Lowering the MDV of others

I start playing an Eclipse caste with Regalia of Authority (RoGD, pg 159) this weekend, so I'm looking for ways to lower the MDV of others, preferably on a large scale (room-full of people, mob, etc). The only way I've found so far is The Sacred Tongue (WT, pg 58 ). Anything else I may have glossed over and missed?

Have a higher Appearance. A simple way of doing so would be to aquire Orichalcum Wings of the Raptor. A 5 Appearance and those pretty much gives you a 3 edge...though not perfect, as elder beings and Lunars can possibly outclass you, it can be quite handy.
