I was thinking Harley Quinn had a daughter with Joker, but after he exposed her to chemicals as a teen, they ran away and Bruce helped them out.

If so, Would this mean that harley is becoming a teacher or a nurse of the school?

technically it is canon in dc that Harley has a daughter or two i believe

I think we meant clint barton as the secretary and coulson as security.

As for the one we meant for the psychiatrist i thought we were going to put someone random since its a substitue as oliver queen has been on a (mission or could be business at his company?)

So that person would be the one sending info the nick fury

was thinking that coulson told bruce during lunch at the teacher lounge. But if you prefer coulson could talk to eddie (either way works for me)

Since oliver has been gone on a mission or at his business in starling city. (Up to us to decide)
Which is why the substitue counselor/psychiatrist was involved unknown to the staff about the mole feeding info to nick fury
