Quirk: Honey Badger, Allows the user to do almost anything a honey badger of proportional size can do, possing incredible strength and agility their razor claws and teeth have been seen to break through even reinforced steel with ease, however, their greatest asset has been their sheer resilience to damage and endurance. Other notable features are her keen senses and deceptively loose skin when grabbed, allowing her to twist and move around even when fully restrained.

History: She wasnt born with a quirk, no, for the majority of her life she was quirkless. Then one day, about 8 months ago, she got struck by lightning, giving her a quirk. She still has a scar on her back from it.

Hero Name: The Lucid Hero: Daydream

Appearance: Taking appearance and gender from her mother, Natalie is 3'8", 20 kg and has proportionally petite features, leading to a large contrast with her cloudy green eyes, which are her largest facial feature. Her white hair (dirty brown in some patches and towards the tips) is waist-length and quite unkempt, making her overall 'look' a combo between cute and 'uncaring about appearance'. Her hero costume is derived from her mother's, a dress and a-line skirt under carbon fiber armour pieces covering her joints and chest.

Quirk: Mind Palace
-Natalie can switch her perception/vision to that of a world/space which she controls like a lucid dream. This space can be filled with anything that Natalie can imagine and is approximately 1 cubic kilometer in size.
-Natalie can pull people into this space with her (for up to 5 minutes if the person is unwilling or up to 24 hours if the person is willing) and/but anyone inside can manipulate this space to a lesser degree.
-Natalie herself can be in this space for as long as she wants, but she prefers not to do in the presence of others because she is always allowing others in while not paying attention, as she cannot perceive reality in any way while in her 'Mind Palace'.
-I should note that this is a real, extra-dimensional space and any damage sustained there carries over to your real body.
-All other gained effects apply too, hence why Natalie mainly uses her Mind Palace to feed/heal herself while doing other things.
-Anyone in the Mind Palace becomes catatonic/unresponsive in the real world
-Natalie also has a mutant side to her quirk, inherited from her mum. Fox ears, a tail and her large eyes are all she gets from it, though.

Personality: While she tries not to get too absorbed in her own world and be sociable, it's obvious Natalie isn't all there. Her general demeanour, talking speed and actions convey laziness/sleepiness and her nerdy interests/lack of interest in other topics mean she often waits to be approached for social interactions, not the other way around. In battle and around those she likes, however, she is a bubbly, perpetually excited ball of energy who will often bring people into her Palace just to talk/play privately. She has an in group and out group of people which determines her behaviour around them.
TL;DR - Cute nerdy girl, excited to show things to her friends.

History: Natalie is the eldest of 3 children, all growing up in the UK. Natalie's father was a good, if distant, man who went missing early in Natalie's life, shortly after the formation of British Villain Organisation: Pax Albion. She grew up with her siblings' father, who raised her as his own.
Natalie had always liked creative make-believe (not your typical 'I've got a sword!' 'Well, my sword's bigger!') and often joined in with her parents' gaming group.
When her quirk surfaced, Natalie had very little active control over her Mind Palace and it was mostly just influenced by her interests, so early on she just used it for a game backdrop. Instead of becoming a recluse, as was feared, Natalie instead grew a love for social interaction, but only with those she wanted to talk to, being also the 'cute little girl' of her friend group and embracing that aesthetic/style.

I'm a bit unsure about this quirk. Is there any limit on what Natalie can and can't do in her "Mind Palace?"
Well, her control over it still isn't the best, but she can control physics to a limited degree inside (2x/0.5x Gravity etc.), she can create creatures, but these tend to be non-hostile, weapons, but only those she can wield herself and control the terrain however she wants, but it's far from instant.
I think you get the point, her capabilities are more varied, but this is the power level. Which you can change, if you see fit.
Natalie also has far more control when she's calm and out of battle and/or showing off to a friend.
 
How does she get people into the world? Is it via touch? eye contact? etc. Since it could be a One Hit Win otherwise if she can still act in main world while they other person is in the dream one.

That seems fair. I was mostly concerned that she'd be able to do stuff like bring in her allies into her Mind Palace and instantly heal them.

I do think that there should be a limit to how many people she can have in her Mind Palace at the same time, though. Mostly to avoid situations in which she'd bring in all of her enemies into it so that the rest of the characters can pummel their bodies in the real world.
 
Probably 1/2 others, as it's meant to be mainly a private space, and while she can heal herself through the Mind Palace, she can't do much for others quickly and can only heal gradually.
I'm intending this character to be combat underpowered and grow as the rp progresses, not the other way around, so I thought some of these restrictions would be implied.
Natalie isn't omnipotent inside her Mind Palace and has very little extra personal power inside of it, more opting to just take single enemies/allies out of the fight for a while through control of the environment.
 
Also, touch means like Shigaraki/Ururaka, all 5 fingers must make contact and at that point, if Natalie wants to, both her and the target will be pulled into the Mind Palace. While she's in there or asleep, someone can make contact and willingly join that space, but max number of people consecutively is 4.
Finally, all visitors do have limited control over their localised part of the space, dependent on strength of imagination, but this can be overridden by Natalie.
