More people for my roleplay...

Well not really. The interest thread and the actual thread have been up for a few days, but I'm just so overly enthusiastic about this that I can't wait... I want more people to join, but I don't want to seem pushy or desperate. I have so much free time that I sit here all day waiting for an alert that may never come. Does anyone else get antsy like this?

All the time xD It mainly happens to me when I'm working in a roleplay that I really enjoy, and am waiting for somebody to come online and push us forward.


Edit: Also, I took a look at your roleplay. I only have one question...


Would I be able to use a character that is, unknown to anyone there, a skilled hacker?

Lol I mostly do 1x1s so that happens fairly often.


Either I'm the one lagging or the other person is.


Usually it's cuz RL got mega busy - or in the case of my current rps my partners are out sick.


I try my best to distract myself with moving around the rp discussion forum.

Now that I think about it, I haven't done a 1on1 rp in awhile and of course not one on site. I like checking out the other threads and sometimes I do find something interesting, but I don't wanna overload myself by joining too many rps. Curse my need for constant stimuli...

There are other methods that you can advertise your roleplay as well. You can post a link on your profile status so when people click on your name they will see it right away, or you post a link in your signature so that every time you post someone will see it as well. Lastly there is the 'Looking for Roleplays' section right underneath the Recruitment forum that you can list users and what roleplays they are open to join. So depending on the genre of your roleplay you can invite users who are interested in playing your genre of roleplay. Otherwise you can just bump the thread in the 'Interest Checks' section.
