Voldemort was defeated, his followers scattered, arrested, or forgiven. Hogwarts, on May 2nd, 1998, was victorious over the Death Eaters.
But now it's 2017. The Wizarding world has been peaceful, no rebelling forces. Or so they thought. Meros is an underground group just as cold and unforgiving as Voldemort, and twice as bloodthirsty. They fight for the same cause, however, the purification of the Wizarding world. Muggleborns are to be killed on sight, half bloods are disdained, and pure bloods are the supreme. Sound familiar?
The leader of Meros is unknown, but his or her followers spread across England. Even at Hogwarts, they lie in wait, ready to die for their cause.
This roleplay will center around Hogwarts itself as Meros gains strength and followers. Most purebloods are on the side of Meros, while most others fight against them. There is no distinguishing mark of being Meros, no tattoo or anything else. Most are public in their support or opposition of the group, although some keep it hidden.
Important roles:
I will control a few of these for story purposes, all others are open. These will not be main characters, so don't be too concerned about them in regards to your character count.
Headmaster: RudeDude
Defense Against The Dark Arts Professor: RudeDude
Potions Master: Open
Herbology: Open
Transfiguration Professor: Open
Charms Professor: Open
Rules:
Maximum of four characters per person
No Godmodding whatsoever
At least one decent sized paragraph per response, dialogue, combat, or description included.
Try to post at least every other day.
This is not first come first serve, if I get enough interest, I will open a thread. I do want a relatively large group, but do not get offended if your character, especially for important roles, is not accepted.
No overpowered characters.
Fade to black only.
Be realistic in terms of magic.
No arguments in OOC. Take it to PM, invite me into it if needed.
In the end, if I deny your character, it's denied. No arguments or complaining will change that. You can apply a new character, edit your old one, or not join, it's up to you.
Overall, use common sense.
