Unfortunately X-Men or FF won't be included until Phase 5 or 6 since both the deal needs finalizing and Marvel Studios already has plans for Phase 4.

I believe the MCU is leading up to Young Avengers. Miles Morales is confirmed to be in the MCU, Cassie Lang (Stature) already exists, Wanda and Vision's relationship continues to grow which could lead to Wiccan and Speed, and the Nova Corps used to exist (Nova)

Also, the founding/most popular members of the West Coast Avengers are Hawkeye, War Machine, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Tigra, and Wonder Man. Simon Williams was originally supposed to cameo in Guardians Vol. 2 and Tigra could be added if there were to be a WC Avengers Film. Not to mention Vision's new gray look in Infinity War is a homage to his West Coast Appearance.
