PLOT
Knowing the LOV would want her for her powers, Katara enrolls in the UA, wanting to become a Pro Hero and hopefully be safe from the LOV. There she meets Tetsutetsu, who doesn't seem to be hurt by her Quirk.

When not in battle, she is an unassuming person and is often underestimated, something of which she prefers. She doesn't want her abilities well known, for fear of the LOV. Katara refuses to use her Quirk for evil and only uses it when necessary.

She's a Neko Wolverine (with the metal claws that are retractable)
Downside / Weakness: Water (she hates getting wet and can't swim)
