physical description:
True to her nickname, the little princess mermaid is only 5' tall (including the fins on her tail) and is very petite and fragile unlike her well-endowed mermaids. Unlike many other mermaids, Kendall's scales do not hold any color of their own. Her pearly white scales blend with her milky skin and ghostly pale eyes. Her round eyes make her appear younger and innocent. Her scales extend from her waist to her bust, which is covered by large white roses that seem to be held by a tube-top of sorts leaving her stomach and back exposed. Like the rest of the princess' body, her hair is just as milky white in color and the rest of her body. Some admire her scales, saying it glimmers in the deep depths of the sea like a precious jewel, some say her albinism will curse them all.

in-depth personality: Kendall, due to her small, fragile appearance, she is often assumed to be naïve and innocent, while indeed innocent is some ways, she is not naïve in the least, she is ready and willing to make a hard decision in all seriousness If the need arises, usually she is that person who never curses, is always polite, though she can be serious if she needs to be, she can be a little naïve towards certain situations, and a little stubborn to defend what she believes is right though she is very kind and disciplined overall. Kendall is sociable and you'll find her in high spirits most of the time, which her parents taught her to be-- "Chin up, bring happiness to others and yourself", was what they always say. She greets anyone and truthfully wishes the best for others, but she's not had a close relationship with anyone in Natheco. Like any other person, she does get angry and stressed and this is when people should beware. Like a flicker of a switch, she'll start cursing like a sailor and if something really ticks her off, she won't be afraid to use her authority against those who angered or disrespected her.

Merfolk Physiology
Includes aquatic adaptation, enhanced senses, and speed swimming. Her scales are her natural defense. Several times thicker than the average skin, attackers will find it hard to penetrate and cause her harm.

Hypnosis
Singing a lullaby activates this ability to anyone who hears it. Victims will be under a state of trance, a dream-like state. What they see will be determined by the chanter. Kendall is able to give peaceful visions or nightmares to her targets. The more powerful the being, the faster they will awaken from their trance. Humans are most affected by this, being hypnotized for up to 10 minutes.

Aquatic Life Manipulation
Passed down in the royal family, Kendall is able to command a certain amount of sea life to her will. Depending on the size of the creature, she is able to call them for aid. For example, she is only able to summon one whale at a time; or 2 sharks; or 2 dolphins; or a large school of fishes.

Transform
Kendall is able to take on her human form when she is fully out of the water, and she is only able to turn back when fully submerged. She can retain her human form for 1 day maximum.

Merfolk may be one of the races on the earth that has a longer lifespan, but they are not immortal nor are they immune to attacks.

Paralysis

If Kendall uses too much of her powers, she can suffer varying degrees of paralysis. Mind powers will make her head hurt and can be rendered unconscious. Being in human form too long will render her legs useless until returned to the water. Full recovery may be from 30 minutes to a whole day.

Human Form
Without her scales, she loses her only defense and is therefore more vulnerable

Oliver is fairly introverted, choosing only to speak when he feels like it. He’s on the more sarcastic side and will react when annoyed. He does does put on a cheerful facade for business to avoid conflict with potential clients. Friends, however, will not be treated with the cheerful facade, as Oliver becomes far more playful.
