I'm asking for a fan rp based on Magical Girl Raising Project (if the title wasn't enough).
This rp isn't to play canon characters and rather with your own!
I would like that none of the characters in the group to have any relations to the canon characters or know anything major that happens in the actual anime.

"Did you know you could become a real magical girl?"
This is the question in all the advertisements for the mobile game Magical Girl Raising Project or MagiPro for short. There's a rumor going around that this game could make a player a real magical girl.
This rumor is true.
It's a 1-in-10,000 chance that a lucky player will be offered the powers and form of their game character in real life. Numu will show you a congratulations screen, introduce themselves, and tell them they have been chosen. They will show their sentience and ask if they're willing to become a real magical girl. At this point, they will transform into their game character's form and have their user name. Numu will take it upon themselves to introduce them to the others and the basics.
In A-City, there are 16 magical girls each claiming their territory. Each one has their unique powers and appearance. Their mission is to do good deeds and receive Magical Candies to become the top player. New magical girls are mentored by older ones and form partnerships. There are teams, pairs or solo players who watch over the city and help people. New friendships and rivalries are formed between the 16 players.
But suddenly, the mascot character Numu announced that the magical girl count is too much and that they will be half the number of players.
Every week, the magical girl with the least magical candies will have their powers stripped from them at midnight and deleted from the game. None of the current magical girls can contact them or find them again, but as the weeks go on, a string of mysterious deaths had been occurring. In reality, the players losing their powers die at midnight.
With new rules, betrayal, misleading players, and the pressure for survival will drive the magical girls to kill each other.
There is a secret kept by the mascot and one magical girl who seems to be missing from all the blogs recording the magical girl's good deeds.
It's a magical fight to the death.
Aiyo City
The main setting of the rp, Aiyo city (also known as A-city) is a coastal city and one of the largest in the country. The magical girls claim different factions based on where they first transformed and territory lines can be viewed on a map provided in their Magical Phones (devices that they carry around, I'll provide more info if needed).

Their goal is to obtain Magical Candies by doing good deeds, but a sudden announcement rules that some magical girls are much too high and that each week the player with the least candies will lose their powers. As the rules twist the game more, the players begin to fight for their lives.
Rules
- Please respect my opinion, my thoughts, and my wishes. We can discuss topics together as a group, but I ask that you not disrespect me.
- No god-modding in any form in any cost, if I suspect that you are god-modding, I will ask you to stop. If you don't respect this, I will stop the rp immediately.
- I will ask for people of 18+, due to the nature of the show (will allow 17 depending)
- Please don't kill off characters without asking the person who owns the character and me.
- If I ask you to modify your character, please understand. I will give a reason for it, and we can talk about it. But don't freak out about it.
- You must rp in the style I have put down below.
- If the character's death is going to be extremely disturbing, please warn us.
- Your character must find out about the magical girl's real identity or their magical girl identity through detection, stalking or being told; they can't automatically know.
- No one shotting characters, there must be a struggle in the fight

The residential district, almost all the homes in A-City are located here. There are small mom and pop owned stores, as well as grocery stores around Main Street. The schools are here, the high school being towards the north and the elementary & middle school towards the south. This is the more hilly side of city, and this district has the most plant life. There are small cafes, a library and parks.

Unclaimed; this is town square on main street with the main stores, local businesses, and a plaza. Can add more details when claimed.
This is where many of the businesses of A-City are located. This area is covered in skyscarpers, office buildings, banks, and many types of jobs are located here. Many of the stores are here too; boutiques, super markets, department, deli, restaurants, and anything else you can find. There are a lot of fast food places, cafes, with a few bars and other things for a fast life style. Traffic is hectic in this distrcit, the streets are packed with people coming and going. It's easy to find people in trouble here, and lots of witnesses for magical candies!

Unclaimed; this connects to Vinta district and has many stores meant for home life; it's has a small town charm and many students come here after school. Can add more details when claimed.
This district is all sorts of fun at all hours of the day! There is a huge amusement park with a resort right on the coast, a board walk leading to the event plaza on the beach. Festivals, concerts, and other outdoor special events are held here. Fancy restaurants, romantic locations, an arcade, a boat harbor, as well as food stands are all here. Although there's seedy underbelly to this district, and it's also known for possiblybeing the red light district down south.

Questions?What Style of Rp?
I ask for Literate style/Paragraph style. Think if you're wirting a book/essay! Full sentences, and a paragraph at least. The paragraph doesn't have to be lengthy, but please give enough details for the other person. Meaning: Not script style, No one liners, etc. I understand if the grammar isn't perfect (mine isn't either); typos, minor errors, etc. are okay! We all make mistakes. As long as it's legible, I have no problems.
What Powers can My Character Have?
Well, any! It's magic! Although, they can only have one ability. This ability must also have set backs. This power can be passive or agressive. Meaning that it can be used for attacking or to support other players. There are basic abilities that all have: increased physcial abilities, higher pain tolerance, and that people despite looking at them directly will only have vague memories (as well as always showing up blurry in pctures). Also I would like for mind influencing abilities to be discussed with me (like Ruler's ability, or anything that affects how a person acts)
For exmaple:
Sister Nana's is to enhance abilities of whoever she looks at, but once eye contact is broken the powers are null.
Swim Swim's can pass trhough anyhting like liquid
La Pucelle can change their sword's mass at will as long as they can see it

I'd like to use the dice system, but this is still in the works.
How Many Characters?Only two magical girls, and one NPC (you can have more NPCs if I allow it). After the sixteen slots are filled, I won't be accepting new magical girls because the whole point of the battle royale is to eliminate players. Although in certain circumstances, I may allow it.
My Character Died! What do I do?Ah yes, the fate of many characters in the end. Unfortunately I'm not allowing resurrection be a thing, if you experience death, you're dead. But if you have certain items from the shop, I will allow you to come back from knocking at deaths door.
But once your magical girls die, you can't have any more. But you still have NPCs! These characters are non magical girls, but play an important role as witnesses to the magical girls' good deeds, spread the word and make them more of a popular figure, or just interact with them (outside of transformation). They can also be used as hostages, bait, etc. A magical girl's candy count is dependent on how much of a good job they did helping an NPC! Which brings me to the next point.

Like I said before, NPCs are non magical girl characters that are apart of the story. They will have a blog, "Magical Lookout", where they interact with each other and post information on magical girls. They can even be avid players of the MagiPro game! But they can't be magical girls. NPCs will usually be in some sort of trouble, whether it's extreme or minor is up to you for a magical girl to help them and earn candies. They'll record incidents with the magical beings and talk about them on their blog. A good reputation will be known by the other players, and the other NPCs will try to find you more.
NPCs can't know about the magical girl's true identity, or know them in real life and know they are a magical girl unless clues are given.

Depends on you and the other members! But yes, I will allow romance just let it be known that your partner or you will most likely die. Also please keep it low key, nothing extreme.
Can my Character be a Boy?Yes! It will work like La Pucelle, where he is technically male even if he looks like a female when he transforms
Who is Numu?This universe's version of Fav, otherwise the mascot character. He acts like Fav and conspires with the master of the exams.
