March 3rd, 1995, a large military convoy mysteriously disappears in Chile, the only evidence left being two crates full of HEATshells with a note that says: "Thought you might need these, GC.".
March 8th, 1995, the same HEAT shells were scheduled to be shipped to a nearby base in Chile, mysteriously exploding mid-transport, killing eight, and wounding twenty.
March 9th, 1995, the Chilean city of Santiagoexperiences a bombing in Plaza Yungay, causing the deaths of four people, and collapsing one building. The person who committed the bombing is identified as an SVR member. Causing heavy distrust toRussians in the Chilean people.
March 20th, 1995, in accordance to theMonroe Doctrine, the UN calls for a meeting between the United States President, BillClinton, the Chilean President, Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle, and the Russian President, Boris Yeltsin.
Yeltsin denies the attack ever happening, including the existence of the attacker. This causes Eduardo much distress, and he breaks into an angry rant towards President Yeltsin, who in turn is shielded by hissecurity, President Clinton all the while trying to calm both of them down.
Eventually, Eduardo unholsters a firearmhidden in his jacket, firing three shots towards President Yeltsin, who is hit once. Both security guards are killed in the attackand Eduardo fatally injures President Clinton after he restrained him.
UN Peacekeepers stationed in the hall eventually shoot and kill Eduardo in a quick firefight. The UN calls for peace talks between nations as soon as it appears in the news, all three nations declining and a second Cold war is officially started.
After the capture and torture of an Americanscientist, Chile starts to produce nuclear armaments, along with Russia and the US.
April 4th, 1997, Chile states that nuclear war may initiate in the next ten years, but the American peoples shake it off as an April fools joke.
November 10th, 2000, Russia invades Chile, and in accordance to the Monroe Doctrine, Canada, Brazil, Peru, and America invade Russia, the American President saying that it is a great tragedy that it must happen.
The Present, May 8th, 2006, the war is a stalemate, although nuclear weapons have not been used, the American government creates a new Taskforce known as Zeta 10, trained with new state of the art technology, along with strange supernatural soldiers, tasked with their first mission, work with Chilean protestors to cripple the Santiago police force and cause destabilization and the call for peace in Chile.
