A dimension where nothing happened. Captain America never existed. Spider-Man? Gone. They never existed, until now. Suddenly the Earth has been flooded with superpowered people. The people can't control them, and must learn to use them, for better or for worse. No one knows the reasoning, and these powers only just came about. The news knows nothing. The only people who know about the powers, are the ones with the powers. New York City is a great place to test these powers...

Brandon looked at the homework on his desk and sighed. He got up from his bed and sat in his chair and picked up a pencil. He began working on homework for the better part of his night, but sometime during his Redbull fueled night he heard chirps from the bag on the cage of his tarantula. He remembered that he bought crickets for his spider to eat. He stood and walked to the cage and popped off the lid. His tarantula crawled out of his fake log and looked expectantly at Brandon. He opened the bag and dumped the crickets into the cage. A red and blue spider tumbled from the bag and landed near the tarantula. The tarantula looked at the other spider, and backed off slowly. Brandon squinted at the spider, but couldn't quite identify it. He placed his hand near it and placed his bets that it wasn't venomous. The spider crawled onto his hand and sat on his palm, and stopped. Brandon looked at it before opening the apartment window and sticking his hand out the door. The movement must have angered the spider, as the spider bit Brandon in the wrist before shriveling up and falling off his hand. Brandon winced and shook his hand angrily before he closed the lid to the cage. The tarantula feasted on the crickets once more, and Brandon went back to his homework. At around 3:30 A.M. his vision began to get foggy and he got light headed. He figured it was the homework, now completely forgetting the spider. He walked to his bed, breathing heavily as his body began to heat up considerably. He laid down and shut his eyes and went to sleep. He wouldn't have a restful sleep, and would wake up on Sunday 'morning' at around 3 P.M. His vision had gotten better, and he felt considerably better. He sat up and went to his bathroom to take a shower, but not before taking a shower, where he noticed where there was once a flat stomach was a six pack. His eyes widened at the muscle mass he had grown overnight. His mind flashed back tot he spider bite, and wondered if he was hallucinating. He went into the shower, dismissing it as a hallucination from over sleeping.

Late at night Ronnie was tinkering with some electronic devices trying to either make then work again, or at the very least see what he can scrap. Ronnie picked up an old tv plugged it in to see if it worked and of course it didn't, he started tinkering with it but forgot to unplug it, when he was messing with it, he touches a wire and electrocutes himself! The electrocution was bad enough that Ronnie passed out, releasing the wire and falling onto the floor.

Blair sat alone in her room, it completely dark with only candles to light anything. She sat in a ring of crimson and black candles with the smell of sage and lavender dancing about her room. Within the ring was the same pentagram as burned into her leather grimiore, as well as her sitting cross legged. With the grimiore open to a page she'd found about a very minor fire spell. She'd been trying for years to do this simple spell, but no leeway came. Carefully she invoked the spell, an eerily familiar feel crept around the room as she muttered the words; adding more and more power to the like she'd always tried before. As the closing of the spell came, Blair looked to her hands where a very small flame lay. She'd done it, she had created fire using her own abilities for once in her nineteen years.

Jubilation over came her as the flame fizzled out.
I've done it! I finally got the spell to work! She thought to herself as she continued to sit in the ring of candles. Her wicked smile was only barely illuminated, but still it was there. Her natural born talent had finally worked and she wasn't going to question how or why. She was simply happy it did.

Kensei was still sore from today's ninjutsu lessons but that didn't stop him from working on his special project he has been working on for years. It was saturday late night in his shed. He was more motivated then usual to finish because it was so close to perfection. He finally had made the swords for it yesterday after the special vibranium ore arrived, now its been refined into two vibranium katana. His earlier tests had proven that the strength the armor exerts was too much for normal metals like steel and iron so he needed something stronger and now he has it leaving only one last step which was to program it. The brunt of the programming was an AI named "Sensei".

After beginning the upload he had fallen asleep while the program uploaded to the armor. He found himself awakened the next morning or rather noon by a voice. "Ken - sama the upload is complete, ready for test piloting." said the voice. Kensei at first was alarmed then he walked over to the silver suit of armor. He at first thought it may be the butler he lives with while his parents still live in Japan, but then he remembered the AI just didn't think it would come online so quickly. "Uhhh........" was all Kensei could muster. The AI replied "Ken - sama voice is recognized but I do not recognize the word you just used should I consider checking out languages?" Kensei then shook his head and said "No, ummm.... just open up I need to get inside."

