Here is a sample of my ~fancy~ writing:
Thor hums, not sure how to explain it. “The Allspeak is something my father bestows upon Asgard’s people that allows us to understand different languages. It is how I can speak to you, even if we are of different realms.”
Thor hears the Allspeak in every word, a deep seated understanding, a gut feel that he cannot explain. Thor hears it when they say Steve’s name - and realizes why he would stand beside the frail boy as adults, treating him as an equal - for following Steve meant to follow victory itself. And when he hears Bruce, he sees it - as weathered by fate and the Norns as he was, standing until now. Stalwart and resilient. Strong. He hears the words, listens, and understands.
I swear it's not usually so flowery, though. I match length and tense, don't worry. I'm also interested in making friends!
