, blocking the screen then turned the newcast off. A black facemask concealed the lower half of his face. Even with the fabric blanketed over his mouth, the crinkle in his eyes signaled that he was smiling down at his sister. He raised a brow at her before speaking through the mask -- somehow still legible, “Hey Watermelon Sugar, you ready to head out?” The older sibling chuckled, tossing the remote onto the cushions of the futon before sauntering away. He unhooked the car keys from the coat hanger by the door before stepping out of the apartment, locking the doorknob. He waited for his sister to join his side then shut the door.

    The trip to the car was uneventful with Shinobu swapping banter with her. Eventually, once they got down to the ground level of the apartment complex, he crouched down to scoop the little girl in his arms. He laughed at her reactions as he held her up en route to the parking garage. It was an easy Monday morning and he tossed her playfully into the back of the car. “Sorry, you were walking just a little too slow. Pick up the pace next time.” He teased, shrugging, as he reared over to the front seat of the vehicle. Shinobu made sure everything on his end was adjusted. His mirrors. His seat. Once he revved the car to life, he turned to look over his shoulder, making sure he was clear. Good. He was the only one leaving the garage. Suddenly, he stepped on the gas, reversing far too fast than he should. The car jerked but he didn’t give it time before switching his gears and speeding out of the garage. As he sped, he pressed the volume of the car’s stereo, immediately blasting the bass. The sound of a girl screaming boomed within the vehicle. Lil Peep’s “Beamer Boy” consumed the car and was abusing the radio’s range in volume. Shinobu nodded his head to the beat, gently slapping his hand over the rim of the steering wheel as he began to yell out the lyrics in the car. The strands of his hair swayed, switching between curtaining his sight from the sun and protecting him. He drove with one hand, using the other to wave his hand mid-air, gesturing along to the music.

    Once he arrived at UA, he occupied a spot on the teacher’s parking lot. Surely, no one would mind. Not that he really cared to be completely candid. The car hummed, whirring down until it drew completely silent. “Alright, let’s bounce. You got everything with you?” He extended his arm to the back of the passenger seat, looking over at Sorashi for reassurance. Once he got affirmation, Shinobu exited the car and gathered his belongings. He held his sister by the hand, walking through UA’s garage. He thought of how exciting it was. Just the very notion that his car was among all these different Pro Hero’s. It was a bit embarrassing, given how dated his model was in comparison to the other automobiles parked in the garage. He guided his sister along, tracing back his path onto the campus the same way he’d done so months ago when he came in for his interview. Since then, he’s kept in close contact with Recovery Girl -- his supervisor. While there was a huge disparity between his and her age, he knew that he looked up to the older woman with high regard. She had a young soul and he admired that she didn’t recoil when she first laid eyes on him. Her approval meant a lot to her and she was one of the few people that saw his potential without him having to constantly prove himself. “You’re going to meet with my boss right now. I want you to behave yourself, yeah? You remember that sweet old lady that would come to visit me, right? We’re on duty together now so when we’ve got patients, you have to call her by her Hero name.” Shinobu squeezed his sister’s hand, smiling down at her as he led her into the school’s building. “Pretty fucking cool, huh, Socchan?”

    Tamaki continued walking with the other, his shoulders sloped down and hands stuffed in his pockets. He continued to nod his head down at the floor, staring at his shoes as he walked. His mouth turned down thinking about meeting other people and going into third year. He felt Nejire’s arms around him, they were soft and comforting, with a motherly touch. She was too sweet for her own good, and Tamaki appreciated that. If only he can convey that to Nejire himself. Being social and talkative, like Nejire and Mirio came as an obstacle to Tamaki. Additionally, the pressure of being the absolute perfect student and hero was difficult to the introvert. He wondered how the other two did it. Being that it’s the first day of school, greeting new people was coming to Tamaki at a dreadful place. Moreover, he doesn’t want the teacher to give him tough work to do either like presenting quirks in front of the class, that’d be a shame.

    Tamaki nodded at the other’s statement. Coming and attending U.A was difficult in his first year. He had a unique quirk but demonstrating it to others revealed Tamaki’s shyness even further. He recalled how everyone in the class was competitive and a bit friendly but always had threatening under tones. But that can just be Tamaki talking, he always suspected that everyone competed. Being part of the Big Three also meant that he’d have to talk to the first years and in a way mentor them. At least. That’s what he suspects. With all of this thinking, he can only mumble a “Yeah,” and proceed to walk.