The armor then opened up, Kensei jumped inside it. The armor began to close around his body, as it did so a viewscreen came on and all sorts of data appeared on his Heads UP Display. "Sensei let's go for a test run." he said. "Hai Ken - sama." Sensei replied. He stood up and made his way outside, then the jet propulsion of the armor propelled him through the sky over the city. He saw a billboard for something and drew his blades as he tried to stop mid air but then there was a mysterious red aura and then the landing was overshot and failed. He went straight through the billboard and crashed landed into the street below. He stood up still clutching his blades and opened his face mask to get some air. "Sensei, a little flight assistance will be needed." Kensei said. "What was that red aura?"

It had been almost a month, and still Jessica lay in her bed motionless. It had been almost a month, yet the girl still couldn't accept that he was gone. Her dad was gone. Jessica had been very close to her father. The pairs almost crazy ramblings filled the mansions halls. Now the large home seemed empty and sad. She didn't know exactly what happened, but it didn't take a genius to figure out SHEILD had failed. Her father, the intelligent man he was, was working on something for SHEILD. The project took him somewhere overseas and that was the last Jessica heard of it. Two weeks after he left a SHEILD agent came knocking at the door with the news. The horrible news.

The only times Jess was awake was to eat and to work on her and her dad's final project. It wasn't anything special, just a small controller of sorts, but it was the last thing she worked on with her dad. Jess was determined to finish it. Despite being so small the controller was incredibly complex. All the wiring and servos was easy, but the weird part was the logic board it contained. The board was more complex then anything the girl had ever seen.

With a long sigh Jessica tossed her blankets aside and headed towards the mansion's basement. The basement houses her father's…her workshop. Flicking on the lights Jess slowly descended the stairs and arrived at a glass door. After Punching in several numbers on a keypad the door swung open then Jess entered the room and shut the door behind her. Sighing again she sat at a sizable metal work desk. On top of the desk sat a metallic red and gold controller along with a ton of wires and extra solder. Jess was almost finished with the project, but one key component seemed to be missing. For the life if her Jessica couldn't figure out what the empty space in the logic board was for.

"A power source maybe." She said to herself.

Realizing that it was a possibility Jess stood up and frantically searched the room for an item.

"There you are!!" The girl said upon finding a small key.

Using the key Jess unlocked a door towards the back of the cluttered workshop. The room held a large circular glowing coil like object behind glass. The reactor. Jess knew the Ark reactor must be what would power the remote, it powered everything else in the home. Jess ran back to her desk and grabbed the remote, and using some extra wire and a D battery she plugged the remote into a small socket connected to the reactor.

"Please don't kill me." Jess mumbled pressing the on button on the remote. Several blue lights flicked on in the remote the the power went out. The only light in the room now came from the reactor and the remote. Suddenly, outside the Reactor room, an alarm sounded followed by mechanical noises. Stumbling out of the small space Jess noticed something very strange. A new room had opened up.

The whole workshop was dark except for a doorway that light streamed out of. Jess slowly made her way to the new door. Just beyond the doorway was what appeared to be a red and gold robot in a docking bay. The eyes of the robot lit up blue along with a circle in it's chest. Before Jessica could examine it further a voice began to speak.

"Ir0n-M4n armor online. Ready for pilot to embark."

Brandon stepped out of the steamy shower and looked past the mirror once more, and yet again he still had gained muscle mass. He shuffled down to his room in shock and headed for his room. Once entering his room, he grabbed his phone and called his friend Kensei. The phone dialed, before going to voice mail. Must not be home. He thought. He left a message saying,

"Hey, this is gonna sound really insane but I grew tons of muscle overnight. Like a six pack. Come over asap." Brandon set the phone down only to find it was stuck to his hand. Brandon shook his hand vigorously, but the phone wouldn't come off his hand. He tried placing the edge of the phone on the edge of the desk, and pushing down. This made the phone fall off his hand finally. He took a close look at his hands, and saw tiny hairs that were the cause of sticking to the phone

"What the hell?!" He exclaimed. He wheeled back in shock and hit his wall with his head.

