Monster Index and Gallery

There's an extensive index of monsters waiting to be discovered in the world where
players are given the opportunity to create their own to conquer in a group. Each
monster has a weak point and something special about them. An Index will be updated
as more monsters are created and have the chance to reappear in the story. While in Yae'Gura,
there will be a mission board listing possible monsters running rampant. Hunters can form groups
to take them down. An example is listed below.

Difficulty:
Due to using a trust system when dealing with combat, it's important for players to get an idea of what to expect when facing such a monster. Placing a difficulty helps form this idea.
Easy - Generally, these monsters can be soloed or with another without much difficulty. However, that doesn't mean to let your guard down as this difficult still has it's hazards.
Moderate - Monsters that need a full party more times than not that will make you break a sweat. There is no telling how this will play out, but you will likely succeed. Just make sure you have a good team and stock up on items!
Hard - You will always need help no matter what monster this is or what weakness it has, along with making sure your gear is intact, and have items stocked. If you don't have a strategy, you will always fail.
Megnum - Creatures who have started appearing since the awakening. While they are not as many, you will always struggle no matter how prepared you think you are. These creatures are always Large - XL.

  Weakness: Cold/Freeze, Paralysis, Limited Range of View
  Specialty: None
  Description: A tough skinned lizard-like creature who prefers basking in the sun and feeding off leftover corpses due to their limited capabilities. They're commonly found in forests or humid areas. The "gobi" can hit hard using its body or tail, while also using its long claws to do some serious damage which were designed to easily rip flesh or tree bark. However, while quiet the nuisance, their limited field of vision can make them easy prey for other monsters. They can reach face to face with an average human being or slightly taller.

  Typical Difficulty: Moderate to Hard |Dependent on Size|
  Weakness: Coating weapons with a specific spice named Annatto hurts them greatly
  |Annatto is an orange-red spice from an achiote tree. When used as an ingredient there is an earthy, bitter pepper-like flavor. It's most commonly used as a dye, however. |
  Specialty: It coats its claws with a poison that causes burning hot pain. Wounds affected by this poison have impaired healing and a higher likelihood of infection.
  Description: Commonly found in rural areas preying on local livestock. As it gets older, it grows larger and stronger, hence why many communities often send hunting expeditions whenever one is spotted in the area. It moves on all fours, stalking akin to a large cat before leaping and fatally wounding its target with its claws. Often times the poison leaves its prey debilitated with pain, making it easy pickings for the Segben.