    When Nejire talked about the homeroom teacher, Tamaki knew she was trying to break the ice. Tamaki barely spoke much and he revealed a faint smile on his lips on Negire’s's efforts. It is their last year, then graduation, and then doing more hero work. That came with more pressure and different unique people to meet. It’s a reality that Tamaki will have to face one day. He shook his head softly. “No, I haven’t heard any rumors,” as a reply. He slightly zoned out when Nejire was yapping about the homeroom teacher before he felt a large mass on his back, nearly bending him forward and making him fall, and two strong arms wrap around the both of them. He froze and turned slightly, shoulders tense until he realized who’s blond hair that is. Of course it’s Mirio. He then felt his shoulders ease. Tamaki straightened up and muttered a small greeting and continued to walk. Tamaki can be perceived as quiet and introverted, but he truly likes the sound of Nejire’s and Mirios voice. They both spoke with such confidence, Nejire’s voice being both bubbly and soft like silk, whereas Mirio had a masculine tone with confidence and bravery. Tamaki couldn’t match those, so he resolved the situation by not talking at all. Tamaki continued to walk with ease, looking upon the big gates of U.A and the comfort of his two best friends besides him.

    MINETA MINORU
    Alias: Grape Juice | Quirks: Pop Off | Occupation: Student 1-A | Location: U.A High Classroom 1-A | Interactions: Nakahara Miojo NeonRain NeonRain

    Mineta was more than ecstatic that the girl accepted his offer of help. He wanted to be seen as a ‘cool guy’ hero after all so rescuing damsels was all part of the plan. That, and he’d get to cop a feel if he was lucky. Her much larger body leaned against his for support as she rose to her feet, slipping only once with her bosom smothering his face. His mind tapped out for a moment to soak in the sensation. It was like being smacked with a bubbly piece of heaven.

    His perverted mind only tapped back in from the lull of her sweetened voice. She introduced herself as Miojo, an innocent girl who was playing a very dangerous game. The little grape knew her type as he’s certainly seen them in animation before. Granted, that was the role the character was confined to but she was just like them. With the exception of Miojo being a real girl of course. That part was the most important.

    “Well Michan, it’s nice to meet you. I’m--” he went to introduce himself properly but found himself caught up in watching her bend over instead. The girl was practically presenting herself to him, how was the teen not to look? The way her skirt cupped around her thighs, the way her stockings stretched to conform to the flesh so they wouldn’t tear. Oh she knew what she was doing there was no doubt in his mind after watching the way she moved. Everything was purposeful and built to the sole intent of one thing. He kept thinking to himself more and more as his dark eyes trailed up from her legs to her chest to her eyes-- Shit. “Horny-- I mean Mineta. I’m Mineta Minoru.” Little flames lit under his cheeks causing them to glaze over with a pinkish hue. The boy really thought with his little friend first and his brain second.

    He didn’t have much time to think it over as he was being backed into a locker by the tall girl. Mineta thought for sure she was about to pummel him while gentle hands reached for him. They slid into his pocket, his heart raced against his chest as it did so. This was as close as he’d ever been to a girl and likely will be as close as he’ll ever get. He could smell the soap on her body, the perfume wafting from her uniform, maybe even whatever shampoo she liked to use. His senses were on overdrive trying to take it all in as if it would be the only chance. When the vixen had finished his phone was returned to him before she departed to whatever class she was in. God how he hoped she would be in his class. Mineta melted on the spot, collapsing to his knees for a moment as tears slid down his plump cheeks. There was a fire in his heart that matched the fire in his loins. “I am a legend.”

    Not only did he managed to feel breast but he also got a name and a number to go with it. Today was the greatest day of his young life. He stood back proud to his short stature walking down the hall like his shit don’t stink to his homeroom class. What did he care of what any of the others thought, he was on fire today. He plopped himself down already dozing off into a daydream of when was the ‘appropriate’ time to send her a text.