"Kensei better have a real good explanation." He mumbled. He decided to get some fresh air, as the unfolding events baffled him. When he opened the window his hands didn't stick, which was a relief to him. He went onto the fire escape and looked at the city and breathed in the air, hoping for an answer. He turned and placed his hands on the wall, thinking for a cause. He tried pulling his hands off, only to get the same result he had with his phone. He grunted as he pulled, before placing his bare foot against the wall, which also stuck.

"What the hell?!" He yelled. He put his other foot to the wall by instinct, which again stuck to the wall. He pulled his hand up, which took his hand off the wall this time. He looked down and realized he was almost two feet above his fire escape. He placed his hand back on the wall in fear of falling, before one more thought came to him. What about crawling up? He began to do that process over and over, gaining speed and scaling the building. He quickly found himself on top of his apartments' building. He looked down and saw what seemed to be a hundred or so for drop. He started panting in fear, before turning back and placing his hands on his head.

"What's happening to me?!" He muttered to himself.

As Kensei was checking a field diagnostic of his armor still standing in the crater he crash landed in. But then he recieved a phone call and Sensei said " Ken sama incoming phone call from Brandon Williams." Ken thought about answering it but then decided against it. "No send it to voicemail and play the message." Ken commanded as the face mask closed once more. He sheathed his two blades on one side of his armor and then took off once more, this time he tried to get a handle for flying as the message played.

He had to remind himself that he didn't have wings to auto balance himself so he would have to make some adjustments and improvement to the flight operations of this suit as he would want a lot more control and air mobility, simply propulsion in the boots aren't going to work. Then he started paying attention to the message. Brandon had gained a ton of muscle mass overnight, sounds strange almost out of myth. "Sensei check Brandon's story with Yashida databases." Ken commanded. A few moments later Sensei replied "Matches found but data inaccessible, restricted access special clearance needed." Ken was to confused to ask so he just set his course for Brandon's apartment.

As he neared the apartment building the suit optics picked up something on the roof. It identified it as Brandon, Ken at first thought about landed and ditching the armor but he guessed he should make Brandon's day even weirder. He decelerated speed and then commanded "Sensei assist my landing." The suit seemed to go on a semi auto pilot and he landed in front of Brandon. The face mask of the suit opened. "Hey remember that thing in my garage I have been working on for like forever. Well I finished it, but it needs adjustments already. So got your message but the info that would most likely help I don't have access to it." Kensei explained.

"Well I learned I can crawl on walls. Didn't learn that in advanced chemistry. And I'm a lot more muscular." Brandon said, ignoring the suit. He'd seen it a thousand times, and knew Ken would get it to fly one day. Brandon took off his shirt, revealing muscles that weren't there the night before. He put his shirt back on afterwards.

"I was bit by a spider last night, not my tarantula though. Some spider out of a bag. Could it be that?" Brandon asked.

Kensei nodded and then replied. "Well we won't know the why until we run some tests and do some research. But it can't be a coincidence that a spider bit you and now you can crawl up surfaces like one, your increased muscle mass suggests some form of rapid change in the hormones in your body or maybe even your physiology. We can get back to my lab and check this out."

"Should we head back now? I've got time to spare." Brandon said, looking at his arms, "I wonder if I have the relative strength and speed of a spider." Brandon asked, curious. "Am I now super strong? Super fast?"

Brandon sighed and hoped Kensei could help. For all Brandon knew he could be hallucinating.

"Yeah we can go now, increase in muscle mass should make you stronger, faster, and able to move even farther." Kensei said. The facemask of the armor closed and then he spoke the commands. "Sensei disable jet propulsion flight, make sure conditioning enhancements are on." He then leapt off the apartment building and landed on the ground below.

Brandon decided to try and crawl down the building. He walked to edge of the apartment building and looked down. The 50 foot drop was quite intimidating, but he closed his eyes, knelt, touched his hands to the building, and began crawling down. Luckily he lived in a poor part of New York City, or else he'd have been caught. He scaled down the building extremely fast, and wasn't fatigued when he finally reached the bottom. He stood on the ground and looked at Kensei.

