Recently Konosai High-Shools Programming club or rather the geeky nerd club where they just play games or something had found an Android Model 870 Fx-9 in an alleyway trash heap. Finally, after repairs from the Mechanics Club, the Android became operational but had no basic programming. Implementing a rudimentary editable system the club members have the choice to let the Android learn on its own or upload their own software.

It wasn't easy but we got enough parts to fix it up. The main data stores were shot to hell so we put in an old basic template. Good luck, if you run into any problems we'll gladly be of assistance. Not sure where you guys got a Type-8 though. Good luck

Type-8 sat motionless on the floor. Its batteries were charged yet the android remained off. Classes just ended and students would be heading to their clubs. Connected to a computer the Type-8 had just finished downloading its new program, an open source used for testing and bug fixing. A few seconds later it turned on and open its eyes. Taking a moment to re-read it's new data 569 times she finished her diagnostics and stood up and began to observe the room. Stumbling a few times Type-8 eventually got the hang of walking.

Annabel sighed softly as the bell rang. Collecting her things she got up and headed for the club room. Opening the door with the club room keys she had just as Type-8 stood up Annabel immediately smiled. "The data drives worked!" She exclaimed excitedly as she closed the door behind her. Setting her stuff down she pulled a laptop out before going to Type-8. Smiling brightly she spoke. "Hello there. My names Annabel. Im one of the people who fixed you." She said to her before smiling more and looking her over. "Man they did good. wonder how internal systems look." she said as she looked Type-8 in the eye with a smile. "Im gonna plug my computer into you alright. It wont her i just need to check over everything ok. Make sure you dont randomly shut down." Annabel informed her before she gently reached over and grabbed Type-8's hand. leading her to a table Annabel sat Type-8 on the table and grabbed a cord. Plugging it into her computer she then brought the cord to Type-8. Reaching behind Type-8's head and under her hair Annabel plugged her computer in then sat in the rolly chair in front of her computer as multiple screens of coding shot open and began rapidly scrolling threw the texts. Rapidly typing some things into the computer before a master diagnostic check came up on the computer screen and started its work

Ko stretched her arms as far as she could let out a yawn that rivaled the roar of a lion. It was finally time to go to the club. Packing up her items the teen got out of her seat and walked out of the classroom. Scratching the back of her head, Ko lazily walked to where the club was being held at. It was a bit awkward being around seniors who had way more experience than her at programming but they were pretty nice so Ko wasn't just going quit. Pulling on the slightly opened door Ko witnessed the president, Anabel, plug in the newly acquired mechanical maiden into the computer.

Pulling up one of the many chairs, Ko scooted it over to the senior. "Anything Interesting Anna?" Ko quipped with a toothy grin plastered onto her face. It was quite annoying trying pronounce the girl's name so she preferred to just shorten it instead. Squinting at the glowing screen her smile drooped a tad. Ko could barley understand what was happening on it. The teen was not that great with the complex language of programming. Heck, she originally wanted to join the Mechanics club but do to unforeseen circumstances she wasn't able to. Not that she's complaining anyway. If Ko had already known that the programming club mostly played video games all day she would have definitely joined without a second thought. Nevertheless, here she was staring at Anabel do....whatever it was she was doing.

"Well our friends kept there word on finding parts for her which is great." Annabel said to Ko while still looking at the screen. Seeing that Type-8 opened up a background program she smirked. "Little rascal." She said as she stood up. "Ko go grab me the tool kit. We need to check her main internal components. make sure everything is alright." She said softly as she walked to Type-8 smiling at her once more Annabel then bent down and lifted up Type-8's shirt just enough so her stomach was visible. Then gently she pressed a hand on type-8's stomach which made her open up

Jiro sneaked into the clubroom just as Annabel tinkered with the new Type-8's body, slouching and dragging his feet across the floor as he walked. Classes had him burned out - one of his teachers had very openly called him out when she got sick of him frantically writing in his notebook. She had confiscated it despite his best efforts, gave it a nice look-over and told him that he would get it back after class. His embarrassment had been off the charts as soon as he heard his classmates snicker, and he opted to bury his face in his arms for the rest of the lesson.