    Yuki had made it into the hallway after practically running from her mother’s car to the front door of the school. Honestly that woman could be so embarrassing sometimes.Her heart was racing and she felt like it was going to jump right out of her chest. The blood pumping through her veins thumped against her and it felt like she could hear it. She found a hallway to stand in that was out of the way as she closed her eyes and took in a few deep breaths. A mini meditation session to calm her nerves and bring her heart rate back down. The last thing she wanted was to be a mess because she was far too nervous, embarrassed and excited for this day.

    She stood there for about five minutes, it would look to others who may have come across her that she had decided to take a nap standing up, but she was still awake. Just focusing on her breathing exercises and trying to calm her heart’s pacing. Something more normal and rhythmic...a resemblance of peace. She would take her right hand and place her index and middle fingers against the side of her neck, pressing in just hard enough to feel for the pulse. Counting down from ten slowly before giving a final long exhale. Feeling more normal again she would plant the smile she had on her face from the start of her morning. The joy of being able to leave the house and have some real social interactions.

    The brunette slowly made her way to her locker, having pulled the slip of paper from the pocket of her blazer. She found her locker and took her time changing her shoes into the approved ones for wondering about the school halls in. She would pull out her cell phone from her book bag for a moment to check the time and noticed she still had time before classes would start to wander around a bit longer. Holding her book bag close to her body she started the walk to her classroom. Taking her time and looking around a bit. She would pass through a hall that held windows looking out to the courtyard. A smile forming on her lips again as she noticed the detailing the school went into to make it a rather relaxing place to come to when they had a chance. She did notice that there were two boys talking amongst themselves...or at least she had assumed they were talking. The green haired boy was laid out on the ground as it seemed that the deer boy was speaking with him.

    Watching the interaction, Yuki would let her mind start to wander as she continued her journey down the hallway. She should try to learn how to read lips. It could end up becoming a useful skill in the field if they were doing recon work and didn’t have someone around who either had a quirk perfect for that type of work, or someone with a heteromorph that gave them a more naturally sensitive audio factory. Being able to read lips would be the next best thing. Yuki would stop for a moment to take a look around to find where she was at. After all, she was so lost in her own thoughts about how much one silly skill set could prove to be beneficial. She had to make sure she didn’t pass up where she needed to go. Confirming that she was indeed still on the right path the brunette continued her little journey to the classroom. However she was not prepared for the scene she would eventually find herself walking into when she did finally decide to enter the classroom to find her seat and get ready for the day to start.

    The young woman blinked, chocolate orbs taking in the sight of a young blonde with a bad attitude practically verbally attacking another young man with blue-ish black hair and glasses. “Can it four eyes before I poke both of yours out!” she heard him say before plopping himself down at the desk. One foot propped up onto the desk. Which apparently didn’t settle well with the glasses clad male…

    Yuki could only stand there and witness what was happening and was unsure of what she should do. Should she do what she felt was the right thing to do and step in? Or did she just leave them to handle things on their own?

    KUROI HOSHI
    Alias: Astropolitan | Quirks: Astral Veil| Occupation: Student 1-B| Location: Hoshi Residence ➟ U.A High Classroom 1-B|

    7:35 AM
    Kuroi would have always ended up sleeping through his alarm if it wasn't for the simple dynamic he and his mother developed over the years, a dynamic he couldn't do anything to change but still hated the same. Click! The sound of a switch went off before the previously dark room was suddenly flooded with light, electing a groan of pain from Kuroi as he tried to hide under the safety of his blanket. Click! Click! Click! the switch continued to be flipped on and off relentlessly, the annoying sound reverberating off the walls much to his annoyance until finally, he couldn't take it anymore. "Ok, ok I'm up! Just stop already!" He yelled.

    "You better get your ass in the shower before I throw you headfirst through a wall. This is supposed your first day at UA and you're already going to be late!" His mother chided as he reluctantly dragged himself out of bed and walked past her. Over the years spent together, Kuroi was able to come to the conclusion that his mother was someone who occasionally loved to make empty threats despite knowing that she doesn't come off as even the slightest bit intimidating to most people. To cut her some slack however he decided not to waste any time getting ready and was already prepared to walk out the door in less than 15 minutes. Almost completely forgetting to bid her farewell he turned back around to do just that.