"So Ken. How are we gonna get there?" Brandon asked, looking at the hairs on his hands that were responsible for being able to crawl. Brandon was excited at the idea of being stronger, faster, and being able to crawl on walls.

As Blair had been sitting in her room, she'd noticed something very odd occurring on the apartments right next to her. Something/someone was scaling them as though it was easy. This made her curious so she stood up from the ring of candles and walked over to the window, opening the curtains first the the window. A gust of wind breezed through her room, blowing out her candles and making the room behind her utterly dark as she looked out across the ally.

She'd heard to boys talking below her one of which was on a wall. As shocking as that was, she made not motive to call out to one of the two. Rathershe watched them, wondering just what was going on and why one of them was quite literally stuck to the wall.

@Marvinok @Raikou Kaminari

Brandon felt a tingling across his entire head, and it seemed to point him toward a window. He turned and saw a girl was watching him. Crap, did she see me scale the building? He thought, panicked. He looked back at Kensei in his suit and began to think. That sense of his head tingling gave him a head rush. He began to breathe heavily, and became super aware of his surrounding. Dust had fallen on Kensei's suit, the girl's heartbeat was loud and pounding in his ears. He could smell freshly cut grass from his neighbors back yard.

"Hey Kensei. Another thing is happening. Can you hear that girl's heartbeat? Or your heartbeat?" Brandon said, now becoming more present because of this new sense that was activated by the spider, that the girl triggered. Brandon had a near 360 degree view of his entire surroundings, due to that sense.

"Yeah good point, looks we will have to fly though I apologise in advance about was is about to happen. I promise that next time it will be a smoother one once I make a crap ton of adjustments." Kensei said before grabbing hold of Brandon. "Well you may smell things a far away but you won't be ready for this one." Kensei commented. The jet boosters in the armor activated sending them upward at too long of an angle so it looked like he was about to crash into Blair's window. Then he pulled up in time so he was exactly parrallel as he ascended into the air.

@xEmoBunnehx

The duo flew over the city at Mach speed, as they flew Ken began to plan adjustments. Maybe a change in how his swords work, maybe lose the AI in exchange for a neural interfacing system, a second set of primary jet boosters, an added set of secondary boosters. The armor had no room for built in weapons so he would need to make a few more weapons for the armor. He began to descend as they neared his house, it was a big house but only Kensei actually lives there. But a family friend lives nearby and time to time checks up on him then reports back to his parents. Kensei didn't see the person's car so he landed in his backyard with no worries. Though for the landing he put down Brandon just fine but he himself went tumbling a few feet. "Gotta work on that one."

"How fast was that? Mach speed? Shouldn't I be dead by now?" Brandon asked. Brandon stood, perfectly fine. The day had gotten only weirder. The 360 view remained with him, rather than leaving after the flight. He wasn't even nauseated.

"So where's the lab? What are we gonna do? Make me more like a spider?" Brandon said with a laugh, only joking, "Like shooting webs or something?" Brandon laughed abit and put his hands on the back or his head, sighing.

"Ironman? What are you?"

Jess stood astonished before the red and gold armor. The mysterious voice from before began to speak again.

"The IR0N-M4N armor is a multi-use weapons platform created by Atticus Strider. I'm an artificial intelligence, also produced by

Mr. Strider, that aids the pilot in operating the armor. You may call me Tony."

Jessica could barely believe it. Her father created some kind if AI and a crazy suit of armor.

"So…Um…Tony, Why did my dad make the armor?"

"The armor was produced in hopes it could be used to keep the city and his daughter safe."

Jessica blushed slightly. Her dad was always saying how much he wished he could keep her safe from harm.

"Tony, has the suit been tested. In the field I mean?"

"The IR0N-M4N armor's base systems have been tested and are safe for launch."

Jessica instantly perked up. Despite just discovering the suit she felt like it somehow carried on her father's legacy, and to Jess that meant using the suit for it's intended purpose.

"Tony, I would like to take the suit for out. Like for a proper field test."

"I'm sorry, but in order to activate the suits core functions a password is required."

Password…Password. What could that even be she thought. Jessica's father was a complex man and the password could easily be anything. The girl pondered for a moment, then something came to mind.

