Hello there!



My name is Kas (she/her)



I’m looking for a writing partner who loves character development and world building.



For me, quality does not always mean quantity. However, I really do adore writing and I like to consider myself as literate, so I would love to see this in return.



Right now, I am twenty-three and finishing up my MA in Social Work. I work within forensic psychology. Like most people, my free time isn’t in abundance. So, please be patient and I offer an abundance of patience in return. Real life always comes first. We’re here to write and have fun, this shouldn’t become a chore for either of us.



I’m also perfectly fine with breaks, shelving projects and starting new ones. My longest term writing partner I actually met on here, we’ve been writing a variety of fandoms for six years now!! (We recently met in Italy and I’m currently feeling like a 2014 vlogger).



‘CONCISELY’, ABOUT ME:



• No more university deadlines!! I got my grades for my final assignment last week and I’m hoping to celebrate by making the use of a bit of extra free time.

• I’m a Swiftie. I apologise in advance, I will probably give you a Taylor song that fits most scenarios lmao.

• Give or take, 3 paragraphs+. This will obviously vary, depending on the scene. Dialogue heavy scenes do not give way to 2000+ word posts. I can write as much as my partner gives.

• I am 23. Virgo-Libra cusp (cancer moon, scorpio rising) if that is relevant.

• I am ghost friendly.

• I enjoy romance as a subplot. It is not a necessity. I do feel it adds a lot to the story in terms of: character motivation, character development and plot drive.

• FxM, primarily. I can also write FxF. I will be open to trying MxM, but I never have before. I enjoy female roles as my main, but I can really write any pairing and any character if the dynamic fits!

• I enjoy doubling. This isn’t necessary. I do find it adds more to plot. I love having separate POVS and subplots that eventually merge into one.

• YOU WANNA TALK TO ME OOC. This is half the fun. Let's make playlists, commission art, make Pinterest birds, send each other relevant Tik Toks, talk about our favourite movie moments. Star signs might be fake, ok, but I’m still a classic Libra. Work with me.

• YOU ARE GENERALLY NICE. (It’s okay to be an honest person, though). This fandom is HARSH. I love Star Wars. Do I know every detail? Hell no. Please, for the love of God, just work with me. I've seen the movies and the series. I have a few books. I don't know too much more about the lore. I listen to podcasts and read up, but I sure as hell would like to be educated. This can be nice, tell me all about what interests you. I love hearing what people are passionate about!! Just don’t expect me to be an expert & please don’t talk to me like I’m stupid because I don’t know what Jabba eats for breakfast.

• 18+ YEARS AND OVER, PLEASE. I just prefer writing with people near my own age.

• ACTIVE. I prefer weekly responses, but honestly, you do you.

• YOU ARE NOT DEAD WEIGHT. I’m not carrying anyone. Brainstorm with me. I'm not writing these storylines alone. I’m here to write with you. Throw out those random ideas you’ve got floating around in your brain. I’ll throw mine back, it’ll be some crazy chaotic game of space tennis, idk.



IDEAS:



Kingdom of Darkness



The story is set on a Sith planet, in unknown regions. It is a massive cultural civilisation. For the first time, in Star Wars, we explore a world where Sith is the normative. This is the way. This is the force that children are introduced and raised with from youth. The civilisation is led by seven corrupt council lords, who run the temple. Yet, what if a handful of youngsters reject this leadership? For the first time, we explore the light corrupting dark side users, rather than vice versa. They are tempted to the light, a side they are told is the most evil place to be.



The Price of Compassion



An unwitting bounty hunter uptakes the mission of finding a lost royal. Unfortunately for him, the girl did not wish to be found. It quickly becomes apparent that the royal of question is, in fact, force sensitive. The two of the quickly become warped in many complications. This can be set in any era. I believe it would be best set sometime throughout the sequels.

Like the whole world, I’ve been watching Ahsoka and I’d love for someone to write Anakin for me, but I am open to other pairings. Please note, my favourite character to write is Obi-Wan. I can also write Han Solo, Poe Dameron, and Hux. If you are looking for a particular character, let me know.

Republic defeats, especially jabiim. As obiwan said. It makes no sense to win every battle and be loosing the war.

I genuinely don’t believe I could contest any of these. I never understood the insight into giving Anakin a Padawan. I do get that war breeds desperate measures (and I do love Ahsoka and Anakin’s bond), but I still feel that it was a big jump from previous attestations.
