Daphne is a free-spirited individual who is often referred to as a spitfire. She is quite the witty firecracker, with impulsive behavior that would startle an average joe. But, she is surprisingly well behaved for the most part. Daphne cracks jokes all the time and is always trying to lighten the mood no matter how gloomy. She doesn't like to help people too much for fear she may make things worse. Daphne is a stubborn one as well. Once she has her mind set on something, there's nothing that can sway her.

Daphne lived her early years in a trap house. She experienced very awful things that caused her developmental trauma. When she was a toddler, she was taken and put inside the foster system. Her father ended his life when she was eight. Growing up in the foster home, she was held to high expectations. Hours of writing as punishment and being lectured on the subject of religion. One time her foster mom found all of her art and made her destroy it all, calling it evil. As Daphne got older she yearned for freedom. She felt as if she had been under a microscope her whole life. But when the proper times came her foster mom neglected to teach her to drive, along with other adult responsibilities.

When Daphne was 17, she ran away from home and decided to be homeless. She was almost an adult anyways. She visited her biological mother in hopes things had improved. They had not. At 18, Daphne joined the military and was quickly discharged when they found out about her mental health record. After that, Daphne got married fast, and divorced almost as quickly. She had an erratic, short lived mental breakdown and that is what landed her in Willow Crest Psychiatric.

~Bio:​

• Niki was just another child lost in the shuffle of broken homes, laughable foster care and inexcusable child abuse. Born in Quebec, she moved to BC when she was 7.
• She has no idea why she was put into foster care but the broken limbs should have been a good indication. But she could not recall such deeply repressed memories. There was no need for such pain to be known in her mind at such a young age. There was always more to come.
• Drunks, addicts, scumbags, petty criminals, dealers, prostitutes, assaults, stolen goods, big angry dogs that bite, loud parties, multilpe interventions by lawyers and police; sometimes with guns drawn or clubs cracking ribs. It really was no life for a kid. Any of them. The names would fade over time, but for that brief time they were her siblings; they knew her as 'Icky' back then. They too were screamed at, beaten, locked in closets, left starving for hours or even chained to things. 'Don't tell. Don't tell unless you want to get it.' But it didn't matter anyways did it? Despite living in constant stress and fear, they always got it in the end.
• Sometime when she was an almost teenager, she and her siblings discovered release; they discovered fire. It was an accident but the events that ensued after nearly burning down the entire kitchen were glorious. Oh but they got it. They all got it good alright. But the bruises and concussion were worth the sheer mayhem and panic experienced by the grown ups. The kids were the ones that had sent fear into their hearts; finally, they got them back.
• As with many that turned to lonerdom in school, the journal-writing child was singled out and picked on. Needless to say, every single year of school since middle school was a tortuous and hellish experience. And then she had to come home only to get it yet again. Was there any question as to who was starting the string of public trash can fires? It was how she found escape from this living hell.
• Her other escape from life was found under the bridge, keeping to herself, skating in a place they called 'The Scoops.' Just enough street light overlooking an unfinished tunnelway that served as a skatepark for a bunch of low life and loser skaters. They would all hang out and practice new moves and tricks they learned. Even here she was singled out; most tried to get her drunk to make it easier to try to get into her pants. But she fell in with a trio of older skaters that held clout in the Scoops and they watched out for her. They told her about their dreams of becoming firefighters. How ironic. But she would meet them again in the future with their dreams coming true and Niki still living a nightmare.
• Her low-life ways dropped even lower when she became 18 and officially able to take care of herself. She found herself on the streets for a bit until she fell in love with a bad girl who ran with a really bad batch of individuals. Niki was sucked into a life of crime and dealing drugs with her. She became known as "Chatouille" , 'Tickles' in English. It was a pejorative nickname due to her being not adverse want to just start stabbing people; she would laugh when she threatened to stab you in the ribs as if she were tickling you.
• She hit a really bad patch in her life and began to leave 'fake' suicide notes around the household. No one cared. Even when they found her after she poped pills and passed out in the tub before she could use the razor blade, no one said a word. Not even her gf. Rock bottom.
• One night, drunk outta her mind and strung out beyond repair, she just walked out the door, preaching as she waltzed away from the house fire. As soon as the firefighters arrived, she bounced and left her gf and criminal life behind for good. Yet the flames still burned within her.
• Being broke sucked but she did not want to go back to crime so she started her Only Fans career. Not only was the money good, but she actually had time to continue and concentrate on her other interests for once.
• And then came the investigations. Multiple cold case leads followed Niki to her front door. A bunch of suspicious fires and thefts were found to be related to each other. Some fires had corpses retrieved in them too.
• Upon searching her place, they found volumes of her hand written manifestoes. They were the one and same scriptures spouted by those that had commited the arson that killed all those people. Upon further investigation they found her journal and her twisted passages honouring the writer of the journal; 'The Sun Queen.' And therein was her plans to cleanse the evil world with golden celestial fire. Her website was taken down and all social media accounts frozen or suspended.
• Her legal team managed to get her off on technicalities and no time served. A secondary case against her had her locked up in the mental health institiution where she has been commited for 7 months so far.

~Illness:​

• Pyromania / Megalomania - an insatiable urge to set things on fire. Due to neglect and childhood abuse, she developed a sense of control by burning down things that mattered. Turned into self-delusion that she became like a god, La Reine Soleil, the Sun Queen as she presided over her children, the flames. When she was lucid again, she would burn cigarette holes onto her body as self-punishment and self-loathing.
• Kleptomania / Delusional - more than just stealing for kicks she would steal very expensive items and delude herself that it was the 'will of her children' that caused her to take. It was the urge of the flames to offer her gifts and tributes, and she allowed them to take her body and do their will by her. Recently she began to throw the offerings into the flames to prove that she was a goddess; she had no need for such material excess.