    "Alright, I'll be going now-" he was caught off by the blinding flash of a camera before he even had a chance to finish to his sentence. His mother simply waved at him with a camera in hand as he recoiled in surprise. God damn it, mom he thought before closing the door behind him. "Alright then, this shouldn't take too long," he said out loud while taking a glance at his watch "It's already 7:50!?" Kuroi immediately took off running in the direction of UA not wanting to make too much of a bad impression on the first day.

    8:00 AM
    Kuroi finally made it to the entrance of UA and doubled over in exhaustion, hoping that no one would pay too much attention to him. He took a moment to regain his composure as he scanned over his surroundings and wondered what he should go on to do now.

    1592040032648.pngMidnight walked confidently into the conference room. Wearing her hero costume with her signature mask, nails painted a light red, her hair brushed just enough to keep it wild yet styled, as well as a sweet fragrance of some kind of flower radiating around her. This was not due to any perfume though, it was merely her quirk. While she could suppress it most of the time, there's usually some residue on her clothing or equipment that acts as a natural perfume, and is thankfully not potent enough to put any of her male co-workers to sleep. That she knows of yet....

    "Thank you," She purred, accepting the freshly brewed tea. Taking in the aroma, she made her way over and sat by her old peer, Kumiko. She felt the girl needed a little company, besides she looked absolutely adorable. Just as she sat down, All Might made his grand entrance, admittedly she was startled. Some of her tea flying above the cup before landing back inside. Looking over with wide eyes, staring in surprise before calming and playing it off. "All Might, honey, save the show for the kids, will you?~" Nemuri purred in a flirty tone, smiling at him calmly. It was practically second nature for her to flirt, it was always fun to see people's flustered expressions, and even more fun if someone plays along. She smiled to herself, sitting up once again and sipping her tea, Nezu really does a wonderful job when brewing tea. She debates asking him how he does it but fears it will turn into a lecture on chemical reactions and some other intelligent nonsense the genius mouse could come up with.

    She looked over at her neighbor, sipping her tea and noticing a somewhat lost look in her eyes. She frowned a little, looking at her curiously before deciding to pipe up. "Are you ok, Kumi-chan?" She purred, a more friendly than sultry smile on her face. Just trying to be friendly and perhaps distract her from any negative memories. She didn't intend to pry, especially now of all times but she at least wanted to offer a little comfort if she could.
    After getting her response, she looked to Nezu. Casually sipping her tea as she listened. She wasn't a homeroom teacher so she didn't have to worry about working from scratch. She had a simple lesson plan for the day to ease her students back into school, introducing them to all forms of heroic artwork.

    Nezu held the delicate porcelain cup in his paws as he listened to the raven-haired man explain in vague detail what his day was going to look like for his unsuspecting students. Vague was all Nezu really needed after all, if he needed any more detail he'd ask as much. But, with soulless black eyes he hummed, the small smile pressed to the lip of his teacup a moment longer as he swallowed then pulled it away. "A very eventful day indeed." He stated happily, setting the cup down and humming. "Though if I may, I recommend frozen paintballs. Otherwise, I see no problems and I look forward to the results." The chimera of a principal hummed in a seemingly innocent and cheerful tone. He was looking out for the children's best interests, they wouldn't die after all, but he was confident in the teachers he had picked to train them and was sure they would get the upmost possible training to be the best heroes the world has ever seen.

    The intelligent animal man moved down the list alphabetically, Ectoplasm had no homeroom of his own, then it was class 1-C's homeroom teacher Hamako Anahiko's turn to talk. He listened patiently and then granted permission to her planned activities for the children. Cementoss had no homeroom, same with Midnight. Powerloader's explanation on what the students of his class would be doing was short and to the point, basic introductory to the course at hand and then allowing them o get right to it, of course, they would be skipping orientation.

    After that it was class 3-A's teacher Okazaki Kumiko's turn, and listening to her explanation on things made the nose on the small animal's muzzle twitch. Though his eyes were unchanging and his small smile never wavered, he did however periodically sip at his tea then at some point he had gone to re-fill it up kept a keen ear while listening. "Permission granted. Though I might pop in around lunch, I want to know what it is you're feeding the students. Curiosity is a wonder after all." He stated plainly and the woman nodded in agreement.

