Briefly, Medea is an alternate Earth. Player Characters are young adult humans from Earth born with the ability to Riftwalk to and from Medea. The results are a scenario much like the Connecticut Yankee. Will they try to change the face of Medea with technology? Will they be worshiped as gods? Will they try to follow the paths of magic? Will they choose to remain on Medea?

Ahh ... sorry ... work has been running Mitheral and I ragged for a couple days. Most of our characters will be local NPC's, but we do plan to make at least one character from Earth. Anyways, we have to get to work here in about 10 min.


In general these are fairly normal people. Most are the sort that can get away with disappearing from Earth with a minimal disruption in life there. Oh it may cost them a job because of not showing up for work. But they won't be public figures. That is part of the reason for the age range of 16-22. Old enough to have a few skills, but not old enough to have built up some big family life that depends on them.


Yes, as I think I alluded, there is a reason for the ability to jump back and forth. And there was a reason their parents could. Typically parents are already "dead" or missing.
