Personality:
Honesty: Kitty is honest sometimes to a fault. Because she herself is so honest, she doesn't listen to rumors. Rather she would like to go straight to the source to determine the validity of the rumor. Kitty lives every day with the best intentions at heart, she does everything to best that she can and sets honest expectations for herself and others.
Reliable: When she is asked to do something and she agrees, Kitty is very reliable in making sure it gets done what was expected of her. Especially when it comes to her family's expectations for her. She wants to please them and it can often be confused with her being a people pleaser.
Bossy: Because Kitty is so honest and reliable, she does anything she can to ensure that she completes her task. In group settings, that could mean she tends to be bossy towards others, telling them what they need to do in order to make sure their task is completed.
Kindness: Despite coming off as bossy, Kitty genuinely cares for people and wants them to succeed. She is friendly and kind to others, taking everyone in as they are. She doesn't judge others for their reputations or rumors because she knows they may not be true. She would rather have people's actions towards her speak for themselves.

Biography:
Kitty grew up in a family considered to have fallen from grace. The Howard family was once seen a family of wealth and influence in the community. Her thrice removed great grandfather had established the Howard Oil Co, over two centuries ago, securing the prestigious blood line for many generations. It wasn't until her grandfather acted upon illegal drug and money laundering that their family name was soured. Kitty's parents Jocelyne and Edmund have been working hard to turn the community's opinion of them back to a higher standing, but have not been successful. It was when Kitty started to show an interest in the environment and natural resources that they found new hope. She was encouraged to follow her interests and help to find new and innovative ways to revamp the Howard Oil Co, and bring back their once regal standing. Kitty took it to heart and after keeping straight A's all through her schooling, and ending with a 5.0 GPA. She was offered a full ride scholarship to which she gladly accepted.

When she arrived at the school, she immediately took interest in the Student Parliament, and knew that if she were to receive the award it would help her family even more. Because it was uncommon for first years to be on Parliament, Kitty went straight to the Dean's office and presented a case to him. She explained her hopes and dreams for the future, her scholarly standing and with her determination and excellent speech, he granted her a spot. Now that she is on Student Parliament, she plans to win the Dean's award, purely for the selfish reason of restoring her family's honor. Kitty's own personal goal at the school are to earn her master's in Environmental Science and a Bachelor in Astronomy at the same time. Kitty favors Astronomy to Environmental Science, but she knows that do prioritize Astronomy would be to go against her family's wishes. It's a miracle she is allowed to study Astronomy at all. With her degrees she plans to bring cleaner energy options to Howard Oil co, potentially bringing it away from Oil all together.

Relationships:
Catherine Aragon: Because of her age at the time of Catherine's banishment, Kitty hadn't ever formally met her. Because Kitty refuses to have rumors define a person, she has no ill will towards Catherine.
Anne Boleyn: As cousin to Anne, there is a familiar bond that Kitty feels for her. They weren't close, but family feels safer than strangers. Or so she hopes.
Jane Seymour: Second cousin to Jane, Kitty had only encountered her a handful of time, none of which was unpleasant. Kitty feels sorry for Jane, that she had died after her child was born. Kitty feels immense pity for her second cousin.
Anastacia Cleves: When she was maiden of honor to Anastacia, she had done as she was told, obeyed the rules. Kitty does feel slightly responsible for the end of Anastacia's marriage to Henry, as he had found more intrigue in Kitty than her. While she was maiden to Anastacia, there was distaste for how Kitty was being treated. That feeling was not forgotten, and revenge may be necessary.
Kate Parr: Kitty was not personally connected to Kate, and had died prior to her entrance in Henry's life. Because of this, she has no emotions towards Kate good or bad.
Henry: Conflicting emotions circle through Kitty around Henry, While he had showered her with so many gifts and had made her feel genuinely happy at times, he slandered her name with the rumors of adultery. He hadn't allowed her any way to defend herself before he ultimately cause her demise.

Empathetic: Jayne is very empathetic. She's pretty much scene every walk of life, has analyzed many, many perspectives of philosophy and is politically active. She actively seeks out the perspectives of people who come from different circumstances, and in doing so has well-rounded herself into being an individual who wants nothing more than to help those in need and assist in the comfort of others in finding some sort of metaphorical peace with their religion or their circumstances. She is not at all judgmental.
