A swift wind blows across the battleground, scattering the ashen remains of fallen demonic hordes. In the distance, approaching with hard thudding steps, is the Underlord Vardak. Standing at the height of three men, his heels indenting the ground beneath him with each thunderous and devastating smash of his foot. The black spiked armor furthering the vicious visage of his figure. He halts, as two small red glowing orbs form and grow under the visor of his helmet. His left arm reaches out in the air, and the red glowing of his piercing eyes begins to mystically weave out from his head and twist around his shoulder, down his armor, and as it reaches his hand he seems to grip it. And from the clenched fist, a great blade forms. The red returns to his eyes and he brings the blade forward, a ghastly and electric black aura surrounding the edges.
"My minions are of little consequence. Their worth in defeat far outweighs the resonance of their puny pitiful lives. Remember this moment warrior, for it shall be your last!"
No voice comes from Vardak's person. He communicates psychically. The booming grim voice echoes in the back of Tristan's mind. Tristan himself stands unshaken by finally seeing the figure of Underlord Vardak in person.
Grasping a wooden buckler in his left hand, a shoddy short sword in the right, he shouts back, "Their worth in life, was as a wall for you to hide behind" he raises the shield to his front, the blade to his side, "in death they fill your hourglass."
His worn half armor jingling slightly as he takes stance, boots kicking up ashes of fallen foes. Silently he speaks the words, "ligta hol" and the shield and sword begin to glow with an aura of white light. He focuses for a moment before opening his eyes and releasing energy into the shield and blade. The buckler emanates a translucent white image of a much larger and grander shield of holy light, the aura on his sword growing to three times the length.
"But you can hide no longer demon, and this... is a moment that will live on forever in the hearts and minds of those you have wronged."
Tristan's grip tightened around the blade as Vardak's evil aura began to rise around him. With surprising speed, Vardak began charging towards Tristan, his evil blade held high above his form. Tristan brought up his shield as the evil blade of Vardak started to swing dow-
"Arthur, time to come in for dinner!"
Vardak, the battlefield, and even Tristan quickly faded. Becoming the fenced in back yard of Arthur's house. He stands holding a plastic sword won from a game at the fair, and a makeshift shield crafted with duct tape and cardboard. "Coming mom!" Arthur ran inside, stomach gurgling, and left the battle against the demon Underlord Vardak for another day.

Thank you for reading all that (if you did) if not, here is sort of the idea I have for this RP. It comes from reality. Haha. I got started roleplaying in exactly this way, by taking the swords and stuff I could get together with friends, and playing pretend in the front yard or in a friends basement. Wherever we could find room basically. We just made up a bunch of things, maintaining specific characters, and adding on almost infinitely to this imaginary world.
I want to sort of go back to that. Which will create an "inception-like" aspect to the RP. Because your character is playing a character. I have to work still on the beginning world/setting, but outside of god-moding, almost nothing is off the table. You're a kid. Somewhat innocent, adventurous, and still full of a lot of magic.
I still have work to do on this, I would not be starting too soon, there are still details to suss out, specific ways I want to communicate this idea, but I felt it was ready for an initial interest check. So I hope you enjoyed, let me know if there is interest in it, or if you have ideas to throw out.
Thank you!
