The Dolls Project​

While our product list is quite varied and extensive, from microwaves to lawnmowers, our pride and joy at NTI is our revolutionary Dolls Project, aimed at making in-person AI assistants available to the public and customers around the world. Now under development for 10 years, we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Dolls Project by unveiling our very first Prototype Doll: Doll A.H.S.v.01 who we’ve affectionately named ‘Sally’. Work Culture and Contractual Obligations​

Company policy regarding employee relationships are open, however, relationships between a supervisor and a team member must be reported to HR to avoid conflicts of interests. All work product within NTI premises are under the ownership of NTI copyrights and trademarks and we reserve the right to claim any intellectual property generated by our employees and team leaders. All project files and research fall under the company wide Non-Disclosure Agreement, and any breach of the NDA will result in the immediate termination of employment post Board Evaluation. Every six months, employees are permitted request Board Evaluations from promotion pending letters of recommendation and submission of a company resume detailing projects and product work over the previous six month span. Recommendation letters from employees or supervisors in a declared relationship are dismissed. Further questions can be addressed by HR or by petition to the Chairman and Board of New Tomorrow Inc. Injuries sustained while working at NTI will be compensated for in medical insurance and benefits provided by the company on the condition that the incident remains within the confines of the company NDA. Breach of this contract will relieve NTI of any obligation to compensate an injured employee. Further questions can be addressed by HR or by petition to the Chairman and Board of New Tomorrow Inc.

I must ask all those who decide to apply for work at the company to please respect your fellow coworkers and avoid engaging in stressful work-life habits as it will negatively affect quality of life and work product at the company. It is important for the CEO, Chairman, and the Board for all its employees to stay healthy and happy.

For anyone who has worked with me on a previous RP, you are more than welcome to warn anyone as much as you like, but I can personally promise you that there is no cause for concern. New Tomorrow Inc. is among the best companies in the US for employee happiness and affordable living
