~Personality~
Victor is a very blunt and stoic man, not often making time for jokes or games. He has a reputation as someone who is ruthless and cunning, overall someone that you don't want to cross. Some say he's sadistic, but that's not true, he simply refuses to let people get away with pissing him off. He's silent and calculating, not wanting to display any sort of weakness. The only exception to this aspect of himself seems to be with his right hand, who he lets his guard down a bit to joke around with, but only a bit. He's still a hardass, but has a definite soft spot for them. He's also rather good at flattery when he wants to be, but that side of him mostly comes out when messing with his right hand man and their 'game.'

Standing at around 6'4, Victor gives off an appearance of intimidation. His hair is short and typically messy when its grown out, though he tries to keep it short enough he doesn't have to style it. Victor's hair is peppered black and white, as he suffers from pre-maturing greying, which effects the 5 o'clock shadow he usually sports as well. He's fairly muscled and mostly wears monotone colored button downs and jeans. His shoes are the nicest thing about his outfits, as he wears a lot of nice and clean dress shoes.

- He came to America from Russia when he was around 11 years old
- Speaks English fluently, but still has a thick accent
- Despite his English skills, he still has a difficult time reading it as he's never been officially taught.
