The year is 2017, and LA has gone down the drain. Gangs run rampant, crime is at an all time high! Water shortages have plagued the city due to the 5 year drought that has taken place. The once might City of Angels has now fallen into a Waste of Demons...
But there is some hope... Hope that comes in the form of an evil... This hope is the Japanese Mafia... The Yakuza... This group, new to the horrors of LA, have been pushing out and destroying the gangs of the city... The Crips and Bloods are the smallest they have ever been... The Mexican Mafia and other Hispanic Gangs have slowly backed out of certain burrows and streets... The Aryan Brotherhood was almost destroyed in one fail swoop...