The notebook was full of little notes and scribbles of the new Type-8 that was brought in just some time ago. The fact that he could even be that close to it was incredible. While lifelike robots were slowly becoming common, most cheap models sold on the market were hardly anything anyone could call lifelike. The higher the price went, the better the quality, and if you went in the millions, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between an android and a human. Jiro wasn't an expert on price ranges, but even he could tell that T-8's went into the triple digits easily.

In fact, he was absolutely floored. Anyone with an ounce of self-respect would never throw out a gem like this, even if it was broken. Repair was infinitely less expensive than getting a new one entirely, and the whole thing seemed a 'too good to be true' type of deal the more he thought about it - which didn't stop him from thinking about it in a more positive light, either. Jiro's fingers were itching to examine every ounce of the mysterious android. Whoever brought the T-8 into the club had to be an idiot; in their stead, he would have kept it to himself. From what he had heard, it seemed to be broken - surely he could try and fix it himself if Annabel was having such an easy time with it.

Speaking of the devil - he saw her opening up the Type-8 just as he walked in, and he gave a quiet "Hello" to her and Ko before dropping his bag on a nearby table and sat down next to it. Jiro brought out his notebook and scribbled intensely, all the while letting his gaze flick back and forth between paper and android.

Ko yelled "Got it!" Before quickly heading over to where they kept the tool kit. Once she snagged it the teen went over and plopped it beside her senior. Ko couldn't help but stare at the robots contents as she sat beside Anabel and it was safe to say the the robot insides were beautiful. Each wire was neatly packed into the machine as if it was a completed puzzle. The teen barely even noticed the person that had entered the club room, Jiro. Ko made sure to acknowledge him but giving a quick wave and a grin. Looking back at Anabel Ko asked "So how's type eight doing?". Ko wasn't exactly sure whether to refer to the robot as a girl or as an object so she decided to play it safe and call it by it's "name" it Type 8 could even be considered one.

As Type-8 shut down and opened Annabel immediately bent down and started looking over all her internal components. When ko brought the tool kit she immediately reached in. Pulling out a small flashlight she turned it on and stuck it into her mouth so she could see while using her hands for the tools and grabbed a small screwdriver. "Thank you Ko." She said as she looked over every inch of wire and data drive. "Looking good so far. I wasn't expecting our friends we got to fix her up to do it this good. Honestly i was fully prepped to redo Type-8. Oh and I feel she needs a name. I say either Ty or 8." Annabel said as she reached into her tightening a few things here and there. "Uh Ko go to my computer and make sure Analytics are running good while im in here. Jiro get over here and help me." Annabel said to them with confidence. "Oh and Jiro grab that data stick by you." She said quickly pointing to two data sticks by him.

Then she reached into the tool kit and pulled out a high tech head piece. hooking it onto her left ear it came on to help her see the insides of Type-8.

The lens started running through code as it pulled up a small full body spectrum of Type-8 as it analyzed her.

image.gif Hearing her next order, the blonde teen threw up her right arm against her head in a salute before shouting with a joking tone "Yes ma'am!". Lowest over to her senior's computer to check. She leaned over to analyze the screen and with the little knowledge Ko had she was able to decipher that everything was running smoother than honey. "Everything's good over hear!" Ko finally chirped. Since her job was done Ko let her mind wander on what they could name their angelic android. Immediately Ko wanted to name it after a gundam or mech but immediately dismissed the idea. No ideas Ko thought up were good enough for her. Looking over to the quiet young man in the same room, Ko decided to ask him. "Hey Jiro, what do you think we should name it? The only thing I can think of is Asimov but even that's lame."
