Realistic or Modern Mafia Wars + Cops Remake (Always Accepting)

So this rp is basically what the title says. There will be 2 mafia groups, the cops and civilians. The cops and mafias are at war with each other but the two mafias are also fighting each other. You control what happens in this rp. Make enemies, friends, lovers (don't be afraid of love triangles), whatever you want. What's your goal? Do you want to be second in command or maybe the boss? Are you actually a spy from another mafia or the cops? Maybe you join the group for revenge to take out the leader? Get creative.

Now I made this once before but it didn't quite work out so I'm trying again but this with a little bit more of a story line. Basically the leaders of these two mafias and the chief of police are brothers and they have this on going feud. Why? well I'm going to let whoever play the brothers decide.

Everyone is allowed to make unlimited characters. So please tell me what role you want and what gender your character is going to be. (I just want to keep count on genders so I can make sure it's somewhat equal. Also put down what city you would like to be the setting for the rp.

since their both leader roles I would prefer you choose only one of them also the casino owner already has a younger brother which is the club owner...but you gave me a idea! The chief of police could be the middle brother! and it be a fight between the three brothers!