    Next, it was class 2-A's Russian exchange teacher Orlov Belka, the fierce soldier who sometimes wasn't at school let alone in the country. Though, such is life when you agree to take on an agent of the Motherland. She was a determined and strong woman, of course, Nezu saw no problems with her plans for the second year students either and approved them with little to no questions or comments. Snipe was up next though he also had no homeroom. Then, it was 1-B's vulpine teacher Tatakai Lanzer's turn. Listening to him Nezu took a long sip of tea while watching the one-eyed man intently. "Basic tests and a scenario involving a faux villain set in featuring their very own teacher? Approved. I will be stopping by, of course, I look forward to seeing their reactions. One must not hesitate with such decisions after all." Yet again, everything was approved with little hesitation. He knew what kind of people he had hired.

    Next, was the big hero himself, the symbol of peace. Nezu was pleased to hear he was gear to help out, and also pleased to hear he didn't make a lesson plan since more of the homeroom teachers were already set in stone with their own plans. Most of them likely didn't want him mucking anything up. "You could be of great help in many of the classes, though asking permission is best. If you can't find anyone to help you can always work on lesson plans while sitting in the staff room." The high voice Nezu had didn't break any, he was always cheerful, even in the face of horrible things. Well. Most things. Lastly was Mic, though he also didn't have a class to teach. Which meant he was free to roam, help with orientation, or help other teachers with their classes. Nezu knew he was going to try to convince the poor feline teacher to let him in on her class, but the way she was around him made Nezu sure she was 5 seconds from booking it down the hall to avoid at least two of the people in the staff room.

    At the very end of the meeting, Tsukino Aoi stood up to introduce herself and Nezu finished off his second cup of tea. "Thank you, Aoi, it's very thoughtful of you to introduce yourself. I am glad you did. You will be hard at work very soon I'm sure." He hummed and tilted his head some as he continued to speak. "Now that you have indeed introduced yourself I suppose I should note that every and any staff member can and will go under psychiatric evaluation whenever Aoi feels it is needed, though she may only be allowed to conduct two evaluations on staff members a month. This is because most of you are still heroes, and I need you to be in your top physical and mental health, therefore she will make sure you are mentally still here." It wasn't a suggestion, it was a warning, a guarantee, and a promise. They were to be mentally and physically ready to provide lessons for the students and to protect them if need be. If they were faltering mentally it could impair them. "Any staff member who fails to reach a mental level that is deemed suitable to be around students and other staff members will be put on a recommended vacation that if refused will become rather permanent very quickly. Mental health is important. Remember that." Nezu chided, he had no reason to believe any of the staff were directly disregarding their mental or physical health, but he wanted to take the extra precaution just in case.

    The mouse man let it sink in, that they would all be tested if it was felt they need to be. It was something he felt would benefit the school and so it was certainly a good note to end things on for the most part. As good as a note as any he would assume. Or maybe he simply ended it here to toy with those in the room. "Now then, if nothing else is needed. This meeting is formally over. I do hope no one minds I will be watching." He gave a slight laugh while pushing his chair away from the large table so he could jump out of it, reaching back up to the table with his paws, blindly grabbing for the porcelain cup. "It's not like you have a choice after all." Soft paws made contact with the cup and he soon pulled it down and headed to grab his tea set and head out the door, humming a tune with the same pep to his step as usual, and the same small smile playing on his lips.

    "Oh? and who might you be?" Kuroi asked as he sized up blond-haired student, intrigued by the overwhelming amount of confidence that seemed to radiate off of him and wondered if it was perhaps misplaced or if the boy was just that good enough. Might as well try to get to know at least someone in this school, he thought to himself as he stuck a hand out. "My name's Kuroi Hoshi and starting to today I'll be attending UA as a student of class 1-B" he introduced himself with the best (forced) smile he could muster.

    Kuroi's mind had already begun to wander off, filling his head with thoughts such as what the teachers are going to be like here at UA and if he'd be able to get along with his classmates, but most importantly about the type of classes and exercises he would have and how well he would do due to the nature of his quirk. Maybe I'm just overthinking things at this point, but still... with the way I am now, I would consider myself more of a liability than anything else.

