As villain

Sakurako's "normal" appearance is of a pretty brown haired woman with brown hair and red eye color. She stands at 1,78m (5ft 10 in). Though her real hair color is a silver white and only revealed in villain appearance. In villain appearance, she has star shaped pupils.

Villain outfit: Usually a dress (various, could be sailor collar type, could be a bit more mature, sometimes even overalls) and a choker and bear ears. Occasionally, she wears a bear onesie costume (usually either grizzly brown or polar bear white).

Freetime clothing: Cute dresses, sweaters or blouses with long skirts, summerwear can include shortalls with a sleeveless button-up or summer dresses

Personal mascot: A little undead bear mascot that looks like a bite was taken out of it

General theme: Physical strength/Bears. Minions are usually bears ranging from cute teddy bear types to terrifying monster bears.

Abilities:
Exceptional strength - She is strong enough to snap an elephants neck or to bend a steel girder with ease.

Magic - She can summon minions like mascots usually can.

Martial arts - Even with the defensive abilities of magical girls, she can at least beat one up.

Personality:
In private life, Sakurako is outgoing, friendly, helpful and does a lot for her neighborhood. Though this is how she outwardly acts. In her mind, her thoughts sour if things don't go her way. She wishes bad things to happen to people who rub her the wrong way. Usually, the people who she doesn't like are people like corrupt politicians, rude people and people who don't have the local community in mind. It is not like she doesn't just like them. She believes the world would be a better place without them. Sakurako also has a twisted sense of justice.
As a villain, her negative emotions and twisted sense of justice become a lot more blatant. She is cruel to her targets and even gives other villains a hard time. Usually, if a villain ends up showing up to a fight bruised, it is because of her. She doesn't like magical girls, because she feels that they defend even the fat cats and the corrupt. Often Kuma-sama doesn't yell and is usually rather polite. But she can even beat someone to a pulp while wearing a smile.

Background: Sakurako used to have a relatively normal life. Though she had not always had white hair. Rather when she was in high school, she was gravely injured by a magical girl and ever since she recovered from it she went from brown hair and blue eyes to white hair and red eyes. Despite this, Sakurako eventually became a magical girl herself. She was known as Sweety Ube Cheesecake and had the color purple. But then the incident with Sweety Toffee happened and Sakurako left soon after Toffee did. Eventually, a magical bear mascot visited her and invited her to become a villain to which she originally declined. However the mascot convinced her that magical girls need villains and that she doesn't have to actually hurt anyone but just be enough of a nuisance to give the magical girls something to do. From then on, she was the bear onesie wearing Kuma-chan who would cause mischief with an army of cute little talking bears such as steal honey and throw over garbage bins.

Eventually, she started to view magical girls as pawns for rich people and corrupt politicians and became a more serious villain. Committing robberies and destroying properties. But yet, it still doesn't feel like enough.

Privately, Sakurako is active in the community, is a city councilperson, runs a small bakery and teaches cooking, home economics and is a substitute gym teacher at the city high school - college complex.

Sidekick: Red panda girl

Evil lair: A Japanese style castle in a pocket dimension. In the town below the castle, many cute bear minions work and live normal lives.

Weapon:A Flag gun that shoots out a "BANG!" flag, and shoots it at attacking Monsters.
Personal abilities: The ability to use Practical Jokes as Weapons whenever she feels like it. And her attacks are all Pizza Named.

Personality:Holly Iwata is A mischievous egotistical and Eccentric slightly Hedonistic prankster who can be Surprisingly Vicious when she's ticked off

Background:An Unrepentant Class clown since 3rd Grade which was also when her Rivalry with a girl named Ochako Miyamoto (More in her later) at some point a Hyena Wearing a fedora gave her Magical girls powers.

Name: Honoka Kinomura

Villain name: Red Panda Girl

Appearance:

Villain outfit: A red panda onesie most of the time. Usually with a turtleneck underneath or a wearing a black choker.

Freetime clothing: While Honoka wears office attire (can be pants suit or a shirt with or without tie and a knee length skirt) with a black turtleneck underneath, she wears knee length dresses with stockings or a blouse with a skirt in her free time. Sometimes, Sakurako dresses her up when they eventually start spending time together.

Personal mascot: None

General theme: Kuma-sama's accomplice

Abilities: Defensive ability and strength granted to her by Kuma-sama, superior climbing skill, sharp claws in red panda girl form

Personal items: Stress balls, prayer beads, a taser

Personality: Honoka is timid and angsty. So far she had been a pushover who worked as an office lady in her uncle's company. Kuma-sama/Sakurako can influence her to do her bidding, because above all else, Honoka fears Kuma-sama/Sakurako. Eventually, Honoka's personality shifts as she is love bombed by Sakurako and has her self-confidence boosted and becomes fanatically loyal to Sakurako. While initially she avoids killing or seriously harming anyone, she becomes more open to violence as she grows more attached to Sakurako.

Background: Honoka was a schoolmate of Sakurako's and Sakurako was basically her only friend. After graduation, they only had sporadic contact to each other until the murder of her uncle. Actually, Honoka was partially at fault for her uncle's death as she unknowingly had directed the killer, Kuma-chan, to her uncle's office. Kuma-chan revealed herself to Honoka to be no one other than Sakurako. Eventually, the guilt Honoka felt drove her closer to Sakurako and Sakurako convinced Honoka that since she is already an accomplice, she should become her official partner in crime. Therefore, Honoka became Red Panda Girl. Usually, she'd only be a distraction to benefit Kuma-sama, but sometimes Red Panda Girl would incapacitate opponents if she could. Sakurako and Honoka began to hang out again and as Honoka became more attached, she'd become less timid while in disguise.

Amena is a 19yr magical girl, her magical girl name is: apple pie.

Her team color is orange.

Her weapon is a rapier that gives her a bit of a boost in speed when in use.

Her mascot is a fox named apple tart, who regularly has to be pulled out of the ingredients before she eats all the fruit.

Her magical ability: summoning apple seeds to pelt her enemies.

She’s a relatively new magical girl so is a bit uncertain. She’s a bit of a doormat when it comes to verbal fights and will most likely try to end the conversation as soon as possible. She’s flighty and tends to weave and make small jabs and swipes, relying on speed rather than strength.

She works as both a baker and waiter for her grandmas small cafe, but wants to get into gardening.

She lives in an apartment above the cafe with her grandma.
