Literature Modern Science Fiction ?

I read several fantasy books. I'm kinda attracted more to modern sci-fi though. I mean, I read things like the Harry Potter series and so, but what I really loved wasn't fantasy, but rather the only science fiction book I read; Jurassic Park. EDIT : This post was confusing as hell, so here's what I need. What books, similar to Jurassic Park and such, do you recommend ?

I haven't read Jurassic park but if you want Science Fiction I'd always suggest the Ender Quintet.
