The Sewer Monsters
It starts with white five inch worms. These parasites attach themselves to humans by burying inside any exposed skin. Once inside the worm multiplies within a matter of minutes there could be a hundred plus inside the hosts body. The host will fall into a near death stasis as the worms start to change their biological make up
The hosts skin turns a pale gray. Their eyes become blood shot developing a second pair of eyelids these ones being vertical. Their fingers elongate their nails becoming like talons. In time the host will loose their hair, nose and ears. Their tongue and throat will be remade into a four foot stinger to both drink their victims blood as well as spread the worms. They lose all defining features.
They're unable to go out in the sunlight. While guns can slow them down only silver is what will kill them.
