In such a case, that she is adamant about keeping her child, first she must be told and sworn into our community, where the child will be sent to a specialist education establishment, surrounded by those whom may better understand him or her. Entirely, the new system which has been brought in is all about integration with each other. Learning about others cultures, traditions, gifts and etcetera. To fit into the primarily human population, it is essential they be taught how to use their powers, how to conduct situations and how to blend in. Failure to send the child will result in our social worker system stepping in to remove the infant. As for you, the normal human laws apply. You'll contribute to paying for childcare, but otherwise can distance yourself as much as you'd like. Although, as I have mentioned, half-human or not - this child is not malleable to the majority 'norm'. Some discover their gifts early, and having a telekinetic toddler as we've had in the past, is hard to explain. I suggest not waiting to put them into the rest of the community. We like to avoid having them feel isolated, as many unfortunately do when conceived of a human parent or rarely - parents. Mind you, the school I talk about isn't some military camp, nor are the nurseries or nannies we can give you details to. They function like any other establishment, same times and all; just with a little-added touch here and there to tweak them. Otherwise, you can adopt homeschooling if you'd like, but the paperwork for that would have to be submitted. Back to the point, a human parent is fully welcomed into the community, granted they understand and have a small crash course on who and what we are. I'm more ashamed to say, it's the child that counts here, rather than the mother."

Over the course of about half an hour or so, Fritz drives across dark, thin roads leading to death cliffs and jumps a massive ravine with his retractable rockets on his van. Ella could probably tell no normal car could reach the castle, which looms in the distance atop a large hill. The castle itself is a mainly stone and tile, but has a lot of metal and machinery in certain places. A large observatory lies on the top of the main keep, the telescope focused on the town the pair just came from. The area around the castle is shadowed by thunderstorms, yet the surrounding area is clear of such clouds. A closer inspection would reveal a large, weather-balloon sized metal orb in the centre of the cloud.


Upon arrival, Fritz presses a series of buttons on his remote. The metal gate slowly opens, and Fritz hums to himself while he waits for it to open fully. If Ella has anything to say, or anything in the journey, now would be the time. Presumably. I'm not telling you anything, just a suggestion.

Ella  watching what he did her eyes widened as he drove in now a dangerous area but she dare not say anything. She then glanced up at Fritz again. "Fritz how old are you? Also, do you intend on studying me? " She asked out of the blew  due to her curiosity.

Talbot closed his eyes, as he took in all the information. Shit. It's not half as bad as he thought it would be, but He was sure that to some large extent the Thief will not be open to this. "What if the child is dangerous... or could be dangerous. A few generations ago, when we last interbred - we gained a child that killed it's mother by siphoning  off her psychic energy until she became brain dead. Unintentionally of-course..." He supposed that was close enough to a psychic vampire child as he could get.

Now that the mesh-like secondary gate has opened, Ella can now see inside the front yard. She could see four main pillars that look more like electrical conduits, with a large spike hanging above in the centre. The floor is metal. A weird chicken robot, with a glass jar containing a tiny brain on it's head, running towards Fritz with a tray of two drinks. It has beepy things and lights and so on. Ignore the giant tesla cannon. It's fine.

Ella blinked looking around. This was odd and the chicken was just outright peculiar. Welp. This was going to be her home now. Might as well get used to it. Ella stretched her arms with a exhale popping her joints.

Well, I guess Fritz gives her a tour. It's just a generic lab castle thing, nothing special. Apart from the morally gray areas like the wall of brains connected to computers and stuff. Sorry, but it's a big castle and there's a lot of stuff. He would probably escort her to her room, which is basically the guest room (which would be very bland and undecorated) and tells her this is her room, if she wishes to live here.

Lets say the infant accidentally causes your death, the child will be at risk, with no supervision and a corpse in the house. It's only right that the said child, be given to a family of those whom can deal with the siphoning of energy, or put a mental block in place. In any case - the infant would be taken into custody."

Rubbing at his eyes, with a long, slow sigh - the werewolf offered a slight glare. Not too fond of all the questions he asked, but cleared his throat all the same. "It depends. Some psychic attacks can't be protected from. Even I would have trouble with such. Meanwhile the child would be moved into foster care, and if they show they can withstand it - said parent can take the child home. What I'm saying - is the infant needs to be properly analysed by a professional, before assumptions can be thrown about."
