Maybe the rent was cheap because any normal person would be terrified to live with a monster?
Perhaps monsters have grew in populace over recent years, and this is the new-norm?
There could be multiple roommates, and love-tringles ensue?
HERO / VILLAIN //
A human-hero finds himself falling for the monster-girl villain he battles daily?
Perhaps she ensnared the hero in her lair and he must plot to escape, but love blooms?
Maybe the monster-villain harbours feelings for her hero and confesses dramatically?
Or the two are forced to work together to overcome something?
ROYAL / SERVANT //
A human-royal finds himself falling for the dutiful-faithful monster-servant at his side?
Maybe the pair grew up together and have always held feelings for each other?
She has always been his maid, cook, constant servant--and loyal companion?
Or perhaps the royal is rough around the edges, and they do not get alone at first?
