Missing Thread and status updates mention

Hey

So, I´ve been encountering this weird bug lately where I will be mentioned or quoted in a particular thread or status update and receive a notification saying "X has mentioned you in". Just that. I think for status updates it actually says "X has mentioned you in a status update, " , but it´s not as frequent so I didn´t memorize it. These things used to say the name of the thread in which I was mentioned or quoted, and the same went for status updates.

While not fatal, it´s inconvenient on occasion and like any bug, it has potential to grow, so I thought I might mention it.

Thank you for reading!

The site software company recently pushed out an upgrade that changed a number of small things, and the way notifications are presented seems to be one of them.  All of my notifications that involve someone tagging me now say "mentioned you in a" whatever, just like in your screenshot.

This thread's title seems to refers to missing notifications though.  What is it that you're missing?  Have you checked your notification settings?  I missed a few notifications myself last Saturday, but assumed that was a result of having so many (having been offline for holiday things) that I just overlooked them.

No I was really referring to the phenomenon in the screenshot. So, this isn´t fixable?

I don't know for sure.  I just know that this started happening around the time the software upgrade was pushed out, so I'm assuming the two are related.  (And if they are, no, it's probably not something we can change on our end.)

It's a little inconvenient because it doesn't say which topic one is tagged in, but I don't think it's a bug.
