There are many, many groups in the nation of Nuvania, and they all take jobs anywhere.
There is this one union that has people whispering to each other: Cobia.
Cobia is the darkest union or group there is, as they are known as the Assassins.
Their missions (only known to its members and its requesters) are to kill people of importance, and accept money for it.
You would think it'd be easy avoiding them, but Cobia members are the most stealthy and powerful of all unions, and they always get their job done. And what's worse is that these unions are just ordinary people.
They can be the market owner you talk to everyday, or they can be the kind woman next door who invites you for tea, which makes things all the more scary.
And now, tales have been flying back and forth; some say that if you speak the name 'Cobia' you'll get killed in your sleep, or if you mention a specific member, you're going to get kidnapped. It struck fear into people.
Now, the Council already tried to disband them, but even if they're disbanded, they always find someone to end...and the authorities can't seem to find out where they gather, or who sends these death requests, which makes the Council near powerless against this union.
This doesn't make the Cobia invincible, however. Each Cobia member has one small supernatural ability and a weakness that could kill them. Of course, they've been captured and killed, but the union lives on.
In this RP....
-You can be anyone you like (Cobia member, a member of a different union (though you should PM me the name and its purpose, etc.), a regular citizen, the requester, the person being murdered, etc.)
-Your powers should be small, of course, if you have any (ex: reading someone's mind, blinding someone for 10 seconds, etc.) [you can use the powers I used as an example]
-You may partner up with others, though make sure they're okay with it whether you ask through RP or PM
-Romance is allowed and even encouraged, though please, follow the rules and fade to black if necessary
RULES:
-No godmodding, bunnying, Mary Sues/Gary Stues (please, no, I will not deal with them)
-Cussing is allowed, but not excessively (please * out the stronger words)
-Romance is allowed, just remember the RPN rules
-Follow all RPN rules
-If someone is not replying, you may move on
-Please be active
-If you read the rules, add a nickname/alias for your character in between your F/N and your L/N in quotations
-As soon as you post your CS, you can join the RP, and if I have a problem with it, I'll PM you
OTHER DETAILS:
-I will allow people to ask for requests (as in, you may submit a murder request to Cobia or another union)
-I will allow people to be the victim who is going to be murdered (though you have to PM me or I will control him/her
-There is no specific time this RP is taking place, but if you are confused during the RP, you may post the question and I will set a time if no one else knows (this RP will start in the morning time at around 10 a.m.)
-I will reserve spots if needed
I will not be joining this RP (same for the others I've made), though I will occasionally join to bring things back up if anything dies.
