I hope you are well. Call me Leaf, a hopeless romantic and… sort of a writer. I apologize for the lack of neatness/aesthetic on this forum post, as this is only the second time I’ve been active on this site in a long while, so I’m still figuring out the ropes!
I am looking for someone to roleplay a male character in a medieval/fantasy based rp. I’m talking about knights and princesses, legends, dragons, war, and drama!! I love the drama hehe. For plots I have a few in mind, I’ll list them in the spoiler.
PLOTS -
skeleton pairings (what is bolded is the role i prefer!)
princess x knight, servant
princess x criminal
prince/nobleman x criminal
servant/knight x royal, noble
I also have other vague plot ideas that are more specific!!
Plot 1:
The beloved young prince/princess, cherished by many and respected by all in their fair and kind kingdom has been kidnapped. For years they have been held hostage, may have faced abuse and neglect as their name was used as means of power, as a way to demand for ransom. They were taken away from their castle on the night of their sixteenth birthday, and now, years later, there is little to no hope of them being ever seen again.
Enter the… collector. Yeah. Collector. Like a tax collector, but, with a little more violence involved. They are a former criminal- havingsort of changed their ways and turned it to means of a career. They may work for shady nobles but that is not their concern. They get the job done, get money, and move on without having to worry so much about the blood spilled on the way. They were sent to the royal, on a job of recollecting a very prized possession for a lot of money and a clearing of the infamous criminal’s name. This prize possession is no inanimate object, however. It’s the missing royal.
Now the two are stuck with each other, running from the criminal organization that the former criminal may or may not have ties to, and racing to the castle town of the kingdom. Their long journey will be a discovery of themselves and each other. Will the criminal’s name finally be cleared, or was this all a trap? Will the royal be ready to return home?
** for this plot I am willing to play either role!
Plot 2:
War is brewing. There have been many of times war has been attempted against this fair and powerful kingdom, but each attempt was swiftly dealt with and only gave the king more power and support from his people. However… this war is something different. This neighboring kingdom, which has once attempted to form an alliance through the marriage of the king’s daughter, has been humiliated and disregarded for long enough. The prince of this kingdom is a turned vampire, and a powerful one at that, and has been amassing an entire army of the vampires that have spent generations living in the shadows. They seek power, and with their supernatural abilities, this war is going to be like no other the King has faced before.
The King has grown anxious and cold. He senses the downfall of his kingdom, so he discreetly sends his daughter and her best knight on a pilgrimage of sorts, where they are to stop at ancient shrines in order to perform the sacred rituals of keeping the legendary calamity at bay. This calamity, a mere legend more than anything (it can be real or not hehe), is just a distraction from reality. The king has sent the daughter out because he knows while she is away, his castle will fall.
** This rp will take place just before/during the fall of the princess’ kingdom. Things will be tense between her and your OC, the valiant knight. He has earned the title of being one of the best knight’s in the kingdom, has a special set of skills that make him excel the others. Yet, the princess seems to have little to no respect for him. In fact, she’s doing everything she can to make his life a living hell. She’s envious, and stubborn, and annoying. How long will they be able to stand each other before things reach a breaking point…?
** I will be playing the princess in this rp. Lots of worldbuilding in this one hehe
For roleplays, I tend to write about anywhere from 300-1000 words per reply. It fluctuates a lot depending on what’s going on, and I’m a firm believer in quality versus quantity! Usually you’ll see about three to four paragraphs from me per reply.
I wanna get to know whoever I’m roleplaying with! Let me know about yourself! It’s a lot more fun when the admins like each other hehe
