Where are they? Assuming there are any in Creation. I'm a-hankerin' for some kangaroo beastmen.

Dude, I wanted to make a kangaroo totem Lunar but never got round to it.  When it comes to terrain, I thought that the grassy plains of the East would be more suited.

No?

Kangaroo DBT? I'm having a hard time picturing it....

.... Oooh! Oooh! I know! Would it be something like those mutated kangaroos from Tank Girl?   :D

I'd stick Kangaroo type animals in the savannahs of the South, Wallabies (smaller more compact Kangaroos) in the rocky regions of the South. They certainly could live in the east, but their turn on point maneuverability is low, thus dense forests/jungles with thick underbrush aren't a typical/safe habitat without modification to the base template (aka tree kangaroo, the climbing tree variety).

Recalling my upbringing, I'd find it hard to reconcile marsupials of any kind living in a world where there are large predators as their reproductive system/process makes them very, very vulnerable to such beasts. I'd suggest modifying that too, if plausability is your thing.

Remember that Creation was fragmented at the end of the Primordial War, with three parts out of four being sundered or destroyed.  I would say that the kangaroos are on a seperate Creation fragment, perhaps the size of Australia and New Guinea, maintained by the technomagic of a lost nation of Dragon Kings and their mortal servants.  I would put it a years journey through the Wyld, southeast of Creation.  Due to the near constant conflict with the Wyld, and due to the fact that the only Exalted that would probably exist there would be Terrestrials, the Dragon Kings would still be at their height.  While the Dragon-Blooded would be able to match the Dragon Kings in power individually, there would be a lot less of them, allowing the Dragon Kings to rule as they always have, though they might have a different spiritual system.

When I first learned about Lunars the first thought I had was a Platipus lunar. I mean come on, who would want to mess with that?