"Um…the password is gogglebear." Jess thought just maybe her old nickname might be it.

Slowly the armor seemed to shift until a cavity just large enough for a person to stand in formed. Jessica slowly climbed inside and the suit closed around her. A display appeared that showed all of the suits current stats. Jess could barely make sense of most of it except for a small icon in the corner of the HUD.

"Tony, Can this thing fly?!"

"Yes, the armor is equipped with a form of propulsion to allow for flight."

Having the slightest clue how to activate it Jess simply stood within the armor. It took a moment but Jess some realized the suit must translate gestures into actions. Jess jumped and the suit jumped with her, landing on the ground with a metallic thud. Jessica jumped again, but this time tried to jump mid air. Her idea worked and suddenly she shot up and out of a metal tube into the sky above.

"How do I. Control this thing!!" The girl screamed as she rapidly rose into the sky.

"Use the movement of your body to control the armor during flight. For example look down to go descend. " Tony stated.

Jess looked towards the ground and the suit started on a head first collision course with the ground. Just before creating a crater using her head Jessica evened herself out and began to fly forward. This was amazing, well other then almost crashing. The girl was actually flying.

"Hey, Tony, how do I land this thing?"

" If you would like, it is possible for me to land the armor for you."

"Yeah, ok, let's land then."

With that the armor stopped and made it's way back to earth. Jessica impacted the ground bellow, using her fist to catch herself when she couldn't quite stand up straight.

"Wow, that was insane!"

She stated before standing up straight and surveying her new surroundings. It appeared she had landed just outside of a residential area.

"Where am I?!"

"Exactly 3.4 Miles from home by my calculations."

((I sorta kinda left it open for interaction. Maybe she landed near Kensei and Brandon??!??!??))

"It's still my garage come on." Kensei said leading the way. On the way he began to explain about what they were going to do. "I was going to research the how but now that I think of it with my suits and your mutation we could really kick some ass especially with how much crime is out there and all. I always wanted to and now I have a partner to do it with. But first you'll need some training and some gear. Maybe web shooters would be a good idea feeds the whole spider theme." He said.

As they talked Kensei lead them through his familiar garage and then to a seemingly normal piece of floor. Kensei put his hand on it and then the floor opening up granting them access into his real lab. As soon as he got down there he gestured for Brandon to havea seat in a chair next to a super computer while he stripped off his armor.

Brandon heard a large thud outside, but followed Kensei. He say in the chair and said,

"Did you hear that crash near us? Could you send your suit as like a drone to go see what happened? And I'm totally OK with being a vigilante." Brandon worried it might be the secretive anti terrorism unit S.H.I.E.L.D. coming for him. "And those web shooters sound like a great idea, but wouldn't I need a suit made out of spandex or something? For flexibility." Brandon's began to brainstorm about the suit and the shooters. The shooters needed something that could make webbing. It couldn't be actual webs, they didn't have the tensile strength. Maybe some kind-of fluid that creates webbing when shot from the shooters? Brandon's mind raced for ideas.

"I don't want anyone coming after me, or knowing who I am. When you're done stripping the armor let's get to work."

"Actually I will go check out that crash, while you input your ideas into the computer. It will show you searches and stuff for your ideas give you an idea of materials and such." Kensei said as he finished removing the armor. Mechanical arms began to put the armor onto a table and began working on it applying the changes while the AI Sensei downloaded itself into the lab computer as its primary host. Kensei was going to add a neural interface system so the AI had no need to host itself in his armor. This also makes sure the lab will be secure.

Kensei turned around and left the lab, he jogged outside to his motorcycle. He pressed a button that was really a finger print reader and the bike roared to life. It was a personal made motorcycle from Yashida able to go up to 300 mph. Kensei made sure to put on his helmet before he throttled the bike, it roared down the street. A computer in the bike pointed out the estimated crash site was somewhere just outside of the area. He soon entered the estimated zone and he slowed down looking around for at least the crater.