    Kuroi did his best to shake off those negative thoughts and get back to the introduction at hand, focusing his attention back to to the blondie in front of him. Pfft, Blondie... that would be a good nickname for him- if, he doesn't end up as just some face that I walk past without giving a second glance to like most people do anyway.

    Nemuri smiled compassionately at Kumiko before turning her attention to the Principle. Resting her head on her hands as she listened, chuckling a little at some of the homeroom teacher's plans. The poor kids, they're going to have a delicious first day~ She ,of course, didn't have the chance to make such plans. She planned on introducing the students to the world of art, specifically in the hero profession and how important it was. She would go into depth upon expression and effects later and she explained this when needed. For most, it would be an easy day in her class.

    She stood, stretching in a rather provocative way, "Well, maybe I'll stop by too, I'm interested to see how our wonderful students handle the first day." She gave her ominous little smirk, licking her lips with excitement. "Don't go too hard on them, everyone."
    As she walked to leave the staff room, she looked over at Hizashi. She giggled a bit at his reaction, having known him for so long. "We all must do our part, why don't you prep for your English class? You can't just improvise after all, it won't end well building time upon sand." Nemuri hummed, cocking her head a bit, casually moved to stand in front of him as Kumiko left. It was fairly obvious how he felt about Kumiko, and she was frankly creeped out by it. Though part of her hoped he would grow out of it and just let go, after knowing him for so long. She wanted to see the good in him, he could be nice after all. He was just rather obsessive...Regardless, she tasked herself with keeping him busy as Kumiko left, after all, girls had to stick up for one another. "And what do you have planned for class today, anyway? You're not going to try and make them write an intro for a radio show or something, are you?" She teased with a smirk, resting her head casually on her palm and moving her other arm under her chest to subtly push it up. Not flirting in any way, she just developed this habit after being, well, an R-Rated hero for so long. It was second nature to her.
    She occasionally swayed to stand in his way, waiting for most of the teachers to leave as she chatted casually. When most were gone she figured she's stalled long enough, pressing a manicured finger to her lip, putting on a forgetful teacher act, "Oh my! It's almost time to start the day, you better run along to your classroom Mic~ Don't want to keep the students waiting now do we?" And with that she swayed down the hall, holding herself high. She headed to her classroom to set up the material she needed, so she would have time to watch the fireworks when class finally started. First days were the best.

As Felix gazed upon the deceiving walls of U.A Academy and focused on the slowly opening gates, a precarious thought crossed him. If he had made any mistake, any small detail, incorrect; then his story would end here, any hope he had of fulfilling his vision would be all for naught. Yet despite these worries, the foreign man pressed onward, past the almost ridiculous defenses that made up U.A. It felt mystical gaping at the grand buildings ahead of him, filled to the brim with those who housed great potential; and those who could guide them. A soft chuckle left his soft lips; he was too concentrated on the future but should be focused on right now and ensuring he succeeded.

Felix would let out a quiet sigh; he dreaded his future role here. As charming as the hallways were, with the floors styled after a street and the long stretching windows. Cleaning them would be a hassle within itself; he hoped that the students here knew cleanliness at least. Then the scent hit him; his tail fluffed up, his ears twitched. A dog was somewhere in this school; ordinarily, it wouldn't be a problem, but when there's an interview around the corner. He doesn't have time to be chased by a wild mutt. Once he turned the corner, preparing himself for a sprint, instead; what beheld him was a woman. No ordinary woman, to be precise, this was someone who had the mutant quirk of a dog. The surprise that filled his face washed away quickly; the cat-boy would lock eyes with this novel woman, and he flashed a small smile when they crossed paths.

Though having the best intentions, he felt he somehow offended the dog-woman. Though it didn't matter, not yet anyway; fore he had a much important target ahead, one that would decide the fate ahead of him. Felix felt a nervousness that was odd towards himself; he had faced many uncertain challenges before and stood steadfast before them. Yet the door before him felt like an unapproachable force like he would be swept away if he dared to touch it. But he couldn't stop here, this was only his first step, and he had many more to take. Swallowing his fear, the cat-boy laid his gentle hands upon the doorknob and walked inside and uttered his first words since arriving.

" Nezu-San, you've been expecting me, haven't you? "
