Aki smiled. "You got a real catch there. Guys have been trying to lay there hands on her for years." She said with a joking tone. "Then again, I wouldn't really know what it's like to have a friend and be in love." She said. "Well, as for my story, I was born into a regular family, mother, father, until my father was killed in a car accident." She said.

Nick nodded, "Its alright. Far as most people can tell I'm nothing really special either. Women don't notice me and my love life you can count on one hand. As for your parents I am sorry to hear that. I know it doesn't mean much and people give you sympathy all the time, but I'm here for you. Not for sympathetic reasons, that is to say I feel sorry for you. But for empathetic reasons, that is to say I know loss too and know how taxing it can be on a soul."

Nichole blinked and talked to the cheetah. She gave her some tips on how to control her animal instinct and to stay calm. Nichole blinked once more and her eyes were normal and full of color again her ears and tail disappeared. Then she sniffed and smelled it...fresh meat. Nichole's stomach gurgled and she sniffed again to find out where that delicious smell was coming from.

Aki sighed. "Well thanks, I guess. Well after that, my mom had to get 2 jobs just to pay off the house and I had to get a job to keep food in our stomachs." she said, her face sad. "My contract recently ended so I picked up a new job at the café." She said, petting the cat.

Nick looked confused, "If you need financial help I can always pitch in. I'm not uber wealthy but I can help out at least some. Plus at present I don't have much of a place to stay."

Aki chuckled. "I make due on my own, plus the new job should help." She said. "I don't really have anything else I want to do." She said, her hand resting over her song book.

Nichole stood and smiled following the womderful scent. Her eyes slitted and she licked her lips sneaking into a restaurant. And took a piece of steak. She left some money and went back to her tree. Nichole sat high up where she couldnt be spotted and chowed down.

Nick nodded, "Alright. If you need help just ask. I'd be more than happy to assist, I could buy the food so long as I get some of it."

Nichole smiled and finished then licked some of the blood off her hands. She blinked and her eyes widened. She.just.ate.steak. Raw!

Aki giggled. "Alright, I will hold you too that. I feel like some day I should have a massive sleepover with my friends." She said. "Well, if they really think that the antisocial orange haired girl is a friend."

Nick smiled at her, "Well the anti social orange haired girl can now call the dammed Yankee her friend. Cause this American is happy to call you friend."

Aki smiled, her eyes lighting up. "Thank you!" She said, giving him a quick hug before resting her gaze back to the kitten.

Nichole sighed cleaning her face and hands. Then climbed down. She saw aki and nick. She wanted to go over. But thought they would want some time to talk. Nichole waved to them and gave a small smile before starting on her way home.

Nick smiled as he went "Oof" from the sudden hug. He waved back at Nichole, motioning her over to where they were sitting. "Yo Nichole! Over here!"

Nichole said"i-i'll um just let you two have a bit of time to talk.." rubbing her arm.

Aki smiled. "No, no. It's fine. Come sit." She said, scooting over to make room.

Nichole rubbed her head sheepishly and blinked walking over.

Nick smiled, "Aki here was just mentioning how we should have a sleepover at her house sometime. I said sounds fun."

Aki smiled. "Yeah. My mom is never home, but I don't know if I will be able to fit everyone, but we can always try."
