Everyone is allowed to have five characters any race is allowed, but only one half breed character as they're highly discriminated against and certain monster species can have health issues on the half breed. As for age, around 16 to 24 if you want to have a small sub character be a teacher.

1) As a second character, may I do a half breed that is way younger but skipped a lot of classes? Like 12 years old? So that she will be discriminated by all three fractions maybe?
