Though most of his casual acquaintances refer to him as simply Ito, some people have come to mock him through denouncing aliases such as "four eyes", which fortunately died out after 7th grade seeing as even bullies grow up eventually. On the other hand, the boy was never able to rid himself of being called "The Jap", which he loathes with his whole being. In the very least, it's better than "otaku" (in Japan it is used to describe a creepy and obsessive individual), which was utilized back in his home country

Being a lanky and thin man, Ito is not someone that can be considered stereotypically handsome or ever decent looking on a whole. He is simply... bellow average, with a skin that gives off a pale sickish hue and messy hair that he never seems to have the time to take care of. All of these attributes combined with a weak almost skeletal physique, large glasses and a book constantly laying in his hands, give off the fact that Ito is a nerd recluse, someone that has turned away from society a long time ago and doesn't really care to look presentable before anyone any longer.
This idea is further confirmed by his way of dressing, which includes mainly old jeans, trainers and button-up shirts, sometimes awkwardly layered bellow other shirts, vests or jackets that are obviously too large for Ito's frail build and drape awkwardly from his limbs. In reality, he purposefully chooses to carry these over-sized items for even he is a bit embarrassed of his physical weakness.
Yet he never does anything about it, but simply continues reading wherever he goes. And that is the exact purpose of the messenger bag that Ito carries on his person at all times - to contain his reading material. This, together with his spectacles, are the only accessories the man tolerates and wears.
Personality
Understanding, Timid, Booksmart - Gloomy, Quiet, Repressed
Having gone through years of bullying, Ito is a very repressed individual - someone who never got to express themselves and bottled all the anger up. Thus, he has a lot of rage pent up inside and yet has managed not to explode due to it thus far, in the process possibly hurting himself as well as all around. And yet, behind that timid visage hides a shaken and potentially dangerous man. For now, however, he still remains the slightly depressing and well-mannered kid he has always been, making a good impression with his quiet and polite atmosphere.
Another thing that makes people like him is his open-mindedness. Having suffered at the hands of ignorant individuals, Ito is someone who completely loathes their way of acting and tries his hardest to be the best listener and most understanding friend, who can, on top of all, support those close to him through advice. And that is all due to the fact that, having no friends in his child and teenage years, the man spent most of his time reading and studying, thus becoming knowledgeable... enough. Not too much, but just the right amount...

Bio
Ito was born overseas in Japan to an all-Japanese family, and he lived there for the first 8 years of his life. He likes to think that back there life was better, yet that would be a lie bent through the eyes of his past child-self. For back in that country the then young boy became the victim of bullying for the first time in his existence. He was simply too nerdy and quiet for the liking of his schoolmates and thus became an otaku laughing-stock, despite not even being an anime fan. However, there was nothing he could to but pray that maybe things would turn out better once his parents moved away to the USA (assuming this is where the RP takes place).
Things didn't turn out that way, however. For, unfortunately, the geeky awkward bespectacled kid, who barely knew any English, now had a whole other thing to worry about - his race. Being of an Asian background wasn't taken too well by some of the children at his new school who came to give him the nickname "The Jap" and tormented him constantly. And Ito simply allowed them to continue. He didn't do anything to respond to their taunts but simply bottled everything up all the way until he graduated High School.
The day he left that godawful place was the best day in his life, in all honesty. And so, the bookworm socially inept Japanese kid, who still had a slight accent, felt free for the first time in his life. Whether it was because he was drunk on freedom in that moment or had lost his mind for just a split second, Ito decided on going to college immediately and becoming a movie major. He had never took interest in film-making but had always adored reading and writing, which had been his only comforting friends throughout the 18 years of his life, and he thought that creating scripts might be fun. Thus, resolute for the first and last time in his existence, the man set forth into his future, which seemed so blindingly bright at the time. And, for a while, it was - the man did good in his college and even made some friends, getting particularly close to 3 of his acquaintances. Ito at last felt content with himself... and yet, happiness is merely relative.

Personality: Kas is a worrier. She worries over every little thing and seems to regret things a lot. She will say sorry for even the simplest mistake. Her reasons are from an old chemistry accident in high school. She tries to be there for everyone all the time and when she cannot, she will break down and feel horrible. She has a strong will to protect others, because her mother did not protect her from anything.She does not like to feel left behind.
Skills: Although she may not seem like it, Kas is a talented typer. Her skills mostly rotate around computers and technology. She isn't a fighter, unless she is pulled into a cyber war. She is more of hacker though. Her talent lays in decoding programs, this includes most software types.
Bio: From a young age, Kas had known what she wanted to do with her life. She wanted to be a computer programmer. She knew that it would be hard, but she was willing to do the work to get there. She had never known her father, but had heard tales from her mother of what he had done. She would always listen to what was said. She remembers tales of a time where things were simple and not everything was complex. She knew though, that times handn't been as simple as they were. Her father had been a hero, a computer programmer who had been renowned in his field. She would always hear of all the good things he had done and she wished to live up to it.
As a teenager, Kas studied hard in school and did her best to be independent of all the rest. She had no real social life and was awkward when engaged in conversation. She wasn't bullied as she was teased. Especially considering that most everyone knew that she was smart enough to mess their phones up. She would always remember the day of the incident, however. She had been working on a chemistry project when things had gone wrong. She wouldn't remember most of the incident until years later. Her graduation date was one of cold dampness, but she could care less as she had been accepted to the college of her choice.
In college, Kas started to be less awkward in her social life. She would speak normally in her conversations and could teach anyone who asked her for help. She would normally go around with a smile as she tutored other students. She knew a lot more than most expected from her, but she was not a genius.
After graduating from college, Kas found herself a steady job and settled down. Her life was relatively simple. She had no children and had accepted long ago that she was happier single than she was when in a relationship.