@JW Suzusihi

Standing there with his hands up, Sam couldn't help but question why he'd woken up inside a strange room with boxes labeled according to numbers, but the guards who were pointing guns at him and yelling didn't seem to know either. They approached him cautiously, checking behind him for any weapons or explosives before rather roughly handing him over to the police who had came when the bank vault's alarm went off. After a extremely awkward car drive to the station, Sam was escorted almost immediately into the interrogation room after they confirmed who he was. "Hello Mr. Anderson, If I may ask just for the record, do you know how you got from your home in South Carolina to the New York State Bank, in under 5 hours, and avoiding any cameras or witnesses from spotting you along the way?" The male officer asked, trying his best to seem understanding of the situation, however seeing Sam's expression at his question only made it harder to hide the confusion.

"New.....York?" Sam managed to utter, as his mouth gaped towards the officer in shock. Although he had noticed on the ride things seemed off, His guess was that this was some kind of prank by the police for sneaking in to view their files on serial killers last Halloween. Closing his eyes for a moment to think, his gaze returned to the officer. "This is some kind of joke right?" As the officer carefully watched him while shaking his head, Sam remembered how he'd fallen asleep watching a crime show about a bank robbery gone wrong. The officer got up and moved towards Sam, which snapped him back to reality. "Look, until we figure out everything, we will have to hold you here for the night-" Sam got up so fast it knocked the chair he'd been sitting in back, and caused the officer to put a hand on the gun on the male's belt. "Hell no, I ain't gonna be arrested for no reason, screw that." He said, before slowly backing away from the officer, however an image popped into his mind along with a sensation causing the hairs on his body to rise. Sam looked down at his body, and in the blink of an eye he was back sitting in the cop car, outside of the police station. Not caring how or why anymore for the moment, Sam quickly got in the front seat, jump-started the engine and drove away from the police station. After a few minutes he could hear the police sirens in the distance along with over the police radio a call for the search of himself. Switching the siren on, Sam decided to try and blend in, hoping they wouldn't figure out he'd be pretending to be searching for himself.

((Sorry for the long post, went through several different ideas, but this seemed the most interesting. I promise my posts won't be this huge, this time was simply an exception. u.u))

((It's cool! Don't worry.))

Brandon walked to the computer and put in ideas for a spandex suit. He also put in ideas for the goggles to double as digital cameras, so he could zoom in on different things, and so while swinging through the air with his web shooters he would be protected from wind and dust. Brandon input this all into the computer, and the super computer spit out an image for what could be then 3d printed. He then put in the ideas of the web shooters, which would shoot webs that could stick onto things, have a high tensile strength, and be used as weapons. The computer, again, spat out these ideas. Brandon put the blueprints into the 3d printer and started the process, as this process would take a while, Brandon figured he should start seeing how fast and strong he truly was. He pulled his phone from his pocket and texted Kensei.

"Hey, Ken, you got a dojo or something so I can see how much that spider changed me?" Brandon sent the message and waited, watching the printer.

"3 Miles in under two minutes!! That's insane! The armor is crazy fast." Jessica spoke to Tony. Other then being completely awestruck Jess had finally found something to get her mind away from her loss.

"Yes, The armor is fast. It can racially match a fighter jet in under twelve seconds." Tony stated.

Just before Jess could really grasp everything that had just happened a she heard the rumbling of an engine.

"Crap!! Somebody's here. Tony quick do something!!"

"Voice modulator has been activated."

"Voice modul…I sound like a dude!" Jess squealed, she now sounded like a slightly synthesized male in his late thirties.

Jess moved forward slowly, the armor enhancing the natural movements she made from within.

The armor clad teen began to speak, using her best cop impression." Hello Citizen, Do Not Be Alarmed. I Am Simply…um.…Simply Passing Through On A Routine Patrol. That Is All."

She hoped that her new slightl robotic deep voice might actualy sound official. Jess looked around using the suits hud to highlight the person who had just arrived. A boy. I'm his teens. …Well at least it wasn't a cop… she thought.

Finally ditching the police car in an abandoned parking lot, Sam casually walked around making sure to turn away in the other direction when a cop drove by, but luckily it seemed they though he got away on foot and were focusing the search around the police station. Stopping to think for a moment, Sam looked up at an apartment building and tried his best to make up a viable story while walking inside. Picking a room at random, Sam knocked on the door, practicing his lie inside his head all the while hoping he didn't seem awkward. @xEmoBunnehx
