Fandom Lost in the Black - A Firefly/Serenity RP

Hey guys! I wanted to do a Firefly RP. I'd like to keep the group somewhat small.


We need:


A Pilot


An Engineer


Muscle


We'd also like:


A Doctor


And I'm open to one or two other crew-members if you can come up with fun things.


Please post interest here before posting a character bio so I can approve or not. I'd prefer homebrew characters to anything from the actual show.

Sure thing. Sorry, it's been a while since I've seen the show or the film, so I'm going to have to jog my memory a little by perusing the wiki and such. I'll send you something in a little while.

What sources are you guys using as a reference for the Chinese phrases? I've been trying to look up a number of glossaries from the Firefly/Serenity verse but I can't really find anything that's easy to navigate or looks accurate enough to borrow phrases from.

I've had concept of an arms dealer/gunsmith character, just thinking about the question of how does no one on these isolated backwater moons ever seem to run out of bullets?

Anyway, I apologise for not replying, guys. We've seemed to have fallen into a system of posting in a specific order, and it looks like it's my turn. But please don't feel like you need to wait for me. I'm more than happy for you guys to continue if I'm not active for a couple of days and we're itching to move things along (so long as you don't throw me out the air lock!). That being said, I'll try my best to write something up and post it tomorrow. Again, sorry!
