Okay so I have an idea about a mental patient and a doctor getting together.
The plot would be that the metal patient is a hitman, and he got caught but due to his psychosis he was sent to a mental institution instead. There he meets one of the most famous doctors there, who decides to make the hitman his new patient.
This will be eventual MxM
Obviously we would have to plan it out a little more, but I'm open to really any suggestions.
